Transcripts

play00:00

now

play00:00

i formulated a protocol right at the

play00:02

beginning of 2021 and i followed that

play00:04

protocol for six months of the year now

play00:06

last year i went on to make nine million

play00:08

dollars

play00:09

in that protocol called monk mode now

play00:11

look balance is a lie that has been sold

play00:13

to you by people who want to feel better

play00:15

about themselves that they're average

play00:17

it's a little bit intense i'm sorry but

play00:19

quite frankly it's the truth and for me

play00:21

i like the fact that i am intense i'm

play00:22

immersive when i'm working i'm working

play00:24

and here's the thing a lot of people i i

play00:26

feel they're too scared to admit when i

play00:28

party i party harder than anyone else i

play00:30

know

play00:36

right so i do my monk mode protocols and

play00:38

i do that usually six months a year

play00:40

intense monk mode three months a year

play00:42

i'm more of a party phase right and i

play00:44

kind of you know business takes a little

play00:46

bit of a back burner for me another

play00:47

three months a year i'm kind of in a in

play00:49

between phase you know recharge

play00:51

batteries before the next sort of

play00:52

six-month sprint that i do uh in terms

play00:54

of my month modes now quick little

play00:56

caveat before we get into today's video

play00:57

i didn't know this jenny when i started

play00:59

using the

play01:00

the phrase monk mode uh but apparently

play01:02

it's been around for a few years i think

play01:04

it's

play01:05

there's no really sort of like hard and

play01:06

fast rule of what is monk mode what

play01:08

isn't i think everyone's got their own

play01:09

protocol so when i say monk mode this is

play01:11

just my monk mode protocol and my monk

play01:14

mode protocol changes and for me

play01:17

i created a framework that many other

play01:18

people have followed as many of you guys

play01:20

know i run greenc.com where we help

play01:22

everyday people start online businesses

play01:24

and scale up to ten thousand dollars a

play01:26

month in as quick as 30 days 60 days 90

play01:28

days and sometimes as slow as you know

play01:30

12 months or 18 months so a portion of

play01:32

that program is dedicated to helping

play01:34

people clean up their lives so that way

play01:35

they can actually go on to be you know

play01:38

in order to make a hundred thousand

play01:39

dollars a year you need to be a hundred

play01:40

thousand dollar your person as cliche as

play01:42

that sounds um but that's not really the

play01:44

point of the video the reason i say that

play01:45

is because not only is this a tried and

play01:48

tested framework that i've personally

play01:49

used you know hundreds and hundreds and

play01:51

even thousands of other people have done

play01:53

monk mode as well after me posting about

play01:55

it on my social media for over a year

play01:57

now you know i'm very open and

play01:58

transparent when i start a new monk mode

play02:00

cycle and i'm very transparent when i'm

play02:01

not in monk mode

play02:03

so in today's video i thought i would

play02:04

run you through uh why first of all what

play02:06

is monk mode um how i'm doing monk mode

play02:09

this time a little bit of why i made

play02:11

monk mode the way i did you know how i

play02:13

structured it how monk mode compares to

play02:15

maybe some of the other protocols out

play02:16

there um and a few other things just

play02:18

kind of on my mind as i'm currently in

play02:20

day three of my next month most cycle

play02:22

now whatever your goals in 2022 are if

play02:25

you follow monk mode for at least half

play02:26

the year i guarantee that you will

play02:29

achieve your goals it's as simple as

play02:30

that and monk mode really isn't about

play02:32

balance it is about immersion it is

play02:34

about guaranteeing success and when i

play02:37

was actually outlining and i think i've

play02:39

already uploaded this video when i was

play02:40

outlining my goals for 2022 one of my

play02:43

goals was actually to do strict monk

play02:44

mode for six months because i knew that

play02:46

if i do monk mode for six months then no

play02:49

matter what that's kind of almost a way

play02:50

to guarantee that the year will be

play02:52

successful because if i can do six

play02:54

months of immersion right where i'm

play02:55

really dialed in and i'm not just style

play02:57

doing my work everything around it is

play03:00

supporting it and it's all one big

play03:01

symphony working towards my success for

play03:04

the year that i knew that you know

play03:05

whatever my goals were for this year

play03:07

they'd pretty much be inevitable so my

play03:09

