a me in prima persona di laurearmi con

una media del 30 a economia aziendale

ora la premessa è che chiaramente io

parlo per la mia esperienza che è da

studenti di economia quindi i consigli

che do hanno funzionato per quanto

riguarda la mia situazione studiando

questa materia chiaramente se studiate

ingegneria medicina giurisprudenza

Magari potete comunque prendere spunto

da questi consigli da questi errori da

evitare ma non è detto che funzionino

come hanno funzionato per me l'economia

ora ragazzi il primo errore è un po'

controverso e secondo me è l'errore

Anche più comune tra gli studenti

universitari non dovete stare al passo

con le lezioni cosa intendo con questo

non intendo che dovete rimanere indietro

chiaramente Ma dovete prendervi avanti

ora se voi prima di affrontare il

capitolo di un libro Aspettate che il

prof lo tratti a lezione e per poi

studiarlo insieme magari agli appunti

presi Vi renderete conto che arriverete

a finire il libro e il programma quando

finiscono più o meno le lezioni e già Di

solito avviene un 10 giorni 15 giorni

prima dell'esame che sono assolutamente

troppo pochi per riuscire a ripassare

tutto corr amente e arrivare pronti con

1000 pagine studiate bene per il giorno

dell'esame quindi Ragazzi io

personalmente mi portavo sempre avanti e

arrivavo a finire il libro almeno due o

tre volte per l'ultimo giorno di lezione

del prof quindi quando il prof aveva

finito il programma una volta avevo già

circa letto il libro evidenziato

sottolineato studiato almeno due o tre

volte chiaramente dipende dall'esame e

usavo le lezioni unicamente come ripasso

di quello che avevo già già studiato a

casa per prendere appunti prendere

quelle inzioni extra che il prof magari

aggiungeva in classe e per porre domande

su argomenti che avendo già studiato i

capitoli sapevo già che sarebbero stati

ostici o che non mi erano chiarissimi

dall'inizio ora ragazzi facendo così

spesso la prima volta che studierete

quei capitoli da soli non ancora

affrontati in classe non vi sarà tutto

chiaro ma quando il prof spiegherà

quegli argomenti è come se quei concetti

fossero già nella vostra testa

disorganizzati e magicamente iniziano a

acquisire un senso ma sono già nella

vostra testa perché li avete già letti

li avete già sottolineati li avete già

studiati quindi a mio parere questo è

l'unico modo di essere davvero

bulletproof sul 30 all'esame veniamo a

un altro secondo errore che gli studenti

universitari fanno spesso studiare a ore

e non hanno obiettivi ora già Tempo fa

avevo fatto un video sul metodo di

studio per gli studenti di economia dove

affrontavo questo tema ragazzi se voi vi

mettete in camera vostra chiudete la

porta telefono fuori e dite ok studio

per 3 ore poi quando ho finito Esco

perfetto giornata di studio fatta non

funziona questo è un metodo che di

solito si usa alle superiori con

all'università non funziona questa cosa

non potete permettervi di dire Ok ora il

mio piano di studio è studiare 5 ore al

giorno Poi prima della sessione aumento

8 ore al giorno Quindi vi mettete là vi

obbligate a stare davanti al libro per 5

ore o vi mettete là a fare tutte quelle

tecniche dove misurate 25 minuti di

studio fate le pause Eh insomma non

funziona Se vi organizzate lo studio a

blocchi di tempo perché è inevitabile

che non siete Sempre produttivi allo

stesso modo voi dovete organizzarvi lo

studio ha obiettivi non ha tempo dovete

prendervi una vostra agenda sul computer

Io ad esempio usavo quella del Mac e

ogni giorno mi segnavo oggi devo finire

capitolo 1 domani devo finire capitolo 2

dopodomani capitolo 3 e magari il primo

giorno a finire il capitolo 1 ci mettevo

3 ore perché ero in forma concentrato il

