um I can barely see you I've had to stay
home today uh or at the motel so I Ed a
bit too much data yesterday um doing the
Mind Over Matter course so yeah so I
have some data left at the end of the
month um I've decided just to use the
the Wi-Fi so here we are so it's not so
cold today thank goodness um okay so I
can barely see you guys because the
reflection of my jumper which was stupid
to wear a light color jumper so we'll do
the best we can it's always one
challenge after another so and my
apologies for wearing a hat if I don't
wear a hat I can't see anything so here
we go all right so a couple of you sent
suggestions as to what we should talk
about or you know some things to talk
about today is all about you guys uh so
we've got a few things which is
fantastic um so we'll go through them
and we'll do the same in this Workshop
as every other one we'll do 1 hour and
then we'll have a 5 minute break and
then we'll do another hour uh that's so
you can go to the toilet so you can
do whatever check on kids or check
emails whatever get a cup of tea coffee
drink breakfast lunch dinner whatever
okay and then um then we'll do the
second hour I don't know if I'm going to
do any more of these workshops after um
we'll just have to see how we go um the
Mind Over met course has really uh gone
off with over four nearly 4 and a half
thousand people so um we'll just we'll
just wait and see and see what happens
So Okay so we've got a few things I'm
going to go through them just one by one
okay and after each topic I'll stop and
if you've got any questions write them
down or comment the questions and I will
um I'll answer them now remember for all

so okay first thing I want to go through
is becoming okay with your body
okay now I also want to go through
healing trauma okay but in order to get
through the trauma you need to be okay
with your body you need to understand
where where that's coming from first
okay so how do we become okay with our
body or rather what is it about our body
that we don't like many things many many
things we're so conditioned to look at
the look at the you know Society way of
dealing with the the human body and our
own perception about it and it's really
hard to get out of that programming and
we see every little dimple every little
bit of cellulite every line every scar
every you name it as something that
needs to be hidden or something to be
ashamed or embarrassed about when in
fact it's the absolute opposite remember
your spirit chose your your physical
vessel your spirit chose your body and
it's just like you going to a carard and
choosing the car that you love um your
spirit chose your your body for for what
it wants to experience and how it wants
to experience it and it's the mind it's
the job of the physical mind to become
okay with it and to accept it as um you
know as your vessel for transportation
for experience of physical life so it's
it's really important that we understand
that our body is a work of art it is
it's it's been created by God you by
Source you know so it's really really
important to to be okay with every part
of your body and that includes uh
illnesses disease injuries missing limbs
missing body parts extra body parts you
know and everything of the everything of
the above and the main important thing
is it doesn't matter your size your
shape um for women it's it's literally
the body shape um and and all of that
and for men it's more of
the the the mass masculine dingdong
shape I
believe so you know it's about accepting
and loving what you have and how do we
do that well we do that by getting away
from what society and mainstream tells
us you know the magazines and and social
and media not so much social media but
media is really bad for showing you what
you should be looking like you know the
beautiful stick thin stick thin models
and you know the men with the big the
big muscles and sculpted bodies and it's
not like that at all it really isn't how
you perceive your body is is an internal
thing it doesn't matter if you're 300
kilos it doesn't matter if you're your
40 kilos how you see your body and how
you look after it and view it and love
it it doesn't matter what it's like it
matters how you feel about it and when
we start working on um loving elves we
really need to look in the mirror and
figure out okay I don't like that about
myself but wait there's five things that
I do like about myself okay so for every
one thing that you don't like you you
really need to be looking at five things
that you do like and understand that if
you have
scars that's that's um that's testimony
of life if you have cellulite if you
have a big belly from giving from giving
worth if you have a weak bladder if you
have scars on your legs from surgeries
and all love them because they tell a
story they really do tell a story and
it's really important to allow that
story to be told and to accept your
story um this is a really really
important thing is learning
acknowledging and accepting that your
body is there as a vessel and that
vessel goes through an experience called
life and that life tells the
story okay so when you're looking at um
loving yourself you need to love your
journey and we all have really bad
Journeys and some more than others I
know I haven't like my journey at all
not at least the last 23 years has been
living hell but at the same time I look
back on that journey and I have the I
have the scars I have the battle wounds
I have the
you know the physical dimples and and
everything um to say to you know to say
I have lived life I haven't just lived
under under an umbrella and and sat on
my backside and and you know stayed safe
all my life I've actually lived it and
my body tells that story if you really
look at your your own body you will see
the story within it and this is
something that it's really important to