monk mode protocol comprises of three

play03:11

non-negotiables

play03:13

number one 10 minutes a day of

play03:15

meditation mandatory look you will not

play03:17

feel the effects on day one you won't

play03:19

even feel that you likely won't even

play03:21

feel the effects on day five or ten once

play03:24

you get into two weeks in once you get

play03:25

into three weeks in you'll notice why am

play03:27

i so calm all of a sudden even with just

play03:29

10 minutes a day you ask yourself why am

play03:31

i so calm why do i feel so calm why do i

play03:33

feel kind of at ease why does my mind

play03:35

feel quiet why do things that i used to

play03:37

get distracted by not really pull me

play03:39

anymore things like pick talk things

play03:41

like instagram things like mindless

play03:43

scrolling things like

play03:44

a porn right that's a big issue for

play03:46

especially men you know porn uh you know

play03:48

just blowing your load into nothing like

play03:50

for no reason right uh which is a big

play03:53

issue for men biologically what that

play03:54

triggers to your body is that you have

play03:56

accomplished your mission which is not

play03:57

what you want to be telling yourself

play03:58

when you got some big 20 22 goals to hit

play04:02

and then psychologically what that does

play04:04

is it

play04:04

like no one's ever felt good about

play04:06

themselves or at least i don't think

play04:07

after watching porn right so what that

play04:10

does is also psychologically it causes

play04:13

shame and then when you have shame then

play04:14

you don't have respect for yourself and

play04:15

when you don't have respect for yourself

play04:16

it's very very hard to walk around the

play04:19

world with that sort of you know that's

play04:21

just kind of like pep in your step that

play04:22

you've got some time where you're like

play04:23

all right i'm like a winner like i got

play04:25

this you know there's a great book

play04:26

called the winner effect all on you know

play04:28

that kind of pertains to this entire

play04:29

topic so as i said you know

play04:31

10 minutes a day in meditation that kind

play04:33

of helps mitigate against you know even

play04:36

the craving for food the craving for

play04:38

mindless scrolling the craving for all

play04:40

the stuff that just entirely zaps your

play04:42

energy and as i said you would be

play04:43

shocked you would think the 10 how you

play04:45

know how could just 10 minutes a day

play04:46

meditation do that honestly just try it

play04:48

okay so 10 minutes a day meditation that

play04:51

is a non-negotiable if you want to do

play04:53

more i highly encourage that you do more

play04:55

you know um some of my spiritual friends

play04:57

um and sort of some of my spiritual

play04:58

teachers in the in the past have taught

play05:00

me and have told me hey man if you don't

play05:02

think that you can do 10 minutes

play05:03

meditation a day that means that you

play05:05

have to do 30 minutes a day right and

play05:07

basically once that's you know what

play05:08

they're what they're trying to insinuate

play05:10

there is if you think you're too busy to

play05:12

do 10 minutes a day meditation that

play05:13

means that you're someone who has to be

play05:15

doing 30 minutes a day right because it

play05:17

proves the point exactly that's

play05:18

non-negotiable number one non-negotiable

play05:20

number two is exercise of at least 30

play05:22

minutes a day now this can be in the gym

play05:24

this can be a high intensity workout

play05:26

this can be literally whatever you want

play05:28

okay and that means seven days a week

play05:30

now you might train in the gym four days

play05:32

a week you might

play05:33

um

play05:34

i don't know you might like i don't know

play05:36

if you want to

play05:37

do whatever you want to do like even

play05:39

skiing counts right um running counts

play05:41

like jogging counts and you know on your

play05:43

days off if you want to just go for a

play05:45

jog that's fine you can go for drugs

play05:46

swimming counts right the point is just

play05:48

exercise for 30 days

play05:50

and preferably if you can get your heart

play05:51

rate

play05:52

up you know at least five times a week

play05:55

four or five times a week even better

play05:56

but yeah meditation 10 minutes day

play05:58

exercise 30 minutes a day those are

play06:01

non-negotiables okay those you cannot

play06:03

change about the protocol and the third

play06:05

one is no alcohol or weed okay i don't

play06:08

care what anyone says oh no i'm

play06:10

productive like you know weed isn't

play06:12

addictive i'm like i can be productive

play06:14

uh oh it helps me fall asleep i don't

play06:16

care i really don't care what you say

