down the areas and Drop Shipping that

probably the most obvious in its web
design web design is the most obvious
outward facing difference between a

their colorways everything looks custom
it's a different type of layout that you
see on most Shopify stores and it just
looks overall really really branded they
have their custom logos done everywhere
they've got great looking videos and
gifts I mean this is insane right here
with this like Rangefinder overall just
a fantastic website and they built all
of us using Shopify so it's very very
doable another great one is what
everyone really talks about in the Drop
Shipping space where gymshark kind of
took over and became this big business
starting off Drop Shipping and now it's
this massive massive athletic clothing
company but you can see the same themes
and elements going on their website it
looks like a real website it looks like
Nike it looks very very branded and
custom now let's take a look at what
Drop Shipping websites pretty much
everyone sends me to look at here we go

like a terrible title of the product
four people are watching this right now
I mean that's not true you see this
format on so many websites and Shopify
drop Tree stores yeah it looks decently
clean and it's fine to test products on
but it doesn't have that branded feel
does have that branded voice like a
Bluetooth golf the brand voice is really
showing through here of you know
elegance and a new generation of golfers
and new tools that are coming out it's
just different right and that's a
perfect example what I mean by
reinvesting into your website and
building it and making it more custom
now you're probably thinking that's
great but these websites are probably
professionally done they probably have
massive budgets but the truth is you can
actually get some custom code and custom
things on your website for a lot cheaper
than you think you can go on websites
like Fiverr upwork or if you want to
take on the task you can do it yourself
and learn how to code but if you don't
want to you can find a lot of great
Freelancers that can do a lot of this
work and make it look really really
pretty they won't cost that much but the
thing is you're gonna have to work with
revisions you're also gonna have to find
the right people to have the right skill
set sort of like an interview process
because you kind of are hiring them as a
freelance developer so if you can spend
the time interviewing and talking to
people and seeing what you can come up
with and it's definitely worth it and it
will really really improve your website
and your conversion rate now the second
thing that I want to talk about in
building a really branded website is AD
creatives ad creatives are usually the
first Contact point with a potential
customer they play a role in both cold
and warm traffic if you're retargeting
this is the true first impression of
your brand or your website I know like
the first impression is the landing page
sometimes but really The Advocate it was
when they first hear about your brand or
first see it and you have to remember
with both organic and paid traffic
they're not really wanting to see your
ad it's being shown to them and they're
not you know consenting to it
essentially so I think building a really
strong and engaging ad creative is very
important low quality ad creatives are
going to lead to low quality customers
less clicks higher cpms Etc in terms of
building a branded Drop Shipping Store
add consistency and add style are
extremely important you know the exact
Vibe of an Apple commercial or a Nike
commercial before they even say the
brand at the end of it right they all
have this certain look this these
certain features or certain design
elements that you know that's Apple it's
sleek it looks like this I know it's
going to be an iPhone at the end of the
commercial that's because it keeps in
the same style and it's very
recognizable it's almost like brand
recognition but with ads now your ad
creatives don't all have to be million
dollar Productions like apple or Nike
especially in the area that we're in
right now with the rise of EGC content
and for those of you that don't know
ugc content is user generated content
pretty much anything taken on like your
regular iPhone or kind of like a selfie
Style video where people are talking
into the camera it's a more authentic
feel people really resonate with it
right now and some of the best
performing ugc content advertisements
come from actors or actresses or
influencers or creators generating this
content for your brand to use this type
of content is a lot easier to actually
get than you might be thinking you don't
just send a million people DMS on
Instagram or Tick Tock trying to get
them to review your product or make EVC
content for you and that's one of my
favorite ugc ad platform comes into play
which is Billow I recommend Billow to
all of my students in econ remastered
they just deliver such high quality
content and they really vet their actors
and actresses and not only that I mean
they work with some of the biggest
brands like Harry's Rory Parker and
Nestle lips they work with these brands
for a reason it's just high quality
content it's easy it's fairly cheap so
for example if you're looking for ugc
Content that's going to you know
resonate with 40 plus year old women in
the skin care industry that are might
have skin care problems or are an
influencer in that industry you can find
this on below all I do is go over to
creators and you look through all the
creators you can look through Cosmetics
consumer goods health and wellness
fitness and you get to watch a preview
of another ad that they've done before
see if you like the way that they speak
their style what their lighting looks
like what their setup is how many jobs
that they've done before you can pretty
much just vet them through here which is
really nice and then when you decide to
hire one you just click on hire me for
your next video takes you to this page a
couple different pricing tiers there's
the video ad just straightforward you
can also get a package for tick tock
shorts and reels if you want
multi-purpose and you can also do an
honest review where you literally just
send them the product and they will do
an honest review for you so it could be
good could be bad but most likely it's
going to be like medium to good another
great thing about it is you get two
revisions so when they come back with
the ad I feel like I need that changed
or you said that a little funny or
that's not really what I meant two
revisions so they send it back again and
you can really perfect the ad and they
choose the number of videos that you
want three videos by three creators uh
15 seconds 30 seconds or 60 seconds full
portrait landscape the style that you
want right you want it for reels do you
want it for YouTube ads or do you want
it one to one square for all the
Facebook Square posts that we still have
and then you can do in-house services
like subtitles logo and all that stuff
included so you can basically curate it
to what exactly your business and brand
needs and then when you're done they
send it over to you and you get the
final copy and you love it you can then
repurpose it chop it up use it for tick
tock Instagram reels you can run it for
paid traffic it doesn't really matter
it's your content you paid for it you
can use it as many times or as little
times as you want test different ad
variations you really get the whole
package and you can really use it a lot
I really can't emphasize enough the

