how do you get to that feeling how do
you get to the feeling as if you already
have it and how do you get out of the
Desiring lacking frequency so there are
two different frequencies that we can be
in we are either in a Desiring frequency
which is actually a frequency of lack or
we are in an abundant frequency which is
the frequency of identifying with our
desire we cannot do these things at the
same time these are mutually exclusive
we're either Desiring and lacking and
wanting and craving and not identifying
with it or we are identifying with it
and there is a level of certainty with
the feeling of that that manifestation
is mine that will happen for me I don't
know when but it will happen for me a
lot of people get stuck in the Desiring
wanting frequency even when they're
scripting or even when they're trying to
visualize or call in their desires they
are in the frequency of oh I want to
make let's get an example let's say
you're trying to manifest making 10K a
month you're in a frequency of oh by the
end of the month I have made 10K by the
end of the month I want to make 10K and
maybe you're trying to script as if it
has already happened so you're writing
down this month I have made 10K but as
you are writing it down it is just
invoking a feeling of stress and anxiety
and you're just like how is it going to
going to happen how is it going to get
to me you write it down but as you're
writing it down you're just trying to
convince yourself and you keep repeating
it and repeating it and sometimes you're
writing it down a million times because
you're trying to convince yourself you
are in a lacking frequency you are in a
craving frequency you are in a frequency
where you don't really believe believe
that that is possible for you now what
would an identifying frequency the
Abundant frequency feel like it is not
about questioning whether the 10K a
month is going to come in it is a
frequency of I have made 10K this month
what am I going to do with that money
realistically imagine you have
manifested it it is about tricking your
brain even just for a second convincing
your brain I have made 10K this month
what am I going to do with my money
would I call someone and tell them about
it would I look at my bank statement
what are the things that I would do once
I have manifested my desire what would
it actually feel like if I have
manifested my desire now that is
scripting or that is visualizing from an
identifying abundant frequency it is not
about keep on repeating to yourself what
you want to manifest and staying in that
sort of needs to happen happen I hope it
happens trying to convince yourself it
is more of a delusional frequency where
it is like let's just pretend for a
second it has happened what would I do
with it what would I do with my desire
how does it feel to have my desire how
would I feel sitting here having done
that how would I feel walking around in
the street having achieved that what
would I actually physically do with it
if it's about money how would you spend
it if it is about a relationship if
you're trying to manifest a relationship
what dates would you go on how would
that person be speaking to you how would
you guys be texting so with the
identifying we are only reasoning from
it has happened I have manifested my
desire what am I going to do with it
what am I going to feel when I have my
desire and I want you to be very aware
where when you script in which of the
two frequencies you're in are you just
scripting and writing things down to
convince yourself but subconsciously
you're feeling a level of stress in your
underbelly or is that a Dutch saying
feeling stress in your under belly
probably but you don't keep repeating
the desire to yourself as if it is
trying to convince yourself or trying to
convince the world because that is a
wanting and a lacking frequency in the
identifying with our desire we are only
reasoning from it has happened what
would I do with it now that is what the
feeling is about how do you actually get
to the identifying with your desire how
do you get yourself to that feeling
there are four things that I think are
important here the first thing is
scripting about your desires now you can
script and detach at the same time those
things are not necessarily mutually
exclusive depending on how you script
now how do I want you to script script
you first of all you only script in the
past tense or present moment right but
now how do you actually formulate your
scripting you don't just keep writing
about I have made it I have made 10K
this month it feels amazing Etc you go a
level deeper you go to the frequency of
it has happened what would I actually
say do and write if that had happened so
fool yourself for a second right fool
yourself for a second it is like
literally you're tuning into a different
frequency you're tuning into different
reality it's just like okay let's be a
little bit silly let's leave be a little
bit crazy right now I have made 10K this
month what would I actually do and this
really depends on your personality some
people would call their mom some people
would go buy a bag another person would
treat their boyfriend or their
girlfriend another person would maybe
invest that money who are you right and
what is your desire now let's say there
is a little magic fairy coming in right
now and it is giving that desire to you
right now directly in an alternate
universe in your visual in your
imagination so you close your eyes just
for 5 minutes you have your desire now
tap into the frequency of what would I
actually do with my desire what would I
do with it how would I feel how do I
feel that I now have my desire even if
it is just for 5 minutes and that that
is when you start to script that is when
you start to write things down what are
you doing with your desire how are you
feeling what actions are you taking
script in a way pretending you have your
desire even if it is just for 5 minutes
even if it is just for during your
scripting imagine there is just like
literally a wizard or a little magic
fairy that is giving it to you you have
it now you have your desire you have it
what does it feel like what would I do
who would I call who would I speak speak
to what actions would I take what are
