I call you the man of wisdom indeed you
are the man of wisdom I want to say
thank you so much for your powerful
words and Revelations shared on the
signs of a successful system especially
the party spoke about not speaking evil
and badly about people in power ahead of
you your bosses when there is
misunderstanding so a few weeks ago I
came to you with a problem which I was
facing within my family business and he
helped me out he listened to me and he
gave me a few advices but upon hearing
your recent video and watching the video
I got a different perspective on how to
deal with such situations how to go
about it and not to commit Myself by
speaking evil or badly to justify a
point which is going to affect me in the
long run thank you very much Mr Moses
biata the man of wisdom really
appreciate your word and keep doing good
God richly bless you
hello family my name is Moses B Arthur
and welcome to my YouTube channel today
I will be talking about signs of a
succeeding system part two if you have
been following my content that I've been
sharing on this channel you know that I
did the first one signs of a succeeding
system part one and so if you haven't
watched that video yet I want you to
take some few minutes of your time to go
back and watch science of a succeeding
system part one I drew inspiration from
the scriptures where the Queen of Sheba
had gone to see King Solomon and today I
will be talking to us again on science
of a succeeding system part two right
from my book my second book
understanding systems thinking the
Modern Art of building learning
organizations if you have not read this
book as a business person you are
missing out on some goodies it took me
four years to put together the contents
of this book four years four years
traveling Nigeria Dubai South Africa
Kenya you know to put together the
contents of this material and so far as
I speak to you right now this is my best
body of work I have put out there so far
and so
um I wrote this book and then I put it
into various parts and so a little bit
of
um I'm reading from it you'd see that
part one says how our actions create our
reality
um chapter one says give me a place to
stand and a level long enough and I'll
move the world which are the quotes from
Archimedes I do inspiration from that to
write chapter 2 says that seven learning
disabilities of any organization and
chapter three is prisoners of the system
or prisoners of our own thinking then we
move to part two of the book part two
says the 5D the pulse and Cornerstone of
a system
chapter 4 and that that is the 11
ordinances of the five disciplines so
the 5D the five disciplines you want to
find out what are the five disciplines
that I talk about in this book then
chapter five is a mind shift seeing the
world Anew chapter six is the art of
seeing the forest and the trees one of
my favorite favorite chapters then
there's part three of the book which
speaks of signs of a succeeding system
and for me signs of a succeeding system
comes from just four things Personal
Mastery team learning mental models and
shared Vision Personal Mastery team
learning mental models and shared shared
Vision these four for me defines the
science of a succeeding system so I talk
about that in chapter 7 8 9 and 10. so
I'm going to pick each and every one of
them and Dove just a little bit deeper
into it and how this affects the
building of an organization and there
the last part which is part four which I
talk about
um no business as usual it focuses on
the art of selling yourself you don't
push growth you remove the factors that
are limiting growth and chapter 13 says
ending the war between work and family
and chapter 14 is Moses B has 10 rules
for effective leadership that's how I
close the book Moses biath has 10 rules
for effective leadership I think I
should do a whole YouTube content on
that so signs of a succeeding system
part 3 of the book as you can see it
part 3 of the book the first one you
need to understand is Personal Mastery
you know when we talk about Personal
Mastery we are looking at when you pick
up the individual components of a system
every single person within the system is
unique every single person within the
system comes with their uniqueness in
terms of what they have mastered so you
pick up a football team for instance or
a basketball team for instance and in a
football team nobody or everybody nobody
is playing the same position everybody
is playing different positions all
towards one goal so the guy who is the
striker has mastered what it means to
score goals and the guy who is that
Defender has mastered protecting the
ball from entering and protecting the
opponent's ball from entering his goal
post so every single person has what
they have mastered to bring together the
the holistic vision of um achieving
maybe a tournament cup or something you
know so when it comes to the components
of building an organization the first
thing you need to look at is the
Personal Mastery of the people that is
how you put together a team so that is
how you assemble an Avengers every
single person in there has what they
have mastered that is Personal Mastery
then we have mental models I believe
that when it comes to building an
organization the mental models that
operate in the organization is important
when we say mental models we're
basically looking at the pictures the
mental pictures and and the people that
are building organization together with
you the founder how they think what
Vision you have even set out for them
all of these things are mental models
very very important and I have always
said that when it comes to doing things
in their business wise if your mind has
not conceived it it cannot be pulled
into a reality and so your mental models
as an organization is important as a
leader when you sit to talk to your team
what Vision do you cast to them what
what seeds do you sow in them by means
of the way to speak when you people have
time to learn together as a team which
will lead me to the next principle or
the next structure for building a system
is team learning when you meet what do
you Feast on so team learning is the
next model I touch about it extensively
in the book you know
team learning how do you make sure that
everybody is producing the same Harmony
like an orchestra would have done how do
we make sure that we are all vibrating
at the same frequency as a system or as
a team then there's the last one which
is shared Vision which is one of my
favorites because I cover a number of
things when it comes to Shared vision
and this book understanding systems
thinking now in shared vision for me it
have always hit my mind and I used to
wonder how come the cleaner at Nasa
would say I am here to take people to
the Moon yet or that person is there to
do is to clean and you see shared vision
is when
one person's Vision has moved from him
and has been embedded in the hearts of
others you know such that they eat live
breathe as though it was the founder
themselves they do things as though they
are the founders themselves it's left
one person and has become
um something that is holistic because
the people in they understand that even
if I am a cleaner in this company
something as little as my cleaning
affects the overall holistic Vision or
the overall holistic plan of building
the company so I hope that you
understand and you begin to implement
processes that enable mental models
Personal Mastery and so right here in
building my organization one of the
things that I've put in place is our
constant webiness that enlightens us our
constant meetings where we meet to learn
our constant and working neighborhood
environment that makes sure that every
everybody is flourishing in what they
have Mastery about or and what they have
Mastery over to make sure that at the
end of the day we are all accomplishing
that shared vision and so it's important
that you begin to lay those blocks and
systems in place to make sure that your
business is thriving on the right
principles and on the right models so
signs of a succeeding system it is a
discipline that you want to really
really really pay attention to and so
this is the book if you do not have a

a DM a message to any of my socials that
