Q & A
What is the main issue with fat-free products?
-The main issue with fat-free products is that the removal of fat often leads to the addition of sugars and carbohydrates to maintain taste, which can contribute to weight gain and health issues rather than promoting health.
What are the concerns with vegetarian burgers, and how do they compare to organic, clean meat?
-Vegetarian burgers often contain rancid oils, hydrogenated fats, and genetically modified ingredients. They are also high in carbohydrates and sugars. Organic, clean meat would be a healthier option as it avoids these processed ingredients and provides natural nutrients.
Why is tofu considered a problematic meat alternative despite efforts to produce cleaner versions?
-Tofu is often a GMO-ridden form of alternative meat. Genetically modified organisms have been linked to various diseases and can potentially alter human DNA, leading to issues like leaky gut, autoimmune disorders, and inflammation.
What makes fruit juice an unhealthy choice, especially for children?
-Most fruit juices contain high amounts of sugar, between 22 and 40 grams per glass, which is well above the recommended daily value. Stripping the fruit of its fiber turns the natural fructose into a sugar bomb that can lead to fatty liver disease and high triglycerides.
What are the downsides of consuming Gatorade, even for athletes?
-Gatorade is high in sugar, with 24 grams in a 20-ounce serving, and contains artificial colorings and flavorings that can cause concentration problems and hyperactivity. The diet version contains neurotoxins, and while it does provide electrolytes, there are healthier ways to replenish them without the synthetic ingredients.
What misconceptions exist about sugar-free and diet drinks, and what are their potential health risks?
-Sugar-free and diet drinks are often perceived as healthier options, but they contain neurotoxins and toxic chemicals linked to hyperactivity disorders, allergies, and neural degenerative conditions. These drinks can lead to joint health issues and inflammation.
What are the main ingredients in Nutella and why are they considered unhealthy?
-Nutella contains palm oil, which can be rancid and is often inhumanely sourced; skim milk powder with added sugar, which may include hormones and antibiotics; alkalized cacao, which is stripped of nutrients; hazelnuts, which if roasted, can also be rancid; and a high amount of sugar, making it a diabetic-friendly but toxic spread.
Why might yogurt not be as healthy as it is commonly believed?
-Yogurt contains a low amount of natural good bacteria strains and is high in sugar, with 4 grams per ounce. The lactose in yogurt and often added sugars contribute to high insulin levels, and the dairy in yogurt may contain hormones and antibiotics.
What health concerns are associated with Cheerios and why should they be avoided?
-Cheerios are high in carbohydrates and made from a grain that is often sprayed with glyphosate, a known gut destroyer. The grain is also turned into carbohydrates quickly, spiking insulin levels and potentially raising triglycerides. Genetically modified organisms are also a concern with Cheerios.
Why are granola bars considered unhealthy despite their natural image?
-Granola bars are high in sugar, with three to six teaspoons per bar, and often contain rancid oils and genetically modified organisms. They can spike insulin levels and contribute to metabolic diseases like diabetes and blood pressure issues.
What are the issues with canola oil and why is it considered toxic?
-Canola oil is made from highly processed rapeseeds and is subjected to extreme heat, which denatures the oil and makes it rancid. This rancid oil can congest cells, toxify the body, and disrupt fluid balance. The oil is also made with hexane, a derivative of gasoline, and requires deodorization due to its strong odor.
What are the health risks associated with consuming margarine compared to butter?
-Margarine is made from bleached, deodorized, and artificially colored ingredients, often containing rancid oils and genetically modified organisms. It can disrupt hormones, expose the body to heavy metals, and is high in unhealthy fats. It is considered highly toxic and should be avoided.

