don't have them already sit down create
a list of 10 goals that you want to
achieve in 2025 these are going to be a
mix of both personal and professional
and you can decide the ratio it can be
50% personal 50% professional or 70 30

you have your goals concrete goals
written down on a piece of paper you are
then going to go on on Pinterest you are
going to find images that represent the
best versions of those goals for example
if your goal is to make 20 lakhs in the
next year you are going to go to
Pinterest you are going to find an image
that says 20 lakhs written on the check
if you don't find such an image you're
going to go ahead and create one for
yourself where you have your exact goal
visualized right after you find this
image you're going to create a digital
vision board on Pinterest which is just
a board on Pinterest and you're going to
add all of these images to that visual
representation helps you bring your
vision to reality it gives you so much
more clarity and it gives you so much
more motivation to keep going after that

created your vision board you if you
have an iPhone you can either create a
Pinterest widget and that means every
image from your vision board just
continues to come on that widget once
every hour if you don't have an iPhone
if you have an Android you are going to
take all of the images that you saved on
Pinterest you going to put them on canva
create a phone wallpaper out of those
images and then put that as the
wallpaper on your phone so that every
time you unlock your phone that is the
first thing that you see now once that's
done you're going to pick the top three
goals that you have for 2025 you are
going to schedule a block of time every
single weekend you're going to sit down
and do that right now after after you've
decided what your top three goals are
you basically block out a time on the
weekend in your calendar where you are
going to spend that duration working on
these goals going after these goals
right it is just 12 weeks so 12 weekends
technically and you will be amazed at
how much further along you are by the
time that you get to 2025 this is

day how you spend your mornings is how
you spend your day and that is how you
spend your life so if your mornings are
chaotic if your mornings are lazy that's
how the rest of your day is going to go
it's going to be disorganized it's going
to be cluttered it's going to be very
uninspiring so for the next 90 days you
are going to build a morning routine
that you are going to follow for the
rest of the year okay it does not have
to be complicated it does not have to be
too elaborated it's not have to have too
many elements you just need to focus on
three things right doing one thing for
your body do doing one thing for your
mind and doing one thing for your soul
for example for your body you can do 10
jumping jacks right after you wake up it
could be 10 sua namaskars it could just
be doing like a brisk walk on your chat
on your balcony it could just be
stretching doing basic stretches in your
bed anything 10 minutes of movement to
get your blood flowing now if you're the
kind of person who works out in the
morning and you want to make your
workout a part of your morning routine
great go ahead do that if not if you're
somebody who goes to office School SCH
College Etc and you don't have so much
time in the morning just these 10
minutes of movement is what you start
your day with that's how you set the
tone for your day now when it comes to
your mind I am giving you two options
ideally I'd like you to do both if not
either one one is a 5 minute meditation

minutes you're done if you want to do it
by yourself set a 5 minute timer on your
phone pH sit in silence close your eyes

your affirmations now I'd recommend you
do both your meditation and your
affirmations because both of these are
not going to take more than 5 minutes
each for your affirmations you are going
to pick three affirmations that speak
out to you that align with the version
of yourself that you want to become for
example I am successful I am smart I am
loved are three examples of affirmations
that you can use you're going to write
these down on a sticky note and you're
going to stick it on your mirror right
bathroom mirror bedroom mirror whatever
works so that every morning when you
wake up this is the first thing that you
see and when you're brushing your teeth
or when you're doing your skin care
simultaneously you also just say these
affirmations out loud it will seem
robotic in the beginning it will seem
like it's forced in the beginning but
you do it for a week straight and it
will start to feel real it will start to
actually feel like you are all of those
things I absolutely love how powerful
affirmations can be so I would 100%
recommend that you give both of these a
try but if you have to pick either one
you can take your pick and finally one
thing for your soul now a lot of people
believe that meditation is for their
soul and if you're doing it that way
sure but what I like to do in the
morning is just do a 5 minute prayer
where I connect with a higher power if
you're somebody who's religious and you
want to pray to your Gods great go ahead
and do that if you are are not religious
connect to the higher power in the
universe we are all pieces in a puzzle
we are all part of a collective
Consciousness and just connecting with
something bigger than ourselves makes us
understand and realize that a lot of the
problems that we face on a daily basis
are very minuscule they might not even
warrant so much of our attention and
it's a great great way to just fulfill
yourself to uplift yourself whenever

