thing there's a lot of kind of trads on

Reddit about this and a lot of people

are getting this all at the same time so

I think it could be either a glitch but

another situation for this to happen in

as well if you're using anyon of Chrome

or Firefox extensions that enables you

to download photos and videos and

stories from Instagram as well so for

example your favorite celebrities on

Instagram um he or she just posted up a

couple of videos and a couple of photos

and stories and you say wow this looks

cool I want to download this and you

download about all 20 of them and then

all of a sudden Instagram is going to

detect that hey there's some kind of

suspected um suspicious activity coming

from your account right there because

these extensions require you to give

permission to them extensions to access

Instagram server for you to download

them so if you're kind of very worried

right there change your password I would

recommend anyway change your password

every so often on Instagram same as

Facebook and all right so if you're

using these extensions and you've remove

them from chrome or Firefox right but

you want to make sure as well that your

Instagram is safe from these extensions

open up the app on your phone right so

up your iPhone app Instagram iPhone app

go into your settings and activity I

want you to go into the top one that's

says account Center as well from here

then you want to go down to password and

completely weird just completely log out

logged into the iPhone 11 Pro Max right

me but if you see something very very

suspicious there like another you've

never been there but you see something

there as well that could be a very well

could be the extension because like I

mentioned these extensions do require

your permission to actually access

Instagram you will also notice as well

on the web version if you got this

would have actually be called is a

scraping warning challenge as well which

just basically means you're scraping

data from Instagram server which you're

not supposed to be doing and Instagram

has it detected that you just done that

doing like 10 20 photos from an

Instagram account you're downloading

you're actually scraping those photos

and videos from Instagram server and

they don't want you doing that log out

of every single thing there that you do

not know and don't trust and just remove

these extensions plugins whatever you

like to call them just be very careful

you know like you download a mass like

50 photos in one minute or something

you're going to get hit with a ban cuz

whatever you I still Twitter to me but

um yeah a couple of people did say that

they did use a lot of odd plugins and

extensions to download stories and

within an hour they hit with a little

message like this and as soon as they

came back again so it could even be just

a two of them it could be Instagram is

glitched and also the extensions are

causing this at the same time as well

meta there is no way to actually reach

out to meta and say hey I just got

banned on Instagram can you please

recover my account I got wrongly

disabled or anything like that they

won't reply back to you you know like

I've done videos like this previously

years ago you know like my Instagram and

got disabled so many times and I was

shocked to read so many people in the

comments saying it happened to me too

and even people are still commenting on

those old videos saying this is happened

to me right now and it just kind of

shocks me to this date in 2024 it's

still happening and they haven't fixed

that and I've seen the worry in some

people as well they're saying I have a

business on Instagram my work account is

Instagram I have all my you know

whatever items are set or anything like

that as well and they got a message like

this and they're scared I I look I I I'm

with you I if I had a business and I got

worried in case what happens now if my

business account just get FY disabled