13 foods people eat
thinking the food is healthy
but it really isn't recently in our
large community facebook group this
question came up and it went crazy with
comments and i pulled the top 13 foods
that people are regularly eating
thinking they're doing the good thing
for their body or thinking it's a health
food and it's really not a health food
if you think of others as we go comment
in the comment section but let's dive in
number one on the list
fat
free if it says fat free you have
removed the fat this craze started 30 to
40 years ago to try to combat heart
disease here's what happened when you
remove the fat what do you have to add
in to make the food still taste good
sugar
fats got replaced by carbohydrates and
guess what happened to heart disease
it kept on going fat is not the issue
unhealthy fat is the issue there's a
large difference of knowing what real
fat is and what fake fats toxic rancid
fats are but fat-free is not the
solution it's actually the way to add
more fat to your body because of all the
carbohydrates you take in number two
beyond meat the craze has begun of
vegetarian burgers now there's some
companies out there pushing it to try to
make these things healthier but
typically what you are going to see is
rancid oils so these are hydrogenated
oils that end up congesting your system
and congesting your cells number two
you're going to see a lot of genetically
modified ingredients
and to make these taste
like edible food you're going to add in
a lot of carbohydrates and sugars
typically so
be on alert they may be beyond meat
but they are not better for your health
the real thing in its organic clean form
would be better or just if you choose
not to eat meat don't try to substitute
it which leads me to number three tofu
now there are companies that have really
worked to get cleaner versions of this
but traditionally what you're going to
see with tofu you're eliminating a meat
but you're replacing it with a gmo
ridden form of alternative meat now why
is gmo bad genetically modified
organisms have been tied to many
diseases inside of the body you are
taking in altered dna if you offer the
dna of food and then you eat it what
does it do to your dna over time
well potentially alters it we don't know
that's the problem but these chemicals
build up in the system they create
resistance in the guts which can create
leaky gut problems autoimmune related
disorders and inflammation so instead of
reaching for the tofu just stick with
vegetables just stick with beans the
alternatives number four fruit juice
huge problem
children all the way up the chain but
especially to our kids did you know that
most fruit juice contains between 22
and 40 grams of sugar per glass you're
thinking you're doing your kid a favor
by handing them mott's apple juice in
the back seat you are really handing
them nearly 40 grams of sugar way above
our recommended daily value just by
taking that you are already at it or
above depending on your size so these
are sugar bombs now the reason this is
important is because fructose that is in
the juice naturally now if you already
eat the piece of fruit it's different
because it still contains the fiber but
if you strip out the fiber you are now
negating the anti-sugar effect that the
fruit naturally has you're putting
fructose into the body and then
oftentimes let's be honest with
concentrates in a lot of forms of orange
juice and fruit juice we're adding extra
sugar in the form of high fructose corn
syrup that hits the liver the liver has
to process this overload of sugar
abundance it then turns it into fat
creates an abundance of fatty liver
disease as well as high triglycerides
number six
gatorade they've branded it well haven't
they athletes i did it as a kid a lot 32
ouncer 20 ouncer every sporting event i
was doing five sports a year always had
gatorade little did i know it is loaded
with sugar 24 grams of sugar just in a
20 ounce gatorade it also comes with
some delicious artificial colorings
which create concentration problems and
hyperactivity it also comes with
artificial flavorings if you go for the
diet version you are now taking in
neurotoxins in the body it comes with
electrolytes which i would agree that's
the benefit from an athlete perspective
to put electrolytes back in like sea
salt but there's a healthier way to go
about that because those are synthetic
electrolytes stay away from the gatorade
number six speaking of sugar-free and
diet drinks we think we're doing
ourselves a favor because it's literally
called a diet drink or the skinny
version the sugar-free version of our
favorite coffee drinks favorite sodas
gums lemonades full of these neurotoxins
these have been connected to
hyperactivity disorders allergies neural
degenerative conditions they are heavily
toxic chemicals going into the system
that have been linked to these issues in
fact i've had patients clinically that
have advised to stop the diet soda or
stop the diet skinny drinks and their
joint health improves because the
inflammation goes away so staying away
from those number seven topping the list
on the other side nutella nutella this
stuff if you actually separate it out
right tastes incredible to a lot of
people but when you separate this out
you're getting a layer of palm oil okay
on the top that heavier fat has the
potential to be rancid and it is usually
inhumanely sourced it's very hard on the
environment the way that they source it
but let's just keep moving deeper then
we go skim milk powder which is
the fat skimmed off of the milk added a
bunch of sugar back in and now we're
dealing with dairy which i don't think
nutella is going to care that it's
organic dairy so it's going to come with
all the hormones and all of the
antibiotics with it next we're going to
see a layer of cacao which would be fine
because it's loaded with antioxidants
however this cacao more than likely is
alkalized which is stripped of the
nutrients and then starts to contain
some rancidity depending on the way that
they made it after that we go hazelnuts
hopefully they haven't messed that one
up but man tends to mess up a lot of
good things that god created when it
comes to food and if those are roasted
then those would be rancid and then
finally sugar sugar sugar sugar sugar
sugar sugar sugar a third of the
container of nutella is sugar extremely
