back in 2016 i was talking with a friend

of mine

john pope he has a website where people

will pay for his education on stock

investing

he didn't have quite the expertise that

i have in options trading

so he wanted to learn more about options

and asked me to evaluate

a few online courses so i evaluated

around 30 online courses

and he did some evaluating also himself

and every course i evaluated turned out

to have some

type of flaw except for one one of the

courses i evaluated

was ron bertino's trading dominion

ron did not have a course yet at the

time

but he did have a skype group and i

started communicating with ron via skype

and at the time i was trading a specific

trade structure that i had developed

and i went over it with ron and he

punched a bunch of holes in it

he seemed to know more about my trade

than i did

and at that point i knew ron was

extremely knowledgeable

and ron eventually created a course that

i took

and that was in 2017. so who is ron

knew more than i did

it would have been worth it and ron

did not make any promises ron also has a

i don't have a directional portfolio my

portfolio

is all about options and ron is also

available for hire for coaching but

that's not his

core focus of his business first i will

go over

what is in the course that i have taken

which is the pmtt course and

what's in the mastermind subscription

this course

contains the following modules it has

the introduction

foundations the space trip trade

the black swan hedge the space trip

trade

upside adjustments thinkorswim tips

and managing the entire portfolio

this is pretty refreshing as i've not

seen any other course focus on the

entire portfolio before this

now after that is the summary and then

bonus content and even after that bonus

online meetings

so i've also signed up for the

mastermind group which contains the

in 2017 there's 30 videos 2018

41 videos 2019 25 videos

and 2020 so far 19 videos

as of september 21st 2020

each of these mastermind videos contains

around two hours

of content the course is very

easy to navigate the modules are all

properly titled

in order to find what you need if you

have any question

now i've gone through the course from

start to finish

two times and when i've had a problem or

question

and i needed an answer i've visited

these different modules

multiple times i'd calculate that i've

spent at least

380 hours or that works out to almost 16

days

learning this material and there's no

way to get all the fine details here

there would just be way too much to

cover but

let me do my best to explain what is in

the course

the introduction contains seven videos

around an hour and a half

of content and it's pretty much just

informative

of what to expect in the course and i

can say that everything that ron

promised

from the introduction was delivered next

came the foundations module

and these were 26 videos for 8 hours and

30 minutes of content

and ron says and i agree that if you

take this course

you need a minimum of one year of

trading options

if you come in without any options

experience you will be lost

here is the point where i need to say

that a good basic

understanding of options is required

for this advanced course when i came

into the course

i knew and understood the tasty trade

philosophy

if you named a trade structure like an

iron condor or a

put debit spread or a broken wing

butterfly i knew exactly what they were

right off the top of my head

and i recommend being at this level when

you come into this course

if you're not very experienced i

recommend watching tasty trade for a

while

before you take the course and the

reason why i recommend

tastytrade is because their business

model allows them to supply

training for free without holding

anything back

just a caution i don't recommend trading

like them i just recommend

learning from them now ron also provides

module is not just foundations

there are some advanced options concepts

in there

these concepts are not well known in

fact some of the more

traditional options traders like tom

sazenov and

others with a ton of experience

do not know about or apply these

advanced concepts

even dan sheridan one of ron's former

concepts this is definitely proprietary

trade because you can put it on and go

away for a long period of time

and not see significant volatility in

the trade structure has many possible

variants

you can move this trade around based on

your market bias

you can combine it with other well-known

trades

and ron gets into a great detail of how

the trade mechanically works

and how to set it up he even trades it

live

this trade structure is the backbone of

how i

invest 60 to 70 percent of my net worth

when i show my p l you're seeing the

results in my account

based on this trade structure next we

the black swan hedge module and this

module contains

eight videos for three hours and 30

minutes of content

this is where ron shows off his

proprietary trade

that gives him the ability to hedge

against black swan events

he's come up with a variant and multiple

financial techniques

that allow you to put on this structure

a summary alone is more quality content

than any other course i've ever seen
