Transcripts
hi beautiful how are you guys hi we wait
don't go after them they don't know you
so you have to be very gentle and you
have to ask him if you can bet can you
thank you so much for asking I
appreciate you yes yes you may let's but
but they'll run from you if you don't
let me introduce you yeah let him
introduce you does that sound all right
hi
Annie Annie's the least
skittish hi this is
Annie no she's
nice oh they're so
beautiful hi sweetheart thank you so
much for asking and be like that and
respectful a lot of people surprisingly
uh do that no oh isn't that Beau
name that's your she's super fluffy huh
look look look how long it is look look
how long that is wow so you have sheep
milk lattes here I'm learning yeah
you're learning would you guys like try
I can make a a traditional latte with
double shot and a sheet milk uh that's
microfoam it's actually better foam than
the bista shops because they're using a
steamer that incorporates 5% water into
into the the mix and it's doing about
the same aration but this is doing it
without the the additional water and
this is sheet milk which is richer so
it's it's double richer than how about
um just half of the espresso in there
and then the she oh it's um everything's
just donation uh like free and uh and
donation based Sharon because I don't
have a business license and that's not
made in a kitchen in a licensed kitchen
I think is what I have to tell you you
have a bedroom make a living somehow
yeah I'm learning um learning how to
turn the the sheet milk thank you
brother appreciate it so we got to go to
a class but thank you so much yeah yes
we'll be back when you have ice cre all
righty I'm with the health department
okay do you have a license to be selling
I'm not running a I'm not
selling I'm not running a business and
I'm not selling you're providing food to
the public no I'm just sharing is that
okay well I will go call my director
then there's a a history of my my videos
if you want to check out the 123 home
free video at the bottom and uh me
notifying this is not a licensed kitchen
and I'm not selling anything and this is
so then what do you accept PayPal and
vendor for donation based for my oh it's
talking about my my farm handing
services and my my lessons also anything
that uh has to do with sheet milk is all
donation
based CU milk is a potentially hazardous
food that can carry all sorts of
bacteria yeah and to provide it to the
public you have to have it come from to
provide it to friends and to share with
people uh picnics and barbecues and
whatnots it's falls in the same realm is
if you're not charging money then it's
the same realm as a picnic and and just
say you know you don't have to worry I
would assume that you would probably
feel like oh gosh I got my job entitles
me to have to go pick on this person are
you recording me right now
yes I didn't consent to be recording
you're they actually in public they're
actually on my friend's private property
okay well I will go call my director
then okay have a good
day and this is my Farm
Stand how you
recording look good
she
miss miss
miss
it doesn't matter if you're serving it
for money or not you are serving it to
the public by being out here no I'm I'm
on my friend's private property okay so
let's let's be clear about what you're
uh you're trying to tell me to do so
that so that uh I'm going to give you
this card that has my boss's direct line
you would like to speak to you directly
I don't I'm not taking my time out of
the day to call him and figure out what
he doesn't need to be trying to stick
his nose into okay then someone will
show up to write you an official
citation with no they'll show up to talk
to me and see that there's nothing that
you can do to try to site me so you're
not going to be able to site me anything
okay well I'm here talking to you right
now giving you a heads up that this is
going to happen if you don't cease and
assist cease and assist what you're
providing a sheet note to the public
let's get a little closer so we can get
a little a little better audio sorry so
yeah for a record okay so um so I'm
going to give you this card you can
either take it I'm not going to I'm not
going to call him he can call
me you need to call him why would I call
him if it's if I don't have any reason
to call him he's the one that has the
problem or things has a problem oh okay
um well then I guess you'll just see him
when he comes out to write you an
official citation with law enforcement
or you can just have him call
me why wouldn't you just call him okay
so what so what is the problem what what
are you uh what are you saying I can't
do you are serving potentially hazardous
milk lattes to the public whether it's
serving so the definition the the
definition of
serving has to do with the charging of
money okay what now now sharing at had a
potluck or a picnic or sharing with your
friends on your private property there
is nothing wrong with that and that's
exactly what I'm doing okay so you can't
site me for anything what why are you
threatening that when I just told you
that's the premise and and there's
nothing you can site me for why are you
saying we're going to site you if you
don't take this and call this person I
will let Chad come out and talk to you
then
okay you guys are thank you I'm going to
post this tonight this is awesome
awesome content all you guys are doing
is giving this you're just feeding into
it thank
you sheep
yeah good sheep
yeah if they come back oh this going to
be hilarious if they come back I'm just
going
to they really push this if push if push
comes to shove I am just going to make
that whole little front Barista milk
crate area I'm going to make it a
DIY latte station because it's so easy
that anyone can do it like literally I
can just be like okay you can pour it in
there and press that button one to five
times depending on how much foam you
want the milk to be foamed up and uh
yeah there's a honey you can pour the
honey in there for yourself if you want
it's uh you can yeah the but the machine
is all you got to do is push a button
and hold the cup underneath it loading
