evening and thank you for watching the
realy community call of August 1st
2024 we are in the mid of the summer uh
with very hot weather in uh Europe I was
told that most of our team just put a
t-shirt back on for the community call
because they didn't want to be half
naked because it's that hot and we have
Ben in the coolness of Seattle of
Washington state Ben since we're with
you let's start with the tech update
sure I mean it's warming up we're going
to get up into the uh well I don't know
I do Fahrenheit I don't to understand
this whole Celsius thing but we get up
into the 80s here and we're going to hit
90s soon so it's one up here um hi
everybody uh just a couple of things
that I want to bring up today uh first
and foremost um there's been a lot of
excitement around our abstract account
solution we call it the real token
wallet um that is up on the site now um
in case anybody has not heard about that
uh I want to emphasize a couple of
things that you can do with the the real
token wallet um you can pay with your
balance so as you earn income um you
receive that income in the real token
wallet you can pay through request
Finance when you want to reinvest that
into other tokens you can pay from
another wallet as well uh if you have
other private wallets with holding um
funds you want to use those to pay the
real token wallet is not an
impediment um it also allows Fiat
offramp when you're ready to take funds
and move them to um to USD or your
currency of choice you can of course
receive tokens and receive income to the
the real token wallet all on realty.co
we are in the process of finalizing an
external app that will provide you even
more power with the real token wallet
I'm very excited about that and we're
going to be bringing additional features
e just next week to real. CO's uh real
token wallet interface so there's a lot
to look forward to there and that's
something we've been moving on very
diligently
um uh I don't want to tease too much
more but suffice to say we'll have a
bunch of stuff coming down the pike for
you here in late
summer that's the first thing um second
thing oh oh oh there was one more thing
I was supposed to say about the real
token wallet pardon me um you will have
the ability to integrate with D5 via
wallet connect with this and we're going
to be publishing a tutorial here in the
next one or two weeks about how that
works um so if you're really excited
about defi integration and having a
social login rather than memorizing a
private key or something like that then
that's that's the feature that you're
looking for
um yeah and new features coming soon
that was the first thing second thing um
something that got brought up in the
last couple of community calls is wh
listing for our Panama properties and it
turns out that means two different
things maybe three things depending on
who you talk to we have a Panama Equity
property called via Marina and some of
you own it we also have what we call
Panama raise properties where we're we
we were um raising money essentially
selling tokens for a property that has
not yet been finished construction these
are the the um PL properties we also of
course have our our um two loan
offerings L Fendi and bua or some people
call It Bristol that's all in Panama
right there's a lot going on in Panama
obviously we're bullish on
but those are all different offering
types for us and so integrating them
into the Whit list system has proven a
little bit more complex if we want to
retain a good user experience which is
very important to us essentially we need
a new way of bundling your whitelist
requests into documents that we can send
and so that's an initiative that we're
working on right now I know many of you
are uh looking forward to being able to
Whit list uh get whitelisted rather for
Panama properties and offerings I want
to let you know we are working on it it
just turned out to be a little bit of a
heavier lift than we saw
coming and
third uh actually this one's maybe oh no
no no excuse me excuse me third um third
We are continuing to move forward on the
real token bridge right now we're doing
integration with some of our internal
tools um that allow us to do things like
sync stock and and track tokens um we
are hoping to get this out here by mid
August uh for your for your use there's
a as as Michael may tell you there's a
lot of very delicate work that will go
into test in this and so we're trying
not to rush it but we are trying to move
ahead at a good
clip and last there are always internal
tools and longer term platform projects
that we're excited about and we're
spending time on but it's too early to
really announce those to the community
so I'll just say that there's other
stuff going and it'll come when it comes

you my question is it possible to add
the
e to the rmm I know it could always be
swapped to the benefits of the rmm or
you could for long-term savings uh but
if you want to enjoy short-term profit
will be spent regularly with um gnosis
guard uh could it be done a few
operation possible that's why I think it
might be worth it for the time to add it
so we were planning to add the the E
once we open up to European Euro based
properties uh but I see your point to
have it deposit it as an extra point I
will revert to Michael over to that
question over um right now in French and
I'll give him his
make it short make it short and simple
it's something we'll look into it it's
not on the road map for now there's some
more priorities to to put in place but
we will put it on the list not higher
priority sorry for that Logan but we
will we will get to it at some point

question that's it okay please read the
um disclosure they're important they
cost a lot of money to have them drafted
so let's try to get at least a little
bit back of the few hours the lawyers
charge for that um that's it okay great

