🚀 Introduction to MicroSaaS and Business Ideas for 2024
Eric introduces five Microsoft (MicroSaaS) business ideas that could generate significant revenue in 2024 and beyond. He shares his experience, having generated over $4 million in revenue from his own MicroSaaS business. MicroSaaS refers to software built on top of larger SaaS platforms, leveraging their user base for market research, customer acquisition, and billing. Eric explains the benefits of MicroSaaS, such as easier market research, app store visibility, and reduced marketing and billing efforts. He then teases five ideas that he believes are lucrative opportunities, encouraging viewers to subscribe for more content on building a successful MicroSaaS business.
🛠️ MicroSaaS Ideas: Slack Recording Tool and Google One Tap Integration
The first idea is to create a Slack recording tool that automatically records huddles and calls within Slack and shares them in relevant channels. Slack's large user base of over 35 million presents a significant market opportunity. The second idea involves integrating Google One Tap into e-commerce platforms to streamline the collection of customer emails, which is highly valuable for merchants. Google One Tap has been shown to increase user base and conversion rates, as evidenced by case studies from major websites like Pinterest and eBay. Eric suggests that integrating this feature into e-commerce platforms could be a lucrative business opportunity.
📈 Feature Request Insights for ClickUp and Monday.com Integrations
Eric suggests leveraging the feature request pages of task management platforms like ClickUp and Monday.com to identify potential MicroSaaS ideas. For ClickUp, he highlights two features requested by thousands of users: different statuses for tasks and subtasks, and a vacation or sick leave setting. For Monday.com, he points out the recurring or repeating tasks feature, which has been viewed by 50,000 users and is not on the company's roadmap. By developing these features and integrating them with these platforms, developers could tap into a large, paying customer base and generate significant revenue.
📱 Social Media Repurposing with a CAD GPT Plugin
The final idea presented by Eric is to create a CAD GPT plugin focused on social media repurposing. With businesses increasingly leveraging CAD GPT, there's an opportunity to develop a plugin that can take content from platforms like YouTube, process it through CAD GPT, and generate social media posts or tweets. This would help businesses efficiently create content for multiple platforms, aligning with the growing trend of content repurposing and social media management.

Transcripts
in the next few minutes I'm going to
give you five Microsoft ideas that will
make you money in 2024 and Beyond if you
decide to implement and execute these
ideas my name is Eric and in the past
one year alone my Microsoft business
generated over $4 million in revenue and
keeps growing year of a year so if you
want to follow our journey and also
build your own Microsoft business leave
on your own term and generate like up to
$1 million a year just make sure to hit
that subscribe button so you know
whenever release new content all the
time now let's start with the basic
question what is micras and if you're
unfamiliar with that let me explain it's
super simple micros SAS is pretty much
when a SAS product is built on top of a
bigger larger SAS product for example
and I think the easiest example is
Tinder Tinder is a software that is
built on IOS and Android right it's a
micras for the different iPhones you're
using it cannot leave on its own it
cannot just leave on the web it leaves
and getting all its traction from mobile
devices on Android and iOS I'll give you
another example my company runs its
schedule and the entire Calendar on
Google Calendar but if we look to
schedule a meeting we use an external
tool called cly if you're unfamiliar
with it that syns into your calendar and
make sure people can schedule a call
with you only on times where you are
both available so this is two examples
of micras and this is the difference
between SAS and a micros SAS now why
would you go with a micras and not
necessarily SAS well the beautiful thing
about huge SAS platforms is that usually
they collect together a bunch of
customers that are very similar for
example if we're talking about
e-commerce then all the customers are
Merchants so if you solve specific
solution for merchants then you can
succeed on that platform so it's easy to
do the market research it's easy to find
customers it's easy to find competitors
and really easy to build a solution that
is specific to that market now not only
that most of these platforms have app
stores and if you go on the app stores
usually the users of that platform
whenever they encounter any problem
they're going to go to the App Store and
search for the solution in there and
that's where they're going to find you
so it's also going to take care of most
of your marketing the last thing is
billing a lot of these platforms have a
built-in system for billing for their
Partners or the microsofts that are
built on top of the platform so usually
they're going to take care of everything
and just pass you the revenue and the
major advantage is their current users
are already giving them their TR so they
don't have to trust you a new developer
that nobody knows and give you their
credit card information they just pay
the platform the platform pays you
everybody's happy now of course there
are also some disadvantages to Microsoft
but that's for another video now let's
just jump into the five ideas I believe
will make you money in 2024 and Beyond
if you just decide to build them now the
first one would be built for slack slack
is a messaging platform for businesses
and the software I would build if I were
you would be slack recording tool that
automatically records all the huddles
and calls within slack and send them in
the relevant Channel now slack is huge
and it got more than 35 million users
that's really big and I've looked around
for a solution that does this and I
couldn't find anything and to be honest
I would personally pay for that so when
I look at slack I can see that they're
like video sharing and Reporting video
streaming let's just search for video
you know nothing that actually records
huddles and then share them on slack
let's just search for huddle what's
huddle AI okay it doesn't seems like
it's actually related to huddles okay so
the idea is still alive and I still
think that's going to be a nice solution
I would definitely recommend going for
it let's move on to the next idea my
next idea would be in the realm of
e-commerce which is something that I do
and actually I might work on this
project this year if nobody else decides
