so this
right here this is our demo portal and
and before i get into it
the the look and feel here is as it can
be
made any in any to look any way we want
it to
um we can brand this for a certain
business
and i want to be careful um because
we're working with some people now that
we want to we're actually doing those
things and we're quite excited um some
of that we can't show at this point in
time
um but but we can make this look any way
you want to
the whole point here is to make this
single glance single touch
so you can look at with this example
here on the home page is the revenue
so you can look at today's revenue it's
down six percent from yesterday but your
year-to-date revenue is
is on the right side you can actually
look at
multiple locations on this chart with
this graph to show each location and
what they're doing
and you can change those selections uh
however you want with these buttons over
here
right so for this particular demo that
we have it's it's two locations and i'll
show you those
okay so you've got actual gps
coordinates in the
in the google map put on each one of
those but you can actually click on this
and then it'll show the status of the
device
um the model the mac when any amount of
information and we can change that look
and feel
to however you like but it does tell you
that everything's working correctly
and and when it was put up and the last
time it was checked
so that is that piece of it um we've
integrated
the point of sales and and to show you
this we've kept this fairly simple
just to show this in a table but we can
actually make
the graphs and charts out of this as
well but
the the point with this piece is you can
take the pos
whether it's square whether it's clover
whether it's heartland or
harbor touch we can actually integrate
that on the back end so as you make
those transactions it's going to show up
on your on your page it'll tell you
whether
it's a credit card or a debit and the
credit card is the pending items
um it tells you how many uh et cetera so
you can build all that into the
portal as well the next piece is the
inventory so
so this one on our demo we have the the
donuts
and so you've got a stock count but you
can do a lot of analytics based on that
so you can
you can talk about if your inventory is
low you can set up something to
make another order a number of different
things that you can do with that
but it's all in one place and that's
what's really important
um the next piece is on the accounting
so uh for this particular one
we've integrated the clover with the
quickbooks
and and so we've got that information
here as well
um 95 of the small medium business
owners and
working with multiple that that have
this issue they're not able to tell
you or themselves whether they're making
a profit how their business is doing
so with this they can actually look at
this profit and loss and have this in
your real time
and and that's a really invaluable
valuable piece for them
the other thing we can do is we can
build reports off of this
for the accountants so you can do um
weekly monthly yearly reports and put
all that in
and all of the analytics we can there's
so many things that that we can do to
capture the metrics of the business here
the next piece is on the surveillance um
we have packages for
two four eight even up to 16 cameras
uh depending on the requirements for
each location
and this is just a representation of of
that functionality so
again everything's in one spot here
now from a iot perspective this is a bit
more interesting
um for the digital signage so if you've
got a menu board and
and these are the the ones that we have
set up here at hexa
to show that um but it actually takes a
screen capture and if you notice here
the time and the date and then the
actual weather there's
rss feeds you can make this a menu board
um there's there's a number of things
you can do this is the same solution
refresh you'll see it update so
yeah there's the update there um so so
it always keeps
keeps track of what's going on on those
screens and if you own
a restaurant or some retail shop and
you're
traveling in the other side of the
country you can actually just log
in and you know what's on those on those
screens at your place of business at any
given time
or if you need to make a change or use
that for evaluation purposes
so just to note that they're actually
these are
three raspberry pi's that are actually
configured for digital signage and it's
actually pulling
a png screenshot from these
as it pulls so um we can actually look
across the way we've got an office set
up with all these
digital signs and this is actually a
real in the uh within a within one to
five minutes depending on the polling
periods
yes of actually what is actually on the
screen at that moment
yes and so you'll see when we refresh
those time stamps will update
yes and then um on the next piece here
is on the
the social media feed so there's we've
got basic functionality here but we can
tie
in all of the linkedin twitter instagram
uh
and and others right to pull in to show
that
the latest for this version we've we've
just done the ones for architect et
cetera where's
um advertising this meeting itself
actually
um but there's a there's there's a
number of things you can do
with this on on the back end with regard
to reputation management google reviews
yelp reviews
and get marketing and ad campaigns and
put those pieces together
that's that's kind of our basic standard
package but i wanted to show you here
too is that we've got
um the tool desk support desk
uh functionality so if you wanna if
you're having an issue with this you can
actually go in
and open the support ticket type in what
you want
and and submit that ticket and you can
do that at any given time so you can
always do that
via the portal or contact us directly 24
7.
the service catalog functionality that
allows you to do ordering so with the
donut example i mentioned if you're
ordering flour milk sugar sprinkles
you can actually put that package in one
time and then just click on that
to make an order for uh those new items
and it just
and you can set that up for an approval
you can set that up to go automatically
to your uh
vendor a number of different ways that
you can set that up and it's just to
make life easier and take advantage of
the tools that we're providing
the next price part here is the ideas
um as you you know and we're getting a
lot of ideas which is which is wonderful
um but we can go in and submit those and
look at
future road map items and feature
editions and and things to improve their
business
because we we are operating on a new
model it's one that's not a traditional
model
um so we're always coming up with uh new
ways of thinking
and new ways of working so it's great um
you can check on your status of any
incidents requests that you've opened in
the past
and then we also have a knowledge base
and for now right now we're calling it a
fact so you can actually go in
the bottom here and if you have
troubleshooting
or anything with clover or your digital
signage you can basically
click on these and and and get that
information without having to
to call anybody um you can have employee
manuals in here you can have operating
manuals in here or anything that's
specific to your business you can put in
there
major announcements here and then and
then uh tips
tips and tricks so um that's that's it
for the
demo part of it um i want to
pull back to the meeting there okay
and i think the slides i pushed the
wrong one sorry guys
there it is okay um go back to the

and um i wanted to take just a moment
and talk about the team because one of
the things that
um you know it's chris and i are talking
today but there's a lot of other people
behind the scenes and in front of the
scenes
uh making this happen so i wanted to to
take a moment because
you know from the business development
from the creative media from the
developer integration perspective from a
quality assurance
perspective it's really been a team
effort and i'm very proud and honored to
have
been working with these guys and looking
forward to our future together um
so just to recap um it's really
important
that the management layer and
orchestration layer
are really critical to bring the device
and technical solutions
to the business place and then make them
work as one
um one of the things that uh with my
background and i've got an extensive one
in iot with device connection platform
um
from my days at ericsson and and that
was always one of the big struggles is
like we can connect all these devices we
can
do all these wonderful things but how do
we put that into a layer
or how do we manage that so that the
average person could use that and so
it's been a
a long process to get to where we are
now but this is something that
we've successfully done and we want to
do that and then we want to bring that
to the small medium businesses because
they just don't have access to it
um and then the other piece i want to
take away with is the
we are a full-service end-to-end
solution we know there's a lot of niche
solutions niche functionality and we can
do the integration or we can be the
integration services vendor or the
managed service provider
and also with that consultancy it's
really important to understand each one
of these individual businesses
how they currently work how they
envision them to work
and how we're going to get there so
that's the point here we want to help
them solve their problems
