訪問介護員のことは業界的に言うとこうの
ヘルパーであるとかヘルパーいう風にでき
ますくるタイム訪問介護員のことも条件
helper と言いますそれに対して短
時間で働くヘルパーのこともをパート
ヘルパーだったり登録ヘルパーというふう
に言います肛門介護員ので対78割ぐらい
は短時間でくるタイムじゃなく働く主婦の
方こーされるようなイメージなんですけど
短時間の方がメインなのでといった方は
アートヘルパーったりとか登録だけして
たまにはたらくっていて登録 elpa
いうふうに読むんですが何性をフルタイム
方かなり少ない割合になるということだけ
覚えてください
隙間常勤でヘルパーとしていただくときに
労働時間の捉え方に特色がありますので
その事を話したいと思います通称仕事の
時間っていうとたとえば9時から18時の
8時間+1時間救急みたいな感じで始まり
の時間終わりの時間での決まっていて
終わりの時間から始まりの時間を引くとで
た8時間+いう県知事かという感じで労働
時間っていうのはカウントされるものなん
ですけれども労働基準監督署の通達による
と訪問介護に関していると実際に利用さの
ところでケアをしている時間っていうのと
+この家に行くまでの移動時間っていうの
が労働時間いうふうに規定されていますな
ので常勤の訪問介護に4メールパーティ
関して言うとケアの時間はようさんが来て
ほしいという時間な事で授業書として順番
を決めて詰めていくことができないと嫌と
ケアの間の時間が1時間とか2時間とか
開いたりしましたそうなると労働時間とし
てカウントできるのはケアの時間グラス
移動時間になりますので仮に時間空き時間

さんはなくに行くのにあれば10分20分
かからないいうふうになると労働時間とし
てはこのケアの時間+20分というふうに
カウントされますので2時間空き時間が
丸々ロード時間の車間されないというよう
な数え方になので例えば9時から来じゃん
12時から13日15時から16時17時
から18時19時から19時じゃんという
シフトがワールドしますそのていくと各
移動時間が往復で20分程度ケアの時間は
4時間ですとこれに対して移動時間が1
時間40分なのでこのシフトは労働時間が
5時間40分ただこの人のシフトって阿蘇
の9時から始まって夕方の宿ジャンまで
働いていることでこれってスタートから
終わり時間まで数えると10時間半なん
ですが労働時間としてはお時間や日本しか
ないみたいな買うとなりますので彫金の
大門介護員が来ようっていうのは大体
こんな感じになることを来て埋まり
スタートから終わりの時間っていうのは8
時間を超えてしまうんですが実際労働して
いる時間は5時間前後みたいな感じが一般
的になってきますこういう時間設定になり

比較的時間がシフトによって不安定あるし
決まったその時間決まったよりの鹿という
風になれないので他の介護職と比べると学
的高い練習が設定されることが多くなって
います
次ばパートで働くとどうなるかって話をし
たいんですけれどもパートで働くとかなり
高収入な方からかなり亭主の方まで幅広く
いらっしゃるは現場になります実は訪問
介護は介護職の中で唯一旧友の天井がない
というかすごく高くなれる職種だと思い
ますはなくて体力があってあれば働けると
いう方は練習後600万を超えるような
働き方をされている方は結構いらっしゃい
ます私が今まで見たことがある中で最高
年収っていうのが1200万っていう
ホームヘルパーの方がいらっしゃいました
年収を高く上げるっていう風に考えていく

分けられます一つは重度訪問介護夜勤がた
というタイプです重度訪問介護っていうの
は読んで字の如くなんですが重度の心身
障害者の方に開放しに行くいう仕事なん
ですけれども特徴としては長時間の支援に
なるっていうことがあります一般的な訪問
介護との違いとしては例えばおむつ交換
入浴介助調理台な感じで30分とか1時間
で終わるケアをしに行くわけじゃなくて
もうほぼ動けない方の日常生活の中で
ちょこちょこ出る困ることっての長時間で
ケアしましょうそんな感じのサービスに
なりますので8時間ずっとキャラ月作るか
いったことも全然珍しくなくてそういった
ケアに関して夜間帯に入っていくという
ことをシフトでご組んで行くとだいたい
訪問介護の平均時給って1200円体で
1800円くらいなのでこれに深夜手当
加えていくとね死後600万っていうのは
全く無理やすいじゃなくなってきますと二
つ目が家政婦方なんですけれども歴史の中
でももともと訪問介護員というのは家政婦
という存在が転訛したものみたいな感じな
んですけど家政婦紹介所というところが
訪問介護事業所を併設しているような事業
所がありますそういうところは半分
住み込みのような感じで派政府の仕事とを
今回をやるみたいな感じの仕事のパターン
を持っていてこれを都心部の冬その方々に
提供するみたいな肛門科医がもスタイルを
持っていらっしゃいます私がお会いした
年収1200万のホームヘルパーというの
はこういう感じで東京で働きいらっしゃる
方だったんですけど婦家政婦って仕事を
やら仕事とプライベートが若干混ざって
くるところもあるんですが顧客が富裕層で
あることであるとか自分がしっかりスキル
を持っているとしっかりです休養として
富裕層も黒の方が返してくれるみたいな
ことがあるので結構深くなる方をなります
これに対して扶養内の練習で勝てないて
いらっしゃる方もたくさんいらっしゃい
ますなぜならやはりホームヘルパーの主力
多い人口走っていうのは主婦のパートに
なりますので働く曜日であるとかから9
時間っていうのを自由に制限できて例えば
週1回1時間でもいいみたいな働き方が
できる訪問介護というのは子育て中の
お母さんだとかそういった方々にとても
働きやすいが空き時間を上手く利用して
働くことができる介護の職種になってます
ので part 働くなるとかなり幅広い
自分のニーズに合わせた働き方ができるん
じゃないかなと思います
次ば訪問介護っていう仕事が他の介護職と
比べて将来的に有望なのか否かっていう話
をしていきたいと思うんですけど有効求人
倍率なります有効求人倍率っていうのは
アプリの求職者に対して感謝がちょうど
求職者を狙っているかみたいなことなん
ですけど大門介護の求人倍率は全国平均で
逆10倍になっていますこれに対して介護
職の全体平均は4倍ですなのでそもそも
介護職って人手不足と言われているんです
けどもその介護職の中でも極端に大門介護
っていうのは人手不足になっていますただ
その一方で例えば訪問介護であるとか訪問
看護であるとかそういう家で暮らすために
必要なサービスというのは介護職ってどの
介護施設とかも必要不可欠な職種なんです
けど家で暮らすって観点で考えるとどうし
ても方向けのサービスはなくてはならない
度合いがかなり高いですなのでこういった
状況から見ても今後同じ介護法書といって
もたとえばデイサービスとこう今回子って
用途が違うので他のサービスと比べていく
等介護報酬はカクテキ上がる方向性ある
だろうと思いますしもっと言うと社会保障
費の削減で他のサービスが下がっていたと
