methods to find Multi th000 clients and
I actually sold a $6,000 website as my
first ever Instagram client so before
you say that you can't find or sell High
ticket websites to clients on Instagram
you can and I'll show you exactly how in
this video and that $66,000 website was
actually my third ever client my first
project was $1,000 my second client was
$4,500 and the third one was 6,000 so
you don't need to worry about having
multiple pieces of portfolio you know
hundreds of websites on before you can
sell websites for a lot of money you can
do this straight from the beginning now
for some of these strategies we're going
to be using chbt and a secret data
scraper if you want the link to the

and step-by-step instructions as you'll

now for the first strategy we're going
to be using Google search jat and the
scraper so let's get straight into
Google Now for all of these methods
having a niche and a good offer is
really going to help with this process
so as an example if you are creating
websites for roofing or for construction
companies we are going to go ahead and
use this prompt right here for Google
we'll go ahead and copy that straight
from the document again link is down
below paste that here there we go and
then for the site this time we're going
to be using
Instagram can I spell today
instagram.com the niche is going to be
Roofing should we do Roofing or
construction let's do Roofing and then
the gmail.com is an accessory the great
thing about this this will actually give
you the gmail.com and also phone number
so with this method you're not just
going to be getting their Instagram
accounts and their links you're going to
be getting a short profile their website
links sometimes their Gmail and also a
phone number so you can immediately
start with your Outreach and then if you
want you can add a location like New
York Texas maybe England but overall you
can actually get rid of this uh
depending on where you're trying to do
your Outreach to and then we just hit
enter now for some of you you're going
to be able to scroll infinitely for some
reason my Google has this weird issue
where you have to go to next
unfortunately but there are two ways
that we can do this so number one is
we're going to just command a and then C
for copy go into chat tobt and enter the
information now we're going to go to the
next page or you're going to scroll
further and you can do this for around
50 results but we're just going to do it
for another page so command a and then
copy and then we're just going to go
ahead and paste it in here now we go
back to the document go ahead and find
this this prompt right here copy that go
to chat gbt and then go to the very top
or to the very bottom and paste that in
here now as you can see this will format
the below data the data below into a
table and create a column for the link
the company name company website if
there is one phone number and email and
then the Magic Begins and I hit enter
and as you can see we already have a lot
of information jbt is doing the heavy
lifting now some of these accounts don't
have a phone number on their profile or
an email but for most of these as you
can see there actually are so we're just
going to go ahead and let chbt do its
thing right there now if you have more
information like if you have the
infinity scroll then again you can do
this for around 50 to maybe even 100
results and you'll have just a larger
lead list and right here we have email
phone number the company name and also
the link and then all you want to do is
go ahead and copy this paste it into a
new Google Sheets page and then either
start your Outreach yourself or hire a
VA to do the Outreach for you and again
at the end of the video I'm going to
show you three examples of Outreach and
inbound strategies you can use to land
these clients now option b is with the
scraper and this is going to be a little
bit more advanced in my opinion so same
procedure as earlier we go ahead and
copy this actually we can go back to
Google and uh there we go there's Google
and we'll just go back to page one and
now the mag begins we open the secret
scraper right there and as you can see
it has already highlighted Google but we
want to try another table there we go
and what this allows you to do is go
through all of these Pages automatically
which means you can get literally
hundreds of leads without doing any work
so what you want to do is you want to
locate the next button and then click on
this next there we go and hit start
crawling and there we go as you can see
I mean this is honestly honestly awesome
it is reloading the page or going to the
next page and we've already got 70 80 90
potential leads and we are capturing all
this information here but you need to
stick around for the next two pieces of
this instruction because we have a
couple of things that are very important
in order to get the Gmail and phone
number accounts or um or the correct
data for this so let's go ahead and stop
this there we go 200 leads in I don't
know that was uh 30 yeah 30 seconds
that's all right 30 seconds of work now
the important thing is we go ahead and
copy all then we open a sheet file or
sheets page control or command V now we
have to filter this out so this right
here we do not need this information so
we go ahead and delete this column there
we go now the only other column that we
need is the description SL bio column
because this is where we find all the
contact information and so now we have