the things that me my personality now
would do with my desire that is how you
script that is the first thing now the
second thing in daily life I want you to
find out what your current self-concept
is I want you to find out what you
currently identify with how do you view
yourself what do you think other people
think about you so how do you think
other people perceive you how do you
feel when you walk into a room what do
you think other people are seeing but do
you like about yourself what do you
dislike about yourself really get a
whole picture maybe make this a journal
entry get a whole picture of your
self-concept once you have that picture
straight now take a close look at that
identity and go back to your script and
your desire and see where the
misalignment is happening what in that
current self-concept an identity is not
in alignment with the version of you
that would have their desire maybe you
wrote about the fact that you don't
think you're confident or you don't
think you're capable or you don't think
you're this what is currently blocking
what in your current identity is not
aligning with the desire that you want
to get to now once you've identifi that
you can start to rewrite your self
concept just honestly maybe even burn
the old self-concept or cross it through
and write down a new desired
self-concept how would you want to be
perceived what is the self-concept that
is in alignment with your desire even if
it doesn't exist yet and I want you to
write this in the present moment so it
is like let's say you're trying to be an
entrepreneur and your old self-concept
is like oh I'm A N I have a 9 to-5 job
I'm a bit lazy I am this I am that that
is your current identity
now in the new self-concept identity you
start to completely rewrite this from a
delusional perspective from the
perspective of already having your
desire I am an entrepreneur I'm always
in time I have my things together I'm
very organized I'm very disciplined even
if these things are lies right now I
want you to write a New Concept
self-concept I want you to give birth to
the new identity of you to the version
of you that is in ignment with their
desire or that already has the desire
you need to get an idea of who you need
to become that is the bottom line of
this little exercise who do you need to
become in order to get into alignment
with your desire CU clearly your current
self-concept and your current identity
isn't working that one isn't in
alignment with whatever you desire right
so you first even though it might not be
true yet and you're not embodying it
fully yet we'll get to that I I first
want you to get a picture of the version
that you're working towards what is this
identity that you're working towards who
is him or her who are you trying to be
this is I think what a lot of people
miss out on they just keep focusing on
desire what you rather should do is
think about who should I become to have
that desire what version of me
hypothetical future version it doesn't
exist yet and that is fine we're just
giving birth to it now what identity
should I be in order to get into
alignment with my desire what does the
version of me look like that has my
desire we are not trying to manifest our
desires we are trying to manifest
different versions of ourselves we are
trying to make an identity shift but we
first need to get a picture of who we
want to become and maybe even think
about people that you look up to right
maybe it is some famous people what in
their identity is really appealing
feeling to you put that in your future
desired self-concept and write it in the
present moment now thirdly as you have
created this new self-concept image at
least an idea and a picture of the
version you're working towards even
though you are not them yet you've
gotten that picture now thirdly I want
you to go around as you go about your
day as you do anything and you
continuously ask yourself what would he
or she do so this is he or she is then
the fake version that you created the
fake new self-concept identity what
would they do how early would they wake
up how often would they go to the gym
what clothes would they wear what does
their schedule look like what does their
persistence look like what does their
eating routine look like these are
things that you can change in the
present moment right if you're trying to
manifest a lot of money but you have no
idea yet how you are going to to get to
that money the changes that you can make
in the present moment is things in your
current routine such as your sleeping
schedule your eating schedule your
workout schedule right and try to think
of how would they my future version the
one that I'm working towards my desired
self-concept what would they do how
would they live what would their
schedule look like what would their work
ethic look like what would their workout
routine look like I have created this
Idol in my head that I now need to live
up to and I want you to do the same with
every decision that you make you ask
yourself what would they do what would
the future version of me do and make the
changes in the present moment and fourth
and finally to make this identity shift
I want you to practice with walking
around during the day thinking you
already have the desire when you go to
the supermarket pretend you what would
it feel like to now buy these groceries
now that I already have the desire when
you do any other sort of mundane task
eating your meal what would it feel like
to now do it now that I have my desire
when you go to bed when you lay in bed
what would feel like to lay here now
that I have my desire continuously try
to play with your brain continuously try
to trick your brain continuously remind
yourself what would it feel like doing
XYZ now that I have my desire that is
when the identity really sort of ignites
and comes in if you continuously during
the day remind yourself what would it
feel like doing this specific thing now
that I have my desire I have launched a
a manifestation course there is only so
much that I can teach you guys in videos
I can explain a lot but I cannot help
you one onone every day to make the
right changes and steps to get into
alignment with your desire and therefore
