to deliver you your whole listic guide

to our very first limited character in

zela zone zero as of July the 4th the

game has been released on iOS Android

and PC so make sure to jump into the

check the time stamps for specific

sections you're looking for also you'll

need to unfortunately ignore a ton of

guides that came out before the game

started because with the launch of the

game came new changes and additions

don't worry this video is up to date she

is one of the more difficult characters

to run but if you can learn and apply

everything in this video she'll be

calling you goo S Ellen Joe's main stick

is that she is an infusion eyes user for

genjin players think aaka but the way in

which Ellen will Infuse her weapons is

through gaining stacks of flash freeze

indicated by her Frozen Lance and once

you at least have one stack of flash

freeze her next basic attack rotation

will be a three hit combo dealing 80%

more in ice damage that will also end up

shooting you behind the enemy in a small

Dash a very cheeky Tech you can do here

is to continuously tap or I suggest

holding down the basic attack button at

the end of the chain and it will cause

the unit to extend the duration of her

last hit sweet we're already learning

some fun stuff already next is the dash

and this is where Ellen gets a ton of

cool abilities so listen up much like

every other character each agent can

Dash however Ellen Joe is no civilian

level Dasher when she is in the flash

free state she'll actually consume a

stack of flash freeze if you were to

perform a dash this will dish out the

Arctic Ambush attack that looks fire or

should I say ice as she Chomps with a

crazy scissor attack and actually gains

back a stack of flash freeze after

allowing you to dish out the basic

attack combo mentioned earlier but wait

there's more there are two versions to

this Dash attack the Press version and

the hold version the hold version will

be somewhat of a charge attack yet it

will deal larger damage not only will

this reward you with more damage but you

also gain three points to use for flash

freeze attacks and if the enemy is

frozen it will trigger shatter the

anomaly effect of ice types if you think

you might be in trouble as you become a

literal sitting shark don't worry as the

resistance to Interruption increases and

there is a 40% damage mitigation which

also after learning about enemy attack

patterns you can play around the enemy's

rotations and the openings they give you

before we go over the other two skills

It is Well to note that the Dodge covers

three different actions quick assist

defensive assist and thus leading into

assist followup the big two attacks are

the quick assist which is in

demonstration you have Saku leading you

into a quick assist here this not only

allows you to combo directly into Ellen

after but the difference lies in that

you actually will proc an instance of

Dash attack Arctic Ambush leading you to

gain yet another point of flash freeze

and the defensive assist leading into

the assist followup is nothing

necessarily special and most characters

can perform these two actions lastly we

have the special and ultimate the

special is called cult drift and we'll

do a quick tail swipe dealing ice damage

all right though hold up you said that

you weren't going to let us touch your

tail touch my

tail but you're wagging it to the Ops

that's crazy anyways the enhanced or X

special attack is called the tail swipe

and as you've learned from my intro to

zzz guide which y'all should have

checked out by now tail swipe will

perform a large scaled hit by almost up

to 700% damage multiplier at level 10

and of course as you would guess she

also gains a stack of a flash freeze

leading her to swipe and then most

likely hitting a basic or Dash infused

attack combo and the finale her ultimate

the insane shark dive bomb called

endless winter this attack is absolutely

ferocious and when your decible rating

is maxed you won't want to wait as

you'll be hitting your opponents with an

icicle crash dealing upwards of

3,5 100% at Max skill level wa as all

can tell from this breakdown so far the

line to follow is Dodge skill or just

gain the stacks of flash freeze then

you'll have the go-ahead to hit enemies

with your flash freeze combo this is the

first knowledge level complete and we'll

mention the core skills extra passes and

more down the road when we get to the

applications during combat breakdown

second let's go with her build she is

quite easy as most attack character

types are but don't let that fool you

into thinking she'll be easy no no

firstly let's take a look at the end

game what we'll be wanting to build as

we get further access to drive discs

again again if you don't have a great

understanding of Drive discs please

refer to my intro zzz guide in the

description or in the video above as a

lot of the information will be going

over your head and I don't want you

wasting your time so let's get back to

the meat potatoes and omu rice as we'll

be stacking Ellen Joe with a nice 42

Drive dis combo most folks will

inherently gravitate towards the polar

metal this drive dis two set will

increase ice damage and at fouret bonus

will increase the damage of basic and

dash attacks wait aren't those the same

attacks that get infused with the flash

freeze well Jimbo you're picking up

quick this set is quite ideal to Ellen's

play style and when enemies are frozen

or shattered you'll get this buff

increased up to 56 in total that will

last for 12 seconds and hey would you

look at that if you have a full stack of

three flash freezes it'll fit right into

the 12C window nicely another great set

that might be used is the Woodpecker

increasing your crit rate for two set

bonus and triggering crits will increase

attack percent by 9% for 6 seconds not

the greatest in alignment with Len Joe

since you'll need to confirm that you're

getting consistent crits which is very

hard for early and mid game so be wary

in my opinion the best way to go about

this is to farm two two and two two ice

two woodpecker for crit and a two random

attack piece set until we receive a nice

foret of the Polar metal oh and I forgot