the link the name and the description
what we want to do now is give these
columns a title and that's how you do it
here you go up to the very top grab this
scroll it down and then here we're just
going to put a link this is going to be
name and then this is going to be the
description okay great now what we go
ahead and do is we give this a name
let's just say uh Instagram leads
brilliant go ahead and go to file and
download this as a CSV because that is
how chbt is going to be able to read all
of this data then we go back to the
document this is super important I had
to do a couple of tests and iterations
with this exact prompt in order to get
all the information and data out of this
so you go ahead and go to the prompt
here and copy this command C go to jbt
and paste that in here now we go ahead
and grab the file that we just
downloaded the CSV and pull that into
chbt let that load up and all we have to
do now is Click enter and as you can see
we have everything here now you're only
seeing four but if we scroll down look
at this so I didn't actually think it
would do this but it did it for the
entire lead list which I think is pretty
awesome so within I don't know what 2 or
3 minutes we have 200 potential leads or
potential customers that we can reach J
to we have the link let's go ahead and
expand this their name the company
website for some not everybody has their
company website in the description or in
their Instagram bio their phone number
and email and this isn't one of those
videos where I just give you the
instructions because on the back end it
actually doesn't really work as you can
see it has done this for almost every
account again not every account has
their contact details in the bio but for
a lot of them I mean for almost all of
them you have the email that's enough
and of course you have have the
Instagram link which is the most
important part for Instagram Outreach
but for some you also get their phone
numbers and for some as well their
website and just to make sure that these
links actually work and these are actual
accounts let's go ahead and copy this
and then open this in a new tab and
there we go we have the post and then
their account right here so this is a
real account and what you can do then as
well is as we go back to the instruction
manual we can attach a CSV file and then
we can copy and paste the results into a
new Google Sheets page so let's do that
we go back to jat and so then we
download this as a new CSV file and then
we can upload that again into Instagram
and start your Outreach or get somebody
else to do the Outreach for you we do

strategy which is micro influencers now
I want you to stick around for this
because this can be extremely powerful
for a number of reasons the most
important one is that these are going to
be much better quality leads because you
are going to find different accounts to
everybody else even if you are finding
or searching for the same Niche and area
and the way to do this is you find
medium-sized accounts in your Niche that
your ideal client your target audience
your customers are following now I want
you to do some market research this is
very important to either find the
largest competitors on Instagram why
because your ideal clients are probably
following their largest competitors
right or companies SL account accounts
that bring value to them that bring
value to your target audience now this
could be another Instagram influencer
that as an example helps roofing
companies get new leads through ads or
that helps roofing companies set up
their business or that helps roofing
companies with I don't know um Roofing
tips right so influences in the roofing
industry so let's do that right now and
this time we're going to be using
construction as a niche and I did a bit
of research again you have to do a bit
of research yourself you can do this via
chat gbt I actually use chat gbt to find
this very account or you can do searches
on blogs right go ahead and find some
blog articles where you find influencers
or accounts that other uh roofing
companies or construction companies or
dentists follow and so with this one for
example as you can see it helps
commercial construction firm simplify
the um the preconstruction process I
can't read with a powerful software
suite blah blah blah so it is helping
construction companies construction
firms this is almost the ideal account
and it has 6,800 followers which is a
pretty good number now the next thing to
do is you go ahead and click on
followers this won't be possible with
every account especially very large
accounts which is why I say in the
instructions manual uh to find smaller
size or mediumsized accounts as you are
going to be able to see their followers
so here you can either go ahead and just
um you know get the data out of all
these accounts or you can search so
let's just say we're going to search for
construction companies so construction
there we go so now we have a lot of
these construction companies right let's
just go to this one Brit construction
here we go it's a construction company
following a micro influencer I would
call them in their Niche now the way to
do this most efficiently is to use that
secret data scraper once more so let's
go ahead and load that up there we go
and we are going to try another table
here we go right so this is the correct
table and then we are going to click
infinite scroll and start
crawling and within a couple of seconds
it is going to gather a lot of the leads
