Halo
[Musik]
Bismillahirohmanirohim Assalamualaikum
warohmatullahi wabarokatuh jumpa lagi
dengan BK sahabat seru kali ini saya
akan berbagi materi bimbingan konseling
kelas 9 semester 1 dengan judul mengenal
kepribadian manusia materi ini merupakan
materi yang ke-8
kita akan menyimak bersama-sama ya
[Musik]
kita akan melihat pengertian dari
kepribadian Gordon allport merumuskan
kepribadian sebagai sesuatu yang
terdapat dalam diri individu yang
membimbing dan memberi arah kepada
seluruh tingkah laku individu yang
bersangkutan Lebih Detail outpot
mendefinisikan kepribadian sebagai suatu
organisasi yang dinamis dari sistem
psycho-fisik individu yang menentukan
tingkah laku dan pikiran individu secara
khas
sport menggunakan istilah sistem
psycho-fisik dengan maksud menunjukkan
bahwa jiwa dan raga manusia adalah suatu
sistem yang terpadu dan tidak dapat
dipisahkan satu sama lain serta diantara
keduanya selalu terjadi interaksi dalam
mengarahkan tingkah laku sedangkan
istilah khas dalam batasan kepribadian
allport juga memiliki arti bahwa setiap
individu memiliki kepribadiannya sendiri
tidak ada dua orang yang berkepribadian
sama karena itu tidak ada dua orang yang
berperilaku sama
Sigmund Freud memandang kepribadian
sebagai suatu struktur yang terdiri dari
tiga sistem yaitu it ego dan superego
tingkah laku tidak lain merupakan hasil
dari konflik dan Rekonsiliasi ketiga
sistem kepribadian tersebut kita akan
melihat satu-persatu dari it ya itu
adalah sistem kepribadian yang asli
dibawa sejak lahir
Hai Nah dari it ini kemudian akan muncul
ego dan superego saat dilahirkan it
berisi semua aspek psikologis yang
diturunkan seperti insting impuls dan
drive it berada dan beroperasi dalam
daerah tak sadar mewakili subjektivitas
yang tidak pernah disadari sepanjang
usia it berhubungan erat dengan proses
fisik untuk mendapatkan energi psikis
yang digunakan untuk mengoperasikan
sistem dari struktur kepribadian lainnya
Hai it beroperasi berdasarkan prinsip
kenikmatan atau laser principle yaitu
berusaha memperoleh kenikmatan dan
menghindari rasa sakit tekstur principle
diproses dengan dua cara yaitu tindak
refleks dan proses primer tidak refleks
adalah reaksi otomatis yang dibawa sejak
lahir seperti mengejapkan mata dipakai
untuk menangani pemuas Rangers
terangsang sederhana dan biasanya segera
dapat dilakukan kemudian proses primer
adalah reaksi membayangkan atau
menghayal sesuatu yang dapat mengurangi
atau menghilangkan tegangan dipakai
untuk menangani stimulus Kompleks
seperti bayi yang baru lapar
membayangkan makanan it hanya mampu
membayangkan sesuatu tanpa mampu
membedakan khayalan itu dengan kenyataan
yang benar-benar memuaskan kebutuhan it
tidak mampu menilai atau membedakan
benar-benar salah tidak tahu moral
alasan ini yang memudian membuat it
muncul memunculkan Inc Hai Kemudian yang
kedua itu hingga berkembang dari it agar
orang mampu menangani realita sehingga
ego beroperasi mengikuti prinsip realita
atau reality principle usaha memperoleh
kepuasan yang dituntut it dengan
mencegah terjadinya tegangan baru atau
menunda kenikmatan sampai ditemukan
objek yang nyata-nyata dapat memuaskan
kebutuhan itu adalah eksekutif atau
pelaksana dari kepribadian yang memiliki
dua tugas utama yaitu yang pertama
memiliki memilih stimuli mana yang
hendak direspon atau insting mana yang
akan dipuaskan sesuai dengan prioritas
kebutuhan Kemudian yang kedua menentukan
Kapan dan bagaimana kebutuhan itu
dipuaskan sesuai dengan ketersediaannya
peluang yang resikonya minimal ego
sesungguhnya bekerja untuk memuaskan it
karena itu ego yang tidak memiliki
Sinergi sendiri energi sendiri akan
memperoleh energi dari ITB Hai kemudian
yang ketiga super ego superego adalah
kekuatan moral dan etik dari kepribadian
yang beroperasi memakai prinsip
idealistik atau idealistik principle
sebagai lawan dari prinsip kepuasan it
dan prinsip realistic dari ego superego
berkembang dari ego dan seperti ego ia
tak punya sumber energinya sendiri akan
tetapi superego berbeda Diego dalam hal
penting superego tak punya kontak dengan
dunia luar sehingga tuntutan superego
akan sempurna kesempurnaan pun menjadi
tidak realistis
prinsip idealistik mempunyai 2 sub
prinsip yaitu suara hati dan ego ideal
Fred tidak membedakan prinsip ini secara
jelas tetapi secara umum Suara Hati
lahir dari pengalaman-pengalaman
mendapatkan hukuman atas perilaku yang
tidak pantas dan mengajari kita tentang
hal-hal yang Sebaiknya tidak dilakukan
sedangkan ego ideal berkembang dari
mendapatkan imbalan atas perilaku yang
tepat dan mengarahkan kita pada hal-hal
yang sebaiknya dilakukan
superego bersifat non rasional dalam
menuntut kesempurnaan menghukum dengan
keras kesalahan Igo baik yang telah
dilakukan maupun baru dalam pikiran ada
tiga fungsi superego yang pertama
mendorong Igo menggantikan tujuan-tujuan
realistik dengan tujuan moralistik yang
kedua merintangi impuls it terutama
impuls seksual dan agresif yang
bertentangan dengan standar nilai ke
masyarakat yang ketiga mengejar
kesempurnaan
Hai selanjutnya kita akan melihat
faktor-faktor yang membentuk kepribadian
kepribadian terbentuk karena proses
terlibatan subjek atau individu atas
pengaruh pengaruh internal dan eksternal
yang mencakup faktor faktor genetis atau
biologis
pengalaman-pengalaman sosial dan
perubahan lingkungan dengan kata lain
corak dan keunikan kepribadian individu
itu dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor
bawaan dan lingkungan
