šŸ˜€ Introduction to Cavity Reversal Webinar

The speaker welcomes participants to a webinar focused on the possibility of reversing dental cavities. They share their personal experience of reversing five cavities within three months, asserting that if they could do it with a history of poor dental health, others can too. The presentation aims to inspire and share the speaker's story, emphasizing a terrible dental history since college due to neglect and poor habits, which led to a shocking diagnosis of 15 cavities at the age of 25. Despite adopting a healthy diet and dental routine, the speaker continued to develop new cavities, leading to a quest for a solution.

05:03

šŸ˜Ÿ The Impact of Genetics and Enhanced Dental Care

The speaker discusses their dental care routine, which included using mouth rinse, brushing longer, and even flossing twice a day. Despite these efforts, they were still diagnosed with multiple cavities, which led to a consultation with an online dentist. The consistent diagnosis of cavities was disheartening, and the speaker was told that genetics might be a significant factor. However, they did not lose hope and embarked on extensive research, leading to the development of a protocol to improve their dental health. After a three-month trial, their regular dentist and the online consultant confirmed an absence of cavities, marking a significant improvement.

10:04

šŸ§ Understanding the Science Behind Cavity Formation

play00:05

ahead and get started in our presentationĀ  here and i'm going to put up a slideshowĀ Ā

play00:12

all right so with no further i do how i reverseĀ  five cavities in three months so is it possibleĀ Ā

play00:22

to reverse cavities well as the title suggestsĀ  it is how i reverse five cavities in three monthsĀ Ā

play00:28

is it possible i would say absolutely i know it'sĀ  possible because it's something that i experiencedĀ Ā

play00:34

for myself and if someone with dental health asĀ  poor as me can reverse cavities then i believeĀ Ā

play00:41

that there is hope for you and um i hope thisĀ  is a inspiring presentation for you guys andĀ Ā

play00:50

i'm going to share with you my story and ifĀ  i can reverse cavities i just want to assureĀ Ā

play00:55

you that just about anyone can because iĀ  have had a terrible history of cavitiesĀ Ā

play01:00

well as a young kid as a young boy all throughĀ  my teenage years i had immaculate dental healthĀ Ā

play01:06

i mean just no problems ever i just hadĀ  perfect dental health till about the age of 23Ā Ā

play01:15

then at the age of 23 a few things happenedĀ  i um got kicked off my dad's dental planĀ Ā

play01:22

which was the first thing and then also i wasĀ  in college and um in college i didn't even thinkĀ Ā

play01:29

about going to the dentist you know i thoughtĀ  to myself why go anyways i always just hear theĀ Ā

play01:34

same thing you know no cavities looks good andĀ  you know it didn't help that the last dentistĀ Ā

play01:40

i went to was really rough with my mouth as aĀ  matter of fact he was so rough with my mouthĀ Ā

play01:45

that um i left that appointment spitting bloodĀ  for over an hour and so in college i thought toĀ Ā

play01:51

myself you know what i never have cavitiesĀ  dentists are painful why even go so duringĀ Ā

play01:58

those college years i didn't go to the dentist butĀ  also i ate pretty poorly i had bad dental habitsĀ Ā

play02:05

i honestly have no memories of brushingĀ  my teeth i know it happened i just have noĀ Ā

play02:09

memories of actually doing it and one thingĀ  i never did i never flossed and so finallyĀ Ā

play02:19

after college about the age of 25 years oldĀ  i landed a good job and i got my own healthĀ Ā

play02:24

insurance plan and eventually i thought you knowĀ  i'll go see the dentist and just i don't knowĀ Ā

play02:30

just because i know it's a goodĀ  thing to do and see where i'm atĀ Ā

play02:33

and i went to a dentist and after the examinationĀ  examination she said you have 13 cavitiesĀ Ā

play02:42

and i thought to myself what i mean from zero toĀ  13 cavities it just it blew my mind i thought thisĀ Ā

play02:50

dentist is crazy this lady's out ofĀ  her mind i'm gonna get a second opinionĀ Ā

play02:55

and so that's what i did i went to another dentistĀ  who came uh quite highly recommended and thisĀ Ā

play03:00

dentist definitely seemed more professional thanĀ  the first one and after my second examinationĀ Ā

play03:06

with the second dentist she said you haveĀ  15 cavities and i thought okay that's it noĀ Ā

play03:12

more dentist this number's just going to keepĀ  coming up i'm just going to stop right hereĀ Ā

play03:16

so um yeah 15 cavities so unfortunately i had uhĀ  eight of them filled on my birthday happy birthdayĀ Ā

play03:25

and then i had seven filled uh like two daysĀ  later and this whole this this process was soĀ Ā

play03:33

traumatic for my mouth going from zero cavitiesĀ  to 15 filled in just a few days that i actuallyĀ Ā

play03:38

had pain in my mouth for uh over a month from thisĀ  all the drilling that happened it was a terribleĀ Ā

play03:46

experience and so started my journey with cavitiesĀ  and it seemed like every six months every 12Ā Ā

play03:53

months every time i went back to the dentistĀ  it was the same story you have one cavity youĀ Ā

play03:58

have two cavities you have three cavities thatĀ  just went on and on and on and so uh in 2016Ā Ā

play04:07

and many many cavities later i decided that i wasĀ  going to clean up my act and you know i'd alwaysĀ Ā

play04:14

been a pretty fairly healthy person um startingĀ  about the age of 25 but i really decided i wasĀ Ā

play04:22

going to be on it and so i was eating reallyĀ  healthy i had really good dental habits my wifeĀ Ā

play04:28

and i stayed in shape and well hey eating rainbowsĀ  it doesn't get much more healthy than that rightĀ Ā

play04:35

so anyhow i did really good did really good andĀ  i thought this time when i go back to the dentistĀ Ā

play04:41

it's going to be a good report so i went backĀ  to the dentist more cavities again more cavitiesĀ Ā

play04:49

and i was just so shocked i turned to theĀ  dentist and i said listen i'm your model patientĀ Ā

play04:56

i eat a really healthy diet i don't i don't drinkĀ  sugary drinks i don't drink coffee i don't suckĀ Ā

play05:02

on candy i brush twice a day i floss every eveningĀ  what more am i supposed to do i mean just tell meĀ Ā

play05:08

i'll do it and i clearly remember his response heĀ  was just so calm and he turned to me and he saidĀ Ā

play05:17

genetics genetics i'm sorry it's reallyĀ  nothing i could do for you genetics andĀ Ā

play05:25

that was a really depressing uh answer to hearĀ  from the dentist essentially that told me that iĀ Ā

play05:30

was endless endlessly destined to get cavitiesĀ  no matter what i did but i didn't lose hopeĀ Ā

play05:37

so in 2018 i continued to eat really healthyĀ  and i elaborated on my my dental plan and iĀ Ā

play05:49

used mouth rinse after lunch i would brush longerĀ  at one point i was even flossing twice a day and

play05:58

i kept i kept doing that with the hopes thatĀ  things would get better so time came againĀ Ā

play06:03

another six or twelve months later to do anotherĀ  cleaning and we found a dentist that was reallyĀ Ā

play06:07

cheap that was giving special deals for first timeĀ  cleanings and so i went to this dentist and umĀ Ā

play06:14

got x-rays done got the cleaning procedure doneĀ  and i could overhear the dentist and the dentalĀ Ā

play06:20

hygienist whispering in the background as i lookedĀ  over my x-rays and they're saying hmm i see one ohĀ Ā

play06:28

actually i see two oh three oh there's a fourthĀ  one i remember thinking to myself what are theyĀ Ā

play06:34

talking about three what four what i thoughtĀ  no no that can't be what they're talking aboutĀ Ā

play06:40

that's impossible and sure enough after aĀ  few seconds a dentist came and sat down nextĀ Ā

play06:46

to my chair and he says well definitely looksĀ  like you have four but probably five cavitiesĀ Ā

play06:52

and i just stared at him speechless iĀ  couldn't believe it after all i had doneĀ Ā

play06:57

and i thought to myself are you sure and he saidĀ  oh yeah absolutely you got one here number threeĀ Ā

play07:02

and one at number 30 and two in numberĀ  19 and i'm 28 and probably one here on 29Ā Ā

play07:09

and i just i couldn't believe it i tried toĀ  hold my composition together i just kind ofĀ Ā

play07:14

nervously smiled and said okay thank you very muchĀ  but then in the back of my head i thought i gotĀ Ā

play07:19

to get another second opinion that maybe this isĀ  you know out of control so my wife actually foundĀ Ā

play07:26

a dentist online who would allow you to submitĀ  your x-rays to him and he would look over yourĀ Ā

play07:33

x-rays and give you a second opinion and soĀ  i it's what i did i submitted these x-rays toĀ Ā

play07:38

uh this online dentist we found and um this wasĀ  his response gabe hi not sure what you want butĀ Ā

play07:46

it looks like there are several cavities here iĀ  would probably fix number three probably numberĀ Ā

play07:50

four number five number 14 looks like there may beĀ  a cavity under that big filling which could end upĀ Ā

play07:55

needing a root canal number 28 and 29 also looksĀ  a little suspicious to me hope that makes sense ifĀ Ā

play08:02

you have any questions about specific teeth letĀ  me know thank you for visiting my site dr garyĀ Ā

play08:09

and after this i i just about hit a breaking pointĀ  i was almost depressed i mean how long could thisĀ Ā

play08:17

go on i mean essentially at some point i wouldn'tĀ  i wouldn't have teeth to drill on anymore andĀ Ā

play08:22

so what i did i prayed i put it in god's hands andĀ  i felt this wonderful peace come over me and withĀ Ā

play08:30

this wonderful peace i decided to move forward inĀ  research like i had never researched before andĀ Ā