play06:18

okay none of that no weed no alcohol

play06:22

face your own emotions that's one of the

play06:23

other big things that's gonna come up

play06:24

when you do the you know my monk mode

play06:26

protocol uh is you're gonna face

play06:28

emotions you're gonna face your own mind

play06:31

and your own voice right you know so

play06:33

often i'm you know i've even been um

play06:36

fell victim to this in the times where

play06:37

i'm not doing monk mode you know i'm

play06:38

like distracted i'm like oh this thing

play06:40

or this thing or even just you know

play06:41

simple things like having music playing

play06:42

you know i like to have a bit of amy

play06:44

winehouse or mj playing or you know

play06:47

maybe even a bit of rap playing or you

play06:49

know whatever it may be what i do my

play06:50

monk mode protocol for some reason i

play06:51

just don't play music as much right and

play06:53

i'm just more fine with the silent you

play06:56

know

play06:56

silence sometimes it sounds in my head

play06:58

sometimes there's demons in my head

play06:59

right but the point is i'm more

play07:00

comfortable facing those so those are

play07:02

the three

play07:03

non-negotiables okay now after that what

play07:06

you do and what makes monk mode so

play07:08

powerful my monk mode protocol is you

play07:09

stack other variables and you get to

play07:12

choose the other variables and i'll kind

play07:13

of touch on that a little later when i

play07:14

talk about monk mode compared to some of

play07:16

the other protocols out there that still

play07:17

have great admiration and respect for uh

play07:19

but the reason that i

play07:21

kind of built this thing out the way

play07:22

that it's built is i said i know that

play07:24

monk mode is a term that's been floating

play07:26

around you know way before me so i want

play07:28

to give sort of credit to that uh but my

play07:31

specific protocol and the way that i do

play07:34

it which has never been done before or

play07:36

the way that i said just kind of uh of

play07:39

frame things with the variables the

play07:40

cycles etc etc now in terms of your

play07:43

other uh variables that you can add no

play07:45

caffeine is a personal favorite of mine

play07:46

you know whenever i do monk mode i do no

play07:48

caffeine uh kind of sucks for a few days

play07:50

you know right now i'm three days into

play07:52

month mode uh my latest month cycle

play07:54

and um

play07:55

yeah i haven't had not had a caffeine

play07:57

for five or six months it's been five or

play07:59

six months since i've done a monk mode

play08:00

which is crazy

play08:01

um

play08:02

and yeah it kind of sucks but you know

play08:04

after like the seventh day you realize

play08:06

you literally have more energy with no

play08:07

caffeine than you do with caffeine now

play08:08

another variable could be stick to diet

play08:10

whether you know if you want to do a

play08:11

vegan diet whether you want to do i

play08:12

personally do a ketogenic carnivore diet

play08:15

uh six months a year when i'm doing monk

play08:17

mode when i'm not doing monk mode you

play08:18

know i still i don't think a caramel

play08:20

diet is good all year round but when

play08:22

you're focusing it is very very good uh

play08:25

for me personally you know just

play08:27

if you're vegan i respect whatever you

play08:28

do if you're pescatarian i respect

play08:30

whatever you do i mean i agree with it i

play08:32

respect it so cs please refrain from any

play08:34

lectures in the comments uh trust me

play08:36

i've done my due diligence another one

play08:38

and this has been a personal favorite

play08:40

mind in the past is pray however many

play08:41

times a day because i'll pray once a day

play08:44

another one and here's kind of where for

play08:45

those of you guys who are using

play08:46

monkville to really build up your

play08:47

business or for example specifically to

play08:49

build up your agency

play08:51

do a certain amount of outreach per day

play08:53

okay so do x amount of whatever type of

play08:55

outreach so for example let's say you're

play08:57

trying to get clients through instant

play08:59

dms

play09:00

do you know send 15 insta dms per day

play09:03

monday to friday right

play09:05

or monday or friday send 10 looms per

play09:08

day or send

play09:09

or you do 50 cold calls or whatever it

play09:11

is you can do inside the business is the

play09:13

other issue that people face there's a

play09:15

lot of times people set

play09:17

goals based on results i like to do

play09:19

goals based on action right action-based

play09:21

goals right because then it's easier

play09:23

number one it's easier to quantify and

play09:24

