we're really used in technology to help
ensure the efficiency of our team and
help them perform better at their roles
the warehouse are the bottlenecks of our
business and that was the the real
intention behind implementing some new
technologies it really sped up our
process more than we thought it would it
only took us I think a few weeks until
the system was all up and running in our
in our warehouses we reached out to
barcode Warehouse to see if they had any
tools that that could really suit our
business so when Tim first reached out
there was some frustrations because
their products are very similar in look
the staff were picking up the wrong
Parts particularly within the large
orders where there was thousands of
items this was costing the business time
and dissatisfaction within their
customers and in turn money barcode
Warehouse sent us over a few different
devices for us to test out so we put
forward the tc21 device as it's reliable
and easy to use they helped us find the
right technology and they introduced us
to tag works so you tag Works we're able
to demo to them
what what their requirements were as
part of the evolution of the tag Works
platform we listened to our customers
and in this case I've only had some
specific ideas around the way in which
the picking process worked we started by
describing our processes and the way
that we pack orders it was about trying
to figure out exactly how we were going
to implement it it was essential for us
to make sure as soon as the tool was
implemented we wouldn't have any issues
we were able to add in some enhanced
features and that wasn't able to satisfy
what above need in a pretty short time
frame the technology allowed the team
members to have more confidence in their
work which made a huge difference to the
turnaround that we had on orders it
helped ensure new team members
particularly were able to hit the ground
running from the first day without
needing extensive training as the tool
would prevent any potential mistakes
that they would make and it helped Staff
feel more relaxed than their roles there
was less anxiety about whether or not
they were packing the correct products
if a client made a claim for any items
that weren't received we had even

so they know they're sending out the
right products to the right customer

and benefits from that and they can
improve their their productivity and
