about which videos to record or even

further Ado let's show you how to use

chat gbt and artificial intelligence

we're first going to do is understand

which is teaching it engaging with it in

order to get it to spit out exactly what

we're looking for so first let's see

what we're going to do we're going to

say I'm a licensed realtor in Calgary

Alberta or your city and I post short

videos on Instagram the goal of these

videos is to educate people of why they

should move to Calgary what they need to

know about living here and what it is

like living here please provide me a

list of 12 video topics that could be

used to create 30 second long videos for

Instagram now the reason why I said 12

is because typically you want to be

posting at least three times a week on

short form three times a week times four

weeks is going to be 12 videos for the

month so this is going to give us a

month's worth of video ideas of course

course if you would like to do more than

that just increase the number you can

write 30 in here if you would like to

post every single day which would be

ideal but I also understand the concept

of getting started and sometimes it's

important to just do something that is

more achievable in the beginning if

you're not that familiar with posting

content so let's go ahead and see what

this is going to write about here's 12

video topics as you can see here right

so it's going to talk about all the

different things Calgary Stampede the

biggest event it's going to talk about

activities exploring the neighborhoods

the job markets certain things about

Outdoors the food scene and the like so

let's look at one of these video topics

and decide which one we're going to

choose let's look at the first one here

please write a 30 second

video script for the first video

and there

now what it's going to do is going to

write out a 30 second video script now

the one thing that you notice again the

importance of chatting with it is that

it's going to have all these different

scenes and different things like that

that you know we don't want in our

script this can be done by an editor but

we don't want this so what we want to do

is come back and say please only provide

the narrator script

and then what you'll see here is that it

provides just the narrator script now

depending on how quickly you talk this

might be a bit long and might be more

than 30 seconds so if that's the case

which it could be for some people please

make this shorter and now you're gonna

see this is a little bit shorter so what

we could do is now we want to come and

copy this

and then we want to be able to send this

to ourself so we're just going to send

this script to ourselves Instagram video

script number one and we're going to

send this to ourself now the one thing

is you typically want to actually copy

this so that it doesn't have all the

block stuff

um

and we'll just get rid of this so all

that we have left is the script now what

we want to do is we want to come over

here and we want to come to a tool

called Big View now this is you know as

you can see be concise record with the

teleprompter and add captions it's a

really really cool tool a lot of real

estate agents use it you can see using

AI in order to capture the videos with

AI you can add subtitles you can add

text overlays you can cross mode across

different channels and you can see

what's going to happen because once we

give ourselves like we just did the

video script this is what's going to

happen you can see right here

it's going to give you the script on

your cell phone so that while you're

recording you're able to look at the

script that chat GPT just provided us

with and it's going to make it very very

easy to create incredibly engaging

content without having to worry or think

about what to say or getting some

additional teleprompter tools this will

provide all of it for us so you want to

go through and click the link in the

the opportunity to get started with big

View and then the next thing you're

going to want to do is once you register

for you're going to get an email and

it's going to prompt you to download the

app so download the app on your cell

phone and now what we're going to do is

we're going to copy the script that we

just emailed or texted to ourselves and

we're going to add it into big view in

order to create this video so let's jump

and show you what that looks like and

show you how easy it could be to create

incredibly engaging Instagram reels for

real estate agents alright so now we've

got our phone pulled up here and let's

walk through the step-by-step process of

how to take the script that we created

in Chachi BT in order to inputted into

Big View and use it as a script or even

pull it up here on my actual tripod and

show you what it would look like now

there's going to be a caveat to this

which is you might read that script and

I know there's going to be people that

are going to do this and say I would

never talk like that I would never say

anything like that well it's about

chatting with GPT again if you don't

like how it sounds if you don't like the

script that it provides say please

rewrite this in a more playful tone

please rewrite this in this tonality

please rewrite it in general and you

could start to give it a feel even one

of the best things you could do is say

here is a link to my Instagram profile

and you can paste your Instagram profile

Link in there and say please create the

script in a way that better aligns with

my other videos and it will do exactly

that so I just wanted to prefaces by

helping you understand that this is a

process but once you get it dialed in

the first time all that you do is ask it

to write the next script and the next

script in the next script and you will

have all 12 videos in the right tonality

this is just a reference point so we're

going to go ahead and use our phone here

and click the plus button and you can

see here that we want to create a new

script and we're going to title this

video one for Instagram

and now what we want to do is paste the

script in here that we have so this is

the script that we provided from those

provided from Chad gbt and then all that

we're going to do now is click the

record button now what I'm going to do

is quickly put this on my little stand

here as you can see and now we've got

our phone on the tripod so let's look at

what happens whenever we actually click

we are going to save the project

okay so now you can see we've got it

pulled up here and then all that we need

to do is Click record and then we can

adjust the font size we can do all kinds

of different things but it's going to

roll through it as we're actually

delivering the message so let's go ahead

and click record and see what happens

easy to be able to stay on track and use

this tool now if we come back and look

at our phone there's a number of things

that we could do we can either select a

new take if you would like to redo it

maybe you did like I did and I messed up

the script and you want to go back and

redo it or if you want to do script and

title you can see here we can change the

scripting in the title

if we want to go back to this video here

we can actually come through and we can

trim the video so if we would like to

you know trim any of the words that we

said maybe we messed up one of the words

you can come through and you can trim

the video and then you can see some of

the different styles here where you can

style it with captions if you would like

to so we're going to do English captions

and you can do auto highlight and then

you can see what this is going to do is

it's actually going to import the script

and the titles so that it's going to

give you these beautiful captions that

you constantly see so when we start

looking at a video now you'll be able to

see this actually has all the different

scripts that we exactly said in the

video highlighting different aspects of

it to make it super super easy you could

look at cropping it in different ways if

you would like to you know format it

differently

and we can crop it or we can change it

in any way shape or form but typically

you want to just keep it on vertical

because it's going to be for Instagram

reels and you can see all the different

tools here you can add a theme if you

would like to you can change the audio

and add music if you would like to do

that and you can even come through and

add an intro and outro and the closed

captions as you can see here and if

something doesn't look right you can

come through and change it but either

which way you're able to see that this

is so so easy for coming through being

able to look at the different styles

that you can create find one style the

better aligns with you and then all that

you need to do is Click Share and then

you can either a download the file or

you can post it on different social

media profiles by connecting it to them

and then be able to do it very easily my

recommendation is to download the file

onto your phone and natively upload it

to those profiles but that is about as

easy as it gets to get to see here that

it's so simple to create these

incredible videos on short form content

not getting stressed out about what to

say not even getting stressed out about

the video topics you can even just use

AI to find all of it so hopefully that

gives you a clear example of what you
