attracted the wisdom I've gained the new
experiences and the new personality like

that I'm living this life now
today I will be sharing with you the
method I use to beat procrastination I
call it the jar method this method has
changed my life like guys this method I
can say is the Pioneer of the life I
have now because think about it they say
information is power but information is
very useless without action listen this

anything for you if you do not make up
your mind to change to become a better
version of yourself you will keep
wallowing in self-pity listen guys you

will be okay no it would be okay when

jump into this 21 days challenge with
the jar method okay guys let's get
started first step the jar trick get two
jars in a book title one fun and paste
on the jar title the other goals and
paste on the second jar don't worry this
is going to be fun I promise list at
least three things you want to
accomplish in order of importance ask
yourself what do I need to do daily to
achieve this goals once you have the
answers list down the 21 things you need
to do daily to achieve your goals it
doesn't have to be 21 different things
even if it's one thing write it 21 times
now cut the paper into 21 fold them and
put in the goal jar make another list of
the fun things you want to do it could
be places you want to visit fun
activities you want to do literally
anything that is fun for you list 21 of
them fold them and put in the fun jar
this is because in this channel I always
encourage chilled self-improvement you
do not need to kill yourself with work
or be so uptight with yourself to see
result have fun enjoy the process
believe me is not even that serious you
are just overthinking it so every
morning pick one paper from the fun jar
and one paper from the gold jar you do
not need to pick the fun jar every day
even if it's once or twice weekly but
make sure you don't skip it now here

really depressed I was watching a video
by a YouTuber she was was talking about
her third relationship and how for the
third time she had uploaded a video
saying that this guy had physically
abused her this was the third guy in the
third relationship to do the same thing
to her I felt bad for her until I saw a
top comment that said you know what I
don't even feel sorry for you anymore
because you keep attracting those guys
it's literally your own fault at first I
thought it was so rude and harsh but it
also gave me a reality check I started
to think about it is it her fault why is
this thing happening over and over again
why is it constantly the same situation
when do we really see the red flags and
recognize them as signs to watch out for
and maybe not continue this is the sad
truth about life you can't do the same
thing repeatedly and expect different
results it's time to stand up for
yourself and what you want life and Time
Won't Wait for anyone nor will they
pause to feel sorry for you stop giving
excuses stop seeking pity nobody
actually cares listen it's time to start
being responsible responsible for your
words your actions and holding yourself
accountable if you think just listening

someone who can trust yourself if you
say you will do something even if you
don't have the strength when the time
comes just because you said you would