number two at the end of the day a lot

play09:26

of life is luck okay and i

play09:29

understand that and i kind of like i pay

play09:31

my respects the fact that a lot of life

play09:33

is luck right whereas action is not luck

play09:36

you get to decide whether you take the

play09:37

action or you don't take the action uh

play09:38

some more examples might be um you know

play09:40

during your month mode you decide to

play09:42

delete instagram or any social media off

play09:43

your phone that could be another good

play09:45

one another one maybe

play09:47

you know

play09:48

it can be really whatever you want any

play09:50

variable you want maybe for you it might

play09:51

even be just calling your mom every

play09:53

single day right maybe or you're calling

play09:54

your dad you know maybe you have a

play09:56

relationship with your parents that you

play09:57

like to

play09:58

sort of um unify maybe you have uh

play10:01

maybe for you might be giving a

play10:03

compliment give at least one compliment

play10:05

meaningful compliment to someone in your

play10:07

life every day right whatever you want

play10:08

to do in your monk mode period the three

play10:10

main things okay the three main

play10:12

non-negotiables are the 10 minutes a day

play10:13

meditation 30 minutes a day exercise and

play10:15

no alcohol or weed and it's so funny

play10:17

because this really isn't that much guys

play10:18

it's not rocket science okay but yet the

play10:21

results that people have when they do

play10:22

multiple and the results that people

play10:23

have shared with me when they do their

play10:24

monk mode is insane right now you might

play10:27

be wondering iman how long do i do muck

play10:29

mode for well first of all what i

play10:30

recommend is set your protocol okay so

play10:33

your three non-negotiables and then add

play10:34

some other variables you know i

play10:36

personally don't recommend you do more

play10:37

than six variables because i think it

play10:39

just gets a little intense at that point

play10:41

it gets hard to sort of keep track so do

play10:42

your three non-negotiable variables plus

play10:44

however many other you want uh however

play10:46

many others you want

play10:47

uh and then you go from there and you

play10:49

figure out your cycle so right now as i

play10:51

said i started more three days ago for

play10:53

my monk mode it is very simple now

play10:56

i'm gonna be very honest with you okay

play10:58

i'm actually breaking one of the rules

play11:00

okay and i i know this is really bad i

play11:02

know i

play11:03

shouldn't do this and i probably

play11:04

shouldn't even be telling you guys this

play11:06

um but i'll tell you why i've i've

play11:08

breaking a broken one of the

play11:09

non-negotiables my non-negotiables okay

play11:12

number one 30 minutes a day meditation

play11:14

okay that's non-negotiable one

play11:16

non-negotiable two is a strict carnivore

play11:19

diet okay this trick carnivore diet

play11:22

number three is no alcohol

play11:25

and number four is no caffeine okay

play11:29

so pretty simple stuff right this is a

play11:31

very simple one because i'm going to be

play11:32

honest with you guys the end of 2021 is

play11:34

that i'm a very intense person i work i

play11:36

like to do big work periods and then

play11:38

when i enjoy myself i actually like to

play11:40

enjoy myself um so for the last six

play11:42

months a year you know i was drinking

play11:44

caffeine i was drinking a lot of alcohol

play11:46

i was going to a hundred parties i was

play11:47

traveling long i was having a lot of fun

play11:48

which i don't regret a single bit of it

play11:50

but now you know kind of easing back

play11:52

into it for this first cycle i want to

play11:53

do something a little more um

play11:56

yeah i wanted to do an easier cycle of

play11:58

monk mode also environment is a big

play12:00

thing

play12:01

i for some of you guys you'll know and

play12:03

this is actually part of one of the

play12:04

reasons why i broke one of the

play12:05

non-negotiables um

play12:08

i live in dubai now all right now dubai

play12:10

especially this time of year january i

play12:12

have

play12:13

every single day i have another one of

play12:15

my friends land a friend a business

play12:17

associate someone that i actually like

play12:18

people that i genuinely really want to

play12:19

meet so dubai is a very hard place to do

play12:22

a very strict monk mode right now

play12:23

because as much as i'm trying to stay at

play12:24

home and focus on the snack once or

play12:26

twice a week i have to go to some dinner

play12:28

with uh an old friend an old client like

play12:30

a uh you know a business associate like

play12:32

someone