do is to really love the story really
love the story because
if you
can enjoy the story of your physical
life as in your physical
body you become more confident within
yourself and when you come more
confident within yourself you gain
something that not that many people have
and that is a superpower that
selfconfidence from within that ability
to stand tall and
proud regardless of what Society tells
you regardless of all the magazines
being thrown in your face regardless of
everything else if you can have that
confidence within yourself within your
physical body you are on you are
unstoppable you really and truly are
there's nothing that you won't be able
to do because if you can break away from
what Society tells you your body should
look like then the world is yours the
universe is yours you know nothing
nothing nothing will hold you back
except your own beliefs and it's your
own beliefs about your body that usually
creates the lack of confidence the lack
of self self-esteem and therefore the
lack of power um you diminish your power
by not being comfortable within your own
skin so how do you how do you do this
how do you start to love and accept
every part of you
simple which is very difficult for some
incredibly difficult for some this is
where we need to start changing the
beliefs
so I don't suggest it I have tried it I
don't suggest it um I I do suggest it
yes okay I will suggest S suggest it I
can't talk um I will suggest it and
spirit suggest it all the time most most
readings I do Spirit suggests this and
for men and women equally is start to
sleep naked or take one piece of
clothing off at a time um if you you're
really struggling then instead of
getting uh Dressed straight after a
shower you know leave your clothes out
in the bathroom if you live if you have
a non-sweet you know leave your leave
your clothes out in the bedroom and um
or don't even get your clothes ready you
know walk around um in your natural skin
getting your clothes ready and and same
of the morning like if you have a shower
uh put your makeup on before getting
dressed you know spend as much time in
your own skin as as you possibly can and
when you're home alone or if you're with
your partner and your partner's fine
with it you know spend as much time in
your own skin as you possibly can
because what this does is this creates
a a feeling of Natural Freedom a feeling
of self-expression because you're
becoming more authentic and as you're
doing this you're actually learning to
and practicing and loving yourself
accepting yourself when you accept
yourself you can love yourself when you
can love yourself you have your
superpower okay so just take one piece
off at a time um and you'll find it so
so rewarding and freeing and
self-empowering I know one lady
who pardon me she
um she's quite an older lady now but her
her and her partner uh you know used to
walk around the house naked from the you
know when the kids were born and um the
kids are grown adults now and she said
not one of those children ever had any
kind of body issues or never judged
another person on their body they were
so natural and complete within
themselves that they saw the human body
as the most beautiful work of art
because they had that they didn't have
that um they didn't have that social
conditioning where you had to cover
everything up okay and it's
really it's really
self-empowering you know and she said
that her kids used to as soon as they
come home from school you know take
everything off and and go swimming in
the pool and nobody thought anything
about it and it was
absolutely um you know total freeing and
soul enriching that's what she said Soul
enriching to do this so once you start
doing that and you start accepting your
body for what it is you love your body
and then you can start healing
everything else about it okay now when I
say love your body I also mean to love
the illnesses disease disease um
injuries missing parts Etc swimming
naked is also a fantastic way you know
go skinny dipping especially in a river
or the beach or something um you know in
a pool is fine but if you can get into a
natural water source um that's even
better meditating in nature naked as
well wow how empowering is that it's
like to be completely confident and
comfortable in in nature um in a
meditative State it's wow your senses
are heightened by
10,000% um and try meditating in your
room naked
um it it's really it's EMP it is
self-empowering and when you can do that
you can overcome anything okay um okay
so we move on to Healing
trauma okay so I I'll just go on to tr
healing trauma because this
is I'm just reading my
book yeah healing trauma is um is pretty
much connected with loving yourself okay
um everything's connected but I'll I'll
add these two together okay so once you
once you can be okay with your body and
what your body is going
through then you can start to look at
different parts of your life um
especially especially tra emotional
traa leads to um physical healing on
some level okay the emotional and mental
trauma is what lingers and that can stay
an entire lifetime that is the hardest
to um to overcome and this is where
Counseling psychology psychiatrists
really don't
have really don't have
um a great understanding um because they
only have half the story
so when you when you're looking at
trauma you have to look at what happened
you don't really have to understand why
it happened okay because a lot of the
time especially from the spiritual
perspective why it happened doesn't even
matter it's because it's the choice of
the spirit as to why it happened it is
the job of your physical mind to deal
with what has happened rather than
understanding why it happened sometimes
it can help to understand why it
happened But ultimately it's what has
happened and therefore what can you do