play08:36

so i just moved forward with that confidence andĀ  i started just really spending time in researchĀ Ā

play08:42

trying to figure out what was going on with myĀ  dental health and i started seeing these commonĀ Ā

play08:48

themes popping up over and over and i startedĀ  putting these pieces together in my mind and iĀ Ā

play08:54

started getting these epiphanies of hey i think iĀ  know what's causing cavities and i think i mightĀ Ā

play09:00

know how to actually reverse them so i just i putĀ  a little protocol together based on what i learnedĀ Ā

play09:06

and i decided to give it a three-monthĀ  trial and so i did this protocol forĀ Ā

play09:13

three months and at the end of three monthsĀ  i went to see my regular dentist not theĀ Ā

play09:17

one i got a special deal from this guy my regularĀ  dentist didn't know of my previous diagnosis ofĀ Ā

play09:22

five cavities i didn't want him to be biased iĀ  just wanted him to take x-rays look at my mouthĀ Ā

play09:28

and tell me what he saw so i went in they did theĀ  cleaning they took x-rays and i clearly rememberĀ Ā

play09:36

sitting in that dental chair as he's lookingĀ  over my x-rays and i was so nervous i thoughtĀ Ā

play09:40

three months all that research did it workĀ  i mean was this just a crazy idea of mine orĀ Ā

play09:47

did it actually do something and after afterĀ  several minutes of staring at the monitor heĀ Ā

play09:53

turned around and um after looking at these x-raysĀ  here these are my actual x-rays from that visitĀ Ā

play10:00

and he said well i'm not seeingĀ  anything that's concerning me right nowĀ Ā

play10:03

just keep up your good oral health keep comingĀ  for cleanings every six months and you're goodĀ Ā

play10:09

and i thought wait what did he say a thrill wentĀ  through my chest i thought so you're like notĀ Ā

play10:16

seeing any cavities or anything that we need toĀ  work on he goes no no there's a few spots i mightĀ Ā

play10:22

monitor but yeah nothing just keep up you knowĀ  good oral health and i'll see you again in 6 or 12Ā Ā

play10:27

months and i thought you got to be kidding me didĀ  i just reverse these cavities that's incredibleĀ Ā

play10:33

and so i got so excited i left there i justĀ  can't tell you the thrill that went through meĀ Ā

play10:37

and i told my wife and we were soĀ  excited but i thought you know whatĀ Ā

play10:42

i'd let me get a second opinion just to be safeĀ  and so i emailed that same dentist who i had umĀ Ā

play10:48

gotten um that online uh um who looked at myĀ  x-rays online and it emailed me his you knowĀ Ā

play10:56

his opinion so i decided to email him again and iĀ  sent him the old x-rays as well as the new ones iĀ Ā

play11:03

had just gotten that my dentist said he didn'tĀ  see any cavities on and this was his responseĀ Ā

play11:09

hi strangely enough the lower more recent x-raysĀ  look better than the previous ones so i probablyĀ Ā

play11:17

just monitor the areas for now let me know if youĀ  have any questions about specific teeth thank youĀ Ā

play11:22

dr gary it was it was official the protocolĀ  had worked i was so excited i can't evenĀ Ā

play11:31

tell you guys what a burden was lifted from myĀ  shoulders and here's the before and after x-raysĀ Ā

play11:40

and you can see on the top section that isĀ  my x-rays where i had gotten diagnosed withĀ Ā

play11:46

five cavities and then three months laterĀ  you see the set of x-rays on the bottomĀ Ā

play11:52

that's the second set of x-raysĀ  i've gotten done where my den myĀ Ā

play11:56

normal dentist and that online dentistĀ  both said no we're not seeing anything

play12:05

so i've actually had aĀ  another dentist just recentlyĀ Ā

play12:10

someone i'm currently seeing who isĀ  just an amazing really top-notch dentistĀ Ā

play12:14

i'm seeing look at this and she also confirmedĀ  while there's definite re-mineralizationĀ Ā

play12:20

in these more recent x-rays and so um it itĀ  worked friends and i can just tell you itĀ Ā

play12:29

was such an amazing feeling to think that iĀ  finally i had reversed these cavities it wasĀ Ā

play12:35

it was incredible so that's what we're going toĀ  talk about can teeth heal can teeth re-mineralizeĀ Ā

play12:44

can teeth rebuild and i just want to tell you thatĀ  i'm living proof of the fact that the answer toĀ Ā

play12:50

all these questions is yes they can as a matterĀ  of fact in my research i learned some fascinatingĀ Ā

play12:55

things and one of the things i learned is thatĀ  your teeth actually re-mineralize every singleĀ Ā

play13:00

day and if your teeth didn't re-mineralize youĀ  wouldn't have any teeth in your mouth right nowĀ Ā

play13:07

a lot of people don't realize that and all we needĀ  to do is that we need to know how to boost theĀ Ā

play13:12

remineralizing action that is already happening inĀ  your mouth every single day some of you might haveĀ Ā

play13:18

some questions as we go on and i just want to letĀ  you know that there's going to be a q a at the endĀ Ā

play13:24

of this presentation and you'll have opportunityĀ  to ask me whatever question you want and i willĀ Ā

play13:31

do my best to answer those questions for you andĀ  i already see some questions have come in and soĀ Ā

play13:40

um just go ahead and hold on to those and we'llĀ  address them please bring them back up again atĀ Ā

play13:45

the end of the presentation and i'll do my best toĀ  answer those but we first have to start by askingĀ Ā

play13:52

a question oh i just briefly uh i might have aĀ  moderator helping me and some of your questionsĀ Ā

play13:57

might not pop up in the chat box but we'llĀ  definitely get to all your questions okayĀ Ā

play14:04

so what causes cavities this is the big questionĀ  that we have to ask right here what causes themĀ Ā

play14:09

to understand the solution for cavities youĀ  have to first understand what's causing themĀ Ā

play14:13

and it's really two problems simultaneously thatĀ  are coming together now here is the concerningĀ Ā

play14:20

part here is that for some people maybe mostĀ  people a good diet and great dental habits are notĀ Ā

play14:27

enough to prevent cavities from happening andĀ  you'll see why as we keep going on most dentalĀ Ā

play14:33

professionals don't understand this but i'mĀ  going to show you why i believe i understandĀ Ā

play14:38

the answer to this so let's start by lookingĀ  at this fatal formula as to why cavities happenĀ Ā

play14:47

here's the formula right here number oneĀ  weak teeth it starts off by having weak teethĀ Ā

play14:54

and from weak teeth you add that with high levelsĀ  of bad oral bacteria and then you get cavitiesĀ Ā

play15:03

it's really that simple now i'll explain in aĀ  little bit what do i mean by weak teeth what doĀ Ā

play15:07

i mean by high amounts of bad oral bacteria i'llĀ  explain that but the great thing about knowingĀ Ā

play15:14

this formula is that when you learn this formulaĀ  it naturally leads you to what the solution isĀ Ā

play15:21

and so if weak teeth and high levels of bad oralĀ  bacteria are what causes cavities can you guessĀ Ā

play15:29

what the solution is how we can actuallyĀ  reverse and prevent cavities from happeningĀ Ā

play15:37

well some of you are probably thinking along theĀ  correct lines right now the solution would beĀ Ā

play15:44

strong teeth plus low levels of bad oral bacteriaĀ Ā

play15:50

that will result in no cavities and fromĀ  what i discovered even cavity reversal and soĀ Ā

play16:00

let's look at this uh bad bat oral bacteriaĀ  part of the equation let's understand thisĀ Ā

play16:07

so your mouth is both a mixture of good and badĀ  oral bacteria and the problem begins when there'sĀ Ā

play16:15

too much bad bacteria in the mouth now the reasonĀ  why this is a problem is because it's the bad oralĀ Ā

play16:21

bacteria that are the what's causing cavities inĀ  our mouths see what happens is you know we eatĀ Ā

play16:30

food and the carbohydrates and the sugars fromĀ  our food stays in our mouth after a meal and umĀ Ā

play16:36

after this the bad bacteria eat these sugars andĀ  after they eat these sugars they excrete a kind ofĀ Ā

play16:42

acid and this acid is actually what breaks downĀ  the enamel and eventually causes cavities soĀ Ā

play16:51

here's a little illustration to make it simple forĀ  you so you have bad bacteria living in your mouthĀ Ā

play16:59

these bad bacteria eat theĀ  carbs and sugars from your mealĀ Ā

play17:02

and after this they excrete an acid on the teethĀ Ā

play17:06

and that begins dental decay that's what causesĀ  cavities now i oversimplified it a little bit

play17:16

here's a science behind it the mouth isĀ  actually colonized by 300 to 700 differentĀ Ā

play17:21

species of bacteria but only a few of theseĀ  are actually the ones causing dental decayĀ Ā

play17:27

so when i learned this i thought it wasĀ  fascinating but the natural question is whichĀ Ā

play17:32

are the bacterial species that are causing dentalĀ  decay which are the ones that cause cavitiesĀ Ā

play17:39

and as i looked into this question i foundĀ  three major culprits and here are the threeĀ Ā

play17:47

major culprits here are the three bacteria strainsĀ  causing cavities there's streptococcus mutantsĀ Ā

play17:53

streptococcus sobrinus and various lactobacilliĀ  strains but out of these three i learned thatĀ Ā

play18:01

there's really one that's the major badĀ  boy that's the heavy hitter that's causingĀ Ā

play18:07

uh cavities and that is this one right hereĀ  streptococcus mutants notice this quote from this

play18:17

journal pathogens it saysĀ Ā

play18:20

dental caries is a multi-factorial diseaseĀ  with high counts of carcinogenic bacteria um

play18:34

and uh just go ahead andĀ Ā

play18:37

as you look at this quote and you readĀ  that you can see that it's strapped mutants

