360 review forms the section type
competency has been replaced by
attribute you can use the attribute type
field to add either a skill section or a
competency section and this skill and

between the different tables you can
report on data from attributes
attributes types tank growth portfolio
behavior and proficiency
set number four um a dynamic a dynamic
team is an informal team which isn't
defined by the formal organization
hierarchy and Reporting structure
instead is formed by people coming
together for a specific object
objective attributes data is now
available in Dynamic team team owners
create assignments to recruit team
members when they create a new Dynamic
team and the assignments created in
Dynamic team can list what requirements
the team members would fulfill including
the
attributes number five attribute
synchronization with new integrated
learning um experience now I'll I'll
suggest you to go through my blog Talent
intelligence Hub and integrated learning
experience integration I have described
in detail the step by step process to
set up this integration and you can also
see the employee experience admin
experience and manager experience but in
short with this um w w with this
integration attributes data are
available in integrated learning
experience where admins can assign those
attributes to learning contents let's
look at the next set of Integrations
this is really not an integration but
machine machine learning based
recommendations um 6A personalized
learning recommendation based on growth
portfolio attributes data the new
integrated learning experience is one of
our first solution which has
personalized recommendation in
Opportunity Marketplace employees can um
catch recommendation
based on their growth portfolio
attributes um and the attributes that is
updated in the learning content which is
matching um they can get those
recommendations in Opportunity
Marketplace also those assignments for
dynamic team which is published in
Opportunity Marketplace employees can
get recommendations on matching
assignments um based on their portfolio
let's look at the next set of
Integrations the purple where the talent
data updates growth portfolio 7A first
from new integrated learning experience
once employees complete uh the the
learning courses or programs they
acquire some new attributes which is
added to their growth portfolio in real
time they might have an attribute in
growth portfolio already but they
receive a higher rating as part of
completion of a course so that um rating
is updated in growth portfolio in real
time and uh employees can see the
timeline um you know the timeline
feature in growth portfolio for specific
skills and competency to see how their
ratings has changed over the period and
what is the source of those
ratings 7B once uh employees complete a
successful assignment and part of a
dynamic team when the dynamic team is
complete and it achieves its
objective the attributes that those part
of those assignment employees will in
you know they will inherit those
attributes and they will receive a
rating as defined um in the assignment
and that will update their growth
portfolio in real
time finally 7 C skills and competency
with ratings updates uh employees growth
portfolio after their Performance
Management and 360
review attributes are now recommended on
a user growth portfolio based on the
users activities in CPN or continuous
Performance Management for example if an
employee mentions a skill named machine
learning in the achievement section in
CPM and the skill exist in the
attributes library of the customer
instance then machine learning is shown
as a recommended skill in the user's
growth
portfolio in addition there are some um
additional
improvements or enhancement that was
introduced in two ways 2023 one um
enroll based permission there is ADD and
view permission for employees in growth
portfolio growth portfolio let's say you
don't want to give your employees access
to add new skills or rate their skills
but you want them to view their skills
and competency so you can determine what
kind of permission you want to give them
with this flexibility in RBP managers
have two new uh permissions one to edit
proficiency levels of their team members
and second to view their direct reports
um skills and competency and wholesale
data with Team
portfolio there is also uh proxy Dives
for talent legence sub it's available
with this release there is a new um
quick action card in homepage called
view my growth portfolio which which
will take you directly to employees
portfolio finally in admin Center you
can see the Import and Export Talent
intelligence Hub templates to import
export data within integration Center
some of the entities that is available
as part of this functionality today is
portfolio attributes behaviors and
tanks and lastly skill recommendation
based on Microsoft graph data
if Microsoft as your client application
is set up in your environment and the
email ID of an employee in Microsoft
Azure matches with the email ID and sap
success factors the skill inferencing
system can create skill recommendation
based on skill terms in the data from
Microsoft graph the skills data is
pulled uh from three Microsoft apis One
Outlook calendar invitations to
Microsoft teams team names and
descriptions distribution list and
finally distribution list for example if
an employee uses the term Finance
Management in Microsoft teams
interactions the skills influencing
system learns that the employee is
interested in financial management
skills and then the inferencing system
checks if there is an exact match for
the SK name in the customers attributes
library in their instance if a match is
found the skill is displayed as a
recommended skill in the employees
growth for
portfolio uh employees can then decide
if they want to add that scill to their
portfolio uh the content of this slide
will undergo significant changes over
the next two releases in 2024 with the
planned Innovations in data interaction
between Talent intelligence Hub and the
rest of the hxm suite you have learned
the what and how of talent intelligence
Hub but you might be asking the all
important why what values does upgrading
to Talent intelligence Hub brings to
your
organization well if your organization's
goal