to move
forward okay so I'll use myself for an
example okay I always use myself as an
example cuz it's easier to relate to um
so I had a very serious horse riding
accident uh 23 years ago in
1999 and um I my heart stopped for 3
minutes you know I was clinically dead
for 3 minutes um I SM mashed my shoulder
into absolute smithin it was in my
shoulder blade was in 50 different
pieces uh they saw about 65 cracks
different cracks in my shoulder blade so
it was it's still not great there's
still a gaping hole in it um you know
but it was extremely
traumatic uh for not only myself but my
my family as well so that was okay that
was all right I dealt with that I was a
little bit you know apprehensive about
getting back on a horse and then uh 4
months later um I was riding a racehorse
and the trainer told me it was broken in
it wasn't I didn't know that and the
horse got a fright and threw me off and
the the body protector I was wearing
sliced straight through my collarbone
and straight through my ribs and damaged
a whole lot of stuff and it was
extremely severe injury and that started
to that started the Catalyst of my 10e
of excruciating pain and um and
depression and you name it a whole lot
of other stuff now if that if that first
trauma had not happened the first riding
accident I would have been able to
handle the second one better but because
they were within 4 months of each
other um it was extremely fresh and it
was something that is not easy to
overcome I understand now why it
happened um to teach me about pain and
what it feels like and what suicide
feels like what being on the other side
with a new death experience feels like
um and how I can help and guide others
through their pain and Trauma so I had
to go through that for what is coming
and what I do now if I didn't go through
that I wouldn't have the
understanding of of what it is and how
to deal with it so there's the reason
that I had those traumas and and
experiences I wish it didn't go for 10
long very very long years but it's you
know it's something
that we do need time to get over and
when we can look at things from a higher
perspective it makes it much easier to
understand and to deal with okay so I I
Now understand why it happened but at
the time it was like I just want to die
every day you know every minute every
day I begged God to take me cuz I
couldn't stand it anymore and I didn't
have the courage to do it myself even
though I made a few measly attempts at
it I didn't manage it I'm not that brave
I'm brave to gallop horses down a racet
track and over 6 60 K an hour over 4T
Longs but I'm not brave enough
really go to even though I think for it
and some days I that my wish had come
true but you know it it is something
that you
really when you understand it it's
easier it's easier because knowing
why you can get through the day because
you look at it from a different
perspective now even if you don't know
the reason yet and you will know the
reason one day it will it will be
revealed to you why you've had to go
through the trauma um to get you where
you
are even if you don't know the reason
yet you can still look at it from a
different perspective you can still say
Okay that was Bloody hard and I hated
every second of it I wish it didn't
happen blah blah blah but it did happen
it is happening what can I do with it
how can I how can I deal with it now and
how we can deal with with that now is by
looking at it in a different way so we
think we always think as victims why me
why did this happen why is it why is it
happening why am I sick all the time why
why am I
homeless why am I homeless I've been
asking myself that a lot lately the last
14
months but at the end of the day it
doesn't matter really
why it matters what am I going to do
with it so I I can use my
experience from lifethreatening
depression and chronic physical pain to
inspire others I can use it for positive
I can use my situation of being homeless
to show the world that not all homeless
people are drug addicts and bums that
live on the side of the
street and I know that's disrespectful
but I'm coming from a perspective of
what Society from but that person is not
worth it that that person is homeless oh
they must be a
drunk I'm not a drunk I've never drank a
day in my life I've never taken GR in my
life except for
p i' I've never scamed anybody I've
never lied to anybody I own my own
so I'm using my homeless to show that to
the
world
the the um
the label that homeless people have is
not
true is not true I don't know why the
sound keeps going off I don't
know cuz I'm on everything I should be
so I'm not
sure okay I don't know we'll just have
to work with with it and see how we go
um if it keeps keeps going off I will
stop and we will we will start again
okay we will end the video and then do
it again not do the whole thing again
just kick off where we left yeah you
know what I mean okay
so um yeah so you can really um you can
really use your situation for good to
inspire others and if you don't want to
inspire others you
can
speak okay how's all right I'll try it
this way if you don't want to inspire
others you can Inspire yourself you know
use use your situation to inspire
yourself and say
okay I'm in pain all the
time all right I know it's trying to
teach me something but I'm I don't know
what it's trying to teach me that's okay
I'm in pain today so I will
look no I'm not blocking
anything I don't have my hands anywhere
near the mic
um but I don't
know um I'll okay I can look at my pain
today it's really really bad today um
but what can I do today to to make it
better all right I'm going to finish
this all right we will stop the video
and we will pick it back up okay so I'll
end it now and then I'll start another
one and I'll put part two and then the
second half will be part three okay so
