light I just kind of vomiting out my

thoughts but now I need to fix it for

grammar this is what I do watch this I

highlight the text now you're going to

miss this if you don't pay attention I'm

going to press control 4 on my

keyboard it's done that looks pretty

cool it's less wordy so over here I have

the original and here's the revised and

if you want to you can pause the video

and kind of check it out but yeah the

grammar is fixed it reads better it's

not as wordy the thing you should do to

get started is to get started you should

find the link toolbox button on Z's main

menu and click it look how easy that was

let me show you how I did this so I'm

running a Windows computer all right and

I have Zim writer so this is my software

I created I went into the advanced

triggers menu and I created a special

magic command so this is the magic

command I created rewrite the text to

fix grammar add contractions and write

in the active tone of voice if

appropriate so I put all this in here

and I clicked on this button and I saved

this as as rewrite I just gave it the

button the name rewrite I signed it to

control 4 and I said I want you to use

this model this AI model from all these

different choices this model when you

run this magic command and I saved it

that's all I got to do and then whenever

I have Zim writer open I find some text

that I want to edit I highlight it I

press control 4 and Zim writer will fix

the grammar and all that cool stuff now

anywhere it doesn't just work inside a

WordPress you can use it in a text

editor if you want to or you can use it

inside of Facebook you can use it inside

of Twitter anywhere on a Windows

computer that you can type text you can
