everything I mean I'm even going to
actually show you the product that I'm
selling because why not but real quick
before I get into it if you're someone

let's go ahead and get right into it so
let me take you back a couple of days I
was sitting in my office scrolling
through Tik Tok I mean come on guys I'm
the CEO I can do that anyways I was
sitting there scrolling right and I saw
someone advertising one of the products
that was actually in my top 10 winning
products to sell an October video I mean
I already knew that the product had
potential because that's exactly why I
put it on the list so I continue
scrolling and just a couple Scrolls
later is when I saw the same exact
product again and you see this time when
I saw the ad I paid a little bit more
attention because I saw how many likes
and comments that it had and when I went
into the advertisers page to look a
little bit more into it that's when I
saw how many views that they had and
y'all when I saw that the ch-ching
sounds they just kept going off in my
head so seeing that that was a green
flag right out the gate so of course I
spent a little bit more time looking
into it so I first decided to go ahead
and check in on the other competition I
was selling this product to make sure
that they were getting traffic to their
store which ultimately let me know two
things one is that the consumers are
definitely interested in the product
which is really all I need to know to
start testing something but secondly it
let me know about how much you're
currently making by selling this product
and one thing you should always know is
that if someone else is making money
with the product you can too I mean
let's take the story right here for
example you can see that their website
visits dropped during the summer but now
that we're heading back into the fall
season they're getting about 5,000
monthly visits so to estimate how much
are potentially making from selling this
product all I had to do is take the
store visits and multiply it by the
e-commerce average industry conversion
rate of 2 1.2% that gave me the number
of 125 which is an estimation of how
many sales that they're currently making
monthly so I took that sales total and I
multiplied it by their selling price of
$70 and that was telling me that they're
roughly making about
$8,750 while selling this product and
then with that confirmation that this
product is selling I went to AliExpress
to find a supplier that could help me
reach that 2.5x margin that I'm always
looking for while advertising a product
and I was able to find a supplier that
was charging $7 to supply and fulfill
the product so I took that $17 and I
multiplied it by 2.5 which is the margin
that I'm always trying to stay at or
above while selling products that gave
me $42.50 which told me that that's the
least amount that I could sell this
product for in order to be within that
2.5x margin now the good news for me is
that my competitors were selling this
product anywhere between $60 and $80
just upping that profit margin even
higher so from there I outlined
everything that I was going to need in
my product sheet and I got my mind right
because I knew that the next day it was
time to get to
work now with the product decided on the
second day of getting this product
pushed out was all about getting the
store created and ready to sell on and I
needed to get my ads together and these
are two tasks that would have took me a
couple days if not a week to get
finished back in 2018 when I first
started Drop Shipping but I've been
trying to tell you guys you got it way
easier right now with the amount of AI
tools that are out on the market I mean
literally all I did was use a free AI
store Builder that's Linked In My
description down below which completely
built out the Shopify store for me all I
had to do was tell her what Niche I was
selling in follow a few simple steps and
my entire store was laid out for me it
easily did about 90% of the work for me
which is exactly what I needed to go
ahead and get this product on the market
as quick as I could after after I got it
back all I had to do is go in add my
product to the store and then update it
with a fall type of theme and as you can
see I was focused on having white black
and orange as my main colors to
correlate with the season and the fact
that I'm selling a Halloween product I
also make sure to have the promotions
represent the season that we're
currently in so that's exactly why
you're seeing in the banner up here
where it says fall sales up to 50% off
plus free shipping I'm telling you guys
right now making sure that your store
your promos and colors are all
correlating with whatever season or
holiday it is it is one of those
psychological marketing tactics that you
need to be capitalizing on if someone is
shopping for Halloween decorations and
they end up on my product page they're
automatically going to have the thought
process that this is somewhere that they
can buy what they're looking for from
and that's exactly what you want now to
finish off the product page I went ahead
and added in vitals an all-in-one app
that offers different very powerful
features designed to optimize your store
and boost conversions it's exactly I
have this discount quantity break added
to my product page which let customers
purchase the product in bulk and receive
a discount which just helps incentivize
the customer to buy more and helps me
increase my average order value also
through vitals I added in my currency
converter so that no matter where
someone is shopping from they'll be able
to see the price of of the product in
their currency and I've been trying to
put you guys on the game a currency
converter is a must have on your stores
so if right now you actually don't have
one on your store go ahead and add it
right now because the easier and more
convenient that you can make your
customer shopping experience the more
