a Labor Day special so first of all some

uh some great updates here got a lot in

the works here going on at Apex um lot

of new system upgrades we have a whole

new IT team many of you are aware of

that uh complete revamp in our uh

customer support department I'm sure you

guys have already seen and felt that um

a lot quicker uh responses there and

quicker support getting tickets

responded to uh same day even with a few

hours uh often so uh some new management

there some new Staffing there a lot of

new systems uh being put into place got

uh quite a few new members of uh

management that we've brought on a lot

of revamping here and over 30 new staff

members over the last couple months uh

coming through the ranks getting trained

up there doing everything we can to uh

provide you with great support there

also putting on uh the final touches on

some new security systems and fraud

detection systems that we've talked

about a lot in the past uh the ability

to monitor PA accounts and reports for

you know fraud detection and rules being

followed and monitoring addressing any

questions or issues there ahead of time

um therefore not needing so much review

will be open all night and then be open

Monday morning but then Monday September

the 2nd uh the markets will close early

at 1 p.m. eastern time so make sure to

uh be aware of that and get your trades

closed out uh before 1 p.m. there before

12:59 and then Monday evening reopen it

normal time 6: p.m. Eastern and you know

back to normal trading hours there um

Monday evening and on Tuesday and then

once again per CME settlement on

holidays like that with early closes um

Monday trading will log as a as Tuesday

uh Tuesday settlement Monday itself is

not a trading day anything that you

trade Sunday night Monday and Tuesday

all counts as Tuesday settlement and so

you'll see that so just a heads up there

on uh holiday trading hour so let's talk
