Transcripts
I get asked this question every single
day and it usually isn't in the form of
a question it usually is in the form of
a hate comment a naysayer type of
message DM email these people are coming
at me saying that what I am spreading
and sharing about the carnivore diet is
harmful dangerous misinformation and
it's dangerous to People's Health okay
so this is the question that inspired me
to really want to sit down I actually
get it every single day these people
truly believe that I'm lying that I'm
straight up lying on the internet let me
just show you the typical type of
message that I get there is no way she
is pooping with zero fiber she's
definitely lying it's been 5 and a half
years of eating nothing but fatty meat
butter eggs some seafood here and there
some pasturised chicken here and there
and some pasturised fatty pork belly
here and there when it comes to pooping
in particular because it is such a
popular topic and a shocking
thing I just poop less I definitely
don't poop every day but to most people
that's a concern they're going to say oh
my gosh you don't poop every day pooping
every day first thing in the morning is
the ultimate sign of health and good
digestion think again okay because once
you enter carnivore it's upside down
world everything you kind of have to
unlearn and relearn and it's very much
backwards I thought that my whole life
but yet now that I reflect when I was
pooping every single day every single
morning I actually still had bloat I
actually still had tons of stinky gas
sorry if it's TMI when I was vegan for 6
years oh my gosh the poops first thing
in the morning were brutal okay there
was a lot that came out yet after going
number two I still had that chronic
bloat that Buddha belly I still felt
very insecure about my midsection right
now I just ate 12 eggs as a snack I'm
going to have dinner soon I get to eat
as much as I want yet I don't have any
bloat like where is the bloat I just
want to understand how I ate so healthy
and so clean and even calorie restricted
and Portion controlled yet I still
looked like a Buddha I see so many young
women make themselves suffer punish
themselves by force fasting after they
binge you create this brutal vicious
cycle of eating so much junk food
creating this cycle of feeling this
shame and guilt and forcing yourself to
fast or just straight up starving
yourself because you feel so bad yet you
still want to look good and that's
because we're just not eating the right
Foods I've walked it through my own
teenage years in my early 20s I'm now 27
years young I just want to help as many
women as possible out there of all ages
it's never too late to turn your life
around and to get healthy look fit feel
amazing but especially for my young
women who are struggling with their
weight their self-esteem their um looks
their skin their body image the best and
first place you should start is think
about what you're eating right now I
poop two times a week twice a week is
the maximum amount of times that I
personally go number two on the regular
when I'm having fatty breed meat my
butter my eggs and as much as I want to
eat with these Foods I only poop twice a
week and this says so much when I'm
pooping only two times a week and I'm
eating as much as I want and and my
belly is flat then it just goes to show
that pretty much everything that I'm
feeding my body and eating is fully
digested fully absorbed meat and animal
foods are simply the most bioavailable
Foods on the planet so when you think
about it and you connect the dots like
that clearly the food is going somewhere
great and that is healing hormones
giving you phenomenal energy giving you
the ambition and drive that you need to
achieve whatever you want to achieve in
your life so at this Point 5 and a half
years in it's just effortless I eat the
right Foods I feel amazing I eat the
right Foods I have the energy I want to
move my body the way that I enjoy
unfortunately I would say like 99% of
the population just don't get it so I'd
love to hear your thoughts firstly how
many times do you go number two per week
and what are your thoughts regarding
needing to have fiber in order to have
good digestion SL perfect poops because
I'm fiber free my poops are smooth as
butter okay when I say that phrase on
social media it makes the internet go
crazy they lose their mind when I when I
say my poops are smooth as butter
they're perfect poops but they really
are smooth as butter as in I've never
constipated this might be to TMI but the
poops are just literally they just slide
right out and there's minimal smell
which is incredible and when I
clean up it's just nothing to clean up
it's just so clean so effortless don't
have to waste toilet paper either so
many bonuses and Pros to this type of
Lifestyle like I can go on and on on my