secondo giorno ci mettevo 7 ore magari a

finire il capitolo 2 Chiaramente io

stavo a studiare finché avevo studiato

imparato il capitolo 2 indipendentemente

dal tempo impiegato Quindi quello che

succede quando Voi studiate a ore è che

state là a soffrire per 1 2 3 4 5 ore

non tanto per imparare le cose ma per

levarvi il senso di colpa dall'aver

avuto una giornata produttiva d'aver

adempiuto il vostro dovere di studen vi

sentite che avete fatto il vostro dovere

perché avete studiato 5 ore ma

l'importante è la qualità dello studio

quanto avete imparato quanto sapete e se

in 5 ore quel giorno siete stati là

bloccati quasi a soffrire darvi a

infliggi un' autopunizione per stare

davanti al libro però Avete studiato 20

pagine effettive capite che non ha senso

quindi impostatelo di studi a obiettivi

per la mia esperienza tutte le tecniche

che implicano unità di misura temporali

non funzionano studiate a obiettivi

quando vi fate il piano a obiettivi

quindi vi Aprite la vostra agenda vi

dividete il programma in capitoli o in

blocchi di pagine e li assegnate a ogni

giorno quindi quello è l'obiettivo per

quel giorno lasciatevi sempre un buffer

di almeno 10 giorni prima della fine

dell'esame in modo che avete finito

tutto il vostro piano di studio Avete

studiato correttamente certe volte Ciò

implica fare ripassare il libro Una due

altre volte tre volte ma l'importante è

che finite il vostro piano con un buffer

di almeno 10 giorni prima dell'esame per

essere sicuri di avere quel margine di

errore veniamo ora al terzo errore che

anche qui Tantissimi studenti fanno che

è quello di studiare solo sulla materia

e non anche sull'esame e cosa intendo

Quando dovete fare qualunque test lo

stesso vale per il gmat per l' iels per

della materia in sé impatta solamente al

50% al massimo su il risultato finale

struttura delle domande dovete capire

qual è la psicologia del prof dietro

anche la costruzione dell'esame e

allenarvi sulle prove d'esame passate

simili a quelle che vi aspetteranno

chiaramente qualora sia possibile

ragazzi spesso i professori li mettono a

disposizione altre volte no però quando

non le meto a disposizione Io vi

consiglio caldamente di iniziare a fare

chiamate a tappeto con le studenti più

grandi che hanno avuto quel prof che vi

sanno dire magari a voce Cosa aspettarvi

dall'esame e questo chiaramente vi dà

un'idea di quali sono le logiche dietro

le domande Come impostare la vostra

forma mentis in in ottica esame e poi

vabbè la regola base è che non ci sono

scorciatoie se sapete tutto non possono

chiedervi qualcosa che non sapete quindi

la Chiaramente la preparazione sulla

materia ci vuole anche sui minimi

dettagli ma quello che dico è necessaria

Ma non sufficiente per garantirvi un 30

ora un altro errore che vedo spesso tra

gli studenti ambiziosi e bravi è fare il

lupo solitario Ragazzi questo non

funziona perché avete bisogno di un

feedback esterno ovviamente cercate di

studiare sempre con gli studenti più

bravi di voi o comunque studenti che

abbiano medie molto alte 29 30 non

perdete tempo studiando con persone che

non ottengono i risultati che volete

ottenere Perché chiaramente prenderete

le loro abitudini che evidentemente non

funzionano se hanno medie più basse

della media a cui voi puntate quindi

circondatevi di studenti che hanno la

media che vorreste avere voi e studiate

insieme a loro cercate di capire

parte fondamentale inventatevi anche dei

giochi io addirittura facevo questo

gioco dove mi mettevo con un mio amico e

ci dovevamo giocavamo o a punti o ci

mettere in campo una serie di

ragionamenti di sforzi mentali non solo

nel studiare e ricordarsi tutto ma nel

inventarsi domande difficili da fare per

quindi indirettamente essere pronti a
