me my name is Jordan Ross I'm the
founder of a figure agency we're a
growth consultancy and a portfolio
company that works with agencies we've
worked with over 800 helping our clients
add over $200 million in annual revenue
and we're also doing over eight figures
in our own portfolio I'm going to walk
you through the one change and I'm going
to show you exactly what I did to start
3 exing my book calls to give you some
context before I pull this up back in
2021 I was booking about 20 or 30 calls
a month on LinkedIn and there was an
algorithm change that drastically
decreased my ability to book calls and
Twitter started to go crazy for me I was
able to book 80 90 100 qualified book
calls a month on that platform so I
diverted all my attention to that
platform but things have changed I'm now
able to book more calls on LinkedIn and
it's not significant but I'm able to
book 20 to 30 calls now on LinkedIn when
a few months ago I was only able to book
three to five and I've only had to
change one thing that one thing is my
profile and I'm going to show you
exactly what I did now as you can see
here this is my profile and I'm going to
walk you step by step every single
change I made now first and foremost I
updated my banner having a great Banner
everyone knows you need that I changed
my role Chief agency officer I obviously
work with agencies so I'm narrowing my
focus I removed the university I went to
and I'm just focusing on my business CU

I talked about our agencies the jobs and
the revenue that we're doing the biggest
most impactful thing is book a free
consultation here this one button has
booked us probably about 20 qualified
calls in the last 45 to 60 business days
so this one button is enormous
continuing on my about section has been
edited and I'm about to show you the
most important section but the thing
that I did in here this is pretty much
the same thing I just optimized this
section if you want to remove yourself
from the day-to-day operation execute
projects consistently retain clients
longer generate more revenue and message
me here I added social proof which I
didn't have and I also added my tagline
build a dream and out of prison so as
I've improved and learned more about my
ICP and my messaging I've improved my
script and my copy on my profile cuz
this is a landing page now here's the
new feature as of July of 2024 you could
see here I'm recording this on July 25th
now the really cool thing is that
there's a Services section so this is
supposed to be a thumbnail this is I
need to get a better thumbnail here you
could still see this is super new but
similar to Google my business LinkedIn
now has social proof like reviews from
your customers social proof out of five
stars 15 reviews when you first launch
this you could only do 20 reviews at a
time and I'm going to show you exactly
how to launch this from here on out in
here there's more opportunity for
scripting and call the actions right
here's a way to book a call I narrow
focus on here are the five problems that
that you might be facing that we solve I
need to update this this could be a
thumbnail for social proof or call to
action or something the way you add this
just to show you if you're unsure how to
add this you go to add profile section
on your profile you go to add services
and there you go you have the services
section if you already launched the
services section and you need to get
your clients and customers to review you
so you can get social proof here's how
you do it you go to the services section
page you go to review status and this is
where you could see I shout out to my
clients that are pending they're all
great you should all hire them you could
see here I have client pending statuses
so what you would have if you had all of
your invites or a few invites up here
there would be a search bar that you
could just type in your client's name to
send them a message now when you send
them they're only going to get a
notification in the notification section
so what's really important for you is
you send them this and then you send
them a message so you could see here
this message will give them a link to
leave a review so that's super easy and
then you could follow up with them if
they forget this is so so critical
because I'm about to have 25 star
reviews from 20 different clients and no
one's doing this yet in the summer of
2024 so by the time you see this this
might be coming along but maybe not even
so that was the biggest change I made in
my profile from a social proof
perspective the call to action button is
still the biggest most important thing
from here we have a few more things I've
adjusted I've narrowed down my focus on
what my feature section includes which
is an agency audit that's always been
there I've updated this to my
testimonials page so this will go to my
website and you're going to click and
see so many testimonials and the third
thing that I have is a video this video
gives an overview of our operating model
and why this works so this is basically
an overview of what we do why it works
and why you should work with us now to
continue on as you can see here right
I'm posting content once a day but my
content doesn't even perform that well
this is 1 hour ago so this is still new
you could optimize this and there are
engagement groups I do recommend you
join them I'm about to sign up for one
and the final final sections of like the
few things I made what's a new feature
on LinkedIn is when you go to your
experience section and you go to your
job enroll you could include what
services your business is offering and
you could start to include links and
testimonials so I'm probably going to
come in here and just start dropping
more links for people to engage in my
social proof why wouldn't I right if
you're a part of anything cool like
Hampton Hampton's requirements you have
to be doing a million dollars in minimum
annual revenue so that's some social
proof but that's it so that is
everything on LinkedIn that I've changed
and this one change enabled me to be
doing 20 30 calls a month when I was
only doing like 3 to five so I 3x from 3
to 15 but even in the last 7 to 15 days
our calls are just keep going up and up
and up that is all you need to do now if