the puck is something like I can do for
him cuz that's not serving that has
nothing to do with the nothing to do
with the actual milk so uh the only
thing that's difficult is
grinding the beans weighing the beans
grinding the beans and prepping the puck
they could get the milk out of my
fridge out of my fridge and pour it into
the milk frother themselves push the
button and uh pull their shot and by the
time it's done pulling their milk is
heated and
textured and sweetened if they poured
some honey in there and I didn't serve
anything cuz I'm not serving any milk
illegal dangerous milk people are
serving themselves yeah it'd be
hilarious to take it even one step
further and offer like a super Boutique
experience where it be like like a you
squeeze it instead of you pick it be
like you squeeze it and we take the time
and I teach you how to milk a sheep and
and then the milk your milk goes into
your own latte that you make that would
be hilarious or or the milk that milk
goes straight into a cheese Puck that I
teach you how to make cheese um because
the way that I make cheese is we just
drop Ren it directly into the the
milking
vessel uh yeah into the wide wide mouth
milking vessel and then it's able to uh
coagulate in in that milk vessel because
it's warm milk on top of the renet and
then you just dump out the curds into
your uh cheese mold and we can do that
all within like 10 minutes of them being
there learning how to milk turns into
cheese we press it real quick and then
they take it home with instructions on
how
to how to help manage the the rind on
their cheese so that it brings about um
the cheese that they're wanting whether
they want a blue cheese a stinky um a
stinky like Limburger type cheese um or
a a a white bloomy bloomy Rin mold like
a cheese like a
Brie those are basically the three
cheeses and then you got cheddar
cheddaring
process those are the four different
types of
cheeses you could have a you you squeeze
it and cheese it that' be awesome I'm
not selling a product I'm selling an
experience and I'm not even selling that
I'm just doing a donation based thing
how are you
guys all right
is this one of yours uh kind of did you
ever have have you C kids yeah I got
well how's it going my ex-wife has five
of me
and no but it's a gun huh cool yeah Co
pretty cool huh yeah guess you want to
check it out go look at it some kind of
weird [ __ ] like that go check it out
your stepson you're a stepdad that's
cool and a real dad I haven't even been
a stepdad yet it would be
interesting
now I'm in full control of the
wagon if we stop and I drop
this this Yol then that bar will rub on
the
wheel and
stop and so gauge a brake and he's not
attached to the yolk so if he I know we
got shot out in worst case scenario and
he darted off that direction off the
side of the road he wouldn't be able to
drag the wagon with
him yeah so it's a way that I can this
is the only way that I know of that it's
possible for someone living in this his
lifestyle to be able
to like at the moment's notice just drop
drop the uh leash and drop the yolk and
pull our firearm or duck for cover
if we're uh we're in trouble or if a dog
a dog attacks I'm also able to to drop
that and address him go protect my sheep
like physically get in between them over
there whereas if my ran was in the Yoke
and I did that I wouldn't be able to
leave
him so this is the best I can't believe
it's taking me years to figure this out
struggling like every day day and day
trying to think about just connect them
to the actual front of the wagon not to
the Yol and then you direct the
Yol
and also then it allows for them to to
take breaks if if they do get tired and
then you can
pull that's one of the things I'm
concerned about cuz these Rams are such
good pullers there the spirit of them is
so strong to do work
and and they have so much testosterone
that they they can easily overwork
themselves so I never felt quite good uh
good about having them pull the wagon
because they would pull themselves until
they were frothy mouthed like out in
front of me like I wasn't even leading
them and that's uh a little concerning
so I want it to be as easy as possible
for them to chill
out guys new gimbal is really nice thank
you to my
subscriber for getting me this new
gimbal it's uh like way way better you
can tell the technolog is
way way more um oh pulling faster huh he
wants to run all
right yeah I can never do this with the
old gimbal I can never like rotate it
around Annie's on a extendable leas back
there so I shouldn't have to run fast
I want to and Missy is so smart so
obedient so
receptive I can just it would be free
has been the easiest easiest
tethering all right wait wait wait wait
wait wait wait
wait
Rayman hold on hold on hold on I got to
grab his leash oh I got to stop his face
there you go
I
had I had to um grab this button I
wasn't able to grab that
button with this with this uh gimbal in
my head this gimbal all right good
boy this gimble's got even more of M of
its own than the last one it's kind of
weird weird I don't got the uh
that check that
boy bow on my neck
now gimbal a automatically shuts off now
and turns on when you when you open it
up that's also a really nice
feature so that it's um more enjoyable
to grab
yeah
so all right what am I going to do with
this I need to stick this somewhere it's
magnetic oh there's a sticker one I'm
just going to stick it to my back of my
phone that's what I'll do there you go
and then I just pull it
over over his
back and clip it
here like
that
yeah stick him out after I let Annie go
good
ship
yeah
ni yeah all
right see how easy this is it's for me
to move I'm only 125 lbs CH
in with this shorter Yol I really like
it being able to turn like this like I'm
just I just have to travel this distance
right here to do
Backup backup and uh turns like sharper
turns um whereas when I had that big
long 6t or whatever it was it was like
4T added on to this I had to do these
big S had to do more of a a sweep huge
sweep just to get anything done
navigating on
jump
awesome good sh
yeah good
chickens how you doing
