um it's seems like life can't be perfect
all the time I've had my time in the
past
where I made a big
transition I made a big transition
and it's caused me to be alone a lot and
it was a lot of years that that took
place so what did I
do I set goals I worked very hard
I also practice mindfulness I'm not just
working just like a dog all the time on
your downtime you practice mindfulness
you eat the right Foods you drink the
right amount of of

um you're good to yourself you're calm
to yourself it's not just about working
hard it's about mindfulness it's about
being calm it's it's about enjoying your
own time in your own space it's about
surrounding yourself with the right
content and this like bro I I had a
there's a time in my life where I felt
more
alone around a bunch of people that I
used to be around a
lot rather than being by
myself or engaging with other content
creators watching other cre creators

like I felt more at home doing that than
being around a bunch of other people
so it's things like that you have to you

who's in your life in real

and they end up leaving because they

just to do it it could have been
pressure from family it could have been

broken family you're broken yourself
you're by yourself
so situations could always be
worse for me I was young for me I had I
had old friends got
away and we kind of just drifted off
there's a few people I used to be
friends with we're not enemies today
we're we're cool we just drifted part
but there's some yeah things got heated
but in the midst of all this I learned a
lot things are very temporary in life
but you're going to be with you forever
so that's why it's so good to know who
you are to know what you
like to know how to set goals to know
how to practice this
mindfulness and feed yourself for God's
sake akes guys feed yourself the right

like some of you have never
actually dieted before and I'm not
talking insane dieting where you're
trying to get completely diced
completely lean completely
shredded I'm talking about eating the
right Foods on like a carnivore diet
doesn't have to be carnivore cuz I eat a
bunch of meat but I eat vegetables
fruits carbs I eat everything cuz I like
everything and it works for me uh just
meat wouldn't be enough carbs wouldn't
be enough High fats wouldn't be
enough I like food but I eat
good you have to know who you are your
body how it works my genetics are
different than yours your genetics are
different than mine you have to
understand how to take care of yourself
as you exist get to know who you are
this can make your life significantly
better if you were the best you could be
imagine what you could
attract you ain't going to be lonely no
more are you because you know who you
are you're going to be the happiest
version of yourself you could be alone
and not lonely you could be around a
bunch of people and be lonely that's a
real thing loneliness does not just
mean or have anything to do with who's
around you cuz you could have people
around you and feel alone I've been
there that's why you got to get away
from those people because it's
like you feel like there's
more being taken away from you than
anything else you feel like the people
you're with is more of a
burden it's just like you feel better
being by yourself than being around them
so those are people that got to go so

just now they're around the wrong people
and you guys see how this stuff works
this is what you can't let happen you
can't you have to be you have to have a
sober mind a clear
mind
and you have to understand the process

journey
sober I remember the times
where I'm by
myself and I'm literally
walking by myself out at the boardwalk
middle of the
night never felt
alone I'm by myself I didn't even feel
alone I felt good
energy cuz I was sleeping right I was
doing the right things I had energy at
that
time and I just felt at home but you
could be around the wrong people bro and
not feel at home
you could feel
worse because they ain't good for you
they're bad for
you so the reason I'm making this video
and explaining things the way I am is
because it's not about being
alone it's about who's around
you and it's about how you can get
better as a person to not feel as lonely