Instagram I submitted like a Q&A
submission just about an hour ago I'm
already getting tons of questions so I
can sit down and film plenty of videos
and Tackle all of these candid questions
let's just choose another random one I'm
just going to randomly stop my finger
ooh oo I haven't had a period in 7
months could carnivore help I suffered
with no period for 2 years and this
happened year five and six of being
vegan I was vegan for a total of six
years straight literally the only thing
that I did to bring back my period was
to go carnivore now specifically
high-fat carnivore do you have to go
high-fat carnivore I don't think you
have to I think what's more important is
you start carnivore the way that is
sustainable and enjoyable more than
anything else how you approach get
yourself into this carnivore lifestyle
is going to be very very crucial to how
long term you can stick to it and to
your success down the line the last
thing that I want to see you go in
thinking you have to do lion diet or
only red meat salt and water and you
cold turkey cutout Stevia diet pop
alcohol everything that you enjoy in
your daily life first day you're like oh
this is easy second day you're like I'm
starting to get tired of meat third day
you just burn out and you're like this
sucks I don't want to do this and
carnivore is not right for me so I don't
ever want to see anyone go through that
type of progression which is quite
inevitable if you choose to start way
too strict so I think more than anything
start the way that is enjoyable and
doable and then down the line I do
recommend women especially young women
without a cycle and with wrecked
hormones to start experimenting and
incorporating a very high fat Carnivor
approach now on the topic of starting a
carnivore diet electrolyte imbalance is
a very common thing that happens for a
lot of carnivores even people who
transition from keto to carnivore it is
common to have electrolyte imbalance
most carnivores resolve their issues
with a high quality electrolyte
supplement this is the one that I
personally recommend all carnivores to
take it is the brand element
specifically this colored box it's like
a teal colored and the label is raw
unflavored only has the three
ingredients that our body needs sodium
potassium and magnesium no Stevia
nothing else here's what the little raw
unflavored packets look like they're
very nice and small you can just throw
it in your gym bag work bag travel bag
anything really it's so easy to travel
with or in whatever beverage you're
drinking drink it down and you're good
to go you all can get a free sample pack
like this and it does include the raw
unflavored sample in here with any
purchase if you go to the URL shown on
the screen drink element.com
SBG I at least a full stick of butter
let me show you one stick in the US is
exactly eight tablespoons and that's
exactly half a cup of full fat full
animal fat of butter okay this one is by
tbook it's the only one that I can find
here in Montana
unsalted I like unsalted just because
it's delicious and it makes me feel my
best I scarf it down at least one of
these every single day when I first
started carnivore five and a half years
ago some days though
um I would eat two full sticks of butter
and back then I actually didn't know who
Dr Elizabeth brigh was but apparently
when I figured out who she was she's
like the go-to women's carnivore doctor
and guess what she recommends a stick of
butter a day a very high fat carnivore
approach specifically for women who need
to regulate their hormones their thyroid
and to lower their cortisol so no wonder
no wonder I brought back my period
within just months of eating the way
that I did which was very high fat
carnival at that time I was so
malnourished from six years of a vegan
diet and I was ravenous I literally felt
like my appetite was a bottomless pit
like I could just never stop eating and
I just never stopped eating I challenged
myself to just eat until I finally felt
like that bottomless pit finally reached
that bottom of that pit and um it took 5
lounds of meat plus a full stick of
butter at least so I honored my Hunger I
know it sounds ridiculous that's how I
brought back my period okay any female
who's trying to regulate her hormones
bring back her period um have that
painless cycle I really recommend you
guys try out high fat carnivore approach
if you guys want a video dedicated to
how I do my high fat approach comment it
down below I'm happy to just sit down
and share it all by the way I am in
Montana hence the different background
and I am in a tiny home so if you don't
know what a tiny home is a tiny home is
a home that is
Tiny and we're on our way to arrive at
Todd the carnivore Cur Hometown Boseman
Montana he does an epic Fourth of July
fireworks show so we're trying to catch
that and hang out with Todd