play12:33

like just something right um whereas uh

play12:37

you know at the end of this month uh

play12:38

early next month as some of you guys

play12:40

know uh i just got a beautiful new five

play12:42

bedroom uh place in cape town which i'm

play12:44

very excited for so i signed a 12 month

play12:47

lease on that obviously i have my place

play12:48

here and i live alone here i have my

play12:50

place in cape town which is mine as well

play12:52

um which is a little stupid but whatever

play12:54

it is it is uh one of my best friends is

play12:56

actually gonna be living there uh and

play12:58

he'll be living there 12 months a year

play13:00

kind of taking care of it when i'm not

play13:01

there as well

play13:02

but anyways cape town is a place where i

play13:04

can do my most intense monk modes

play13:05

because i don't have the distraction of

play13:07

as

play13:08

you know i have

play13:10

quite a few friends out there you know

play13:11

definitely a sizeable amount of

play13:13

people i'd call friends out there but

play13:15

not like dubai where it's like i have

play13:17

tons of really really good friends here

play13:18

and i've got friends and acquaintances

play13:19

coming all the time right

play13:21

so when i go to i'm going to do this

play13:23

current cycle for 30 days

play13:25

so i think i started jan 9th or january

play13:27

8th something like that

play13:29

and i will be going all the way to

play13:31

around feb 8th or 9th then i don't know

play13:34

maybe i might take a couple days break

play13:36

or maybe i might go into my next cycle

play13:38

now my next cycle of monk mode will

play13:39

probably be more intense and we'll add

play13:42

we'll add one more variable okay but not

play13:45

that much more intense but i'll add one

play13:46

more variable and that's one of the

play13:47

non-negotiable variables that i

play13:49

currently was missing

play13:51

so the reason that i didn't add the

play13:53

non-negotiable 30 minutes a day of

play13:55

exercise is because for me personally

play13:57

okay i know some people really struggle

play13:58

with it but for me personally exercise

play14:00

isn't a thing that i need to bring

play14:01

myself to do for me it's like exercise

play14:03

is the thing i need to bring myself not

play14:05

to do for me it's hard

play14:06

to it's i almost have to force myself

play14:08

not to exercise seven days a week right

play14:10

and that's just me personally okay

play14:12

uh now with dubai um i have a beautiful

play14:15

gym on the 75th floor of my apartment

play14:18

thing you know uh apartment

play14:20

yeah we're basically where i live um and

play14:22

it's you know great great great

play14:24

apartment gym like pretty much

play14:25

everything you want uh bench press blah

play14:28

blah this that etc cetera um but it's

play14:30

still not like up to scratch for the

play14:32

stuff that i do i like to do very

play14:33

functional crossfit type training so for

play14:35

me to go to my gym like really the

play14:37

closest gym that's viable for that it's

play14:39

like eight minutes there used to be one

play14:40

that was right next to me i was very

play14:41

excited when i moved in and found out

play14:43

they closed and that would have been

play14:44

like a two minute walk alas such as life

play14:47

so for me it's like a 10 minute uber

play14:48

back uh 10 minute uber there 10 minute

play14:50

back so that's already 20 minutes um

play14:52

kind of as a title says like for me

play14:54

that's genuinely at this point in my

play14:56

life worth like three thousand dollars

play14:57

just those 20 minutes right i made circa

play15:00

9 million dollars and work on average

play15:02

well i guess at the beginning of the

play15:03

first six months here probably like 50

play15:04

hours a week in the last six months a

play15:06

year maybe 10 hours a week so i just

play15:07

kind of

play15:08

evened out um

play15:10

so i worked around 25 hours a week

play15:12

i'd say probably on average in 2021 the

play15:15

least i've ever worked in my life

play15:17

um and i made around nine million

play15:18

dollars so for me my time is really

play15:20

really valuable right now so for me to

play15:22

spend even 20 minutes in an uber there

play15:24

and back it's a bit of a time crunch so

play15:26

i try to do that four times a week and

play15:28

then from there

play15:29

if i was still living in london for

play15:31

example what i would do is i would just

play15:32

go for a walk for 30 minutes today the

play15:34

issue with dubai is there's not

play15:36

walking really isn't that pleasurable

play15:38

enjoyable because the places that you

play15:39

can realistically walk you know kind of

play15:41

uninterrupted along the beach there's so

