name is Maya in today's video I'm really
excited for it because I get to share
the life hacks I've been incorporating
into my life I've began to see a huge
internal shift Within Myself that's what
matters most is your internal world how
can you master that so you can master
your external world I'm not gonna waste
any more time let's get right into it

all right you guys I'm gonna be going in
order of what I do throughout my day to
really gain control of my mindset first
thing in the morning which is the most
crucial and how it's really impacted the
rest of my day I'm gonna start with what
I do first thing in the morning it is
having a cold shower getting your ass up
right when your alarm goes off or
whenever you wake up without question
you are gonna get your ass in that cold
shower and yes it's gonna be cold yes
there's gonna be thoughts that come up
when you're in that cold shower to get
out but when those thoughts arise when
you're freezing your ass off you're
gonna say
uh-uh I'm in control here I'm gonna tap
into my higher mind and not my weak mind
I'm gonna get past my weak mind first
thing in the morning so I can connect
with the awareness that is gonna guide
me throughout the rest of my day and
that is the power of what a cold shower
will do for you first thing it also
prepares you for the uncomfortability
that life can throw your way because if
you can intentionally do something
uncomfortable first thing in the morning
and you can get through that you can get
through the other uncomfortability that
may arise throughout your day and that's
a muscle that needs to be practiced so
this is why I encourage everyone to
start their day just without question
you guys just getting in that shower I
personally stay in the shower for two
minutes that's like my sweet spot right
now because after a minute my mind
actually finds ease in the cold the
first minute is the hardest because you
have to get through the the
uncomfortability that comes from having
a cold shower it's cold and you just
woke up it's not I guess the most I
ideal thing to wake up to
ah
but after you're done the two minutes
you will feel so great you will feel
like a brand new person honestly I don't
feel like myself until after I have the
cold shower in the morning it sets you
up for life it really does because
listen if you can get through a
two-minute cold shower first thing in
the morning you can get through the
other that comes your way
throughout the day so that's my number
one life hack that has totally
transformed my State of Mind of allowing
me to take the seat of awareness first
thing in the morning so my thoughts
don't control me I am in Awareness to my
thoughts so after your cold shower what
I do is I do a 15 minute meditation this
is really important to set you up for
the day to find peace first thing in the
morning no matter what is happening in
your life to actually allow yourself
time to sit with yourself sit with your
emotions find connection to your breath
that will be the anchor for you
throughout your day you can wipe the
Slate clean of whatever happened
yesterday and what you are doing is
practicing your awareness first thing in
the morning before anything gets inside
of your head and allow yourself to feel
peace to actually consciously gift
yourself that the ability to sit and
just be with yourself before anyone else
gets your attention you get your
attention first because that's the most
important person to have your attention
not your phone not social media give it
to yourself first thing in the morning
what I do is I sit in my closet in a
dark space
I put on a little bit of frequency music
and I breathe for 15 minutes I allow
whatever thoughts to arise
and like clouds drift on by and that
truly gives me power first thing in the
morning to practice that awareness I
want you guys to get your asses in that
cold shower and then right after that
cold shower I want you to do your
meditation and get back to me of how
good you feel you're gonna feel good
you're gonna feel empowered in your body
first thing after my meditation is I go
to my mirror and I consciously look
myself in the eyes for five minutes I
just stare at myself I look past my
human suit
foreign
consciously look into my soul and that
reminds me that I am not just this human
body there is something much larger
guiding my life I am connecting to first
thing in the morning I am way more
powerful than I think I am I am
Consciousness and Consciousness is a
part of the whole entire universe I get
to look into the universe through my
eyes that'll wake you the up past
your limiting beliefs of what it means
to be a human being I get to see Magic
first thing in the morning I get to see
the blessing that's looking through me
in the mirror which is myself
because uh do you guys remember it is a
blessing to be a part of this planetary
system and to be a human being to focus
on actually the magic of what it means
to be a Human Instead of the shittiness
that we tend to look at first thing in
the morning put the to the side
look yourself in the eyes and say holy
I remember I'm a human being and
this is really cool experience to be a
part of
so life hack number three is quite
simple look yourself consciously in the
eyes get to know your eyes get in touch
with yourself admire the human being and
the higher power that is looking back at
you so after the eye gazing number four
is scripting now scripting is a form of
journaling where you get to visualize
what you are Desiring and allowing your
visualization to be what is writing
through you so what it really is is your
future self living in your future
desired outcome to script Journal
exactly what that version of yourself is
living right now because everything is
in the now so you and that future
reality are not separate you are just
tapping into a higher outcome for
yourself that is already a living and
breathing experience you really are
living in a parallel reality but you're
just tapping into that
sorry that I just went off a little
tangent but that's what's happening so
when you script you visualize yourself
of what it is you are wanting out of
your desired future and you write as if
you are already here and now living that
desired outcome and really allowing your
visualization to guide your writing
because listen you guys this is a really
crucial part of manifesting what you're
wanting out of your life is allowing the
energetics of your desired outcome to
live in you right here and right now to
ignite those same emotions of what it
would already feel like to be living in
that desired future if you have the
emotions of what it would be like then
you're already there energetically
you've already manifested it
energetically and it's just gonna take
some catch-up work for the external
World to Change in your favor but if you
can anchor in those emotions every
morning of what it would feel like to be
living in your desired future outcome
then it must be so scripting is crucial
the last and final life hack is smelling
grass
yeah I smell grass every single day
and if I don't smell grass every day
I'm usually quite upset about it because
it's been such a major life hack in my
life what it does is remind me that I'm
a human being that life is not that
serious it gets me back in touch with
Mother Earth
it allows me to de-stress myself you
know how people like smoke on a vape and
that's their form of distressing my form
of distressing is putting my face in
Grass breathing in Mother Earth
and reminding myself holy I'm on a
planet I'm a human being this is awesome
although yes there's some hard times we
got to go through as human beings
hello if I look up right now I'm seeing
a beautiful sky and past that sky is
space and that just really humbles me
back down I get a good laugh after it
because I'm like
we're human beings
we're trying our best here we're not
here for long and I know throughout the
day it can be hard to remember that sure
it may sound crazy to go to the park and
smell grass and put your face in Grass I
just want to mention if you're allergic
to Grass obviously don't smell grass but
if you're not I highly recommend this
for you to try out humble yourself to
dirt all right you guys so in today's

things that I've been doing in my life
that has made a difference in the way I
live my life
and it all starts with mastering the