make it a clear a a short Community call
because it is October August 1st and
everybody uh probably wants to get back
to their activities and thank you for
being here so first question people are
are worrying because the yield of player
car cage cotage 10 has dropped from 1077
to 07 per. is it an error or no no it's
not an error the reason for that is
because of the time when the deposit was
made on the rmm we needed to wait for
all the documents to be sign and counter
sign before we could do the deposit last
time with the other player Caracol we
had three weeks ahead of time to get
everything organized so we were able to
do the deposit right away as everything
was done here we needed the final
documents which everything is done and
it has started so it was the equivalent
of about six days or five days of
interest on the rmm um d That's why it
is like this um same answer to um from
Van I it's the same question it's
because of the time of the deposits
um that was done because we needed to
wait for all the documents we were not
going to deposit and retake out after it
didn't make sense so we had to wait for
all this um from Abdel Kendrick yes I
think most weight listing demand were
for L uh we will work on it and we will
get to it Valentine asked for player car
as well which I answered when we will be
fixed for Marlos for Marlos we will be
fixed next week we have everything we
need now to do a full presentation for
you and for you to take a decision on
what to do uh but next week we will be
fixed and done one way or the other
sorry I'm having some hiccup any news
for Chicago with the buildings with the
veterans yes we do actually I had some
this morning I had the last calls with
the last implementations that we need to
put in which are literally uh air
quality monitors and little things like
that tiny little things and we expect
them to move in very quickly after that
so um some buildings already are being
in the process of being moved in the
rest will be moved in so this is moving
forward uh at a very quick space now
more to it in the next two three weeks
from uh
baboom at drk I'm afraid that it is
normal as they put the liquidity in the
rmm kind of the end of the month yes
that is the absolutely true we put the
liquidity at the end of the month
because we had to wait for the
contracts um it will from Judi it will
not be e but
G or or both or both let's see let's see
when we get there uh Remy we want to
hear about your current strategy for
Cleveland please so Abel right now in
Cleveland I'm seeing some opportuni what
I enjoy with Cleveland contrary to a lot
of other uh buyers is the requirement
from the CP the POS which means they
come around and they say hey your
property needs to be fixed this is how
much it will cost our contractor you
have six months you have a year to fix
it with your contractor if within that
period of time you haven't done it and
we come back we're going to require you
you to put the money in escrow with the
city and we're going to hire our
contractor so that is a big plus for
properties in those areas if you have of
course the means to do the renovation
because if not it will be added to your
tax bill and what does that mean that
means that the neighborhoods will be
renovated rent will go up quality of
life will go up in those neighborhoods
where they're imposing this so I'm very
um excited about this
and I think um I'm very excited about
this and I think it's it's a great
possibility great great upside for
Cleveland as we're going to see the the
city being completely redone area by
area is it going to happen overnight no
it's going to take time like everything
in real estate but Cleveland is a
Charming City it has the Cleveland
Clinic which is a very large hospital it
has a lot of very big company going
there um very enjoyable place I like it
very much there's other place I like in
the US that we're going to be talking
about and outside of the US at some
point very soon for Valentine I spoke
about the tenton in the Chicago building
at 64 specifically thanks for the work I
don't know for that building
specifically you know I speak with the
veterans association I speak for the as
a whole package I don't go in details
but I could ask for more information for
the next go Baptist Mor batist it's been
a while since we have seen you do you
have any news on the bridge Michael
that's for
you uh it's coming um it's not far away
from Abdel Kendrick rumor says 100
property are being negotiated in
Cleveland is that true so yes it is
absolutely true but let me give you the
truth of the reality as well we go we
negotiate 100 property we end up
probably buying 10 if we're lock
so we always negotiate hundreds of
properties at the same time in different
Market that is the way a pipeline is
created that's the way you get some
volume and better deals uh that doesn't
mean we're going to buy all of them
because due diligence has to happen
title has to be checked and um or has to
be cleared and God knows what you find
every time so it's about 10% of what we
negotiate that is actually acquired or
put under contract especially put under
contract and then acquired it's another
percentage of that I could go more into
the kpis on another
call uh from
zsh any properties in the
pipeline in Colombia kind regards yes

Colombia I will not say more I will not
give you the cities I will um not go
more into details but we are extremely
excited about Colombia about the
opportunities there uh about the
Vibrance of of the country it's it's
it's wonderful to see such Happy People
such such a way of life it's it's

depends on the deals we find it's not
we're not trying to put more on the
marketplace we're trying to put what we
find that we like on the
marketplace but the idea has to grow so

maybe different numbers of dollars