likely that they're going to come and
buy from you now I also have the sticky
Adar feature added in which again feeds
into creating a seamless shopping
experience by letting customers scroll
past the first add C button but still
have an option to add the product to
their C no matter where they are on the
screen then you'll see the review
section added in from vitals which just
helps add social proof surrounding the
product no one really purchases any
thing without seeing other people's
opinion on the product so having reviews
is a non-negotiable now when it came to
the layout of the product page since
this isn't really a product that solves
a problem my main focus was just
highlighting the experience that the
product brings to the customer and
within the product description
supplementing that way gifts and images
between the text so that customers could
read and see what the product can
provide to them so once the store is
ready to go I had to get to work on the
ads and every time I start testing a new
product let me make it clear content is
and will always be my main priority I'll
be trying to tell y'all you can sell
sand in the desert with the type of ads
your ads will ultimately will drive
traffic to your store and when it's done
right that's when you start to generate
the revenue that you're looking for and
the key aspects that I made sure that my
content had while I was making it is the
hook is in the first 3 seconds of the
video and if you do not hook your
viewers in right away they're just going
to continue to keep scrolling and that's
potential buyers that you're going to
miss out on next I always want to make
sure to highlight what the product can
do for the potential buyer so since this
product is more of an experienced
product makeing them excited about the
experience that they'll have was going
to be my main priority every time and
third and lastly I always make sure that
there's a call to action that highlights
any promotion or sale that I'm currently
having on the product think about it if
you just leave the viewer with an ad
showing a really cool product but you
don't tell them what to do in order to
get that product or incentivize them to
want to buy it you're going to be
missing out on a lot of sales so these
were the first couple ads that I pumped
out for this product and you can see
that both of these follow these key
aspects all right so the first thing I
say is this is your sign to get the
coolest Halloween projector for spooky
season and as you can see this is my
hook grabbing the user's attention right
away you're seeing people jumping
through their Windows probably just
figuring out as a consumer what is
actually going on spiking that interest
that you want to know more which is
going to make you want to watch more of
this app next I followed up by
showcasing what the product is and
highlighting what it does so I just got
this Halloween projector and then
talking about the features and benefits
of the product right after that so the
effect is absolutely stunning you see
I'm not wasting words or time saying
it's a very simple setup but I am
showcasing it with my imagery by still
following this up with more features and
benefits like you see the images are
vivid and lifelike and then following up
with what I'm saying in that text with
an image right away creting a spooky
atmosphere and it's showing how
impressive it is to the outside now
giving you a full glimpse of how this
product looks like when it's actually
being used anybody who ever buys a
product they want to see it being used
in real time so that's what I did right
here and then I followed up with this
little bit of psychology saying it makes
my house the star of the neighborhood
you know those crazy neighbors that are
always competing against each other for
every holiday so I went ahead and tapped
into that psychology and then ending the
clip by saying 50% off plus free
shipping and then telling them to click
shop now with the link down below
telling the end user exactly what to go
after watching this video then I follow
that same format for video too as you
see I replaced this with a whole
different hook showcasing this first
clip a really big creature crawling
through the window asking yourself what
the hell is this so boom right away I'm
grabbing your attention with this hook
and then I'm following it up with the
same video that you guys just saw
earlier a lot of the time what you're
going to notice is that once I have a
video I'm always just testing out a
bunch of different hooks on the front
end so that's what I did here you see
it's the same features and benefits
giving the same messaging at the very
end of it and then following up with the
call to action now I was able to create
Those ads without having to put too much
working on to myself I used a tool
called capcut Commerce Pro and all I had
to do is go grab my competitor product
page URL and drop it in video generator
and then from there the video generator
pulled all the important information
surrounding the product when it came to
the features and benefits and assets
that could be used in the ads but look I
knew that I wanted specific hook content
for the content that was actually going
to be used throughout the ads so I was
able to upload a couple videos that I
found on the market in this section
right here now once I headed into the
advanced settings section that's where
the scripts came into play they have ai
generated scripts that utilize Tik Tok
Trend formats like replying to a comment
a one in need format a point of view and
a small amount of other options but
since I already knew I wanted to go a
specific way with the messaging I just
used the my script option put in the
copy I wanted chose voices that fit my
content the best and then from there I
just let AI put together Those ads that
you just saw and it really only took me
a few minutes to get them exactly how I
wanted but as soon as I did that's when
