in this video we're discussing how to
change your physical appearance

very possible if you can change your
hair color if you can change the shape
of your jaw your nose change the color
of your eyes and yes I have met people
that have been able to change brown eyes
into blue it is totally possible you can
be do or have anything now it is up to
you to actually convince yourself that
those things can happen
so the first thing that I wanted to say
is I wanted to give a personal testimony
because for a while
um a couple years back and I might
insert a picture I might not but I was
about you know 40 ish pounds heavier
than how I am now and I've been able to
maintain the weight that I'm at
currently and I must say that I I really
really I like my avatar I like how I
look and I think that is what's most
important it's about being okay with
yourself
and really
really appreciating your own body
another thing when I was growing up all
throughout my life I could not get my
hair to grow past here just throughout
these years these past couple of years
it did not take that long I have been
able to grow my hair out naturally
without
the help of extensions but that was just
because of what I was manifesting I
wanted to grow my hair out naturally you
can most certainly get other things to
kind of speeding up the process you guys
have even seen in some of my videos the
color of my eyes look different
depending on the lighting depending on
what I'm wearing because I grew up with
a belief you know my mom she has blue
eyes and she always told me as well as
she thought of herself that her eyes
change color so I live with this
assumption that my eyes change color
every now and then sometimes they're
green sometimes they're Hazel sometimes
they're brown so you can be do or have
anything
best way and the fastest way to change
your physical appearance is to find
information that best suits your desire
for example if you are wanting to change
your hair color or you're wanting to
let's say have straighter teeth or
whatever the case may be you're going to
go
on the Internet or wherever in your life
that you might see that type of visual
and you're going to keep that in your
head I don't know if you want to put it
in your put it in your phone save it to
your phone if you want to create a
vision board out of it
the reason why I would say go for a
visual
it's in your imagination and you want to
put it into a visual because
it is a physical change and
they're scripting right there's there's
different ways that we can manifest
things but it is a well-known fact that
visualization is it is the most powerful
way to manifest something if it is
already manifested into the physical
reality then we know for sure that it is
something that we can obtain now when
you are let's say you have grown up and
you've never seen yourself to look the
way that you want to let's say you've
really just had a hard time getting on
board with the idea of you really
accepting yourself and really liking how
you feel in your body this is the best
time to start
find images find
anything that you can that will help
support your desire
for me
and this is step by step exactly what I
did
the moment that I was able to find
information that well suited my desire I
was able to change my physical body and
maintain it we're not talking about
yo-yo dieting we're not talking about
yo-yo like you reach your goal weight
and then you go back to it we're talking
about keeping a sustained and maintained
appearance
what I did was I was led once I sent the
intention I was led to a book called
intuitive eating now for me in my
personal journey I have been through a
lot of different Eating Disorders just
weird ways of thinking about food now I
have one of the best relationships with
food out of anyone that I know
um it's
crazy to think about how I used to view
food I can eat whatever I want I can
drink whatever I want I literally never
stress about the food that I'm consuming
ever and if I don't want food I don't
eat it if I do want food I eat it and
that is
throughout any Spectrum whether it's
deemed good or bad I have no issue with
that after I read this book this is what
helped me mentally shift
my way of thinking and my relationship
with food and I'm bringing up intuitive
eating because it was a pivotal moment
in my life and something about this book
helped me change the way that I viewed
food it's also something that helped me
change the way that I viewed exercising
I no longer spend hours at the gym I no
longer eat until I'm completely stuffed
and then feel bad and then go to the gym
afterwards like the things that I
the things that I did because I felt
terrible about myself or guilty or
shameful
it's real now the second note that I
have is
you cannot criticize something and
expect it to change
okay what you appreciate appreciates
and it's as simple as that what you
appreciate appreciates
having compassion for yourself will lead
you to your dream body
having Grace for yourself will lead you
to your dream body and I invite you to
think about a time where you let's talk
about relationships where if you're
interacting with somebody and somebody's
constantly criticizing you
how does that make you feel
you simply don't want to be around them
and that's just how it goes
same thing for your body if you're
constantly criticizing it it understands
and it does not it will not
behave the way that you want it to when
you're constantly feeding it negative
energy write down the things that you
like about yourself
write down the things that you like
about yourself it could be that you like
your eyelashes it could be that you like
the shape of your eyebrows it could be
literally any part of yourself you like
your hands any part of yourself that you
truly enjoy and that you truly
appreciate
write that down and keep it keep it
close
because you are going to use that when
you wake up before you go to bed to
really think about how how great your
body is when you think about how complex
our bodies are and how amazing they are
it becomes very easy to create this list
when you start thinking about how
intelligent your brain is and how your
heart is always pumping and how your
blood and your well-being is just so
predominantly for you and always working
for you it becomes very easy to love and
appreciate your body it just takes a
little bit of focus and a little bit of
effort now here is a plug-in that I
really really want to talk about because
the reticular activating system is
incredibly useful in obtaining your
dream body if you want to manifest a
physical change you most certainly can
do that and this is why the reticular
activating system is part in your brain
that specifically helps you Focus for
example when you are at a loud coffee
shop the reticular activating system is
the reason why you can focus on the book
you're reading or the work you're trying
to get done it's also the reason why you
can hold a conversation with someone in
a large restaurant with lots of noise
use this to your advantage when
manifesting just by simply focusing your
awareness on things you appreciate
through the power of the RAS it will
also find more things about yourself to
like
when you are focused on that thing it
will help you manifest in effortless
time
effortless you won't even realize how
quickly these manifestations are
happening because of what the reticular
activating system does if you allow your
brain to do its job and really focus in
on the physical manifestations that
you're trying to accomplish it will do