play18:43

that's really causing the issues here

play18:49

and so

play18:52

theoretically if i could kill or reduceĀ  streptococcus mutants i would be in good shapeĀ Ā

play18:56

so here's the question how do i kill or reduceĀ  streptococcus mutans and these other ones

play19:17

that's the big question well i wasĀ  able to research and thankfullyĀ Ā

play19:21

i found answers to these questions so

play19:27

i'm going to share with you five things thatĀ  killed these bad bacterial strains specificallyĀ Ā

play19:32

streptococcus mutants i hope you're ready i hopeĀ  you have a notepad and a pencil or something likeĀ Ā

play19:38

that because we're going to go over some reallyĀ  interesting information number one coconut oilĀ Ā

play19:45

coconut oil is has been demonstrated clearlyĀ  to kill not just any bad bacteria streptococcusĀ Ā

play19:55

mutants a study was conducted and which theyĀ  found they took 25 children and they asked themĀ Ā

play20:02

to rinse with coconut oil and after like two orĀ  three minutes after brushing their teeth they didĀ Ā

play20:08

this for 30 days they took saliva samples on dayĀ  one day 15 and on day 30 and by the end of 30 daysĀ Ā

play20:17

you know what they found they found statisticallyĀ  significant decrease in streptococcus mutantsĀ Ā

play20:24

from the coconut oil group the group that rinsedĀ  with coconut oil and they compared it with thisĀ Ā

play20:29

medicated mouthwash that dentists use calledĀ  chlorhexidine and they found coconut oil wasĀ Ā

play20:36

just as effective as the medicated mouthwashĀ  also second study finding the alms the exactĀ Ā

play20:42

same thing pretty much a significant reductionĀ  in streptococcus mutants using coconut oil inĀ Ā

play20:50

comparison to the chlorhexidine so howĀ  do you do it um it's called oil pullingĀ Ā

play20:57

and you take two teaspoons of coconut oil let itĀ  dissolve in your mouth swish it back and forthĀ Ā

play21:02

occasionally for about 15 to 20 minutes and umĀ  then you could spit it out and there's places toĀ Ā

play21:10

do it like that the car the shower if you haveĀ  prayer time that could be a good time to do itĀ Ā

play21:16

and how often do you need to do it about oneĀ  one to two times a day this is something thatĀ Ā

play21:21

needs to be done very regularly and i onĀ  my protocol i did it seven days a weekĀ Ā

play21:28

and coconut oil is really good and very effectiveĀ  all by itself but it gets even better i learnedĀ Ā

play21:35

more as i as i researched the second thingĀ  that kills bad bacteria is essential oilsĀ Ā

play21:42

essential oils are known for killing bacteriaĀ  but i didn't want to just kill any bacteriaĀ Ā

play21:47

i wanted to kill streptococcus mutants and soĀ  i researched and i researched and i found thatĀ Ā

play21:56

there are many different essential oils that killĀ  both streptococcus mutants and its biofilm layersĀ Ā

play22:03

now in case you don't know biofilm is a selfĀ  protection encasing that bacteria hide themselvesĀ Ā

play22:12

in there's a little picture of it here andĀ  whatever destroys biofilm layers is helpfulĀ Ā

play22:17

because it it helps you get access to the badĀ  bacteria and i found 13 essential oils thatĀ Ā

play22:24

kill streptococcus mutants and its biofilm layersĀ  and i'm going to show those to you right now soĀ Ā

play22:33

here's the 13 essential oils that kill strepĀ  mutants and it's biofilm layers and just aĀ Ā

play22:39

reminder to everyone i will be answering all yourĀ  questions at the end of this presentation so justĀ Ā

play22:44

hang tight and i'll answer those for you okay hereĀ  we go oregano cinnamon sweet basil peppermint mintĀ Ā

play22:53

coriander rosemary leaf broom weed and you go downĀ  you can see all these different essential oils andĀ Ā

play22:58

the little asterisks at the end indicates thatĀ  not only does it kill streptococcus mutants itĀ Ā

play23:04

also kills its biofilm layers and so as i lookedĀ  at these i thought well this is awesome but iĀ Ā

play23:10

wanted to know what are the strongest ones youĀ  know i want to go for the heaviest hitters andĀ Ā

play23:15

i had difficulty as i was reading through theĀ  studies um different studies gave like differentĀ Ā

play23:19

results and i had difficulty really findingĀ  out what was the strongest but i found fiveĀ Ā

play23:25

the top five that were consistent heavy hittersĀ  and these are the top five ones that i foundĀ Ā

play23:32

that are very a potent against streptococcusĀ  mutants and the other bacteria that killĀ Ā

play23:37

that cause cavities coriander rosemaryĀ  leaf broom weed oregano and cinnamonĀ Ā

play23:43

those are uh the top five that i could determineĀ  from my research that are the most effective soĀ Ā

play23:52

next question is how long how long do you need toĀ Ā

play23:55

expose your the bacteria in your mouth toĀ  these essential oils in order for them toĀ Ā

play24:00

kill it down now the tough thing is most of theĀ  studies didn't really give at an exact time butĀ Ā

play24:06

however i did finally find one study that gave meĀ  a clue and here's a quote here from the study itĀ Ā

play24:15

stated that in one hour of exposing streptococcusĀ  mutants to the essential oils cinnamon sweet basilĀ Ā

play24:22

and peppermint a 63 to 66 percent reduction wasĀ  seen in its biofilm layers that is significant nowĀ Ā

play24:32

one hour that's a really long time to haveĀ  an essential oil in your mouth so what areĀ Ā

play24:36

you supposed to do about that well i figured umĀ  if one hour did this well instead of doing oneĀ Ā

play24:42

hour all at once maybe i could just break it upĀ  in pieces throughout the week so what i did wasĀ Ā

play24:47

i would spend 20 minutes a day swishing withĀ  coconut oil with essential oils seven days a weekĀ Ā

play24:55

and that adds up to two hours and 30 minutes aĀ  week which is even more than the study suggestedĀ Ā

play25:02

well the next question is won't these essentialĀ  oils burn your mouth anyone who's used essentialĀ Ā

play25:08

oils topically you know that they canĀ  actually burn your mouth depending onĀ Ā

play25:12

which one that you're using and the key to usingĀ  any essential oil that will burn topically is toĀ Ā

play25:18

combine it with the carrier oil and based onĀ  what we just discovered what do you think isĀ Ā

play25:24

the carrier oil that we should use you probablyĀ  got it coconut oil that is the one that's theĀ Ā

play25:32

perfect carry oil to use for these essential oilsĀ  what it does is takes away the stinging sensationĀ Ā

play25:38

of the essential oils but without reducing theirĀ  ability to kill the bad bacteria and so um got toĀ Ā

play25:47

be careful these essential oils are very potentĀ  and even just one drop too much is too spicy forĀ Ā

play25:52

most people i tested these these over and over andĀ  i was able to get the exact ratios and i actuallyĀ Ā

play25:57

burned my mouth a few times in the process so youĀ  could thank me for being the guinea pig of this umĀ Ā

play26:04

and what i found is you have to use a varietyĀ  of essential oils to kill both streptococcusĀ Ā

play26:09

mutants and its biofilm layers you don't want toĀ  do too much to burn not too little be ineffectiveĀ Ā

play26:14

and how much you use is really dependent on whichĀ  essential oil that you're using so i'll share moreĀ Ā

play26:20

on this later but i was able to nail it perfectlyĀ  now using essential oils should only be done forĀ Ā

play26:26

a short period as it's possible that they mightĀ  also kill some beneficial bacteria in your mouthĀ Ā

play26:33

so you want to alternate between like plainĀ  coconut oil and coconut oil with essential oilsĀ Ā

play26:38

like one week on one week off would probably workĀ  well all right so here's the next thing i did thatĀ Ā

play26:46

helped me in reducing the bad bacteriaĀ  in my mouth i used an alkalineĀ Ā

play26:52

antibacterial mouthwash and this is one that iĀ  created myself and after every meal you know theĀ Ā

play26:59

bad bacteria are feeding on the sugars in yourĀ  mouth and secreting acid so a big part of theĀ Ā

play27:04

success of this program is you want to stay on topĀ  of that bad bacteria level and keep it down so inĀ Ā

play27:09

order to do this after lunch what i would do is iĀ  would swish with a special mouthwash that i madeĀ Ā

play27:15

and this mouthwash i made it alkalinizes the mouthĀ  and it neutralizes the acid that may have beenĀ Ā

play27:21

produced during the meal and you see because it'sĀ  the acid environment that deteriorates the teethĀ Ā

play27:26

and allows the bad bacteria to thrive and so itĀ  was a great two for one you know it's alkalizingĀ Ā

play27:31

the mouth and also i have some the essential oilsĀ  in there that would kill the bad bacteria at theĀ Ā

play27:37

same time so uh it was uh i could tell you afterĀ  using this mouthwash my mouth felt so wonderful itĀ Ā

play27:44

was awesome i do it after lunch every day andĀ  i would swish for about two to three minutes

play27:51

in addition to that i also kept up good dentalĀ  habits which probably goes without saying so youĀ Ā

play27:56

know brushing twice a day flossing every eveningĀ  and the only reason why i mention this is justĀ Ā

play28:00

to make sure that everyone knows that this isĀ  not a replacement you know these things that iĀ Ā

play28:05

mentioned is not a replacement for brushingĀ  or flossing that these things are still veryĀ Ā

play28:09

very helpful to do then the last thing i did toĀ  get the bad bacteria down is something calledĀ Ā

play28:16

tongue scraping and i don't know how many of youĀ  have heard about tongue scraping but the reasonĀ Ā

play28:23

why you need to do this is because becauseĀ  bad bacteria like to hide in your tongueĀ Ā

