this car that's right here and the guy
was wearing jeans no gun belts no
nothing a
T-shirt and I'm like and just wearing
like an Air Force
hat like that's strange so I flip around
and his plates come back to civilian
doesn't come back to you know Skip or
anything so I stopped I talked to him
for a minute and he's like asked me what
do you work for he's like oh I work for

You' been out 3 years oh okay well
you're kind of little equipped
to you know to be 54 in anybody and he's
got lights car and everything he's got a
PCH right here

and and I'm and I'm standing here and
I'm like look at this one looks weird he
gives me his name and I double check it
what the r plate and it comes back to
him and he's got lights on too so the
plate and here to come back to he first
told me he was born in
'94 when I check the plates he was born
in
2001
and I double check with MVD his his oil
and comes back to
2001 um I had him s sitting back in my
car cuz it was kind of weird to me and
right now when I was getting out like he
let me talk to you again he like no I'm
not a cop I
just bought this badge
online and he has lights and everything
like 54 toart because he said it was
going like 120 on B so he's not a bcso
employee at all no but we're going to
have bcso come out anyways just cuz he's
impersonating at bcso and he got look
like a bcso badge do you have him detain
now yeah he's in the back of my car okay
just cuz like I don't know who you are
you don't have anything other than a

in court you have the right to an
attorney if you cannot in for an
attorney one will be provided to you by
Court um at this time if you wish to
talk to me you can stop talking to me at
any time would you like to talk to me
about what happened tonight yeah might
as well I'll own it I'll own it okay
so well let's start from the beginning
so what
happened tonight
[Applause]
well you just want just tell me from the
beginning what happened when before I
approached
you um I was going to work I caught this
guy flying down the highway at 120
MH where where do you work at I work at
Albuquerque courtesy and parking
courtesy and parking mhm is that for the
city or who do that
it's a security company okay and say
that again the Albuquerque courtesy and
parking courtesy and
[Applause]
parking
[Applause]
okay how do you know that how fast the
other car was going uh trail behind it
okay and then what happened when you saw
him going that fast
was it on the freeway on the street
freeway okay then what happened flashed
my lights pulled them over okay and then
that's that's about the time that you
got there okay the lights were they in
your car or personal car or company car
my car your personal car yes okay
um who installed the lights in your car
I did you did okay and uh when I peaked
into your car I also saw that you had
some sort of radio Y is that that yours
too mhm okay
um okay and then when I made contact
with you I noticed you had a badge who
where didd you get that badge from uh it
belongs to my dad it belongs to your dad
when when was well it it did it did is
he is he still around or did he pass
away well he was killed oh he was killed
okay when was he killed about five six
years ago okay when did he leave the
department he didn't leave he was killed
n Duty oh was he now okay I'm sorry to
hear that okay what are the the P the
driver say to you no he said he was
something about his sister in the
hospital M and that he was trying to get
there I told him it's not worth killing
someone
over okay how old was the guy how did he
look how old did he work uh based off of
his license he was about
60 and I I didn't do the math in my head
okay do you remember his name at all M
okay all right
[Applause]
um do you have any weapons in your
vehicle um there's a handgun and a
locked case under the seat
okay um is there anything inside the
vehicle that we should know about
uh the glove box I think I have a set of
handcuffs and some extra ammunition for
the handgun okay all right all for now
that'll conclude our interview yeah man
your car got towed yeah I know it's in
the impound lot now
[Applause]
yep you guys at least got my stuff out
of there right what do you mean my phone
and stuff so since it's being seized for
evidence everything stays in there
God damn
it yeah buddy can't be pretending to be
a cop yeah I know I'm
stupid lesson learn right or no yeah oh
yeah huh 19161 mail to mgc mileage
52
43 so how's this all going to work what
do you mean so when I get to the jail
I'm getting get processed and everything
then how do we and then honestly you
will probably be released by
tomorrow and then so they are going to
forward this case to a detective and
he's just going to come out and talk to
you and see what's going on okay and
then um after that obviously you're
going to have
court and then from there it's just you
know you just go through the process
it's it could be long process it could
be a short process
so then they'll set me up with the
hearing date and everything right
detective will do his job exactly okay
so what about my car and all the
property in it that's so once um the
detective is done processing that you
know checking out the lights that you
put on your
car and the plate or whatever um you're
going to get your stuff back all right
but they just have to you know
investigate it first and everything see
what's going on with the case and then
uh I'm pretty sure it should go back to
you it's one hell of a thought to know
that in about two minutes I [ __ ] my
life pretty
damn oh
yeah yeah I can't be doing that man and
it's awfully
dangerous what if that car you know what
if that person inside that car had a gun
and would have shot
you
yeah scary stuff you really put your
life at risk then
so you're 18 and you are already married
yep damn K on the way no way yep my wife
is 36 weeks
pregnant oh my gosh almost do huh mhm
boy or girl girl nice I know I'm scared
I bet man you're going to be a dad got
to be
responsible all righty I'll be right
there
there is no further information
regarding this
case coming up next we're in White Hall
Ohio where local police have responded
to a call about a man impersonating an
officer the man was found sleeping in
his car and is now being questioned um
it's Richland Township yeah so it's it's
a Township Police Department or Village
in Richland Township okay it's a village
in Richland but you have no but you have
no idea from them all right and have you
ever been sworn in by them I've talked
to the chief no no I'm asking you a
direct question have you been sworn in
by them very important you answer this
correctly because being a former police
officer or someday a current police
officer you know if you lie in this
situation you go directly to jail I'm
going to put that right so if you are
telling me you are a police officer
right now is that what you're telling me
so you are not a commission police
officer I have spoke with the chief
that's what I'm asking you I'm asking
you one question are you a commission
police officers through the state of
Ohio I have an a certificate that's how
I that's not what I'm asking you I'm
explaining to you I have no no no you're
not you're not answering the question
you're boid in the question it's very
simple are you a swarm police officer
anywhere in the state of Ohio any
Department not currently okay that's
well well I'm I'm unsure I'm unsure I'm
unsure you can't be unsure you would
have to raise your hand Square sign a
form and you would get paperwork on
that hello talking to the chief is not
enough
uh yeah the chief of police is here
so so he's not commission P so that he
not going to get back okay uh one second
would you be willing to speak to the
supervisor from the company from from
Watchman from Watchman yes is he an
actual police officer you are an actual
police officer
correct at okay okay yes he is where
where are you where are you commissioned
at it it doesn't matter he's not here
doing anything I don't care I don't care
if he's the superintendent of the state
highway patrol that's irrelevant to the
situation so you can talk to me if you
want RS but I
got I live in an area that doesn't make
any money you know and I I found a good
paying job and I was told by the guys
like hey we'll take care of a commission
we'll get it taken care of it's no big
deal I come out here you know I told hey