play15:43

many people and it's just it personally

play15:45

stresses me out dubai is a bit of a

play15:48

it works for my life right now but it's

play15:50

a bit of a stressful place

play15:52

to do sort of more day-to-day life

play15:53

things that i was used to growing up in

play15:55

london for 17 years and being able to

play15:57

walk everywhere and you know such and

play15:59

such which is why i didn't include it

play16:00

but remember but i would included i

play16:03

would have included it in my personal

play16:05

month mode protocol if i was a person

play16:07

that struggled with exercise but because

play16:08

i'm so actively i i i almost have to

play16:10

bring myself not to exercise then it's

play16:12

fine also another thing to bear in mind

play16:14

is every single morning i start my

play16:15

morning with steam room sauna and then

play16:17

cold showers in between um

play16:20

so for me i feel as though like my body

play16:21

is getting sort of like

play16:24

you know i'm sweating like i am like you

play16:25

know my body's kind of being put to work

play16:27

uh and i you know other days of the week

play16:30

uh where i don't have that like for

play16:31

example i have my visi uh physio uh my

play16:33

physio works with uh some top level

play16:36

athletes you know works with usain bolt

play16:38

and some of the mma guys et cetera et

play16:39

cetera so

play16:40

my point is i feel so my body is being

play16:42

put to work so

play16:44

yeah that is uh the reason i say all

play16:46

this is to explain you know why i didn't

play16:48

do one of non-negotiables but also to

play16:50

explain this idea of cycles so as i said

play16:51

i'm gonna do this site this cycle for 30

play16:53

days

play16:54

then as i said i might take maybe you

play16:56

know two or three days off you know have

play16:57

some drinks enjoy myself or maybe and i

play16:59

think this is probably what i'll do is

play17:00

i'll go straight because i already have

play17:02

the momentum at the point i'll go

play17:03

straight into my next cycle and my next

play17:05

cycle as i said will be another 30 day

play17:07

sprint i think most likely maybe six

play17:09

weeks and with that i will have the

play17:10

exact same protocol

play17:12

those four things 30 day meditation 30

play17:14

minutes a day meditation strict

play17:15

carnivore no caffeine no alcohol and

play17:17

i'll also add a mandatory 30 minutes a

play17:19

day or maybe even 45 minutes a day of

play17:21

exercise you can really set out your

play17:23

cycles however you want only thing i say

play17:25

is at least 21 days for your monk mode

play17:28

alright so do 21 days

play17:30

you can do anywhere from three weeks to

play17:32

21 days all the way up to three months i

play17:35

do not recommend you do more than three

play17:36

months i think psychologically it's not

play17:38

good for you to be in muck mode for more

play17:40

than three months but you can do it uh

play17:43

the most that i have ever done monk mode

play17:45

consecutively was two months okay but

play17:47

that's for me i usually find the sweet

play17:49

spot to be from i usually find the sweet

play17:51

spot to be six weeks and even if it's

play17:53

just like a two or three days break and

play17:55

then you go straight back in again uh

play17:57

just having that two or three days i

play17:58

think does do a lot for you mentally the

play18:00

big thing that you need to ask yourself

play18:01

is environment when i'm in cape town

play18:03

doing monk mode is the easiest thing

play18:05

ever and i actively prefer doing a monk

play18:08

london for me when i was in london it

play18:10

was uh harder than cape town but way

play18:12

easier than dubai you know dubai is

play18:13

probably the hardest place for me to do

play18:15

monk mode so as i said you need to do at

play18:17

least 21 days so you can do three weeks

play18:19

on the low end all the way up to three

play18:20

months i do not recommend anymore and as

play18:22

i said you do cycles now this year i

play18:24

will be doing i've committed to doing

play18:26

month mode six months a year and i can

play18:28

do that in many different ways i could

play18:29

if i wanted to i could do uh three weeks

play18:31

a month mode basically i could almost do

play18:33

every month i could do three weeks on

play18:34

one week off three weeks on one week off

play18:37

i don't like to do things that way i

play18:38

said i'm very intense i usually like to

play18:39

spend like the first six months a year

play18:41

doing monk mode

play18:42

and then you know the second half of the

play18:43

year kind of enjoying myself a little

play18:45

bit more i don't think i'm gonna do that

play18:46

necessarily this year i think probably