I got ready to throw them into a
creative testing campaign and a creative
test this is what's going to allow me to
test out the different videos against
each other so to set up the creative
testing campaign all I did was do an
campaign where I did a $20 budget across
each one of these ads now I wasn't going
to actually spend the full $20 I was
just trying to get it to spend so I
could get results quickly and I ended up
making six different videos on capcut
total all of these are basically just
different Hooks and what I was doing is
I was going to let each one of these ads
run to right around $7 to $12 each to
figure out if I can get any type of
purchases or added cards to know if any
of these videos are worth me actually
scaling or putting more money into now
within this test I wasn't targeting or
testing interest so I just left that
empty so I went ahead and set up this
campaign with six different videos and
let it run to the following night at
midnight and my goal of starting this
campaign wasn't necessarily to make
sales but to figure out which of my ads
were going to perform the best on the
market and give me the highest result at
the cheapest cost but at the same time
I'm definitely not going to sit here and
limit myself from making conversions
which is why I still set up this
campaign for conversions so I set this
campaign up with a few additional ads
for good measure to start running at
midnight on September 9th with the goal
to let each one of these ads run to
about $5 to $10 each and then go ahead
and measure the results all right so
while I had this crave test set up to
start running the next day my main focus
with the hours that I had left in that
day was Finding and creating more
content and I was doing this for two
reasons the first is if this cretive
test doesn't work at least I had some
backup creatives to start running and
two because if it did work I still had
more creatives to start running so that
I can be able to completely take over
the market I say it to you guys time and
time again content is King and dat is
Queen when it comes to selling online so
I'm always getting ready to test new
content and always having backups as
well ad fatigue is a real thing and
after consumers have seen your ads
multiple times they just continue to
keep scrolling the moment they see it
again so to get the success you're
looking for it's always going to be
imperative to always be testing new ways
to catch the audience attention with new
ad creatives and as you can see the
first day while running this creative
testing campaign I actually ended up
getting three purchases and seeing that
right out the gate is an amazing sign as
you see just on this creative test I
spent $67 to make $300 back in return
making close to five times back my
investment this is why creative testing
is so important because I only had to
spend $67 to get the answer that I'm
looking for now because these two ads
got purchases with the Positive row as
that's really all the information that I
needed to let these ads continue to keep
running within this creative test and
get ready for the next campaign so to
put it simply I cut off every other AD
that wasn't working for me within this
creative test and you can see I only got
two out of the six to work for me and
that is okay if some don't work I had to
turn off video 6 3 2 and 1 as it wasn't
bringing me anything but like I always
try telling you guys you have to
continue to keep letting what's working
working so that's why I continue to keep
letting video 4 and video 5 run even
after the creative test was done so when
I did this all I did was take these two
videos stack them up on top of each
other duplicate them in a cold interest
testing campaign and start targeting a
bunch of different interests and here's
all the different interests that I
targeted as you can see I targeted
Halloween horror movies projectors
engage Shoppers outdoors and because the
creative test ended up getting some
purchases and I wasn't targeting any
interest there I ended up doing a couple
more no interest assets as well where
you see I have five different no
interest assets inside of here and
inside each asset as you can see I had
both winning videos stacked on top of
each other so I ended up having 10
different assets at a $20 budget
basically having me spend $200 my first
day so day one of really pushing this
budget I had two campaigns running I had
that creative test campaign still
running because again those two assets
had purchases and I had this cold
audience campaign running where you see
I spent $210 and inside that campaign I
only had one sale and inside this
campaign I was cutting my assets based
off of two different metrics the first
being my cost per purchase for this
example it was right around $40 and the
second was my half cost per purchase
which was right around $20 and if I
didn't have an add to card by that time
I was just cutting the adet my main
focus here was just Gathering as much
data as I could so I can figure out
what's working and continue to keep
doubling down on that and then
eliminating what's not so it was a
little tough day one only seeing one
purchase I'm not going to lie by the end
of the day this is a data game and you
have to let data work for you and you
have to be patient along the way so I
continue to keep letting this run the
next day and following those cut off
metrics that I just mentioned to you all
right so here we are on the next day and
being patient it ended up working out
for us in this colde audience campaign I
ended up getting four purchases spending
$180 making right around 240 in return
and actually this is missing a sale
because I ended up getting five
purchases off this campaign that day and
I was still running that creative
testing campaign off of those as I dig
get purchases which it ended up bringing
me another purchase that day as well
giving me close to three times my