to go for it now my capacity is full I'm
running two full-blown apps and and a
bunch of other smaller ones so I'm not
sure I'm going to have the capacity but
here you go here's the idea the idea
would be to integrate Google onap into
e-commerce platforms and if you're not
sure about what Google onap is that's
the thing you know it when you go to a
website and then you see sign in with
Google on the top of the page this is
how websites create a user for you they
automatically get your name and email so
just integrating that into e-commerce
stores as a way to collect emails that
would be insane and Merchants really
care about collecting customer emails
because then they can remarket to them
via email so I would definitely
recommend checking it out it's super
easy to build and integrate to multiple
platform forms there are millions of
users across all different platforms and
I found this page by Google showing some
different case studies on Google WAP for
this huge website so Pinterest alone
generated two times more users once they
started using Google WAP already also
got almost twox increase in conversion
rate eBay said that users are 100% more
likely pretty much everyone is saying
that Google is providing them with 2x
more users and emails or more yeah the
iron company the got like 8X growth and
vikatan which I have no idea who they
are they got like a 3X increase on email
collection so I would recommend just
creating this and integrate it not
necessarily to e-commerce website but to
websites in general there's so many
platforms with app stores to create
websites like weeks like WordPress like
Drupal like webflow you can really go
wherever you want with this so this is
the second idea the third idea would be
for click up.com are you familiar with
clickup if not that's fine clickup is
software for task management and
organization management built for
businesses in all size we in our company
use clickup they have more than 10
million users and what I've done to find
two amazing ideas for clickup that's
going to generate you a ton of money in
2024 is just go to their feature request
page it's so simple so here is the page
you can see in here that there are so
many features that you can see how many
users uped this feature 10,000 5,000 all
of that and you can also see if it's in
progress or if it's planned or if it's
not even on the road map and then you
just need to pick something from here
and start working on it even if you get
a 100 users that's a big big income for
you okay so just find something in here
two ideas that I found is the first one
was different statuses on tasks and
subtask meaning if you have a just a
task and a subtask sometimes you want to
have different statuses for the task
itself and the the subtasks benefit it
was requested by more than 4,000 clickup
users just imagine building that for
them the second one would be to set a
vacation or a seek leave now this one
was also requested by more than 5,000
clickup users and it's not even on the
road map so just take these ideas
Implement them content clickup they
don't have a very big App Store but they
do have an Integrations page so if you
contact them and tell them guys I want
to build this for you just let me
integrate into your Integrations page
you're going to get a ton of business so
consider that the fourth one it's kind
of similar to clickup but I'm talking
about monday.com that's also a project
management software for companies which
have
186,000 users but all of them are paying
usually Enterprise companies very big
companies so I would recommend checking
it out in general and also I found their
feature request page this is the Monday
Community tab where you can find feature
requests and you can see some of them
have a lot of views you can see how many
replies and how many people up voted for
certain features and you can also see
the status if it was released if it's
not on the road map you can see if it's
long road map you can see a bunch of
things you can also see comments if you
go inside you can actually see what
people commented how exactly they would
like it to look like you get all the
information you need everything that you
need to build a winning product right
here at the tips of your
fingers now they also have an API and
they also have an App Store so that's
perfect for you and the one idea that I
really thought about was reoccurring or
repeating tasks it was viewed by 50,000
monday.com users and it's not on the
road map meaning monday.com are not
planning on building this feature you
can build it you can be the one gaining
the revenue okay so that's idea number
four and idea number five would be just
a cad GPT plugin just because it's so
big everybody knows what CAD GPT is it's
pretty much the new Google and there are
a lot of add-ons that allow you to
create different things now the idea
that I would Implement would be some
sort of a repurposing app for social
media for example you take a YouTube
video you send the transcript to ch PT
and then you generate like five tweets
out of it I would do something that
somehow connects to your Tik Tok
understand what the video is about and
then generating similar content to other
platforms this is something that
businesses are very interested in and
pretty much every business is now on
chat GPT so figure out some sort of a
small CAD GPT plugin that makes sense
for you and connect it to CAD GPT again
I would go for repurposing and
recreating or maybe even scheduling
content for social media that's what I
would go for so here you go here are
five ideas that's going to make you a
ton of money in 2024 and Beyond if you
just act on them now if you're serious
about it we do have a free six episode
crash course I'm going to put it in the
description below if you want to learn
more about the process on how to get it
done and if you're really serious about
it we also have a full length course
with over 80 episodes teaching you
everything from nothing all the way to
being on the App Store and generating
revenue and we actually in this course
we're actually building an app with you
and actually generating their first
Revenue with you so you see that we're
not full of if you thought this way
hopefully not now guys before we wrap
this video up just one small final
request please hit that like button and
subscribe to YouTube channel make a
comment something just if you like the
video because it's super important for
us we are working super hard on creating
this video I can show you around if you
want but I'm basically messing up my
entire apartment just to get these
videos for you I stop everything and
believe me my schedule is super busy to
create this content just for you so
please subscribe please like if not
that's completely fine thank you for
watching I'll see you on the next video
bye for now
