なかった大国のロシアと中国が動かないと
分かった韓国軍はこれを気に南北統一を
果たすため北朝鮮へ攻め込み被装地帯を
中心に大規模な戦闘が行われた補給の
少ない北朝鮮が劣勢になることは火を見る
より明らかだっっ
た1週間が経ち首ぴょんヤンに連合軍が
迫る中北朝鮮指導部はついに戦術核兵器の
使用を決断した北朝鮮は韓国や日本
アメリカのハワイサンディエゴに対して核
を搭載した大陸間弾道ミサイルを発射射程
の長いミサイルの一部はミサイル防衛
システムに守られ打ち落とすれたり射程を
外れたが北朝鮮から近い韓国では防ぎきれ
ず首都ソール上空で核爆弾が爆発ソール
中心部を中心に約10km四方は一瞬にし
て火の海となり約610万人もの人々が
一瞬にして命を落としたもう一方の核
ミサイルは不幸にも横須賀の米軍基地周辺
の上空で爆発発射が確認されてから日本の
ミサイル迎撃システムが機能するもデコを
含め複数の発射されたミサイルを全て防ぐ
ことはできなかった熱戦により横須賀では
約14万人の人が一瞬にして命を奪われ
その後巻き起こる火災扇風の影響で町に火
の手が広がりさらなる被害をもたらした
さらに北朝鮮はアメリカの戦力増強を恐れ
日本の上空で核爆弾を爆発させ電磁パルス
攻撃を仕掛けた日本の通信システムや交通
システムは麻痺し正確な情報が届少なく
なったことで日本社会はパニックに陥った
ついに本土へのミサイル攻撃をされた
アメリカはすぐさま報復として北朝鮮に核
攻撃を開始北朝鮮の核ミサイル発射基地と
見られる基地全てに戦術核兵器で応戦した
懐中ではアメリカの最新A潜水ドローンが
各発射能力のある潜水艦を次々と沈没させ
た北朝鮮の首ぴょにもアメリカの戦術核
ミサイルが落とされ韓国ソルを80万人も
の犠牲者を出した日本も本土を攻撃された
ことにより自衛権を発動し北朝鮮と戦う
ための兵士の募集がやっと始まったが自国
を核攻撃されたにも関わらず憲法解釈の
問題で他国での戦闘について内部で揉めて
いた日本は世界から呆れられていたその後
日本もアメリカの要請により直接戦闘する
ことが決まりアメリカ日本韓国の連合軍は
北朝鮮を放した既に多くの戦力が失われた
北朝鮮に対し連合軍は兵士や住民に対して
登校を呼びかけるビラを巻いた北朝鮮軍の
指揮はすでになく投稿する兵士が続出あっ
という間に連合軍はぴょんヤンを制圧し
戦いは終わりを告げたその後北朝鮮指導部
は国民を捨てロシアに亡命北朝鮮は韓国と
統合されついに朝鮮半島の統一がなされる
ことになった原爆の使用により日本と韓国
では200万人を超える民間の犠牲者を
出しアメリカも本土こそ攻撃されなかった
が大きな板を負ったその後アメリカは
ロシアに義務一族を引き渡すことを要求
するもロシアはこれを拒否朝鮮半島は統一
されたもののこの地域では新たな紛争が
始まる予感がしてい
た2005年の国政調査で国民の97%が
自分は幸福だと答えた国ブータンはインド
と中国に挟まれた国で国王が国民を支配
する絶対勢の国でしたしかし第4代国王
ジシ地区は自ら王制廃止に踏み切り政治
権力を議会選挙で選ばれた議員や首相たち
に譲りましたブータン国民は驚き王様その
まま政治を続けてくださいと丸しましたが
国王は王制とはとんでもない国王が出現し
た時に国民にとって不幸な事態となる
おかしなが出現した時これを取り替える
ことができるのが民主主義だと国民を説得
しましたその後ブータンは日本と同じよう
に王を象徴として敬い政治は国民が行う
立憲民主性に移行しましたブータンでは
国王の提唱した国民走行副業gnhが
取り入れられGDPで表される経済的物質
的な豊かさだけではなく心の豊かさによる
幸福を目指すべきであるという思想が
取り入れられ国際社会に衝撃を与えました
17歳という若さで第4代国王となったジ
神湾国王は大いに悩んだと言いますその後
彼は国内各地を訪れては人々との対話を
重ね目指すべき国の姿を模索し続けました
その結果到達したのが国民総副量という
国民の幸せを考えることだったのですその
一方で今回紹介した北朝鮮の務一族は自分
たちをし権力を守ることに必死で国民が
飢えても自分たちを守るための兵器の製造
を進め今日まで存続していますブータンに
は2600年にわり培われてきた仏教が
人々の間で育まれていますこの仏教が人間
としての道徳を国王を含め人々の心に育ん
できました一方で北朝鮮は宗教を制限し
1人の人間を神格化し国民を支配する父
思想を国民に植えつけましたこの両者の
違いは明確でブータンの国王は国民のため
を思い国民の意見を聞き国民の幸せのため
に尽くす政治を行い北朝鮮は国民を統制
することに全力を注ぎ自分たちの権力の
維持を最優先で進める政治を行っていると
いうことですもし仮に北朝鮮にも仏教の
ような宗教が残り道徳があったなら国民に
とって幸せな未来が待っていたのではない
かと思います今日本は北の脅威にさらされ
ていますが私たち1人1人が政治に参加し
リーダーを選ぶことで未来を変えることが
できます一方北朝鮮ではリーダーを選ぶ
ことができません選挙権を持つ私たち
1人1人が意識し問題を議論することが
日本の未来を明るくするのです今回は
