is you have to clean up your nutrition

tells us that we're on the right track
if you are consuming large amounts of
processed foods large amounts of sugar
junk food whatever you want to call it
these are artificial signals that you're
getting the right thing so you need to
eliminate processed sugar you need to
eliminate junk food you really just need
to clean your diet up because ultimately
this is your one body this is your one
vessel we talk so much on here about the
importance of nutrition but clean up
your diet and substitute a lot of your
junk food with red meat here's why guys
red and meat releases l-tyrosine it's a
it's a hormone in your body it's an
amino acid and l-tyrosine is a precursor
for dopamine so by eating more red meat
we're putting more l-tyrosine into our
body system enhancing the ability for us
to create and release more dopamine so
second second thing to do guys is to
clean up your diet remove processed food
and substitute it with a higher volume
of red meat third thing is guys you
gotta have a daily exercise or training
program impreferably in a high intensity
or high volume type of training at least
three to four days a week see when we're
washing porn there is a testosterone
release just like dopamine is tied to
testosterone so as we're going down that
path and we're getting those hits of
dopamine it hits a dopamine hits a
dopamine that is elevating our
testosterone that's why it may feel like
you're doing the right thing it feels
like you're more manly because you're
getting testosterone through your porn
viewing now if we're if we're gonna stop
that we're gonna eliminate the viewing
of porn well we have to make sure that
we're signaling that testosterone
response in another way and there's no
more effective way to increase your
testosterone than through high intensity
high volume training guys if you need