play28:29

and the tongue is one of the places that the bodyĀ  gets rid of toxins and if someone's sick or ifĀ Ā

play28:35

they're detoxing it's not uncommon to see a whiteĀ  film line the top of their tongue and you want toĀ Ā

play28:43

get that stuff off because the bad bacteriaĀ  can hide there and so the way to do that isĀ Ā

play28:49

uh get one of these tongue scraping tools youĀ  press it down at the base of your tongue and runĀ Ā

play28:54

it down to the tip and you do about five to sixĀ  passes the morning is the best time to do this andĀ Ā

play29:00

the great thing is it doesn't hurt it doesn't hurtĀ  your tongue and uh i tell you when you see the theĀ Ā

play29:06

tan colored sludge that comes off of your tongueĀ  you're gonna shudder to think that you have neverĀ Ā

play29:10

done this before it's it's really interestingĀ  and so this is something else that you can do toĀ Ā

play29:18

keep the bad bacteria down all right so we talkedĀ  about how to get down those levels of bad bacteriaĀ Ā

play29:26

right that's one part of the equation now we needĀ  to go to the other part of the equation which isĀ Ā

play29:32

how do you make strong teeth and i want to reallyĀ  emphasize that in order to truly be successfulĀ Ā

play29:37

in reversing cavities you have to do both of theseĀ  both parts of these equation you have to get downĀ Ā

play29:43

the bad oral bacteria and you need to make yourĀ  teeth very very strong so this is important youĀ Ā

play29:50

know it would be really difficult to eliminateĀ  all the bad oral bacteria there's probably alwaysĀ Ā

play29:54

going to be some acidic production happening inĀ  your mouth and so you need strong teeth becauseĀ Ā

play30:00

strong teeth would obviously be able to endureĀ  that process a little bit better now you might beĀ Ā

play30:07

asking what do i even mean by strong teeth whatĀ  do i mean by that well what are teeth made ofĀ Ā

play30:15

well teeth are essentially bones and bonesĀ  are made up of 76 minerals and trace mineralsĀ Ā

play30:24

and that's 76 not 7.6 and so there are 12 majorĀ  minerals and 64 trace ones here's the 12 majorĀ Ā

play30:34

minerals right here you probably will recognizeĀ  most of these boron calcium of course chromiumĀ Ā

play30:41

iron magnesium manganese all these constituentsĀ  are what make up your bones and your teethĀ Ā

play30:47

and so we need all of these in addition toĀ  these 12 major minerals we need like 64 traceĀ Ā

play30:53

minerals so a really wide array of nutritionĀ  so let me ask you a question based on thisĀ Ā

play31:01

if you have an unhealthy limited processedĀ  food diet are you going to have strong teethĀ Ā

play31:08

are your teeth going to be strong areĀ  they going to be able to endure the acidĀ Ā

play31:13

that's secreted in your mouth fromĀ  the bad bacteria i think you probablyĀ Ā

play31:17

know what the answer to that is feel freeĀ  to type in the comment section if you wantĀ Ā

play31:21

but if you guess no and you're absolutely correctĀ  you're just not going to have uh strong teethĀ Ā

play31:29

and you know it's a natural part of theĀ  ecosystem of the mouth to lose some toothĀ Ā

play31:35

surface and to lose some minerals during aĀ  meal due to the acid formed by the bad bacteriaĀ Ā

play31:43

and so um what do you what is your mouthĀ  what does your body do to compensate for thatĀ Ā

play31:48

this is interesting i learned this in researchĀ  after a meal saliva comes into your mouth andĀ Ā

play31:54

it carries these minerals with it and theseĀ  minerals get deposited back into the lattice ofĀ Ā

play32:01

your teeth when you're not eating so there's thisĀ  constant breakdown and buildup demineralizationĀ Ā

play32:08

re-mineralization process that's happening inĀ  your mouth all day every day and that's why iĀ Ā

play32:13

said in the beginning your teeth remineralizeĀ  every day and if they didn't you wouldn't haveĀ Ā

play32:18

teeth by the age of probably seven or eight yearsĀ  old and so um we need to know how to boost thisĀ Ā

play32:25

this natural process called remineralization wellĀ  here's a question where does your saliva get allĀ Ā

play32:32

these minerals the chromium and calcium and boronĀ  and magnesium where does the saliva get those fromĀ Ā

play32:41

it doesn't pull them from thin air the answer isĀ  the saliva derives these minerals from your bloodĀ Ā

play32:50

it gets them from your blood now the next questionĀ  is where does your blood get them from right theĀ Ā

play32:58

answer to that is really simple these mineralsĀ  end up in your blood based on what you eatĀ Ā

play33:05

that's all based on our consumption what we eatĀ  and you see the food we eat it's broken down inĀ Ā

play33:11

our gut it's absorbed through our intestines andĀ  it goes into our blood and if your blood does notĀ Ā

play33:17

have these 76 minerals and trace minerals yourĀ  saliva will not have it either and your salivaĀ Ā

play33:24

will not be able to re-mineralize your teethĀ  between meals properly so we want to ask theĀ Ā

play33:33

question well what foods have the most the highestĀ  amounts of these minerals and trace minerals wellĀ Ā

play33:41

we probably have some pretty health-minded peopleĀ  here i bet you're a health-minded person if you'reĀ Ā

play33:45

attending the seminar and i bet you could guessĀ  what food groups have the highest amounts ofĀ Ā

play33:50

these minerals and trace minerals vegetablesĀ  plants fruits and vegetables but specificallyĀ Ā

play33:59

vegetables by far the science is clear it's theĀ  most abundant source of minerals in our foods soĀ Ā

play34:07

you might be wondering well all you needĀ  to do is eat healthy right and then we canĀ Ā

play34:12

start reversing cavities the answer is no wrong umĀ  that would that would you would think so but um iĀ Ā

play34:21

have a shocking thing to share with you theĀ  unfortunate truth is the majority of my cavitiesĀ Ā

play34:27

i got while i was eating a plant-based vegan dietĀ  and not i wasn't an unhealthy vegan too i likeĀ Ā

play34:34

lots of plants and salads and stuff like that asĀ  you saw from the pictures in the beginning of thisĀ Ā

play34:39

webinar and so um i'm not downplaying the need toĀ  do that you need to eat plants it's very importantĀ Ā

play34:46

eating plants is an important part of thisĀ  diet as a matter of fact it's the best wayĀ Ā

play34:50

to populate your mouth with good bacteriaĀ  which actually fight against the bad bacteriaĀ Ā

play34:55

you need to eat plants every day but what i'mĀ  trying to share with you is that um you know asĀ Ā

play35:02

part of my protocol i ate a salad every dayĀ  but all by itself a good diet is not enoughĀ Ā

play35:08

there's something we need to do to go above andĀ  beyond this now why is that why do we have to doĀ Ā

play35:14

something extra why can't we just eat healthyĀ  and have our bodies function properly and justĀ Ā

play35:20

not have our teeth rot in our mouth and not getĀ  cavities there's a very good reason for this i'mĀ Ā

play35:24

going to share that with you right now the reasonĀ  is is because our soils unfortunately are depletedĀ Ā

play35:33

our soils are depleted and cavities are justĀ  the canary in the coal mine if you will you seeĀ Ā

play35:41

when a plant grows it's drawing from the soilĀ  all of its nutrients and minerals that it needsĀ Ā

play35:47

to make a healthy plant the farmer needsĀ  to put all that stuff back into the soilĀ Ā

play35:53

before he grows another crop again and so whatĀ  if the farmer doesn't do this year after yearĀ Ā

play36:00

well think about it what would a bank account lookĀ  like if it has only withdrawals and no depositsĀ Ā

play36:07

that's a no-brainer right it'll be bankruptĀ  well to a large degree this is what's happeningĀ Ā

play36:12

with many of the many of the key mineralsĀ  in our soils that they're just not beingĀ Ā

play36:17

put back they're constantly being taken outĀ  by the crops but they're not being replacedĀ Ā

play36:22

and the result is bank wrapped soil and inĀ  some instances some soils can go decadesĀ Ā

play36:29

without being replenished with certain mineralsĀ  and this really made sense when i understood thisĀ Ā

play36:35

this made a lot of sense to me because whatĀ  it did is explained the great lack of flavorĀ Ā

play36:42

in most of our grocery store produce have youĀ  noticed that i mean if you've ever grown yourĀ Ā

play36:49

own garden if you've ever gotten like a tomatoĀ  for instance from a garden and tasted a realĀ Ā

play36:54

garden tomato and then tasted a grocery storeĀ  tomato it's a huge difference the flavor is soĀ Ā

play37:00

much more rich with a garden tomato or you knowĀ  what i'm talking about you go to the grocery storeĀ Ā

play37:06

you buy a peach it looks perfect it looksĀ  beautiful and you wait till it's ripe and it neverĀ Ā

play37:11

really does but you eat it and it tastes likeĀ  cardboard right why does that happen that's notĀ Ā

play37:16

the way peaches are supposed to be it's becauseĀ  the farmers are not putting back into the soilsĀ Ā

play37:22

the nutrients that's necessary and in someĀ  instances you would have to eat i had a masterĀ Ā

play37:27

gardener tell me you'd have to eat five to tenĀ  times the amount of produce to get the nutrientĀ Ā

play37:32

content you should get in just one produce itemĀ  that's it that's that's pathetic that's that'sĀ Ā

play37:37

really terrible i found data to back this up let'sĀ  take magnesium the mineral magnesium for exampleĀ Ā

play37:46

research has shown that 48 percent of people inĀ  the united states eat less than the estimatedĀ Ā

play37:51

daily magnesium needs now why is that well theĀ  same study had a very good answer to this questionĀ Ā