investment just on that ad alone so my
second day of really pushing this I end
up getting six sales total so now my
second day running these campaigns I
ended up doing right around $360 in
sales and I only spent right around $200
so things started to pick up the right
way for us now the third day of running
this campaign this is when I really
started to cut what was not working for
me anything that did not get a purchase
by my break even cost for purchase of
$40 or not get an added card by my half
Break Even cost for purchase of $20 it
was getting cut immediately so that's
why you're seeing a lot of these only
spent around $2 $3 because I was cutting
them at the very beginning of that day
and as you can see while you're cutting
a bunch of different ads it's going to
reflect on your budget as I only spent
right around $132 that day but on the
code audience campaign I ended up
getting three purchases off the no
interest the engaged Shoppers and
Halloween holiday and still because that
creative testing campaign got a purchase
the day before I continued to keep
letting it run and it got me another
purchase as well here this day I ended
up spending right around $150 and making
300 in return basically doubling my
investment now here this is when I
started to realize things were starting
to go in the direction that I wanted it
to so I decided to let this run for one
more day and the reasoning why is
because I was looking for an asset that
I could scale with and anytime I'm going
to scale any asset it needs to have
right around four to five purchases and
for it to be profitable so that next day
that budget ended up dropping down a
little bit more but I still ended up
getting a good amount of purchases so by
the end of the next day The cold
audience campaign ended up getting a
total of 13 purchases and the creative
testing campaign that I continue to keep
letting run ended up getting right
around seven purchases as you can see
the no interest 3 asset ended up having
five purchases and it was extremely
profitable so that was a great sign that
I knew that I could start scaling so
right before I started scaling the first
thing I did was I went back to doing
another creative testing campaign and
you guys are probably asking AC why okay
you had something working why did you
end up doing another creative testing
campaign and it's because I told you
guys earlier I want to have multiple
different ads that are going to work for
me because that's going to determine My
Success so the following day I ended up
launching two campaigns the first was
another creative testing Campaign which
ended up giving me one purchase off of
another new video another great sign
that this product has crazy potential
and I have multiple different ads
working for me and this is how the
campaign looked like when it was rolled
out as you see you see the no interest
five times in five different adsets now
this is a brand new campaign that I just
started running so hasn't produced any
results yet but if you want me to keep

that I just went ahead and set up that
is not running yet is another cold
audience campaign so you have to realize
when you're running ads you have to do
two things you have to be horizontal
scaling and vertical scaling at the same
time so like I just told you I rolled
out an interest texting campaign because
I already found an adet that was
profitable for me but I want to find
multiple things that can keep working
for me so because of this I keep testing
out more and more interest so I can keep
scaling in the market and here's some of
the new interest that I'm rolling out
like interior design thriller movies
parties Home and Garden Etc like I said
this is a data driven game so if I can
get as much data as possible to find out
what audiences and interest work the
best for me and I can find multiple
that's giv me multiple streams to
continue to keep scaling now while I was
running these campaigns and I started
fulfilling orders I actually ran into a
problem that a lot of you probably
already have been through or will
experience at some point while Drop
Shipping so because I was starting off
with just testing out this product I was
using an AliExpress supplier for the
first couple orders and it quickly came
to my realization that that supplier
wasn't fulfilling the ERS I was placing
and an issue like this is what can
quickly turn a successful product into
one that's giving you countless
chargebacks and money lost so to fix
that issue I was able to get the product

high quality supplier and all I had to
do to do that was head into my autods
account and click on orders and because
I already had orders on this product at
this point and autod DS is linked to my
Shopify account you're going to see this
little tab pop up that says sourcing
request so all I had to do is click on
that find my product and press the
source and request link right under the
new tag and as soon as I did that autod
DS started the search for a new supplier
for me that would you know know actually
fulfill my orders now that source and
request feature is limited to only
certain accounts but I went ahead and
dropped a link down in my description
that's going to unlock that feature for
you when you sign up for autod DS using
that link and I guarantee it's going to
be a feature that's going to be coming
in clutch right when you need it whether
you find yourself in the same position I
was in or you just can't find a reliable
supplier at the price that you need now
while I was dealing with switching over
to a new supplier like I said I was also
preparing to get ready to start scaling
so at this point just 7 days into
finding this product creative testing
new ads and running my first cold
audience campaign I was sitting at right
around $1600 in Revenue at a 35% profit
margin and something I'm always doing
while testing out a new product is
reinvesting most of the money back into
the ads especially while scaling now
