today we're gonna teach you five wicked
football drills that you can do together
with friends on your training pitch in
order to improve your skills in a
football match and I'll be out I put my
body up here from the product team at
uni spoon so let's do some drills to
improve our skills number five the pass
in turn for this drill you're gonna need
a box of food cones and a goal where you
use the post with a cone to create two
dates and what you're gonna do is you
can receive the pool from your mate then
you're gonna turn using the first touch
and then slot the pole home using a low
pass now try to focus on getting a
really smooth turn and then keeping the
pool close to your body in order to set
yourself up nicely and once you master
this drill is gonna help you
tremendously in the match in really
turning getting your head up and finding
your target in no time
just like
number four is called the Trident where
you basically set up a triangle of cones
and then use another cone in the middle
of one of the sides and what you want to
do here is that you receive a pass from
one of your mates you run into the cone
and pass it back with your first touch
then you run back to the base cone and
then on to the next cone and you
basically do this three or four times
and then you switch now not only is this
really good for your overall level of
fitness but it's also really good in
forcing yourself to actually working up
after you receive the pass and moving
into an open space to really create room
for your teammates
[Music]
number three is what I call directional
passing where you set up three goals in
the middle two four and six meters away
from you respectively and then to the
left and to the right of the center
cones you also make a date for every set
of cones and the deal here is that the
guy on the touchline passes out to the
guy in the cones on one side of the cone
and then he asked to make a directional
touch around it and pass it back to the
guy on the touch line but the trick here
is that after three passes at any point
at my discretion I can basically raise
my left of my right hand and agnya has
to constantly look up and then go
through the gate of which hand I'm
showing so like this admir you're gonna
get the ball basically go through the
gate pass it back to me and that's the
drill so once you've done the closes one
you move on to the one four meters away
and then on to the sixth one
[Music]
rule number two is the lookup dribbles
which might be very simple but also very
effective
hey you set up a small dribble course
and you basically dribble through it
using balls with your feet but on the
side is your friend standing with two
different colored combs
the blue one means that you can only use
your right foot the yellow one means
that you can only use your left and if
he raises both cones it means you can
only use the sole of both of your feet
and the trick here is that while the
dribbles might be pretty easy to you
you gotta force yourself to always and
constantly look up to see whichever corn
your friend might be racing and this is
gonna be invaluable to you in a match
because you're gonna be constantly aware
of what cone is in the air and what's
generally going on no matter if you have
the ball
[Music]
and number one one-on-ones which is
probably the best rule of the mo because
you both get to do something you start
off by running through two poles or
cones without the bull then you take the
pole and you charge against your friend
now he's gonna be defending two baits
here and your only goal as the attacker
it's a somehow trick the defender and
run through the dates
I don't care how you do it you can you
step over his body things the rainbow
even you just have to go through the
gates whereas as the defender you just
want to dis process your friend or make
him run out of the course now as the
attacker tried to use the momentum you
have coming off of the zigzag thing and
using your speed to go past the defender
whereas ask the defender you really want
to shut off one of the angles and try to
force him to go in the direction you
want and after that it's all about
having fun
[Music]