play37:58

magnesium content in our variousĀ  foods and vegetables has declinedĀ Ā

play38:02

by 25 to 80 percent since 1950. did you catchĀ  that 25 to 80 percent decline why because ourĀ Ā

play38:13

soils are bankrupt because of modern agriculturalĀ  techniques that do not take care of the soilĀ Ā

play38:20

now this is all pretty depressing informationĀ  what are we supposed to do how then are weĀ Ā

play38:25

supposed to get the amount of nutrients thatĀ  we need if they're just not in our food and theĀ Ā

play38:30

amounts that we need them in well i was ableĀ  to come up with a solution and that solutionĀ Ā

play38:39

is not eating five to ten saladsĀ  in one sitting who's gonna do thatĀ Ā

play38:44

how does anyone get enough nutrients to makeĀ  strong bones of strong teeth the answer juicingĀ Ā

play38:51

that's how i was able to do it juicing it'sĀ  the only way i know to take high you knowĀ Ā

play38:57

large amounts of produce as you see here and boomĀ  just turn it into something that you can you knowĀ Ā

play39:04

consume in a short amount of time it's the onlyĀ  way i uh i knew how to do it at the time so thisĀ Ā

play39:11

is what i did i'm going to share with you i'veĀ  actually found another way that i'm going toĀ Ā

play39:14

share with you but this is this is what i did soĀ  for my protocol i drink about 10 to 15 ounces ofĀ Ā

play39:20

fresh juice that consisted of mostly vegetablesĀ  some fruits for three to four days a week and thisĀ Ā

play39:26

is what i did um these were the different produceĀ  items that i used on a regular basis they're allĀ Ā

play39:35

very good and there's ones that aren't on hereĀ  that you could use as well that are really goodĀ Ā

play39:40

but these are the ones i had good success withĀ  and people were always asking me for a recipeĀ Ā

play39:44

so here's a good juicing recipe that i use youĀ  know four medium leaves of swiss chard or kaleĀ Ā

play39:51

or collard greens a quarter bunch of parsley someĀ  cabbage half cup of cucumber four celery stalksĀ Ā

play39:56

six carrots you could throw an apple in thereĀ  also a beet you could throw a beet in there soĀ Ā

play40:03

really good juicing recipe this is what i did aĀ  lot of now when i mentioned juicing maybe someĀ Ā

play40:08

of you your heart sink what if i don't have aĀ  juicer they're so expensive they take a lot ofĀ Ā

play40:15

time they're a pain in the neck to clean wellĀ  they are a pain to clean and they are expensiveĀ Ā

play40:20

and it does take time that's absolutely true ifĀ  this is if you're in the situation you don't haveĀ Ā

play40:25

a juicer and uh don't have the money to getĀ  one don't worry i've come up with a solutionĀ Ā

play40:31

and i'm going to share that with you in justĀ  a minute but i just want to share with youĀ Ā

play40:36

a little bit more evidence about how importantĀ  nutrition is when it comes to reversing cavitiesĀ Ā

play40:42

during my research i came across this gentlemanĀ  here dr weston price this was so interestingĀ Ā

play40:49

and he is a canadian dentist that's famous forĀ  his research on the relationship between nutritionĀ Ā

play40:57

and dental health and he came up with thisĀ  groundbreaking book called nutrition andĀ Ā

play41:01

physical degeneration it's an amazing book and inĀ  this book he documents how he traveled all overĀ Ā

play41:08

the world taking pictures of native peoples fromĀ  all these different isolated parts of the worldĀ Ā

play41:16

showing their amazing beautiful strong teeth lookĀ  at there's some of these pictures from his bookĀ Ā

play41:24

this is incredible now the thing that's reallyĀ  amazing about this as you look at these nativeĀ Ā

play41:29

peoples we see we got people here from fijiĀ  from northern canada most of these people haveĀ Ā

play41:33

never seen a dentist and many of them have neverĀ  seen a toothbrush so you gotta ask the questionĀ Ā

play41:40

how do they have been better dental healthĀ  than we than we do who has you know a dentistĀ Ā

play41:46

on every corner and as many toothbrushes asĀ  you could want it's very interesting um as weĀ Ā

play41:53

i'll share he brings out how all these peopleĀ  did is they just ate from the land their dietĀ Ā

play42:00

was really high in minerals and we're goingĀ  to i'm going to show you more about that butĀ Ā

play42:06

look at this new caledonia pacific islands lookĀ  at those beautiful teeth the seminole indiansĀ Ā

play42:11

of southern florida beautiful just reallyĀ  well-formed arches really well-formed jawsĀ Ā

play42:20

excellent dental health sameĀ  thing congo africa beautiful teethĀ Ā

play42:24

tahiti polynesia beautiful teeth all around theĀ  world all these indigenous peoples never seen aĀ Ā

play42:30

dentist never seen a toothbrush beautiful teethĀ  what's going on here that seems to go againstĀ Ā

play42:35

what we've been raised to think isn't doesn'tĀ  it so he found out something really shocking asĀ Ā

play42:43

he was doing this he went to as he was travelingĀ  he found different parts of these same countriesĀ Ā

play42:50

and different people groups well it's the sameĀ  people group but they just had one differenceĀ Ā

play42:56

they ate a western diet so he found the sameĀ  africans the same polynesians the same fijiansĀ Ā

play43:02

but they ate a western diet and you got to seeĀ  these pictures look at we have a take fiji forĀ Ā

play43:08

instance here's the fijians here on your left thatĀ  are eating a native diet look at on the right sameĀ Ā

play43:17

peoples different part of the country and the onlyĀ  difference they ate a western modern diet theirĀ Ā

play43:23

teeth are just rotting literally rotting out ofĀ  their mouths i mean just horrible horrible dentalĀ Ā

play43:28

health on this about the fijians really sad drĀ  price said no dentists or physicians are availableĀ Ā

play43:36

on most of these islands toothache is the onlyĀ  cause of suicide that is so sad the new generationĀ Ā

play43:42

born after the parents adopted the imported modernĀ  foods often have a change in the shape of the faceĀ Ā

play43:50

and the dental arches the teeth are crowded asĀ  shown below referring to a picture look at thisĀ Ā

play43:56

tahiti polynesia native diet beautiful westernĀ  diet look at those teeth just just rotting outĀ Ā

play44:04

same thing in africa native diet beautiful teethĀ  western diet horrible horrible dental healthĀ Ā

play44:12

and uh this it was same all over everywhere heĀ  went and one interesting case two brothers heĀ Ā

play44:19

went to this uh island called the isle of harrisĀ  it's a really isolated place off the northwestĀ Ā

play44:25

coast of scotland he found two brothers look atĀ  the guy on the right look at those teeth they'reĀ Ā

play44:30

great the guy on the left you see he's alreadyĀ  missing teeth brothers what's the differenceĀ Ā

play44:36

this brother ate a western diet that brother ateĀ  a native diet that's the only difference and theĀ Ā

play44:43

the different shows dramatically in their dentalĀ  health same thing two little girls on the sameĀ Ā

play44:49

same island that girl ate a native diet theĀ  other one ate a western diet that's that's theĀ Ā

play44:55

only main difference between these people andĀ  he actually analyzed the nutritional contentĀ Ā

play45:01

of the foods and he found something interestingĀ  uh the modern diet and the indigenous dietĀ Ā

play45:06

comparing them the indigenous diets had overĀ  three times the amount of minerals and over 10Ā Ā

play45:13

times about 10 times the amount of fat solubleĀ  vitamins can you see why those people's mouthsĀ Ā

play45:20

started rotting out they didn't have strongĀ  teeth they have very weak teeth so based on thisĀ Ā

play45:28

information that you're maybe you're wondering nowĀ  okay so gabe if i just kill the bad oral bacteriaĀ Ā

play45:33

eat healthy juice will i reverse my cavities theĀ  answer friends is no there is still something elseĀ Ā

play45:43

that these native peoples had that we don't haveĀ  today that's crucial to the big picture here andĀ Ā

play45:52

let me introduce vitamin d vitamin d out of allĀ  the fat soluble vitamins it is the most importantĀ Ā

play46:00

one for dental health and it's absolutelyĀ  crucial to the uh the dental picture hereĀ Ā

play46:07

i ran across this gentleman sir uh professor sirĀ  edward melbani and this is a guy who discoveredĀ Ā

play46:13

vitamin d notice what he said by far the mostĀ  important factor producing well-calcified bonesĀ Ā

play46:20

and teeth is vitamin d so there it is fromĀ  the guy who discovered vitamin d itself nowĀ Ā

play46:28

we know that the most um the most important ofĀ  the 76 minerals for the bones is calcium that'sĀ Ā

play46:35

common knowledge most people know thatĀ  phosphorus is a close second phosphorusĀ Ā

play46:39

is also very important for your teeth but calciumĀ  is number one as a matter of fact uh your bonesĀ Ā

play46:46

contain 99.5 percent of the total calcium in yourĀ  body i don't know if you knew that and vitamin dĀ Ā

play46:53

plays a big role in helping your body to bothĀ  absorb and utilize calcium and phosphorusĀ Ā

play47:00

notice something i found in this 2007 study thisĀ  is interesting from the new england journal ofĀ Ā

play47:07

medicine without vitamin d only about 10 to 15Ā  percent of calcium and only about 60 percentĀ Ā

play47:15

of phosphorus is absorbed by the body can youĀ  believe that do you see how crucial vitamin d isĀ Ā

play47:22

so think about this you could be eating all theĀ  salads you want and drinking all the juice youĀ Ā

play47:26

want you're only getting about 10 of the calciumĀ  and about half the phosphorus that you needĀ Ā

play47:31

so simply put minerals are what make strong teethĀ  and vitamin d is the most important nutrientĀ Ā