to mention the specific main stats 1 2

and three main stats are already

dictated for HP attack and defense

respectively the fourth slot will be

most likely your crit damage since Ellen

Joe can produce crit rate through

passives ice damage bonus on slot five

and Slot six will be your impact there

are some who will say just go attack

honestly that isn't too big of a

difference although impact will do you

much better prioritize attack and crit

damage in your substats and anomaly

Mastery and crit rate as secondary then

let's move on to weapons her greatest

option is the signature W engine that

she comes with the deep sea visitor this

Jaws at a ball will grant Ellen Joe a

whopping 700 13 base attack with 24%

crit rate at the top and if you're

coming from genjin or HSR you know how

valuable crit stats on your DPS can be

next options are the riot suppressor

Mark 6 a generalized standard W engine

then down to a tiers are the Starlet

engine and f2p butg your options are the

plan Luna and Novi Luna personally this

signature does a ton to get elen Joo off

the ground and if I were to say either

F1 or a copy of the weapon I personally

would go for the weapon and good thing

too cuz there's only one limited item

instead of two like genjin if you

consider the bonuses you get for both

yes you can go into two full rotations

with six Stacks but just know that

you're also getting 12% crit rate from

F1 versus the 24 you could be getting

from the weapon and you also get the

bonuses that align perfectly with the

single rotation but again this also

depends on your team composition and

insistence of play style lastly let's go

over combat

breakdown firstly here we are showcasing

one of Ellen Joe's best comps upon

launch we have Von lyen Saku and Ellen

Joe if you are running this team make

sure to have Saku before Ellen Joe in

the rotation as you'll be wanting to

proc quick assists with Ellen Joe Versus

Von lyen first we'll start off with

Ellen's initiate the dash combo you want

to dash into a full Sprint this allowing

El Joe to gain momentum and then lunge

at your opponents with the dash attack

Arctic Ambush after using Arctic Ambush

you should most likely have your ex

special this combo will not work without

it so be mindful the dash into special

will proc the core passive sharp tooth

which will increase crit damage of the

skill by 100% big increases here use

your special skill once then hit it

again to perform a second strike the

second hit will proc the second stack of

flash freeze and most likely after

you'll have two or even having parried

get three stacks from here you'll be

wanting to wail at your opponent's get

get it whales cuz like like whales and

and sharks like like a whale shark

anyways these multiple attacks will also

stack the passive Rising Storm from the

core passive that will increase Ellen's

damage up to 30% with 3% for 10 hits

this basically suggests that you should

be wanting to gain Three Stacks then

when using flash freeze three times

swiftly moving into endless winter her

big burst this would result in ice

damage as you've built up all your Buffs

and stacks for this moment then let's

head into some combo scenarios one of

the big things to note is that with

combos boss enemies allow for three

combos whereas weaker enemies will only

allow two this means you'll have to

adjust your rotations per the scenario

with a smaller enemy or mob group I

suggest starting with Ellen Joe and then

defense parrying with Von lyen because

he is a stunn character paries tend to

give more opportunities to generate

Combos and with a character who

literally specializes in stuns he is our

guide to rotate into first then sokaku

will be our second assist and yes you

would think we'd run out of combos here

but recall me telling you putting Ellen

Joe after well this will lead directly

into Ellen Joe's Quick attack then Dash

attack leading her to flash freeze

attack combo just make sure if you want

full damage to set up the flag with

sokaku first as she basically is the ice

version of Bennett gifting her attack

bonus to the next rotated character

which is in this case of course our

shark made larger combos will

potentially consist of Von lyen into

Saku into Bang buo into eleno we haven't

me mention much about the bang buo but

its role is crucial to additive damage

see the bang bu shark Buu deals ice

damage additionally adding onto the

anomaly then with its passive it will

increase anomaly buildup by a

significant amount leading you to almost

guaranteed freeze in the shatter with

Ellen Joe and then starting the buildup

of days again with Von lyen there are a

few more decisions you'll have to make

as cutting off certain combos in favor

of sustain and or determining

alternative rotations based on potential

enemy threats but as far as the best

team this is a clear example of Ellen

Joe in her element lastly let's go over

the mindscape cinema and which focuses

or constellations you should be eyeing

the first focus is glacial Omen this

hasn't changed in description since cbt3

and will still Grant the full Three

Stacks while tapping and six stacks of

the hold from Arctic freeze as well as

granting her a total 12% crit rate at

Max potential her F2 will allow her to

follow up the flash freeze attack with

an ex special with extra crit damage but

more importantly this allows for a

longer chain of her Combos and thus

leading to a faster stacks and refreshes

F4 allows Ellen to gain six stacks of

flash freeze after a freeze or stun of

an enemy actually kind of insane and

recover four energy for decb and for F6

it'll give her pen ratio increases 20%

each for three stacks of special chains

and gains of Quick Charge and then with

the extra stack of feast begins you'll

consume the Stacks to deal extra damage

with a charge Dash attack the beginning

attack of your new rotation to end this

video I'll just say that Ellen May

technically be quite difficult but this

video should have broken down a few of

her best rotations shown you her best

build and giving you all the information

on behind the scene's Buffs and passives

that you'll need to consider if you want