play18:48

the first of the six first

play18:50

six months a year i'll probably do four

play18:52

months in month mode two months you know

play18:54

kind of like a you know it's not messing

play18:56

around too much uh but still um

play18:59

you know not doing the full multiple

play19:01

protocol and then in the second half of

play19:02

the year once again i'll do probably

play19:04

four months kind of in between uh and

play19:06

then two months hard aggressive monk

play19:08

mode um so really what monk mode is is

play19:10

this a tool don't think of it as

play19:12

something where like oh damn i have to

play19:13

be a monk motor like think about it

play19:15

literally as a tool in the same way look

play19:17

ladies and gentlemen i don't enjoy

play19:18

eating carnivore doing keto carnivore

play19:20

right like it's not necessarily

play19:22

enjoyable for me to eat

play19:23

fish meat

play19:25

i do do avocado as well but like fish

play19:26

meat avocado like it's a very boring

play19:28

diet but for me it's a tool because i

play19:30

said

play19:31

whatever works for you i respect it but

play19:32

for me personally i'm so dialed in my

play19:35

health all my biomarkers like everything

play19:37

that indicates is my body healthy right

play19:39

now um are all the best that they are

play19:41

all year round when i'm doing keto

play19:43

carnivore and my mental clarity my

play19:44

energy and my focus and my

play19:46

like how uh a present i even feel you

play19:49

know obviously they call me the low

play19:50

vibration food i understand that but

play19:53

people don't have a

play19:54

people can't discern with low vibration

play19:56

high vibration means sometimes low

play19:57

vibration actually good it means

play19:59

grounded right um

play20:01

so anyways

play20:03

you know uh

play20:04

the reason i say that is for me kind of

play20:06

the same with carnivore keto is a tool i

play20:08

use it as a tool

play20:10

monk mode is a tool okay think about it

play20:12

as like hey do i need to get something

play20:13

done it kind of sucks but go straight

play20:15

into mug mode and you'll basically

play20:16

guarantee that it gets done and whatever

play20:18

your action based goals are they will be

play20:19

accomplished and as i said put them in

play20:21

cycles and each cycle you can you can

play20:22

either keep doing the same cycle again

play20:24

uh or you can change the cycles based on

play20:26

things like for example for me which are

play20:28

very important our environment time of

play20:30

the year for example look in summer when

play20:32

it gets to june july august i never do

play20:34

monkey mode because for me like i'm

play20:35

gonna be honest

play20:36

i just have i just have this natural

play20:39

gas like this like this turbo charge

play20:41

that happens the first four months a

play20:42

year

play20:43

and i know i have it every single year

play20:44

so for me it's like might as well just

play20:45

use that right might as well just use

play20:47

that natural momentum i have and by the

play20:48

time june july august rolls around it's

play20:50

been like this for as long as i can

play20:51

remember i kind of just want to chill

play20:53

right and that doesn't mean that like

play20:54

you know i do nothing you know what i

play20:56

still work in my businesses probably 20

play20:58

hours a week but it's not the 50 hours a

play21:00

week i do or

play21:01

50 or even 60 hours a week i do in you

play21:03

know january feb march you know that

play21:05

sort of time so ladies and gentlemen

play21:06

that is really why i structure monk mode

play21:08

the way that i do

play21:09

and as i said my monk motor protocol

play21:11

like it's very simple if you break it

play21:13

down i've already said this but like

play21:14

think about it like all it is is 10

play21:15

minutes a day of meditation 30 minutes a

play21:17

day of exercise and just don't drink any

play21:19

alcohol or smoke any pot like

play21:21

that's really not rocket science and

play21:23

granted you know then you have the slots

play21:24

for i recommend i only i know i'm only

play21:26

doing an extra one but two to three

play21:28

other variables okay so two to three

play21:30

other variables so you have three

play21:31

non-negotiables and then you have a

play21:33

total you have five or six variables um

play21:36

it's really not rocket science but i

play21:38

have found through the years of helping

play21:40

thousands and thousands of people either

play21:41

quit their jobs or scale their online

play21:43

business ten thousand dollars a month by

play21:45

the way if you want to find out anything

play21:46

about that and how to start an online

play21:48

business from scratch check the first