play47:38

needed to absorb and to use them and this helpsĀ  explain why cavities are so common now this is aĀ Ā

play47:48

big issue because vitamin d insufficiencyĀ  is really prevalent it affects almostĀ Ā

play47:54

50 percent of the tested population worldwide soĀ  half the people that were tested in the world areĀ Ā

play48:02

insufficient they do not have enough vitamin d andĀ  i'm going to share with you the reasons why thatĀ Ā

play48:09

is but i'm also going to share how i learned aĀ  simple work around to help overcome this situationĀ Ā

play48:16

now on vitamin d how much do you needĀ  vitamin d is measured in something called iusĀ Ā

play48:22

and in case you don't know what thatĀ  is that stands for international unitsĀ Ā

play48:26

and the standard recommendation on google or youĀ  know your doctor will say it's one to two thousandĀ Ā

play48:31

i use daily but i did more research and iĀ  discovered another piece of really shockingĀ Ā

play48:37

information and let me introduce this guyĀ  dr michael hollock he's probably the mostĀ Ā

play48:43

notable present day researcher of vitamin d and heĀ  came up him and his colleagues found a surprisingĀ Ā

play48:50

recommendation for those who are deficientĀ  in vitamin d look at what he foundĀ Ā

play48:56

they stated that in order to treat vitamin dĀ  deficiency and to fill up those depleted storesĀ Ā

play49:02

a person should shoot for 50 000 ius per weekĀ  of vitamin d2 or d3 for eight weeks straightĀ Ā

play49:11

did you hear that 50 000 a week so what doesĀ  that look like per day well that breaks down toĀ Ā

play49:19

about 6 600 to 7 100 ius of vitamin d a day forĀ  eight weeks friends that's almost six times theĀ Ā

play49:28

normal recommendation so can you see if you justĀ  listen to google or if you just listen to you knowĀ Ā

play49:35

common knowledge amongst your doctors that you'dĀ  still wouldn't be hitting the mark listen to theĀ Ā

play49:42

experts the your doctor i'm sure they're they'reĀ  smart they're smart individual but the experts areĀ Ā

play49:48

the people that are on the cutting edge and thisĀ  guy is the expert on vitamin d in the world todayĀ Ā

play49:54

now just so you know how maybe you're wonderingĀ  how do i know if i'm deficient you'd have to doĀ Ā

play50:00

some blood work and deficient on blood work isĀ  anything less than 20 nanograms per milliliterĀ Ā

play50:06

insufficient is 20 to 29 sufficient is 30 to 100.Ā  however that's a really broad range 30 to 100Ā Ā

play50:14

personally i believe you need to be above 50 inĀ  order to be in this situation of really being ableĀ Ā

play50:20

to reverse cavities and also they're finding forĀ  to be able to kill viruses like covet for instanceĀ Ā

play50:28

you should be about 50 and above betweenĀ  50 and 100 is really the better place to beĀ Ā

play50:36

so a lot of people are deficient in vitamin dĀ  why is that well you might be surprised how didĀ Ā

play50:43

i get my vitamin d i actually didn't even take anyĀ  supplements i got 100 of my vitamin d needs fromĀ Ā

play50:50

the sun now most people have difficultyĀ  with this you have to be really healthyĀ Ā

play50:54

to just get it from the sun vitamin d is veryĀ  sensitive and if you're not in good healthĀ Ā

play50:58

it's usually one of the first things toĀ  drop and there's a lot of reasons forĀ Ā

play51:03

this i found 17 reasons why people areĀ  deficient in vitamin d and take a look

play51:10

i mean wearing sunscreen that makes sense rightĀ  naturally dark skin tone you need a lot more sunĀ Ā

play51:16

exposure to get the same amount of vitaminĀ  d if you have dark skin versus someone whoĀ Ā

play51:20

has fair skin obesity really drives down yourĀ  ability to get vitamin d from the sun showeringĀ Ā

play51:27

with soap after sun exposure old age impairedĀ  liver impaired kidneys living in an area withĀ Ā

play51:32

high air pollution magnesium deficiency vitaminĀ  k deficiency anyhow you can see the list goes onĀ Ā

play51:38

so there's a lot of ways to mess up vitamin d andĀ  most people have one of these situations going onĀ Ā

play51:47

and so can you see now why vitamin d isĀ  so um so common for it to be deficientĀ Ā

play51:54

now i just want to share with you i actuallyĀ  experienced this personally i was initiallyĀ Ā

play51:59

when i reversed my cavities i was able to get upĀ  get my all my vitamin d needs from the sun butĀ Ā

play52:06

um unfortunately um 2020 2019 2020 was a reallyĀ  rough year for my wife and i in 2019 my my wifeĀ Ā

play52:15

was actually diagnosed with cancer towards theĀ  end of 2019 and i was her caretaker for a year and

play52:26

during that time it was a really stressfulĀ  time my vitamin d dropped i was almost neverĀ Ā

play52:32

outside i was just indoors just serving herĀ  constantly and uh unfortunately she did end upĀ Ā

play52:38

passing away well after in the aftermathĀ  of that whole situation i decided i wantedĀ Ā

play52:46

to try to get my vitamin d back up again and iĀ  tried using what i did before just with the sunĀ Ā

play52:52

and it would not come back up after spending 20Ā  to 40 minutes in the sun five to six days a weekĀ Ā

play52:59

for about two months my vitamin d level you canĀ  see on my my blood work here was only 36 which isĀ Ā

play53:06

just barely above into the acceptable range that'sĀ  really not enough to you know thrive and reverseĀ Ā

play53:13

cavities and um you know i it's i believeĀ  it's because my health took such a hard hitĀ Ā

play53:20

during taking care of my wife you know my sleepĀ  was off my gut was damaged i was underweightĀ Ā

play53:26

so what did i do i started supplementing withĀ  5000 iu a day of vitamin d and look at whatĀ Ā

play53:33

happened to my blood work within uh i think it wasĀ  like two months boom 93 just under a hundred soĀ Ā

play53:42

that was really effective and you know the issuesĀ  that are causing low vitamin d are things that weĀ Ā

play53:48

should work on reversing but let's face itĀ  they're not gonna get better overnight andĀ Ā

play53:52

most people who i meet who have cavitiesĀ  wanted to start reversing them like yesterdayĀ Ā

play53:57

so this is what i suggest everyone needs to spendĀ  regular time in the sun it's still something thatĀ Ā

play54:02

we should do it's the original way to get vitaminĀ  d and there's health benefits for doing that butĀ Ā

play54:08

just moderate amounts 10 to 20 minutes a day itĀ  should be enough and then in addition everyoneĀ Ā

play54:14

needs to supplement is my opinion and i couldĀ  spend a whole hour just talking about vitamin dĀ Ā

play54:20

you know how long you need to spend in the sunĀ  and what time of day the time of year and it'sĀ Ā

play54:24

all in the book that i wrote and i'll share withĀ  you i'll make that available to you at the endĀ Ā

play54:30

but what supplement do you use there's like aĀ  kajillion vitamin d supplements on the market andĀ Ā

play54:37

just like other supplements not all supplementsĀ  are created equal but i found several that reallyĀ Ā

play54:44

stand out i have very high standards and here'sĀ  my standards when i was researching for vitamin dĀ Ā

play54:50

it had to be cloaca chloe calciferol preferablyĀ  from lanolin and that's the form of vitamin dĀ Ā

play54:56

that's readily absorbable and ready to use forĀ  your cells it doesn't need to be um the chemicalsĀ Ā

play55:02

don't need to be changed in your kidneys or yourĀ  liver so it bypasses that whole process in caseĀ Ā

play55:07

your kidneys and liver are not up to par easilyĀ  absorbable also called my my centalized highĀ Ā

play55:13

potency so i was looking for four to five thousandĀ  ius three months supply past purity standards forĀ Ā

play55:18

heavy metals and contaminants no gelatin no gmosĀ  and a reasonable price so that eliminated a lot ofĀ Ā

play55:26

the vitamin d supplements out there but iĀ  did find one that stood out above the crowdĀ Ā

play55:31

and i'll share that with you more in a littleĀ  bit but as we uh wrap this up here you can seeĀ Ā

play55:37

now why cavities has been a mystery for so manyĀ  people there is just a lot of places where you canĀ Ā

play55:45

really mess it up and so um and the thing is ifĀ  all these pieces aren't in place you know that theĀ Ā

play55:53

the getting the bad oral bacteria downĀ  and getting enough you know eating lotsĀ Ā

play55:58

of vegetables and on top of that getting you knowĀ  high amounts additional amounts of nutrients andĀ Ā

play56:05

vitamin d and the right amount of vitaminĀ  d if all that stuff isn't in placeĀ Ā

play56:09

you probably the cavity reversalĀ  probably is just not going to happenĀ Ā

play56:14

now i do want to be realistic i want toĀ  share with you there are some limitations toĀ Ā

play56:19

this uh protocol here are some reasons why youĀ  could do all this do everything right and why itĀ Ā

play56:25

could still possibly not work number one if youĀ  you got a big gaping hole it's probably too muchĀ Ā

play56:30

to fill back in um that with uh by natural meansĀ  that would actually need to be done via you knowĀ Ā

play56:38

sing a dentist and getting it filled in now darkĀ  spot on the x-ray when decay is occurring that'sĀ Ā

play56:44

reversible that's the stuff that i'm talkingĀ  about in this webinar that's what we can reverseĀ Ā

play56:48

and that's what i reversed but big hole that'sĀ  different also if you're clenching or grindingĀ Ā

play56:54

at night what this does is it makes micro cracksĀ  in your teeth that are very hard to clean and thatĀ Ā

play57:01

can undermine the effectiveness of this protocolĀ  also if you have a damaged gut that causes poorĀ Ā

