hello to re-upload or re-engage your
contacts that are already in a campaign
what you are going to do is go down to
settings here we're going to add a new
tag and the tag is going to be remove
and I did one one two three here then
what we're going to do is go up to
contacts and then choose we're going to
go over to filter sorry Let me
refresh then we're going to go over to
the filter button right here and we're
going to choose the campaign that we are
wanting to take those contacts from and
reupload them so that campaign then what
I'm going to do is um this account uses
our normal
automations so um anything with
responded
you could see here it changed from 488
to 148 so the 148 people that responded
I'm going to make this list big so we
could do one page click it
all then click here go ahead and do
action assign tag and then add the
remove one two three and then click
assign tag so I already did that here
then what we're going to do is get rid
of that filter so now it's just the
campaign and you could see here we're
back to 448
contacts then what I'm going to do is
move over go to the tags filter so it's
still the campaign in this top filter I
moved over on the columns click this
little filter button and we're going to
exclude the one two three filter so you
could do this with any tag they may
already be contacted with this is if
they weren't tagged anything specific
and you're going back and just
re-engaging with old leads so you can
see here it uploaded to
271 are available we have 500 so you can
do kind of click that click this button
which will select all that are on the
page so if you have multiple Pages then
you'll need to do this for each page
then you can do a start a dialing
session you can add them to a campaign a
list
assign these people tags do whatever you
want but to re-engage we would assign a
campaign choose the camp campaign and
then go through the prompts make sure to
do a drip campaign even if it's less
than 100 always just be in a habit of
doing a drip campaign with everything
that you do and then this is how you
will engage re-engage with the contacts
from a specific campaign that did not
respond