for your body one thing for your mind
one thing for your soul and that's your

you do this you are going to sign up for

never worked out a day in their life I

all you need to do is go to the gym or
workout at your home on the designated
days do the designated workouts and
you're sorted right now we're not going
to focus on oh my God three days of
strength training or 3 days of cardio
and oh my God one days of pilatti none
of that all you need to do is focus on
completing the 12 we workout
challenges oh my God this is such a game
changer so I undertook this challenge
last month and for the past month I have
not eaten anything anything from outside
I have not ordered in I have not gone
and eaten outside and this has been a
game changer first of all I did not even
think this was possible because I have
been the kind of person who's been
reliant on swiggy and zomato for a
really long time I go out to meet my
friends every weekend which means you go
out and eat every weekend regardless of
what you're doing what diet you're on
and that was starting to turn into a bit
of a problem I'm not going to lie so
last month I decided that I am going to
undertake this challenge I'm not going
to eat out at all no exceptions not even
drinks outside and one it has ended up
saving me a lot of money but the other
thing healthwise it has done is it has
taken down my Cravings a lot I am no
longer craving Ma I am no longer craving
like
greasy fried food I am no longer craving
Bahar MSG Laden Ka at all like I didn't
even realize this was possible but
that's the shift that I have seen and um
right now I have to go on a trip I'll be
traveling for the next month so
invariably I will have to eat out but I
will try and keep it as clean as
possible but once I'm back I'm going to
do this challenge again with you guys
and trust me when I tell you this is
going to transform your body it's going
to transform your mind it's going to
transform your health and you will
absolutely absolutely love it the key

is there is no restrictions on what you
can eat just eat everything at home
don't eat outside food you will thank me
later so that's your challenge number
five this is going to be a part of your
night routine or your wind down routine
and what you need to write is also going
to be very specific right so at the end
of every day before you go to bed you're
going to sit down you're going to take
out 15 minutes before you go to bed and
you're going to write down about your
day how your day went what were the
things that energized you what were the
things that drained you of energy just
these three things so you narrate how
your day went whatever you went through
the emotions that you felt whatever you
want to write you just have to write
fill one page with this and then you are
going to write about what are the things
that energized you you're going to
actively reflect on your day figure out
the things that made you feel energized
from within and the second thing you're
going to write is what are the things
that drained you of energy what are the
things that made you feel like you don't
want to do them anymore or the kind of
people who you don't want to be in the
company of right you will be surprised
by how much Clarity you have at the end
of these 90 days about your goals about
yourself about what you want in life
you're going to scream Ura plus you will
be able to process your emotions a lot
better you'll be able to articulate your
thoughts a lot better

non-negotiable practice you need to do
this every single day for the next 90

reading I am more of a fiction person
less of a non-fiction person but for
research purposes I do end up reading a
lot of non-fiction books as well all you
need to do is read one page of any book
every single day just one page
one that's it you can do this while on
you are on your way to work or college
or school if you don't have time during
your day you can do this while you're on
the toilet if that's something that you

you're not reading garbage you getting

articles are obviously going to be way

books intimidate you this is something
you can try as well reading is one of
the best ways to learn from other
people's experiences it is one of the
best ways to stimulate your mind and
escape from the distractions of your
everyday you are expanding your
vocabulary you learning new things
you're practicing and training your
brain to focus over a period of time
reading can reduce stress it can improve
brain function like the list is endless
so I'm not going to get into why reading
is beneficial you can go ahead Google
that there's enough articles on why it
is but go ahead read one page every
single day it could be one page one page
of a blog from read something great no
random blog posts on the internet and