play57:08

absorption of nutrients so you know you couldĀ  be juicing eating good foods but you're stillĀ Ā

play57:12

only getting a fraction of the nutrients becauseĀ  your gut is damaged so you need to heal that gutĀ Ā

play57:18

also if there's lack of bloodĀ  supply to a certain tooth orĀ Ā

play57:21

a row of teeth that's going to be an issue becauseĀ  no blood means no nutrients to build the teethĀ Ā

play57:28

and this could happen if you get an injury inĀ  your face or you know something's happeningĀ Ā

play57:33

under the surface there to cause a lack of bloodĀ  supply so but besides that if none of these areĀ Ā

play57:40

issues or issues then you're a good candidateĀ  for reversing cavities using this protocolĀ Ā

play57:45

now i'm going to do a q a in several minutesĀ  i see several people who are you know haveĀ Ā

play57:50

typed in lots of comments and questions inĀ  the chat box i'm going to get to that butĀ Ā

play57:55

let me just take a few second few minutes to bringĀ  up the q a questions that people commonly ask meĀ Ā

play58:04

can this protocol help gum recession so there'sĀ  a lot of reasons for gum recession and here's allĀ Ā

play58:10

the reasons that are known for gum recessionĀ  but out of all these reasons there's one thatĀ Ā

play58:16

most professionals agree is the main reason that'sĀ  periodontal disease which is a bacterial infectionĀ Ā

play58:22

so if again if we can take care of the bacteriaĀ  that are causing gum recession then guess whatĀ Ā

play58:29

we could get on top of it couldn't we notice thisĀ  quote from the study periodontal infections areĀ Ā

play58:35

usually mixed most often involving anaerobesĀ  such as tryponomia dentacola and p gingivitisĀ Ā

play58:43

you probably remember that ginger thatĀ  gingivitis probably sounds familiar to youĀ Ā

play58:48

so those are the bad bacteria strains that areĀ  causing inflammation in the gums and receding gumsĀ Ā

play58:55

well is there anything in nature that kills theseĀ  bacterial strains guess what from this study hereĀ Ā

play59:03

from the university of indonesia using pureĀ  coconut oil showed a decreased amount of pĀ Ā

play59:08

gingivitis and t dentacola so coconut oilĀ  comes to the rescue again it kills theseĀ Ā

play59:15

bacteria that cause gum recession anotherĀ  study same thing virgin coconut oil foundĀ Ā

play59:22

to have notable antibacterial activity againstĀ  a i'm not going to pronounce that bacterial nameĀ Ā

play59:29

and p gingivitis so two other uh p gingivitisĀ  is this one that you we talked about before butĀ Ā

play59:36

there's that additional one thereĀ  that also causes gum recessionĀ Ā

play59:40

coconut oil reduces the amount of it so willĀ  this protocol help gum recession if you do theĀ Ā

play59:46

oil pulling it i believe it will based on thisĀ  research i have to believe that yes it wouldĀ Ā

play59:51

people have asked me is this safe for kidsĀ  yes it is safe for kids there's nothingĀ Ā

play59:56

harmful about this protocol to kids just makeĀ  sure they don't swallow the oil pulling blendĀ Ā

play60:00

make sure they spit it out when you spit itĀ  out you don't spit it in your drain becauseĀ Ā

play60:05

coconut oil can harden at cooler temperaturesĀ  you want to spit it in your trashĀ Ā

play60:11

all right root canals can this help root canal soĀ  i'm going to tread lightly here i'm just going toĀ Ā

play60:16

say possibly maybe now root canal for those ofĀ  you who don't know it's when the dental pulpĀ Ā

play60:22

often called the nerve becomes exposed toĀ  bacteria and develops pain due to an infectionĀ Ā

play60:29

and the nerve can get exposed either because youĀ  know there's a crack or the decay has gone downĀ Ā

play60:35

so deep it actually reached the nerve so um itĀ  i would say you know it's risky it's possibleĀ Ā

play60:43

it's risky a decay or crack that reaches to theĀ  pulp or nerve could possibly be remineralizedĀ Ā

play60:49

but it could take a while and you know it couldĀ  take months and the entire time that pulp thatĀ Ā

play60:55

nerve is being exposed to more bad bacteria whichĀ  would further increase the risk for infection soĀ Ā

play61:00

you know what i would do if i was in a rootĀ  canal situation i would see how serious theĀ Ā

play61:04

situation was and if it wasn't super seriousĀ  then i would try the the anti-cavity protocolĀ Ā

play61:12

really aggressively for like a month or two andĀ  i would just look and see if my symptoms subsidedĀ Ā

play61:18

and the symptoms would be you know sensitivityĀ  that's often one of the symptoms of needing a rootĀ Ā

play61:22

canal let's see if thy sensitivity went down theĀ  swollen or tender gums went down if the dark spotsĀ Ā

play61:28

and the teeth start start going away and if it didĀ  then i'm heading in a good direct good directionĀ Ā

play61:35

but what do you do now so what what could youĀ  actually do right now you know everywhere i wentĀ Ā

play61:41

i would find people who just by eating a goodĀ  diet and being model dental patients still gotĀ Ā

play61:46

cavities just like me so i thought you know whatĀ  i'm gonna do i learned all this awesome stuff i'mĀ Ā

play61:51

gonna write a book and so i did i wrote a book butĀ  then in the process of writing the book i realizedĀ Ā

play61:57

i actually created a set of specialized productsĀ  that i used to reverse my cavities and so a littleĀ Ā

play62:05

light bulb went off in my head and i thought youĀ  know what instead of just selling a book tellingĀ Ā

play62:11

people you know what to do why don't i just giveĀ  them the whole protocol set that i developed andĀ Ā

play62:18

you know it was a it was a ton of work honestlyĀ  to create this protocol set and it took me monthsĀ Ā

play62:23

to put everything together i had to sourceĀ  different products from all over the place andĀ Ā

play62:27

get them in the right amounts and and you know theĀ  fact is people are busy not everyone has time toĀ Ā

play62:34

put all this stuff together and to do this and soĀ  i thought you know what for the people who are tooĀ Ā

play62:39

busy i'll do it for them i'll just put this stuffĀ  together for them so i develop my own protocol setĀ Ā

play62:44

now you might be wondering well how did youĀ  overcome the juicing thing because you know notĀ Ā

play62:48

everyone has a juicer it takes so much time whatĀ  did you do about juicing i mean quick question howĀ Ā

play62:54

many of you don't have a juicer you could typeĀ  in the comment section if you want to interactĀ Ā

play62:59

with me but i'm just curious how many of youĀ  don't have a juicer i find that a lot of peopleĀ Ā

play63:06

do not have a juicer so feel free to type in theĀ  comments section if you like but what i also findĀ Ā

play63:14

in addition if they do have a juicer many timesĀ  it's not even the right kind of juicer it's old orĀ Ā

play63:19

it's not the slow masticating cold pressed juicerĀ  which is the kind you need and juicing takes a lotĀ Ā

play63:26

of time and you know i hate telling people to goĀ  do something i just know they're not going to goĀ Ā

play63:30

do so what i wanted i wanted to create a protocolĀ  kit that is a one-stop shop it's just like all youĀ Ā

play63:36

need to reverse cavities so what i did to overcomeĀ  this challenge of people yeah you're saying youĀ Ā

play63:44

don't have a juicer yeah i see that what i didĀ  to overcome this challenge is i created my ownĀ Ā

play63:51

tooth building nutritional powder it's the veryĀ  next best thing to juicing and i specificallyĀ Ā

play63:58

chose out the powdered vegetables that are theĀ  absolute highest in calcium phosphorus ironĀ Ā

play64:04

vitamins a c and k with those are the fatĀ  soluble vitamins by the way folate and b12Ā Ā

play64:10

those are all very essential for building strongĀ  bones and teeth and so i as i was creating this i

play64:20

was able to pull these ingredients together nettleĀ  leaf parsley collard greens kale spirulina andĀ Ā

play64:26

monk fruit extract these are super high and all ofĀ  those vitamins and minerals that the teeth and theĀ Ā

play64:34

bones need as i was putting this powder togetherĀ  i did research and i was like man there is a lotĀ Ā

play64:40

of powders out there a lot of nutritional powdersĀ  and i thought i want to make the most nutritionalĀ Ā

play64:47

one on the market for dental health and so guessĀ  what that's exactly what i did i put all of theseĀ Ā

play64:55

powders after after i made my powder i comparedĀ  them with all these other powders so here's aĀ Ā

play65:01

an interesting little chart you can see my powderĀ  there is in the baby blue and all those out theseĀ Ā

play65:06

other powders are uh and the other colors andĀ  i analyzed the nutritional content of all theseĀ Ā

play65:12

based on their labeling and look what i foundĀ  vitamin a vitamin c vitamin k calcium iron mineĀ Ā

play65:19

my powder just blew them all away i wasĀ  pleasantly surprised that i had createdĀ Ā

play65:24

something that was so much more nutritious thanĀ  any of them on the market there was one howeverĀ Ā

play65:30

one green powder that i found thatĀ  was like but the best of all of themĀ Ā

play65:35

and i wanted to see how did my powder standĀ  up against this one and so i compared them andĀ Ā

play65:43

this garden of life powder actually did a littleĀ  bit better in mine than mine than vitamin aĀ Ā

play65:48

and vitamin c but when it came to calcium andĀ  iron mine absolutely blew it out of the waterĀ Ā

play65:54

and so i was really pleasantly surprised toĀ  find out my powder was more nutritious than theĀ Ā

play65:59

best powder on the market and then i i wantedĀ  to say well i wonder how my powder comparesĀ Ā

play66:05

against a 16 ounce fresh vegetable juice that'sĀ  like the ultimate challenge i mean that's that'sĀ Ā