because if you get better and you grow
yourself and your self-identity and your
self-worth you gain confidence you hit a
gym you play a sport you eat nutritious
meals you watch the right
content cuz let's be real if you don't
have people in your life you're going to
watch some
content cuz you probably would feel a
bit
isolated around nobody at all and and
that's what I was doing when I didn't
like anyone that was in my life I was
watching a lot of content at that
time because I didn't have that many
people sometimes none in my
life and I liked and it's not that I
couldn't I chose not to cuz I felt more
lonely around
others than saying I got to get out of
here and Ride by
myself but I can watch people and be
surround surround my mind with good
energy from content creators in the
world that's far better than having to
be surrounded by people you don't even
like that's where this stuff gets to bro
and that's how important this
is this stuff was happening bro at the
age of 19 for me a long time ago a Whole
Decade
ago I was losing
interest in the things that were around
me
because they did not want to grow they
wanted to do the opposite they wanted to
get complacent they wanted to get lazy
they didn't want to do the right
things I ain't I ain't operating in that
energy I I'm good on
that we got to get up we got to get
after
it and kill
it and that's who I am and it's who I've
always been so
I didn't want to get away from
that and you can't blame me and whatever
you guys are going through you cannot
blame yourselves for cutting certain
people
off because you have to protect your
energy you have to protect your soul you
have to protect your spirit you have to
stay healthy
bro that is how you don't get lonely
because you can be around others and
feel that way
they're taking so much from you you
don't get anything in return
besides the worst
stuff like you don't even like them you
don't even want to be near them they
don't bring you any good they don't
bring you endorphins they don't they
don't bring you any Joy they don't bring
any laughter they don't bring any good
times there comes a time where people
become that
toxic where you don't even know what to
do with yourself or with them or
anything it's just like the only thing
you can think
about is fight or flight which you're
not going to fight them cuz you get in
trouble so you're out of here

so at the end of the day guys it's not
about who we
around it's about what we're doing on
our time it's about who we're becoming
because
becoming who you're supposed to be as
every day goes by and you're working
yourself up to that it's the most
freeing feeling of all time and the
worst feeling of all time is being stuck
somewhere where you don't want to be
surrounded by people that you don't want
to be you become someone that you don't
want to
be everything turns to [ __ ] everything
goes to
hell this is what I've recognized and
I've recognized it at a young age and
I'm telling you guys
now like I said a million
times it's not about being
alone that's not what loneliness
is the the biggest form of loneliness is
being stuck somewhere you don't want to
be around people you don't want to be
around it's not about being alone alone
so those of you that have some Freedom
you have your own place you have all the
time on Earth you have all the resources
to
really do everything you wanted to do to
become everything you've ever wanted to
be but those you guys that are stuck in
a situation you don't want to be in you
have work to do right now you should
make a plan to get yourself out of that
situation that should be your first plan
and once you get out and you're able to
that's when you can make another plan of
how to continue to build yourself
up if you move in life with a game plan
you can
significantly significantly live a
better
life but if you have no game
plan and you're waiting for something to
just
happen it's never going to happen like
you have to make that [ __ ] happen you
have to be the change that you're
waiting waiting for cuz you'll be
waiting for the rest of your life if you
don't really make
moves and that's a
guarantee so guys it is about goal
setting it is about hard work but it's
not that
24/7 it's also on your downtime
practicing
mindfulness eating the right Foods doing
the right things surrounding your mind
with the right
stuff and uh
that's going to bring in more than you
think if you can be in that position and
feel lots and lots and lots of peace in
your life where the energy is just good
things feel good things feel light
things feel freeing you feel good in
mind body and soul you just feel
good you are far richer than you think
you have every opportunity to build a
great life with great people in it
people who also know what is going
on who are
intelligent and that's what it comes
down to
so for those you guys dealing with
loneliness or
whatever this is the best advice I can
give and it
works 10 out of 10 times this stuff
works it's not about actually being
alone with nobody else around that's a
better better position than being stuck
somewhere you don't want to be around
people you don't want to be around that
is imprisonment that is torture I've
been there I have been there I've also
been by myself let me tell you this
but you are blessed if you have the
freedom to be able to live on your own
and stand on your own two feet without
the help of anybody else you are richer
than you think there's no reason to be
sad there's no reason to be down
because it could be a lot worse you
could be
homeless you could be trapped around
people you you don't want to be around
not being able to have your own
Freedom so not only are you by yourself
you're around people that's going to
like abuse you psychologically who wants

nobody so is living by yourself or being

not like I said you get yourself in that
