nudeln und einfach nur zum verlieben das
rezept ist superschnell gemacht und
schmeckt unheimlich gut für die kita
raki brauchst du eine gewürfelte zwiebel
eine zehe knoblauch ein esslöffel
tomatenmark eine dose gestückelte
tomaten 1 esslöffel zitronensaft dann
jeweils ein gestrichenen teelöffel von
salz pfeffer paprika scharf und 350
gramm gekochte creed araki wie lange die
brauchen schaust am besten immer auf
deiner packung denn es gibt viele sorten
die brauchen nur sechs minuten
aber manche brauchen zum beispiel auf 15
minuten und du brauchst doch etwas öl um
deine zutaten drin anzubraten und ganz
zum schluss die geheime zutat väter
verrate ich jetzt schon aber da kommen
wir dann gleich nochmal drauf zu
sprechen
als erstes gibt es etwas öl in einer
pfanne lässt das erhitzen und die
zwiebeln dann drin an dann drückst du
die knoblauchzehe hinzu und gibt den
tomatenmark darüber dass vergrößerten
alles miteinander und fügt dann die
gestückelte tomaten hinzu
dann kann es auch direkt von den
zitronensaft und die gewürze
darübergeben und lässt das einfach etwas
köcheln ich lass das eigentlich immer so
lange köcheln bis die kita raki neben
herd gut gekocht sind und dann wenig wie
taraki fertig sind guckst du dir einfach
noch zu der tomatensauce und ruhr ist
alles um so schnell hat man ein leckeres
essen gezaubert
da kommt jetzt noch etwas väter drüber
einfach den mit einer gabel zerbröseln
und dann darüber geben da schmeckt
einfach unglaublich lecker