to put your face behind your brand I

need to be focusing on to build this
branded drop should be a story that
we're all looking for you need to be
focusing on your supplier selection A
supplier is more on the back end of your
dropshipping business but nonetheless
it's still very very important to a
brand if you have a bad supplier you
literally cannot run your business you
can't ship out orders maybe they forget
they'll refund you maybe it arrives two
three months four months late whatever
it is if you have a bad supplier it's
going to kill your business you need
someone who's a reliable quick has a
dedicated team working for them and
overall being a partner with you rather
than someone that's just trying to get a
quick buck off of you and what I mean by
that is a good supplier should act as a
partner in your business because if you
grow your business then they grow their
business as well and this is probably
one of the hardest questions is how do
you get in touch with a good supplier or
an agent well there's not exactly a good
answer there's not one website that just
has a bunch of different suppliers well
there is it's AliExpress there's zendrop
there's CJ Drop Shipping there's a bunch
of these websites out there but the
thing is that you have to do is spend
some time actually vetting these
suppliers communicating with them asking
them questions are they manufactured or
are they a forwarder this is going to
take a lot of time but trust me once you
start getting orders it's really going
to help you it pretty much removes any
headache in regards to supply you don't
want to wake up one day with 150 orders
on your store and have no way to fulfill
them you don't want to make the mistake
of picking a random supplier from
AliExpress that you've never talked to
before and sending them you know two
thousand dollars in cash and hope they
send it out and your customer to
delegate man and get refunded you need
to vet your supplier you need to build
that relationship I do have a full video
going into more depth about suppliers on
my channel so make sure to check that
out after now the next piece of building
a branded Drop Shipping Store is
customer service think about how
important reviews interaction with
workers in general customer service are
at some of your favorite places this can
be either in person or online all the
top brands today have established a
certain level of customer service and
experience and nowadays consumers have
pretty much deemed that as the bare
minimum Amazon for example if you can't
find your package you say it's missing
they're going to refund you or send you
a new one your car is in the dealership
service center because something
happened to it they're going to give you
a loaner car that you could use for the
week now I'm not saying as a small
business owner that you have to eat all
these extra costs to keep up with
customer service but what I'm saying is
that your brand needs to convey that the
customers are important and you do care
about them and you care that they're
doing business with you this is as
simple as replying to emails on time
helping customers track their orders
offering a return policy just being in
communication with them you would be
surprised well probably not that
surprised of how poorly some drop
shipping stores run their customer
service it really doesn't take that much
to stand out and a solution could be as
simple as hiring a VA to help a customer
service or even taking a little step of
adding an FAQ section that gets sent out
to people once they made the purchase it
could include things like how to use the
product how to track your order it's
going to help the customers feel like
they're important and it's going to
reduce the amount of inbounding queries
that you get in your emails and the next
step you need to take to build a branded
dropshipping store rather than just a
regular one is customization and when I
say customization and referring to the
product and this could be as simple as
private labeling your product or it can
be as simple as even adding custom
packaging or if you want to take it a
step even further you can add
customizable features to your product so
if you've been selling it in a certain
Niche for a really long time and you
really have learned the market of what
people want to see out of the features
of the product or if you get any
responses saying yeah your product's
nice but I wish it had X Y and Z for
example if you're selling a beauty
product and someone replies you're like
yeah it's a great product I love using
it but I wish I had this I wish I had
automatic shut off or whatever it is you
could take those ideas or come up with
an idea on your own and work with your
supplier to make these features actually
happen and have a customizable product
and this is where a really good supplier
comes into play for example me and my
friend were working on this product that
we wanted to sell and never came to
fruition but the product solved a
problem it was made of only silicone and
I sent the dimensions over to my
supplier and I said hey I need to do
this I need to have this feature can you
make this anyway reached out to a bunch
of manufacturers in the injection
molding area and he said yeah we can do
it it's going to have to have this so
you're going to need this special tool
you're gonna have to have a minimum
order quantity of this and we ended up
not going with the project but my point
is if you have a feature or something
that you want to create it's a really
really great benefit to have a supplier
that can reach out to other
manufacturers and help you the liaison
and partner with you so then they can
get the product made for you and then
they can ship it out for you as well if
you are able to successfully do this
with the supplier or a product that's
already selling while in the market and
you just add your own customizable
features this is going to allow you to
take a lot of the market share and
really establish your brand name in the
industry it's also going to give you a
huge advantage over your competition
because they don't have that special
feature that you have or at least not
yet until they start replicating it but
hopefully you can solve that by having
some sort of patent and if not then
you're the first one that did it and
they know your brand and your brand
recognition is really strong that's the
last step in making a branded
dropshipping store rather than just a
regular Drop Shipping Store if you're a
beginner you're just starting off you
don't have any orders yet I really want
you to focus on steps one through four
first before going to any customization
