through a transition here of using

different payout processors we've been

working hard and getting everybody's

information updated last week we paid

out over 1700 ACH payouts that were

processed and deposited so

congratulations to you guys that got

your deposits last week also on Friday

we actually processed 978 payouts early

these were payouts from the most recent

payout request period of the 15th

through the 20th those payouts are due

on the 30th we actually got a big batch

of them 978 processed on Friday sent

over to the ACH processor and uh you

guys were part of that should receive

those early you should get those

somewhere around the 27th here so Apex

is on track we've got all of our systems

set here and even popping out some early

payouts here so congratulations to you

guys

um so all of the new payout systems are

in place and payouts are all set on

going here moving forward to be good

easy smooth and on time and even at

certain times possibly early just like

the early pouts this week so I know

there's a lot of other companies still

out there scrambling to figure out

payouts we jumped on top of it as soon

as we realized that we would need to use

different processor than deal

got on it right away got some things in

place reached out to you here and uh

is in place for U.S members as well as

International members of Apex so

for members here with a U.S bank account

we are doing ACH direct deposit okay if

you're an overseas member many of you

can open an account with wise just go to

wise.com

and they can actually give you a

us-based routing number and account

number to get ACH direct deposits from

the US okay and that way we can

um Achu as well that's the quickest

smoothest way and then they can get it

over to you you get to go into wise and

choose how you want it you know put into

your account from there now there are

some members that are in certain

countries that cannot use wise or have

issues opening wise or receiving money

through wise if you are outside of the

US

first of all follow the

instructions I'm going to show you where

to get those open the wise account get

the US routing account number details

get that out to you if you cannot use

wise okay if you can you need to do that

if you cannot we do have an

international payout service in place

all you have to do is fill out the

information once you fill out that

information we submit that to the payout

service they will get an email sent out

to you with a link that link will let

you set up your profile do your quick

verification and choose how you want to

get the funds sent to you through them

okay through our International payment

service many of you have already got

that link and set it up we already

pushed it out for you okay so definitely

go in and check out the form make sure

you're set up the right way I'm going to

show you where the form is but most

you've already got this okay but

everything is set

our systems are in place so if you have

not set up your payout method to do so

now okay if you're an apex referring

affiliate set up your payout method so

we can pay you commission if you have a

PA account

and you're close to getting time to do a

withdrawal request make sure you go in

and fill out the payout method or if

you're waiting on a payout okay so you

don't need to fill this out if you're

just in the evaluation stage right now

all right you don't need to fill this

out just because you have a PA all right

if you just started a PA you don't have

to worry about this right now you can do

it later just if you're about ready to

make a withdrawal request

to this page here and you'll see a video

that you need to go through at the very

top there'll be a video you need to go

through it'll explain the form to you

exactly what you need to do what you

need to fill out I'll let you know if

your us us-based or using wise how to

fill out the form properly for ACH

deposit and also lets you know that you

know if you're an international

customer that cannot use wise how to go

through and fill out the form

differently there's a drop down there

and you'll choose International and what

information is needed from you walk you

through all the steps and it'll also

walk you through very clearly hey make

sure you're filling out this form

properly make sure you put in the

correct information okay but everything

you need is right here and then at the

bottom you'll be able to click the form

there and get it filled out submitted

and then that's it that's all you've got

to do for now okay so that's where you

go to get that done so again

out early now what if you're still

waiting on a payout you're like hey I

see hundreds of other people on social

media saying I got my pay out look it

hit my bank account but hey I've not

gotten mine yet well a couple things

here so the current PA period like you

requested from the 15th or the 20th

those are still in processing okay some

of those will be coming later this week

again those are due on the 30th or

perhaps that your request is not yet

approved still being reviewed right so

again maybe it just needs to get

approved and then it will go into

processing okay

so as long as you've filled out the form

and you have an approved payout that

should be on the way to you so some of

you have not filled out the new PA

method form right you guys have probably

seen uh we've sent out many text message

many emails over and over many posts on

social media hey go out fill out the

form fill out the form

earlier when I checked there was still

about a hundred people that haven't even

touched the new form even though we've

bombarded with reminders haven't even

gone in and filled out the form okay

you're not going to get a payout if we

don't know where to send the payout so

you have to go in and get the form

filled out so make sure to pay attention

to these messages now some of you are

like well I did that the other day but I

still got a message saying oh you need

to verify the information on the form I

just ignore those messages okay that is

a huge problem because there's been a

lot of missing and wrong information all

right A lot of people filled out the

form incorrectly so go back in and

double check it and watch the video and

see the page so you need to make sure

you've done that over here on the page

you're going to see well it's covered in

the video I walk through it but there's

some things here right that I that I

bring up a lot of people are not putting

in the right routing number and account

number some people are putting the

account number in the routing section

and the routing number in the account

section when that gets sent out from the

bank it gets rejected and returned from

your bank right

because those are not correct or missing

numbers from the account number or for

example ACH routing numbers of the US

are all nine digits always and we have

some that are seven digits some that are

ten digits you have to put in the proper

information okay

so lots of errors that we're finding

that are causing payouts to not go out

or causing them to be returned so make

sure to hop in there and make sure that

you have updated the form and that

you've updated it properly with the

correct information so uh some of you

may be waiting on getting set up with

the international payout service that

may be a reason you have not got yours

yet so most of you should

already started to get emails and the

links to set those up keep an eye on

your email over the next couple days

here get that filled out ASAP so we can

get those processed for you okay so make

sure to follow all those steps check

your spam box as well uh for that email

so we are committed to getting these

payouts out to you and again Apex is the
