what's up guys we're back and we're back with a recipe I promised to do for a while now ice
cream has always been the little die devil on my shoulder until 2021 when ninja release this
thing and no this isn't sponsored if you have one you know what I'm talking about and if you don't
maybe this video will convince you it might be the loudest Appliance ever made but you can eat
ice cream without the guilt every single day let's let's jump right into some of my favorite recipes
for it if you want me to do another set of these creamy recipes hit that thumbs up button at the
end and if this hits 1,000 likes we'll run it back before the end of summer also don't forget
to [Music] subscribe to start this one you're obviously going to need a ninja creamy I still
have the original one there's a better one out now I think the results of these recipes I have
in here will speak to my review of this thing in my opinion any anyone who likes ice cream should
have one of these I'm sure you all know where to find one but if for some reason you don't I'll
link to the newer creamy below if you'd like to check it out moving on to our first recipe
these are all kind of Base recipes which we'll talk more about at the end take out your ninja
creamy container we're going to prep the mix right inside it no mixing bowl needed this recipe is the
one I personally make the most it's simple and quick to prep all you need one bottle or 12 oz
for ready to drink drink protein shake I'm using a chocolate Fair life today but any RTD will work
at least all the ones I've tried 3 oz of a greed yogurt 2 tbsp powdered peanut butter and if you
want it even creamier you can add in 2 tbspoon of a pudding mix 10 G of unflavored collagen powder
or a 4 to half a teaspoon of gu or zanam gum I most never add this in and I'm always happy
with the result so don't feel like you need this to make it good to mix everything I use
one of these cheap battery operated FRS I've had the same one for years which I'll also link to
[Music] below once mixed put it off to the side for 5 to 10 minutes then cover it and
put it into the freezer overnight you can mix and match your RTD and Greek yogurt flavors here to
really switch it up for our next recipe you'll need 1 and 1/4 cups of Greek yogurt four a cup
of milk or milk substitute 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1 and 1/2 scoops of optional protein
powder I say optional because it's not needed in any of these recipes which we'll talk more
about in a minute if you're using it however make sure to use a flavor that complements the Greek
yogurt flavor you use mix those ingredients together until smooth this one is a little
thicker so it might be easier to mix it with a spoon put it off to the side for 5 to 10 minutes
then into the freezer overnight before we move on to the next recipe I'll say this if you like
ice cream like I do you can easily justify the price of this thing when you factor in how much
healthier alternatives to ice cream cost it'll pay for itself real quick and you'll have Endless
Options that are in my opinion way better now for our next recipe which is likely the cheapest
you can make you'll need 12 O of milk or milk substitute 1 and 1/2 scoops of protein powder
10 G of cocoa powder if you want chocolate and some sweetener this could be honey Stevia brown
rice or maple syrup or whatever will fit your Macros that day and two tablespoons pudding
mix quick tip here is to make sure you don't fill your containers above the max fill line
you can be below it but never over it all these recipes should be below it if you're using the
pine siiz containers mix those together put it off to the side for 5 to 10 minutes and then into
the freezer overnight for our last recipe we can't forget our good friend cottage cheese you can make
this one right in your creamy container however if you want it smooth you should first mix it in
a food processor blender to do this you'll need 1 and 1/2 cups of cottage cheese half a cup of milk
or milk substitute two tablespoons of a pudding mix and some sweetener I went with a tablespoon
of honey mix Blend or process everything together then pour into your container can you guess the
next steps yet put it off to the side for 5 to 10 minutes cover it and thr into the freezer
overnight it's hard to put together and explain all the combinations in a video so what I'm going
to do is to put them in an organized format on the website where I'll also explain the ingredients
and how to use them in each recipe a bit more I'll also include the macro breakdowns for these
recipes with protein powder and without you'd like to check this out or need metric conversions for
any of the ingredients you can click up here to go to the protein chef. o or below in the
description our last step is upon us take out your Frozen pint of future macro-friendly ice cream NE
let it thaw out for 10 minutes or run some hot water over it before placing it into your ninja
creamy find your hearing protection and hit that light ice cream button I'm kidding by the way you
don't actually need hearing protection it does sound like an airplane taking off though [Music]
after that first run is done you want to add in 1 to 2 oz of a milk or milk substitute and respin
it here's a part where you can eat it as is or use a mix in to add some more flavor and
texture things I like using nuts gram crackers and Oreo random cookies fruit chocolate chips
and so on let me know some of your favorite mixins below so I can try them them whatever
it is you use crush it up push it in and tap that mixing button in the end it should look like this
[Music]
three quick tips number one make sure you freeze it on a level surface number two the higher and
fat your ingredients are the creamier it'll be and number three don't be scared to try
new flavors and mixins this thing is super fun to experiment with speaking of mixins for this
