part two yesterday we were discussing
about the part one under this part one
we were discussing about the definition
of rewards of management the aims of
the games of rewards then we discussed
that types of rewards just going to give
you the brief about the yesterday
lecture yesterday we discussed different
types of rewards the first one was
extrinsic rewards second one was
intrinsic reward third one was financial
reward fourth one was non financial
rewards another extrinsic rewards the
various subcategories were pay fringe
benefits job security good working
environment status / motion recognition
praised under the entrancing rewards
there were few categories achievement
involvement in dependency participation
and there were few similar categories
that falls under the category of
financial rewards and non-financial ones
now we are going to start the third

of extrinsic rewards see extrinsic
rewards are those rewards which are
directly related with the job and which
ensures maximum utilization of human
resources and to achieve maximum
productivity and predetermine

separate from the allowances which are

category of the types of rewards the

nowadays especially in case of private

corporations they are following this
type of practices thereby the
compensation part includes certain
categories the first one is basically
that the organization has to pay to
their employees for the fourth in lieu
of the worth that they provided to the
organization another part is performance
based performance based means see
certain standards or certain targets
have been set predetermined before
starting the work and the often and each
employee has to achieve those targets
after achieving the target whatever the
rewards are associated with the target
that is paid to the employees see that
as for the definition performance-based
rewards are the strategy to provide
rewards to the employees on the basis of
their performance it means employees

performance every member of team is
equally devoted in terms of incentives
it implies incentives such as profit
sharing bonus married benefits killing
husband and so on team encourage
collaboration and cooperation to achieve
shares and whose see team based reward
plans we have already discussed at the
time when we were discussing the unit

distributed each and every member of the

team if the team consists of 12 members
and two are not performing well and ten
are performing very well the rewards

two ingredients which helps organization