let's have a look at how many there we
go so I found a 100 construction
companies in here you can also change
the search query so we can have a look
at maybe roofers are following this page
or maybe it's not Construction but a a
different keyword so also make sure
you're using the correct keywords when
searching for these terms within a
follower base then we do the same
procedure go ahead and copy all and go
to uh this and paste it in and there we
go this is all you really need to do
right you now have the name and you have
the link and you can again start doing
your Outreach now let's finish this off
with the third and final strategy to
find the clients and that is honestly
very simple Instagram search and
suggested now this suggested is very
important so what we're going to do is
we're going to search for your niche in
the Instagram search field with relevant
keywords and then once we follow
somebody that's the important part so
let's actually go to one of the
construction companies that we found
within our Micro influencer Niche uh
right here right BR construction the one
that we saw earlier and let's follow
this account follow and here we go now
we have suggested for you again a ton of
other accounts that are like this one
which means these are also going to be
good or possible good leads for you to
reach out to and then what we can also
do again is we can go to see all and
then highlight all of these with the
instant data scraper do the same
procedure right copy and paste it into a
Google Sheets or we can just go
individually to these accounts and well
make sure that these are actually good
leads or not so now that you have all of
these leads and accounts to reach out to
or get to come to you let's briefly talk
about some Outreach and inbound
strategies to actually land those
clients and I've done all of these to
land clients through Instagram and the
first client that I ever landed uh with
Instagram was with the bait in switch
strategy which was the $6,000 project
now Outreach on Instagram is something
that you need to be a bit cautious with
because most of the times it can come of
either very salesy which is too direct
or too uh sleazy so too salesy or too
sleazy salesy if that makes sense now
the bait and switch is a very common
Outreach message or method I have used
it it does work it's not the most
effective I'll go into the most
effective one in a second but the basis
of this is that you get the lead
interested in talking to you right the
most important part is getting past the
requested section is to actually you
know get them to respond to either a
question that you have that that you've
asked them about their business or about
you know about their client acquisition
or some or something you want them to
respond to you and then you slowly get
into the sale it's a bit sleazy but it
works and before you even do any
Outreach there are some very important
rules and guidelines to doing Outreach
on Instagram because I see a lot of you
sending me messages on on on my
Instagram like hey Patrick I sent 300
messages on Instagram over the last 3
days and I haven't gotten a single
response there are three main reasons
why you probably haven't gotten a single
response and I've made a complete uh
free checklist again in the free school
that is down below so make sure to read
through that and also get this document
again for completely free so that you
don't land in the spam folder or people
don't respond to you cuz that can be a
bit annoying now a lot of you probably
know charie Morgan he runs a multi
million per month agency and one of his
most effective and most used Outreach
strategies is the permission and offer
video the basis of this is you send them
a 10 to 30 second video asking if you
can send them some value or an offer
video so this can either be some sort of
lead magnet I'm not going to talk
exactly about what that is because that
is reserved for the school members or
you can do an offer video where you
briefly talk about yourself and you know
what you have to offer to them so the
first video is around 10 to 15 seconds
just asking them permission and then you
send them the actual actual value based
video and that is where the sale then
happens this is super effective I can't
tell you how effective this is uh if you
need any personal help with that that is
where the paid School uh is for I will
help you and review your video and make
minor tweaks which can have a huge
impact just changing a couple words
changing the phrasing and also changing
the offer that you have for them can
increase their response rate by 3 to
700% on the low end so it is really
really important and crucial that you
get this right now the final one is the
content funnel this attracts your ideal
clients and leaves you with no more
Outreach this is where we all want to
get to I've been fortunate enough to
land a lot of clients or most of my
clients through inbound through you know
LinkedIn Facebook and a lot of the times
Instagram as well and so you do this by
creating content of course this can be
value based content where you give them
tips this can be content around design
or what's most effective is social and
system proof content this is going to
build yourself up as the expert in your
Niche again it depends what your offer
is what your target audience is but
posting system proof content means you
don't even have to have prior clients to
come across as the expert and that is
really really powerful if you start