will take you 90 days to finish a book

to decide a time in your day don't let
it be right when you wake up or right
before going to bed any other time
during the day you can set aside 1 hour
in one chunk or you can set aside 15
minute increments four times in the day
whatever works for you and those are the
only time periods when you can use your
social media your Instagram Twitter
things that actually lead you to Doom
scroll and waste unnecessary time so
what you're going to do is go on your
phone you are going to set limits on
your app usage you can do this in your
phone's settings which will then
basically send you reminders every time
your daily usage limit is up and then
all you need to do is follow that
reminder okay when you get that
notification on your phone you just
close that app no longer going to use it
that day if you used your 1 hour right
in the morning then you're done for your
day you're not going to use social media
you're not going to use social media
anymore in that day now your slot comes
the next day right how you can make this
fun is basically put your social media
time as a reward after you complete a
challenging task in your day so let's
say you have something to do at work or
let's say you have an assignment to
complete you complete that assignment
you get 20 minutes of social media time
and that's your reward right that makes
it more fun it makes it like a game it
makes it easy to follow through but it's
just 90 days guys so in the 90 days no
come what may you are not going to use
social media every single day for more
than 1 hour you will be surprised by how
much more time you get to do the things
that you actually want to do and the
things that actually matter plus when
you do this for 90 days straight it will
rewire your brain to not rely on cheap
sources of dopamine it will make you
more tuned to actually build the reward
center of your brain and to actually
seek meaningful rewards rather than just
rely on social media and doom scroll all
day
long communication is one of the most
essential skills when it comes to your
personal life your professional life all
your relationships the strength of your
relationships the quality of your
relationships is based on how well you
can communicate right good communication
opens a lot of doors for you it helps
build strong relationships it helps
resolve conflict and it increases your
productivity right so in the next 90
days I want you to focus on improving
this one skill for you and this will
impact every single area of your work
life and your personal life right what
you're going to do are two things one
you are going to record a short video of
yours a 1 minute long video every single
day speaking on a topic that is of
interest to you how I like to do this is
as a visual Journal so I will record a 1
to 2 minute video of myself talking to
the camera about how my day went I
absolutely love doing this because that
allows me to one process my emotions
while I'm speaking on camera it improves
my articulation it also really helps me
become more thoughtful about how I put
my point across and those are two very
very important communication skills the
next thing you're going to do is
initiate a conversation with someone
every single day it can even be your
parents your sibling your spouse your
girlfriend boyfriend whatever but this
is going to be a deep meaningful
conversation it is going to be talking
about things that interest you both and
it's not going to be small talk right so
maybe at dinner you sit down with
somebody and talk to them maybe you do a
video call with a friend during lunch
see how they voice their opinion see how
you voice your opinions and again this
is an exercise that you want to do every
single day right human connection is
essential it's key for our emotional
well-being and talking to others
actually builds this connection it
improves this connection it's
strengthens this connection I have this
conversation every single day with my
mom and both of us mostly talk about
human psychology we talk about Behavior
we talk about Life Choices why somebody
does something that they are doing and
trust me a lot of times these are the
conversations that end up being the
lessons that I share with you guys in
these videos so so important to do this
on a regular basis when you do this
you're just able to understand your own
thoughts and your feelings so so much
better so for the next 90 days two
things you're going to do to improve
your communication is one record a video
of yourself speaking for a minute or
longer than a minute if that's what
works for you but a minute at least on
any topic of your choice you can create
a video Journal if you like talk about
your inner thoughts and two you're going
to initiate a conversation with somebody
in your circle every single
day you are going to focus on doing one
thing that you find difficult every
single day now when you take this on
when you take on a challenged do
something that's difficult every day it
pushes you outside of your comfort zone
it makes you more resilient it makes you
more adaptable over time and it does not
have to be something super fancy you
don't have to go jump in the river at
5:00 a.m. in the morning that's not what
I'm talking about all of us throughout
the day come across things that we find
difficult okay so let's say that for you
stepping into the gym or going to the
gym is a difficult thing so for the next
week or 10 days till it becomes easy for
you you are going to go to the gym every
single day once it becomes easy you are
going to move on to the next task that
you find difficult right it could be
going and talking to your parents about
your feelings that is a difficult task
to do that's a difficult conversation to
have go ahead do that take on that
responsibility to have that challenging
thing to do that challenging thing and
you will be a different person by the
end of these 90 days it could be
something around learning a new skill
all of the things that we have spoken
about today like all of the nine points
that we've spoken about before are also
things that can make you uncomfortable
that that can be challenging so if
that's your one task one hard task for
the day it's all right all you need to
do is focus on figuring out what it is
in your daily life that you find
difficult and go ahead take it as a
challenge and then you're going to
repeat it every single day till it
becomes easy and then you move on to the
next task basically doing this
consistently doing hard things trains
your brain to view challenges as growth

challenges and that is what you want to

these 10 things if you take on these 10
things as challenges for the next 90
days by the time that you get to 2025
you will already be 10 steps closer to
becoming your future version your dream

your mirror wherever you want to stick
it and what you're going to do is you
are going to circle out each day you
fulfill each challenge I want to see a
