we'll be talking about how to create

Unlimited Custom email addresses for

free yeah I will be creating them

completely for free the format for these

email addresses would be XYZ or whatever

your name is or whatever name that you

want to put over here at the rate

domain.com so whatever your domain name

is and then.com or dot XYZ or whatever

you have so an example of this would be

Ali at the rate the watermelongang.com

and we will actually be creating this

we'll be sending out emails to other

people via this email uh we'll be

connecting it with our Gmail address and

doing a lot of different things so stick

till the end of this video because I

will be saving you a lot of money via

that you need to do is get a domain

registered right so you need to have a

domain in order to have uh the domain's

email address so what I have used is God

ID so the link will be down in the

description

search for it and buy a

Dome I've already done that would cost

around 1000 to 2000 rupees for one year

so yeah that would be the cost for

buying a domain for one year now I've

already purchased one domain so I'll

just go on my products and the domain

that we'll be setting DNS up for would

be the watermelon gang.com so this is

our website you can you know set up your

website before doing this or you can set

it up afterwards as well it does not

matter so yeah this is my website and

let's set up some email addresses for it

now the second thing that you need to do

is go on DNS now if you've bought your

domain from GoDaddy you just have to go

down and see DNS records and name

servers right so these are the two

spaces from where we'll be working most

of the things out now the second step of

ours is to connect it with cloudflare

and set it all up now if you're coming

on your GoDaddy account for the first

time after purchasing the domain there

would be some DNS records that would

have already been listed but we need to

change that okay so what we need to do

is ignore all of these DNS records just

go down to your name servers and there

would be two name servers which are

different than what is written over here

so you would need to change it this

would be done in order to connect our

God ID account with our Cloud Fair

account okay so let's first go on our

Cloud fair and you know set up your

email address with cloudflare nothing

fancy just log in with your Gmail

address and that's it so in order to set

it all up just click on add a site over

here we'll add in the watermelon

gang.com add site and then it would give

us some list of plans that we can select

but we would go with the free plan and I

think for most of you guys you won't

need to use any of the other plans that

are listed over there after that go down

see all of these DNS configurations that

they are providing let's just click on

continue for now and over here we have

changed your name servers right so this

is the most important part right now so

we need to copy this name server which

is cloudflare's name servers and click

on change and add it over here if you've

not done that already right so at this

and the second one would be this

particular name server so let's just add

this as well

right so we've done adding both of these

name servers click on Save

and once these name servers are updated

it should take around 30 minutes to one

hour in order to get everything done but

it could take up to 48 hours as well

okay so once everything is done let me

just refresh this page you won't see any

DNS records as I was showing previously

and the name servers would have been

updated as well now just go on cloud

Fair once we are done just click on done

check name servers and it should be

connected with your Cloud Fair account

now they've given us a quick start guide

let's just get started get everything

done always use https you can do all of

these things although this is not

necessary but you can do all of these

things in order to make your website

better

now once this is done it would show a

message which is domain transfer

complete so now Cloud Fair would be

managing your domain so the next thing

that you need to do is go over to your

email part over here in Cloud fair and

here we'll be setting up some email

addresses

now once you're there on the email

routing part uh you won't see these

three custom addresses and two

destination addresses or anything like

that uh what you need to do is just go

on routes go down below and add in

destination addresses so destination

addresses are basically where would your

emails go to right so you need to add in

your Gmail address for this so the first

thing that we need to do is set up

incoming mails right so that is what

we're doing over here and then

connecting Gmail with custom domain so

in order to do that we need to first set

up the Gmail address altogether so just

go on Gmail and create a new account now

I already have an account which I want

my email addresses to go to so this is

my account and let me just set this

account with my cloud Fair account as

well so it would be watermelon

gang marketing

at the rate gmail.com

and then save

so now it would show pending

verification and you would get an email

verification in your inbox directly so

just verify your email address

and once your email is verified just go

to email routing and let's set all the

things up

so now if you see on your destination

address it would show one because I

already had two destination addresses

it's showing three so just go down and

it is now verified right so destination

address has been verified now the next

thing that you need to do is enable

catch all address so what this means is

say for example someone sends an email

to support the rate the

watermelongang.com right but I've not

said that custom address up yet or I've

not said Ali at the rate the watermelon

gang.com either so what happens with

those things it all goes directly to

watermelon gang marketing at the

gmail.com which is our Gmail address

directly so it does not let go of any

emails it sends all of them to your

Gmail address altogether so just make

sure that it is active if you don't want

to do that don't make it active after

that we need to create our custom

addresses finally right so create an

address uh we'll be creating Ali at the

rate the watermelon.com send to and then

the Gmail address that we want to send

it to and then save it

so once it's done it should come in over

here which is Ali at the rate the

whatwellinggang.com sent to this Gmail

address and it is active finally so what

this means is if I now send an email to

this particular address it would

directly come in my Gmail inbox let's

try it out so click on compose uh do is

and this is testing

and let's just send it over so what

should happen is that it should directly

come in our inbox over here which is

watermelon gang marketing at the rate

gmail.com right so it should come over

here and there it is uh testing Ali

custom email and hi I've gotten it and

it is to

Ali at the rate watermelon gang.com

which is also fine so everything is

working fine now I want to be able to

send or compose email addresses via Ali

at the ratewaterbelengang.com so how do

I do that let's learn that as well so

this is the second part of the video so

let's start with that now in order to do

that you first need to go on settings

click on settings see all settings

and then over here you'd see accounts

and import now you need to come down to

send mail as and over here I will be

adding another email address which is

Ali at the ratewatermelongang.com you

might not see all of these other things

as well but um I've already set up for

other custom emails so let me just do

that again so click on add another email

address and over here we'll be adding

our custom email which is Ali at the

rate the watermelon gang

dot com click on next step

and here we need to remove this

particular SMTP server which would be

replaced by

smtp.gmail.com it would be same for

everyone the port can be 587 or 465 I

recommend using 465 only now the next

thing that we have to do is add in the

username and password right okay so for

the username just add in whatever

username that you want to add I'll be

adding in say Ali salunki right just

don't use spaces between it uh and then

in the password you'd have to generate a

password for this so how do you generate

it so over here just go back to your

Google account press on manage your

Google account after that go on security

go down and make sure your two-step

verification is on now once it is on

then go back to app passwords okay so

once you click on app passwords you

would have to add in your password so

let me just do that

until on the screen you might not be

seeing this particular app password so

you would have to set up your own app

password directly so press on other or

maybe mail as well right now I'll just

keep it other

keep it to custom

email

right and then click on generate

right once it generates this password

make sure to keep it safe with you copy

the password and then press on done now

this password needs to be kept safe with

you uh just copy it and then we would be

using it in order to add in our email

addresses the password that you've

copied just paste it over here make sure

you've also you know added it in some

text document or somewhere kept safe and

then just click on add account

okay authentication field show error

details uh let's add in

the username to be watermelon

marketing at the rate

gmail.com

over here uh they have successfully sent

a code email code you can either verify

over here or just close the window go on

your inbox and it should be over there

so just click on this particular link

and confirm it

so confirm

now just refresh this page and there's

an amazing thing that would happen which

is if you click on compose

you would see this drop down click over

there and you'd see Ali at the rate

watermelon.com and now if I send it to

my original email address with testing