play21:50

link in the description that'll take you

play21:52

to the brand new case study where i'm

play21:53

gonna very quickly in 20 minutes show

play21:55

you exactly step by step how to start a

play21:57

business and by the end of the year it

play21:59

gets ten thousand dollars a month but as

play22:00

i said at that company gradiency i give

play22:03

step-by-step by step detail on

play22:05

everything from how to run facebook ads

play22:07

google ads how to sign clans how to find

play22:08

clients how to deal with objections like

play22:10

in so much excruciating detail it's

play22:13

the most advanced program out there

play22:15

but it's funny

play22:17

the biggest thing that people do is if

play22:18

they follow monk mode like

play22:20

almost half the information is is

play22:22

irrelevant right

play22:23

you know

play22:24

getting to a hundred thousand dollars a

play22:25

year for me personally and i've

play22:27

witnessed this with thousands and

play22:28

thousands of students 50

play22:30

literally 50 of the job is just getting

play22:33

a person just to stop drinking alcohol

play22:35

stop smoking paul

play22:36

you know just meditate a bit a day calm

play22:38

the chimpanzee that's going on their

play22:40

head and that's about it

play22:41

so ladies and gentlemen i

play22:44

would really and and the last thing

play22:46

actually i want to touch on before we go

play22:47

here is um monk mode compared to some of

play22:50

the protocols out here one that comes to

play22:51

mind is 75 hard by andy friscella

play22:54

now i had a buddy do 75 hard um

play22:58

you know one of my best friends actually

play22:59

one of my best friends who lives in cape

play23:01

town who will you know be living with me

play23:03

and my villa um and he

play23:06

he did um a 75 hard and it worked you

play23:09

know has worked well for him it was

play23:10

beautiful for him

play23:12

um the thing is for me if you're trying

play23:14

to accomplish business goals and some

play23:15

more sort of financial goals

play23:17

training twice a day and i know it's not

play23:19

proper training twice a day but still

play23:20

training twice a day is pretty intense

play23:22

and some of the other protocols are

play23:23

pretty intense or some of the other

play23:25

variables in there are pretty intense

play23:26

and for me i look at that and i'm like

play23:27

yeah but you're not even meditating

play23:29

right and to me like

play23:31

to me if i had to take a second 45

play23:33

minute workout a day or even 10 minutes

play23:35

of meditation i would take that 10

play23:36

minutes any day it's it's far more

play23:38

transformative for you

play23:39

so for me monk mode is

play23:41

um it serves a different purpose and

play23:43

it's a little bit more flexible you know

play23:45

there's stuff for example in 7500 and i

play23:47

totally totally respect 75 heart i

play23:49

respect everyone that went through it uh

play23:50

there's just i think it's a it's it's

play23:53

unnecessarily

play23:54

fluffy and bloated and i don't think

play23:57

there's enough space for customization

play23:59

so you know i totally respect it i mean

play24:02

tens and i'm sure tens maybe probably

play24:04

even hundreds of thousands of people

play24:05

have gone through that protocol and had

play24:06

incredible results uh i just

play24:09

want to structure something that kind of

play24:10

has a little bit more flexibility and

play24:12

works for you know my students agreeing

play24:14

see uh and kind of just like the people

play24:16

i know who would watch this video in my

play24:17

general community and me personally i

play24:19

first built this protocol for me

play24:21

um and also just like

play24:23

a statement to myself and also to the

play24:25

world and my friends like yo like i even

play24:27

have friends and they're like

play24:28

at this point they even know they're

play24:29

like oh are you in monk mode like oh

play24:31

like don't want to bald you in monk mode

play24:32

or like i even have like friends like uh

play24:34

who are like i i had like five or six

play24:36

like personal like good close friends of

play24:37

mine be like oh good luck with your next

play24:39

month mode right like it's um

play24:41

you know i think and my friends respect

play24:43

that as well and they kind of know you

play24:45

know uh

play24:46

don't invite e-man to uh you know

play24:48

clubbing this night because he's not

play24:49

realistic gonna come out or there's you

play24:50

know stuff that they know when i'm not

play24:52

doing monk mode you know they're like a

play24:54

lot more lenient with and when i'm doing

play24:56

they kind of respect uh my space a

play24:57

little more uh et cetera etc so before
