denim we have a Jordan 1 denim set to

release on June 15th for a retail price

point of

$180 now man for the most part now I

think like denim has become a tradition

for Jordan brand we've seen multiple

different uh models uh guess you could

call it colorways of denim releases

throughout the years I want to see what

even last year we had the Jordan denim

for the ladies out there we've had

multiple different iterations of wash

denim on the Jordan 1 models Jordan 6

denim even a collaboration with Levi in

Jordan brand for the blue or dark denim

blue and then a black denim for a collab

with Levi on both of the Jordan 4 so

denim is not at all um it's not

unordinary from Jordan brand at this

point now these in my opinion I can't

lie compared to a lot of what we got

over the past couple of years this is

probably one of the best denims that

I've seen coming in from Jordan brand

especially on the Jordan 1 because this

shoe is fully denim from head to toe now

the tongue it's the typical but the rest

it is I mean there's no leather really

at all on this shoe there isn't leather

on this shoe there's just pretty much

Denim and rubber for the outsole and

then also you got you know the the nylon

mesh that is featured on the tongue you

have the Nike Air on the tongue in Navy

and the colorway on the box is Summit

white/ obsidian 8 and2 Air Jordan 1

Retro High OG and the Box itself is also

featured

what is like a washed out almost like

acid wash type of denim look it almost

looks like clouds but it is that of you

know what you normally get on like acid

wash denim or stone wash denim and that

is also what is featured on the shoe

itself you have multiple different

iterations of different types of denim

from like a raw denim to a light blue

denim to a acid wash type of denim being

figured here as well as on the toe box

and um I'm all for man it's actually a

very well fought out and very solid

iteration of denim on the Jordan 1 I

actually like what they did here a lot

now me personally you know it isn't a

shoe that I may keep but it is a shoe

that I am definitely off for I think it

looks very very nice in my humble

opinion the shoe itself also features a

gum bottom that has Speckles going all

throughout of it which remind me a lot

almost of that speckling that's featur

here and it's also featured on the mid

soole it kind of reminds me a little bit

like of the lint that you sometimes get

inside your pockets or on the inside of

some of those crevices when you are you

know washing your clothes and you put on

you know uh softener and all that that's

just getting from typical wash on a

denim but also the gum bottom I believe

has a lot to do with the tag on the back

of your denim jeans like for instance

sample denim you got that typical

leather tag is featured and for the most

part majority of it of the time is in

that tan this is a size 8 and 1/2 you

also um do not have your typ typical you

know preforated holes on that toe box it

is all featuring a stitched type of

preperation just a stitched all

throughout there or embroidered on the

actual toe boox so there is no holes

being featured there comes with an

additional set of laces which are in

that Navy or what they obsidian they

were calling it so you do have set of

obsidian laces for your extra laces out

there obsidian on the insole with a

white Nike Air and that Nike Air on the

tongue is also featuring that obsidian

as well I'm kind of curious on how these

will do in the rain you know once it

rains or these get wet with this die in

and bleed in especially when it comes to

those dark denims you usually see stuff

like that happen when you're dealing

with that very very dark denim but for

the mo you know mo most part they more

than likely should do well but uh that's

just something they're going to have to

wait and see currently right now in the

secondary Market these are somewhat

around that retail price a little bit

below give me the idea that these may be

very uh available come release dates so

if you're going to be going after them

they shouldn't be extremely hard to get

your hands on but you never know if

you're looking to get your hands on

these on release date you should not

have an issue on that in my humble

opinion soulle play will be having pairs

available first come first serve and I

believe more than likely will be

available with free shipping so check

out that down below June 15th these are

also releasing alongside with the Jordan

4 oxidized green both on the 15 so for

that reasoning everybody who's grabbing

those oxidized greens for

$215 they're probably not going to have

an additional 180 to go and grab these

now if the oxidized greens sell out

those people that were going to buy

those they may revert and grab something

like this that's just something we'll

have to wait and see but for the most

part if you ask me in my opinion I think

this will be a shoe that will probably

be able to sit on shelves for a little

bit and maybe even potentially down the

road you get on a slightly low discount

so keep that in mind I do like the shoe

though I like the shoe but it's not a

shoe that I necessarily need to go out

and grab you know uh I've owned denim

I've owned the Levi denim 4S and I end

up getting rid of them just because I

don't really rock that much denim shoes

or as I ain't going to lie I need to get

my jacket game up I have a couple of

jackets but it's clean overall um also

the Air Jordan print is the ball and

popped out clean as well so yeah stay
