Ende September im nördlichen Brandenburg
einen Tag lang begleiten wir die
Feldarbeiten bei der Agrargenossenschaft
UK Mark Agrar in görit morgens um 7 Uhr
beginnen Jana und ihre Kolleginnen und
Kollegen in der Außenwirtschaft den
Dienst die Aufgaben sind klar verteilt
dennoch nutzt man die Zeit rund um den
ersten Kaffee für einen kurzen Plausch
und die Abstimmung einiger Details nach
einer herausfordernden Getreideernte
bilden die Bodenbearbeitung und die
aussatt die letzten Arbeitsspitzen des
Jahres für das Team der
Agrargenossenschaft das Tagesziel für
die beiden semaschinen sind heute
mindestens 130

Hektar jana hat Agrarwirtschaft studiert
und ist auf dem Betrieb unter anderem
für die äenspezifische Bewirtschaftung
zuständig darunter fallen die Bereiche
Aussat und dümmung grundlage sind die
Informationen die man bereits vor
einigen Jahren per bodenscanner in einem
engen Raster ermittelt hat darunter der
Humus und Nährstoffgehalt sowie die
Wasserversorgung und natürlich die
Bodenart hinzu kommen beispielsweise die
Ertragsdaten der letzten Jahre die vom
Mähdrescher übermittelt wurden das Ziel
ist es die Betriebsmittel bei der
aussatt und der Düngung bestmöglich einz
setzen per USBStick werden die
erstellten Karten auf die jobrechner in
den traktorkabinen

übertragen die Agrargenossenschaft ukark
Agrar bewirtschaftet insgesamt 3600
Hektar davon 520 Hektar Dauergrünland
Winterweizen dominiert in der
Anbauplanung mit ca 1000 Hektar
ausgeseht werden vier verschiedene
winterharte Sorten die sich im
Wesentlichen in der Abreife
unterscheiden beim Saatgut setzt man
schon seit 25 Jahren durchweg auf
sogenanntes zertifiziertes Saatgut kurz
zsatgut ein wichtiger Grund warum man
nicht selbst nachbaut ist
arbeitswirtschaftlicher Natur denn die
Aufbereitung von eigenem Saatgut ist

aufwendig aktuell gibt es in Deutschland
rund 530 zel
Getreidesorten 32 Sorten sind alleine im
Jahr
2023 neu hinzugekommen für den Landwirt
ist es nicht so einfach die richtige
Wahl zu treffen Pflanzenzüchter stellen
regelmäßig neue Sorten vor die durch
Kreuzung und Selektion verbesserte
Merkmale z.B in punctto Ertrag oder
Resistenz gegenüber Trockenheit
vorweisen bis es aber zur Zulassung
durch das Bundessortenamt kommt und dann
die ersten saatgutsäke an Landwirte
verkauft werden können dauert so ein
züchtungsprozess nicht selten mehr als
10 Jahre ein hoher wirtschaftlicher
Aufwand der auch mit Risiken verbunden
ist bei der Vermehrung des zsatguts
müssen die spezialisierten
vermehrungsbetriebe aktuell sind dies ca
2700 in Deutschland strenge Vorgaben in
der Bestandesführung einhalten die
Sortenreinheit steht besonders im Fokus
und und diese wird regelmäßig
kontrolliert in Deutschland ist
gesetzlich geregelt dass nur amtlich
anerkanntes Saatgut in Verkehr gebracht
werden darf auf dem eigenen Betrieb
nachgebautes Saatgut dürfen Landwirte
nur auf den eigenen Flächen
verwenden beim Bezug von zsatgut sind
für den Landwirt neben der
angesprochenen Zeit und Kostenersparnis
auch die gesicherte Qualität und die
überprüften Eigenschaften wie
Keimfähigkeit und Gesundheit von Vorteil
und das wirkt sich oft auch positiv auf
die Vermarktung des Ernteguts
aus mit dieser 8 m breiten smaschine
wird bei Agrar Gitz die gesamte
Wintergerste ausgeseht im Gegensatz zu
Weizen verträgt Gerste keine staunesse
weswegen man mit der Zinken gegenüber
der gerade eben gezeigten
scheibenseehetechnik bessere Ergebnisse
erzielt Winter Gerste nimmt mit 540
Hektar ebenfalls einen beachtlichen Teil
der Anbaufläche auf dem Betrieb

ein dieser Schlag liegt mit seinen 63
Hektar knapp über der durchschnittlichen
Flächengröße die man bewirtschaftet auch
hier findet die Aussaht
teilflächenpzifisch statt in der Praxis
sieht das so aus dass Jana in der
Anbauplanung pro Feld eine einheitliche
Gesamtmenge an zsat gut einkauft und die
aussatstärke dann innerhalb des Felds
variabel anpasst dort wo beispielsweise
lehmauflagen ein höheres Potenzial
versprechen plant sie mit einer
aussatstärke von bis zu
140%. an sandigen Stellen an denen in
der Regel mit Minderertrag zu rechnen
ist dreht sie jedoch die Saatstärke auf
bis zu 70% runter die seetechnik führt
diese Anpassungen auf dem Feld dann
automatisch aus mit Mineraldünger wird
bei der Aussat von Gerste übrigens nicht
verwendet stattdessen hat man zuvor
Gülle aus der eigenen milchviehaltung
ausgebracht auf 90 Hektar wird
biologischer Anbau unter anderem mit
Weizen Betrieben auch hier setzt man
zsat gut ein um sicherzugehen dass keine
Sporen oder anderer unerwünschter Besatz
mit der smaschine aufs Feld
gelangen
die Flächen der Agrargenossenschaft UK
marark Agrar liegen sehr arrondiert
längere Hof feldentfernungen sind eher
selten der Betrieb ist auch neben dem
Ackerbau breit aufgestellt neben der
Milchviehhaltung von knapp 1500 Tieren
wurde schon
1993 die erste landwirtschaftliche
Biogasanlage in Europa auf dem Hof
errichtet diese ist mittlerweile aber
durch eine neue Anlage mit einer
Leistung von 2 megw ersetzt worden die
Anlage wird ausschließlich mit Gülle und
Mist und keinerlei extra angebauten
Futterpflanzen
Betrieben Traktoren Mähdrescher
Rübenroder und auch was die Maisernte
angeht so ist man
eigenmechanisiert die agraröritz
beschäftigt 81 feste Mitarbeiter
darunter 15 Auszubildende zum landwi
tierwirt Land und baumaschinenmechaniker
sowie Fachkraft Agrarservice der
Altersdurchschnitt im Team liegt gerade
mal bei 39inhalb Jahren die
Besitzverhältnisse der Genossenschaft
sind auf 68 Personen aufgeteilt viele
der Genossenschaftsmitglieder Arbeiten
auf dem
Hof noch ein Blick auf die Werte
Landtechnik die für die Bodenbearbeitung
zum Einsatz kommt diesen Bereich
verantwortet Abteilungsleiter Maurice
mit dem quadrak 620 und dem Xerion
4200 Arbeiten auf dem Feld zwei echte
ackergiganten angehängt sind jeweils 8 m
Breite Grubber mit denen der Boden tief
gelockert

bewirtschafteten Ackerflächen der Göritz
Agrar über 43 Bodenpunkte in etwa alle
drei Jahre versucht man jedes der Felder
zu pflügen vor der aussatt von Gerste
Weizen und Mais ist der Pflug jedoch
immer gesetzt z.B bei Mais auf Roggen
hat man jedoch auch in der direktsat
schon gute Erfahrungen gemacht und
möchte diese in Zukunft weiter
ausbauen
