involved within the app number one you

how cool is that I didn't know any of

this those are some cool things that I

did not know about cash app and just a

few things to take note of especially as

tax season is upon us all right so so

let's get into the jobs okay so the

first job that I have here is made

possible by a company called comcom I

know you guys probably have never heard

of this company before so we're going to

look at their glass door but just to

give you guys a recap today they're

looking for a service experience level

one specialist so you are providing help

with tech uh desktop problems you're um

conducting email support chat support

phone support as well and you're getting

paid from approx approximately $20 per

hour but first let's take a look at

their glass door so that you guys can

quickly familiarize yourself with the

company and not think that this is a

scam okay so this company has been in

business since

1987 and they have over 10,000 employees

so this is a huge company they are based

in Fort Mill South Carolina and they are

pretty well off making anywhere from 1

to 5 billion ion doll in Revenue so

that's something to note um as you are

applying to different jobs you don't

want to go for a super small uh company

that may not have much revenue because

guess what that means that you are just

few days short of perhaps getting a call

saying that you've been laid off because

they don't have the money to generate

the business all right so they also are

a pretty decent company at least 63% of

people like their CEO and people will

offer recommendations to a friend to

work for this company 5 59% all right

and if you want to take a look more into

what the interview looks like what

questions may be asked you can prepare

yourself by looking at the interviews in

this particular glass door profile okay

so let's jump into the job so compucom

is looking for a service experience tier

one remote candidate so this company

provides it managed services to enable

the digital Workforce for Enterprise

midsize and small businesses all right

so what they need right now is someone

who can fill this night shift role okay

so this is a fully remote night shift

only role those of you who need

something at night this is perfect for

you and in this role you'll be

coordinating diagnosing as well as

troubleshooting different incoming

employee calls you're providing expert

service

to employees and clients with technical

problems and information technology

issues using involving their desktop

their laptop their company equipment

from local Personnel to or from

employees using Network remote access

you're also providing timely resolution

of problems escalation on behalf of

customer to the appropriate technical

Personnel all right and you're also

responsible for advising and assisting

users in solving problems s related to

Hardware software and so forth all right

so if you don't know much about the

hardware software it stuff don't worry

because they are willing to train you

okay so these are more things that

you'll be doing you'll be handling calls

chats and emails um providing proper

documentation of tickets and you'll be

escalating tickets as well as working

with documents and maintaining proper

account management and maintenance all

right so as we scroll down will see some

of their qualifications so the level of

Education that they're looking for it's

only preferred not required if you have

an associates degree which is amazing

because a lot of these jobs don't ask

for associates degrees they more so

would ask for the bachelor's degree if

they do require a degree um so if you

have an associate and you want to put it

to work you can certainly do so in this

role um but it's only preferred so if

you don't have a degree that's just fine

and you can also have Technical Training

in this role it's it's also preferred as

well all right so the years of

experience that they're looking for is

at least one to two years and the type

of experience includes working knowledge

of Windows operating systems networks

databases and tools that's required it's

also required that you have experience

with multi-platform Window OS as well as

IT service desk or call center

environment experience so this is great

you don't have to have the industry um

background you can come from a call

center and absolutely qualify for this

role it's only preferred not required if

you have experience using the itsm

ticketing tools um and active directory

and exchange experience they will train

you okay so as you can see here

technical competencies you'll be trained

Forme for accounts and they do want you

to have great written and oral

communication skills um it's only

preferred not required if you have C

certain certifications like

A+ and here's some more things that

they're looking for as far as technical

competencies all right so if you have

basic uh PC knowledge a a typing speed

of at least 30 words per minute super

okay for you all right so if you want to

test your typing speed I will have a

can text test yourself and see how well

feel very confident or after you apply

and you're waiting for that call back

before the interview you can feel

decent typing speed okay so this rle

differential which takes in cons into

your experience your skill set even your

that I have here is a no interview no

resume no phon job so excited to share

this because I've never seen this but

when I did my you know Google research I

found this and this is super great for

those of you who are looking for a

typing job okay so this one here is a

side hustle you can supplement this with

your regular 9 to-5 or if you um are not

able to fully de devote a whole lot of

time to a company but you want to make

some extra money this is a great

opportunity all right and the only thing

I want to bring your attention to is the

fact that they do not or will not um

employ those who have a previous record

I know so many of you guys Reach Out

mentioning that you have a record and

you're looking for jobs that are more

tailored to you this one doesn't but

so first let's get into this one here so

this company they are looking for

multiple positions to be filled so

number one you can do call transcription

and when you're thinking about

transcription it's pretty much basically

you're listening and you're typing what

you're hearing so they're looking for

someone to transcribe voicemail messages

memos letters legal files medical files

recordings of uh phone calls conference

calls other audio calls all right so

this company is well-known they are well

valued they have with these companies

here I'm sure you can recognize a few

there which is really assuring to know

as you are applying to this job and it

doesn't take much at all in order to

create an account all you need to do is

put in your name email and create a

password all right so if trans uh call

transcription is not your thing you can

also do call editing where you are

auditing summarizing and evaluating as

well as analyzing audio recordings and

phone conversations so you're listening

to calls and you're typing what you're

hearing and companies can be sure that

they are given the highest level of

support to their customers in a timely

and responsive of manner when you are

pretty much auditing these calls so this

kind of reminds me of when I would call

a certain establishment and they

mentioned that um the call is being

recorded for Quality uh Assurance people

are actually analyzing and auditing the

calls making sure that they are in

alignment with the business business and

their quality standards all right

another thing you could do is you can

transcribe certain files like for

example Spanish files English files so

if you are bilingual then you definitely

want to let them know that because that

will help you um get an edge above the

competition okay so let's take a quick

look at their standards so what they're

looking for out of their uh contractors

because you are a contractor is accurate

spelling punct situation of course

individuals that know how to follow

instructions typists that can listen to

voice files and accurately type what

they hear they do want experienced and

professional

transcriptionists um but if you don't

have experience I would not let that

stop me all right um typists that have

their own equipment which is really good

to know because they want you to come

with the office and workspace um stuff

in order to get started like your foot

if you should need that or your headset

or and your laptop of course they want

reliability and you will be taking a

typing quiz for each language or

specialty you are interested in so if

the support team and they're looking for

a product designer on the support

channels team and you'll be working

closely with Partners on product

management engineering data analytics

research and content design and you're

crafting experiences that empowers the

customer to resolve their issues so

you're providing support experiences

across their mobile and web site and

you're also enhancing the user journey

by weaving together touch points that

reduce effort of resolution you're

basically standing in the gap for