play66:11

as much condensed nutrients as you could get soĀ  um well i analyzed the nutritional content of themĀ Ā

play66:21

and i compared it and i wasn't surprised theĀ  juice did better in vitamins a c and k but i wasĀ Ā

play66:28

shocked to find that my powder actually performedĀ  better in calcium and iron than a 16 ounce freshĀ Ā

play66:35

vegetable juice i mean i was that was reallyĀ  impressive to me i was i was really shocked soĀ Ā

play66:42

i mean what's the absolute best if you could doĀ  both using this nutritional powder and doing a 16Ā Ā

play66:48

ounce fresh vegetable juice like once a week orĀ  something like that that's the absolute best butĀ Ā

play66:55

you shouldn't need to i created this powder iĀ  designed it so that it should be all that youĀ Ā

play67:00

need it has all the nutrition you need to buildĀ  strong teeth it's a three-month supply prettyĀ Ā

play67:05

much you take three tablespoons do it three toĀ  four days i'd say four days a week mix it in oneĀ Ā

play67:10

cup of water however i found something else reallyĀ  interesting as i was doing research you could youĀ Ā

play67:16

mix it in water but it's better to mix it inĀ  something else it makes it even more powerfulĀ Ā

play67:23

uh grape juice i want to talk to you aboutĀ  grape juice and fluoride sometimes peopleĀ Ā

play67:26

ask me about fluoride and this is a longĀ  discussion and i don't have time to get intoĀ Ā

play67:30

but what i will tell you is that grape juice isĀ  the highest source natural source of fluorideĀ Ā

play67:40

is found in grape juice the highest source ofĀ  florida in nature is found in grapes and raisinsĀ Ā

play67:45

and not only that raisins and grapes actuallyĀ  contain compounds that kill streptococcus mutan'sĀ Ā

play67:52

biofilm can you believe that i mean it's justĀ  amazing stuff and the fluoride that's found inĀ Ā

play67:58

grapes and grape juice is what's called calciumĀ  fluoride and this is the natural kind this isĀ Ā

play68:03

no one in all research studies no one consideredĀ  this toxic but what we get in our water supply isĀ Ā

play68:09

what's called sodium fluoride and this is notĀ  bound to calcium it's highly soluble and it'sĀ Ā

play68:14

considered toxic some studies think it's okay andĀ  some are like no this stuff is is uh it's toxicĀ Ā

play68:22

also i found a study that showed that grape seedĀ  extract has compounds that positively affect theĀ Ā

play68:28

remineralization process of dental lesions andĀ  this is what the study says it could even be usedĀ Ā

play68:34

as an alternative to fluoride in the treatment ofĀ  root cavities during minimally invasive therapiesĀ Ā

play68:41

incredible grapes who knew who knew so theĀ  idea is you take this nutritional powderĀ Ā

play68:49

with fresh grape juice and boomĀ  you have greater healing powerĀ Ā

play68:56

in addition to that i had i made this nutritionalĀ  powder but also i made my own oil pulling blendĀ Ā

play69:03

and with this oil pulling blend i usedĀ  high quality organic coconut oil and iĀ Ā

play69:07

used a special blend of essential oils that killĀ  streptococcus mutans and its biofilm layers andĀ Ā

play69:13

you do this for 15 to 20 minutes a day in additionĀ  remember i told you about that mouthwash i usedĀ Ā

play69:19

when i reversed my cavities and i created my ownĀ  mouthwash it contains essential oils that killĀ Ā

play69:25

the bad bacteria specifically strep mutantsĀ  and it alkalizes the mouth in just minutesĀ Ā

play69:31

you only need to use it for two to three minutesĀ  after lunch and you could feel the differenceĀ Ā

play69:35

if you have tooth sensitivity like i wouldĀ  get too sensitivity if i had like lemon onĀ Ā

play69:39

my salad or lemon in my email and i would rinseĀ  with this and it would just take it away it wasĀ Ā

play69:45

so wonderful in addition to that there's a tongueĀ  scraper and that removes a lot of the bad bacteriaĀ Ā

play69:52

hiding in the tongue just do a few passes onĀ  your tongue use it one to two times a weekĀ Ā

play69:57

and again that's going to be anotherĀ  factor reducing that bad oral bacteriaĀ Ā

play70:02

now what about the vitamin d supplements nowĀ  remember i told you there was like a millionĀ Ā

play70:07

of them on the market and so i reviewed 30Ā  of the most popular vitamin d supplementsĀ Ā

play70:12

and by far i found this one was one of the bestĀ  ones i found it's from a company that i trustĀ Ā

play70:18

called neurobiologics it's a four to six monthĀ  supply it's very potent highly absorbable and iĀ Ā

play70:25

have two different kinds in my kit they'reĀ  both really good either one you get andĀ Ā

play70:31

i made it so that this is a three month supplyĀ  i reverse my cavities in three months and so iĀ Ā

play70:36

figured that should be long enough for people toĀ  reverse their cavities and everything you need andĀ Ā

play70:42

there's three months supply and on top of thatĀ  i got my book where it's got more information iĀ Ā

play70:47

haven't even covered all the information in thisĀ  webinar there's not enough time to cover all ofĀ Ā

play70:50

it there's therapies i didn't even have timeĀ  to share my juicing recipes my exact scheduleĀ Ā

play70:56

um there's a maintenance protocol like after youĀ  reverse cavities what do you do after that there'sĀ Ā

play71:02

a maintenance protocol to go on that i've usedĀ  to you know continue to keep your cavities atĀ Ā

play71:07

bay it's not very intense but it's something thatĀ  needs to continue to be done so the entire setĀ Ā

play71:13

three months supply everything you need to reverseĀ  cavities right there i've got a limited amount ofĀ Ā

play71:20

sets available but i am making this availableĀ  to you guys since you attended this webinarĀ Ā

play71:25

now the retail market value is 281.87 on thisĀ  but that's not what i'm going to charge i'm doingĀ Ā

play71:32

a special sale on my current webinar of justĀ  154.68 for all of this stuff three months toĀ Ā

play71:39

reverse your product to reverse your cavities andĀ  i'm also giving a 90 day money back guarantee soĀ Ā

play71:46

if for some reason you don't like it or it didn'tĀ  work for you in my opinion if it didn't work forĀ Ā

play71:51

you you shouldn't have to pay for it so you haveĀ  90 days a whole 90 days to get your money backĀ Ā

play71:56

also if you don't want the wholeĀ  protocol set there's also a partial setĀ Ā

play72:00

that's just the mouthwash the oil pulling blendĀ  the tongue scraper and the nutritional powderĀ Ā

play72:04

for just 107 50. or if some people just wantĀ  the nutritional powder you could get that alsoĀ Ā

play72:10

for 68 dollars i'm making thatĀ  available to everybody as well so

play72:18

i want to go ahead and makeĀ  that available to you guysĀ Ā

play72:25

now think about this how muchĀ  is just one composite fillingĀ Ā

play72:31

have you guys done the research you know it'sĀ  about 200 250 for just one composite filling soĀ Ā

play72:37

think about this for less than the cost of oneĀ  filling you can reverse as many cavities as youĀ Ā

play72:42

have in your mouth i i think that's just amazingĀ  to me that's that that's incredible and if youĀ Ā

play72:48

break it up into the three months just for just aĀ  little over fifty dollars a month you can reverseĀ Ā

play72:53

all your cavities that is just wonderful and soĀ  think about this once you do this as long as youĀ Ā

play73:00

your overall health stays stable and you don'tĀ  have any of those limitations we talked aboutĀ Ā

play73:04

continue the light maintenance protocol you shouldĀ  never have to get a cavity again i mean just likeĀ Ā

play73:10

those natives that dr price found you shouldĀ  never have to get a cavity just imagine thatĀ Ā

play73:15

never being nervous of going to the dentistĀ  again never having to pay for another cavityĀ Ā

play73:20

or dealing with tooth pain or or you know gumĀ  pain so i i'm just so happy to you know make thisĀ Ā

play73:27

available to everyone so go ahead and type in yourĀ  questions um let me see can you get the same in v8Ā Ā

play73:37

uh splash juice juices as fresh juices yeah that'sĀ  a good question some people also ask instead ofĀ Ā

play73:44

juicing can i just make smoothies well the problemĀ  with that is with smoothies and like v8 juices itĀ Ā

play73:53

has a lot of the fiber and it's the fiber thatĀ  fills up your stomach really fast that makes itĀ Ā

play73:58

hard for you to get the amount of nutrients youĀ  need before you get full so juicing it takes allĀ Ā

play74:04

that fiber out so you're just getting the pureĀ  juice and that's how you're able to you knowĀ Ā

play74:08

drink like 10 apples you'd never be able to eatĀ  10 apples because of the fiber but if you did aĀ Ā

play74:13

smoothie of 10 apples i guarantee you wouldn'tĀ  be able to finish that smoothie because it hasĀ Ā

play74:18

the juice and the fiber and that fiber wouldĀ  fill up your stomach and make you really fullĀ Ā

play74:23

and so um you know v8 and stuff like that i'mĀ  sure it helps but when it comes to reversingĀ Ā

play74:30

cavities you know that's a tall order so it's kindĀ  of like you need to go all out you really need to

play74:38

do either juicing or get the nutritional powderĀ  that i've made available there all right um yeahĀ Ā

play74:47

people are saying they don't have a juicer someoneĀ  is talking about using a blender or a magic bulletĀ Ā

play74:53

again you're gonna run into the same problemsĀ  with those because you don't really um you'reĀ Ā

play74:59

retaining the fiber you're not going to get theĀ  amounts of nutrients that you need if you wouldĀ Ā

play75:05

um as opposed to if you had just extracted theĀ  juice all right you guys wishing you all the best