toxic it is diabetes in a jar it's
equivalent to eating five oreos in a
scoop of nutella you might as well enjoy
the oreos don't do the oreos either all
right yogurt number eight controversial
because a lot of people love their
yogurt as a source of probiotics they
think they're doing their digestive
tract a favor let me explain it this way
the yogurt contains so few of the
natural strains that our body needs of
good bacteria there are other fantastic
fermented foods you could be eating like
sauerkraut that would go a lot further
now i understand you're probably not
having sauerkraut for breakfast but what
you are having for breakfast with yogurt
is four grams of sugar per ounce that
slightly goes down when it comes to
greek yogurt so the natural occurring
sugars in greek or regular yogurt are
already high because of the lactose that
they are made out of but then we
oftentimes add extra sugars to it like
activia a very prominent brand has
almost 10 grams for every 4 ounce crazy
amounts of sugar in the yogurt there's
much better ways that you can be getting
healthy bacteria in and really you just
don't need the dairy because it adds in
more potential hormones and potential
antibiotics into your system because
what is done to the cow number nine
cheerios i have been talking on this one
for a long time because it's been totted
and cheerios has done its internal
studies on the benefits of heart health
i could name a hundred other foods and
have with other videos on this channel
where there's heart-healthy foods that
would be way ahead of putting cheerios
into your body here's why it is loaded
with carbohydrates it's coming from a
grain which opens us up to a whole
prefla of different problems that grain
is sprayed with glyphosate which is a
known gut
destroyer in fact monsanto the maker of
glyphosate roundup that glyphosate is
the main chemical used in it was sued
100 million dollars because that
chemical causes cancer caused it in an
individual now there's cases worldwide
for lawsuits with that it also is going
to be grain and wheat which is now
turning directly into carbohydrates four
seconds after hitting your mouth so we
are spiking our insulin levels which is
the opposite direction we want to go for
dealing with the heart issue cholesterol
issue or blood pressure issue that
excess sugar is going to hit the liver
and turn into triglycerides potentially
raising the triglycerides of your body
as well as we're dealing with
genetically modified organisms so these
gmos again are altering potentially the
dna and introducing us to foreign
chemicals and foreign makeups inside of
our body ditch the cheerios number 10
granola bars
so guilty as a kid man look nature made
little chewy granola bars clif bars are
big now
these i've come to know are sugar bombs
and open you up to a whole preflow of
different things there's three to six
teaspoons of sugar per granola bar and
we're gonna get opened up to rancid oils
in granola bars oftentimes you will see
rancid unhealthy oils if it doesn't say
coconut if it doesn't say olive which
wouldn't happen in a granola bar then
you can guess it's going to be a rancid
oil genetically modified organisms are
going to show up there as well and a lot
of them contain some level of a rice
protein or some level of a grain those
are going to spike carbohydrates and
insulin levels which is going the wrong
direction for metabolic disease of
diabetes blood pressure and cholesterol
problems i just stay away from the
granola bars now number 11 ensure the
only thing that this thing ensures
is poor health
incredibly toxic stuff i understand
you're trying to keep the calories on
we're trying to provide calories to
someone that might be losing it they're
in a desperate bad situation but this
would be the last thing i would want to
give a family member that is struggling
in the hospital or struggling at home to
keep weight on now it will give you
calories but it will give you a whole
world of toxicity as well it contains
four to six different types of sugar it
contains artificial sweeteners which
again are linked to
brain issues allergy issues a lot of
problems in the system it will expose
you to two different types of rancid
oils and a bunch of synthetic vitamins
this thing is ensuring poor health
number 12 canola oil canola oil comes
from what is called a rape seed a rape
seed is highly processed heated to
extreme temperatures to squeeze out the
oil from the seed to make what we know
as canola oil it's been touted as a
healthy form of oil but that process
denatures the oil makes it rancid so
when you put it into your body your
cells
don't recognize the structure of it now
it makes the cells congested because
this body tries to use that oil to build
new cells which congests you up that's
going to toxify you and it's going to
keep weight on as well as mess with the
fluid inside of your body so very toxic
in the process of denaturing it they use
hexane to make it derivative of gasoline
as well as they have to deodorize it
because it sinks so bad you would never
put it in your mouth so they have to use
deodorant in order to get it in you
finally margarine along the same lines
when it was initially created this is
way back when and maybe you're around
for this it used to be gray tubs and it
would come with a yellow food coloring
that you poured in to make it resemble
butter the process this i am a biochem
miner and the process of making
margarine is astounding they have to
bleach it they have to deodorize it they
have to add coloring to it just to get
it to something that resembles the
consistency
smell
and color of butter rancid oils using
top to bottom you usually see soybean
oil show up in that so now you're
getting genetically modified organisms
it's also going to mess with your
hormones females males for that matter
as well margarine in the process of it
because there's so much processing that
gets exposed to a lot of heavy metals so
this is incredibly toxic this is one i
would not give away to your neighbor get
it out of your fridge get it into the
garbage even the ants won't eat it so 13
foods that a lot of people think are
healthy but they're actually not which
one did you think of while i was going
through this comment below like and
follow this post and i'll keep helping
you make health simple because at the
end of the day you're the solution
