И 3) как правильно продавать, не только продавать, но и вести переговоры.
И поучимся мы у интересного персонажа, героя сериальчика «Саша Таня» Саша.
Смотрим внимательно после этого разбираем. «Здравствуйте, уважаемые соискатели. Вот
ваши резюме. Мне не важно где вы учились или работали. Мне нужны люди, которые могут быть
в деле здесь и сейчас. Поэтому элементарный тест – продайте мне за минуту вот эту ручку.
- Ну она пишет хорошо. - В магазине такая ручка
стоит 15, я вам за 10 отдам. - Я вообще-то от Виталия
Семеновича. Он вам разве не звонил? - Дрозд большой, роза, арматура, север.
- Что? - Не запомнили? А была бы ручка,
могли бы записать. - А зачем мне
это записывать? - Откуда знаете,
что вам завтра это не пригодится? Гамма 3, лось ходит боком. Ну что? Уже вторая важная информация,
которую вы упускаете? А была бы ручка могли бы записать. Одну секунду. Да, да. Что? Хотите купить
ручку? Минуту. Ну что берете ручку или упускаете шикарную возможность? Вас могут опередить.

с того, что персонаж – человек, который нанимает на работу, руководитель делает такой жест,
он всех приглашает кандидатов и говорит: «Вот ваши резюме.», демонстративно их рвет и говорит:
«Мне не нужно, покажите кто вы на деле». Это очень хороший шаг, это замечательный шаг,
который, во-первых, проверяет. Немножко, конечно в стрессовую ситуацию загоняет людей, потому что
продавцы, менеджеры по продажам, конечно, будут в этой ситуации. Один из манипулятивнейших приемов
монстра, варвара. Я в своей книге «Переговоры с монстрами» об этом говорю, который называется
дестабилизировать человека или же пренебрежение к нему. Это плохой прием. Но здесь он проверяет как
они будут реагировать. Потому что за частую, когда человек вот так поступает или, говорят там: «Ой,
все твои доводы ерунда» он начинает теряться, начинает что-то делать аляпистое, что и делает
большинство кандидатов. Смотрите что остальные начинают делать с этой ручкой, когда он говорит:
«Продайте мне ручку»: кто-то начинает сбрасывать цену, как и многие менеджеры по продажам, кто-то
занимается презентацией, а кто-то начинает искать каких-то там каналы как бы проникнуть. Все мимо,
мимо. Потому что я уже писал об этом ролике можете найти и посмотреть, что, когда вам на
собеседовании говорят: «Продайте ручку» нужно спросить цель. Цель. Что вы хотите выяснить с
помощью этого упражнения? Потому что на самом деле бог его знает, что он хотел, какую цель он
преследовал. Но все остальные на это не обращают внимание, цены скидывают, как и большинство
продавцов. На самом деле друзья ведь большинство продавцов так себя и ведут. Либо начинают сразу
делать не нужные никому презентации, либо сразу сбрасывать цену. Это факт. 0Что же
делает Саша? С одной стороны, мы не понимаем его действия. Он какие-то начинает набор слов делать,
но тут же вызывает какую-то реакцию у своего оппонента. «Что, что? А зачем мне эта информация?»
И что это значит? Закон любой продажи, а Саша должен показать, что он хороший продавец,
это вызвать любопытство. Запомните три слова: любопытство, интерес, контракт. Не важно продажа
или что-то другое. Любопытство, интерес, сделка. Любопытство, интерес, сделка. Вот совершенно точно
Саша это понимает, начинает процесс переговоров. Он вызывает любопытство. Смотрите, с первых же
секунд его оппонент так ошарашен. Зачем мне это? И Саша начинает его дальше как бы «А вдруг вам эта
информация понадобиться?», «А зачем мне она?», «А откуда вы знаете, что она вам не понадобиться?» То
есть он дальше, еще больше углубляется в голову своего оппонента и начинает задавать вопросы,
которые связаны не с выгодой, а с субпотерей. То есть, есть два вида мотивации. Первая мотивация,
которая пользуется среднестатистический переговорщик продавец — это выгоды,
то есть «А вы запишите эту информацию, она может вам понадобиться». Это с точки зрения выгод,
но эта информация плохо усваивается. «А откуда вы знаете, что она вам может не понадобиться?»
Вот это с точки зрения мотивация овчарки сзади. И блестящие продавцы переговорщики
как раз-таки орудуют вот этими терминологиями, вот этим потоком информации, говоря тоже самое,
но откуда вы знаете, что нет? а как вы можете быть уверены, что нет хотя многие тренеры по
переговорам учат этого избегать. Но это посредственные тренеры по переговорам,
а лучшие переговорщики и лучший тренер учат к этому идти, потому что исследования и я об этом
тоже много раз говорил они нам показывают, что 70 % решений в переговорах происходят не из желания
приобрести, а из страха потерять. Поэтому Саша действует абсолютно правильно. И дальше происходит
следующее. Звонок. Это уже имитация подталкивания человека к сделке. Когда он видит, что человек
уже почти готов нужно простимулировать человека к сделке. Для этого применяем законы влияния,
которые описал Роберт Чалдини. И один из этих законов влияния — это ограничение или принцип
дефицита, который и применил Александр. Вообщем берите пример. Это действительно,
да, это гротеск, это фил, но помните, что умный человек это тот, который может из таких
