much easier it was so much faster and
also it's something that I believe can
be scaled to wherever you want to take

much opportunity from this latest client
acquisition that I just really want to

thinking this sounds too good to be true
but what did I do
exactly I tapped in to my existing
Network now chances are you would have
heard something like this already it
really is something that goes around all
the time particularly in the business
space but
honestly this whole experience has just
reaffirmed this to me now why does it
work so well and why should you try and
tap into your existing Network well
firstly these people business owners or
people anyone who provides a service
they are already aware of you and that
may sound entirely obvious but that is
worth its weight in go gold you don't
need to go through the relationship
building process now if you just think
about your own life you think about the
email well the sheer number of emails
you receive perhaps even the cold you
receive how many of them do you actually
entertain I'm I would have thought it is
an absolute bare minimum at least it is
for me and I'm in the game of cold cold
emailing cold calling cold Outreach VI
LinkedIn you know I in that game and
even I do not entertain these kind of
calls having someone who's already aware
of you is honestly is an absolute breath
of fresh air you don't need to go
through that entire process of building
a relation ship with them you already
have it in place there is inherent trust
and that is absolutely
invaluable this one is really important
as well every conversation you have will
be more natural casual and enjoyable you
know it can be you can you can start
this you don't have to go for the cell
cell straight away but you probably
could because you have that relationship
with them chances are they already know
what you do and if they don't know what
you do then that is something that maybe
you need to start changing you need to
start getting the word out have a
15w high level summary of what you do so
when somebody asks you what do you do
you can you can respond and be like I
help local businesses generate more
leads and sales bang people become aware
of you you get a reputation and people
will start seeking your help it's
also it is a faster sell usually Rank
and rank clients you're going through
multiple calls on boarding calls you
know you're back and forth the whole
thing can take a long time as I
mentioned at the top of this video could
be L you could be setting them leads up
front you know say month two month three
it might not be by month eight by month
nine you start to be able to even
suggest that you move to a rental model
so it can take so much longer this is a
considerably faster sale and you don't
need to convince people because you have
that inherent trust and also it is so
much more enjoyable you have you can
have face to face interactions it's not
all online it's not all faceless it
actually it makes you feel like you're
running a real business and that you are
helping local businesses as well it
feels so much less about you and more
about others and that gives you such a
uh greater sense of purpose and I've
touched upon that in a second so this is
why you should try it absolutely no
upfront costs you don't have to build a
site first you know it all kind of stems
off of those conversations you will save
countless hours of time because you
don't have again you don't have to build
that site you don't have to wait for all
the SEO to take an impact you don't have
to wait for the sandbox effect etc for
that site to rank and then to start
reaching out to clients of course you
can always go down the the other route
where you contact business owners first
but then you don't have anything to uh
pitch to them you don't have any you
know the reason why we usually build
sites first and then provide leads is
because it's an entry without that you
don't really have much value to offer
them
but by tapping into your existing
Network you are
essentially you are essentially selling
before you have to do anything so it
kind of is the rent then rank in essence
but you don't have to do Google ads you
don't have to do paid advertising at all
you don't have to do anything online to
get you leads you just have to get their
buying which as I've said already is a
much easier sale it's also honestly it's
so much more natural casual and
enjoyable you know what it's like when
you up a a business owner you you you
you you have a script in front of you
you feel like you can't deviate from the
script you feel so much pressure in that
conversation you want to be professional
you just don't really feel like you can
be yourself in these conversations you
can say whatever you want you can you
can be honest you can be upfront and
that honestly makes the whole thing so
much easier and I also think it makes
the cell easier too I've touched upon
this already also seriously this honest
I cannot stress this enough it makes
this business not just about money now
once you start earning enough with Rank
and ren to cover your bills have a bit
on top to enjoy life honestly you get to
a point and you think what am I do is
this really worth it is this what life
has to offer me this actually gives the
business Rank and rent this gives Rank
and rent meaning and purpose you feel
like you're actually helping people and
businesses and that is where the true
value of this of rank and rent lies in
my opinion okay and then lastly and this
cannot be underestimated either I spell
that wrong this is exactly what I'm why
I'm tapping into this right now and why
I feel this is such a good opportunity
and it's the referral effect if you do
an amazing job with someone you work
with they will talk to others and if
they talk to others and say oh you know
you know let's just say it's a it's a
particular type of business they do they
start increasing leads by 200% you know
maybe maybe they work with other
companies is you know when they say oh
how did you get this job or or you know
how's things going they're going to be
in a much more upbeat mood they're going
to say you know doing really really well
you're going to come into the
conversation at some point if anybody
ever asks them you know how did you how
did you build your online presence
they're going to refer back to you and
in that way you can scale indefinitely
and that at that point it's all
marketing without you having to do it
yourself this is how big real solid big
businesses work it's not just about the
marketing that you put out it's not
about the out Outreach it's what comes
onto your plate if you like so the

this particular uh approach I can't
