Transcripts
good evening uh I am going to uh present
about the power of positive mindset and
also most importantly about the law of
attraction and the beyond that
so these are the topics that I'm going
to discuss about a positive mindset
Letting Go gratitude The Law of
Attraction visualization and finally the
conclusion
first I'm going to discuss about the
positive mindset positive mindset it is
a state of mind where you have a
positive outlook on life and see all
facets
optimistically uh but uh as but as you
can see I'm not going to explain what
about this definition instead I'll be
explaining it another way uh so let's
take this part uh as you can see but if
uh and
if I ask you a question um that what's
inside this PO you will definitely
answer that question as it is empty but
uh but it is not fil it is not empty it
is always filled with negative energies
and positive energies and the germs that
are not visible to our eyes so our mind
is also like that our mind is always
filled with negative thoughts posit
positive thoughts we can't we don't even
aware about those thoughts so in
Abida uh exp in Abida they explains
about how the speed of changing our
thoughts I will
say so as it says it is the spe it
changes in in very high speed we can't
even imagine this speed so that's why we
that's why our uh that's why we need to
concentrate we need to be uh present on
this moment so if you practice this it
will be easier for you to me to identify
what kind of thoughts you are you are
having whether it's a negative or a
positive
also there is another concept called
neuroplasticity this neuroplasticity
also have a they interact the
interaction between the having a
positive mindset uh this neuroplasticity
it's the brain's ability to to form uh
new connections within our
lifetimes uh this neuroplasticity the
process of
neuroplasticity can be affected either
negatively or POS positively by by our
behaviors the way we behave and the
activities we do the things we told and
the and most the thoughts that we are
having so this uh the neuroplasticity
and the positive Minds this strength
this strengthens the brain our brain uh
brain's ability to change and adapt to
whatever we want to adapt to the
environment so this can be so it helps
you to accept the positive things and
also um the and also the negative side
like rejecting the and rejecting the
negative
thought and next thing I'm going to talk
about is Letting Go freeing ourselves
from our desires and accepting whatever
fate serves us uh so I'm not going to
explain about this definition either so
I'll be explain it in another
way and so as you can see there are two
flowers uh I will keep this flower away
and I will hold this flower on my hand
so so I'm going to explain about letting
go in a simplest way so okay I'll open
this as you can see this flower has been
very corrupted it has been destroyed
it's not beautiful anymore right so our
thoughts so but the other flow it's okay
it's very beautiful it is it is as it
was so our mind is also like that the
more you uh hold on to your negative
things like if you don't let go of your
worries of your negative thoughts of
your mistakes it is going to corrupt
your own thought C it's going to corrupt
your mind it uh it is going to is it is
actually going to disrupt your disrupt
the uh peacefulness of your mind so this
is so uh the importance of Letting Go
are it helps you to reduce stress and
anxiety it promotes emotional healing so
you can be it helps you emotionally
stabilize you can become emotionally
stab stabilized person and also it
enhances mental Clarity and finally it
increases self air these are not these
are not the only ones the the the
benefits that you are getting by letting
go there are more
actually if you go into deeper you you
will see the if you try this you will
see by yourself you will experience it
by your
yourself so let's move on to the next
next slide uh the next one I'm going to
talk about is gratitude it is a positive
emotion that involves in being thankful
and
appreciative uh it's like uh if you are
grateful for everything you get
so uh during this process you should not
uh focus on the things that you don't
have you should be very grateful to
every moment that you get every every
thing you get you should focus on the
positive thing so so that's how
gratitude that's how gratitude works and
uh benefits of uh gratitude is like it
decreases stress it uh helps you
increase your self-esteem and less
anxiety and depression better sleep and
better
immunity I move to the next
slide uh so now I'm going to show you
some videos of how to practice a
positive mindset letting go and also
gratitude if you practice these things
there are many benefits as I mentioned
earlier I want to talk to you today
about cultivating a positive mindset I
do three things every single day and I
wish you guys would do it too just give
it a try give it a try so every day
celebrate your Victory small or large
doesn't matter what is one thing today
that you can celebrate number two what
is one thing that you're thankful for
just one we're in November it's time to
be thankful we're thinking about the
turkeys and all the families getting
together or just having friends over
whatever that looks like for you what is
one thing today that you're thankful for
and then the third thing I want you to
do is I just want you to laugh just
laugh find some something funny lighten
your heart a little bit like we know
that laughter is the best medicine so
just give it a try number one celebrate
your victories number two I really want
you guys to have one thing to be
thankful for and then number three just
laugh that's all it
takes and then uh it's about letting go
next video going to yeah I if you can
just make peace be kind be gender if you
can let go of the future and the past
and just be now you're going to be a
very healthy happy successful person cuz
when they hurt you and you get angry
they're hurting you twice over so
someone hurts
you can't do anything about it let it go
it's gone you let it go and they can
only ever hurt you once and then you let
Let It Go so easy to do when you realize
how you let these things go
in every morning okay in every morning
take a little time to practice this
gratitude in your life okay wake up in
the morning and say that I am thankful
for my life okay I am thankful for the
people who lived around me who helped me
okay who was there with me in my life in
the hardest times and also in the same
time we can be happy about the tough
times and bad people in our life too
okay so many people don't think about
this because we become grateful for the
only the only for the good people and
the good situations in our life no we
can be grateful for the bad people and
difficult situations in our life how can
we do that well because of the bad
people and because of the bad situations
and tough situations in our life our
life became so much interesting right
imagine if your life became old all the
things like you got all the things you
wanted okay and there were all the
people who were good and nice to you
okay you didn't face any tough
situations in your
life there there's nothing more
interesting nothing much interesting
about your life but because of the bad
people and because of the tough
situations and the bad days in our life
our life became so much interesting no
because there there is some there's a
story for us to tell okay there's an
interesting story for us to tell that is
why the more we Face tough situations
our life becomes so much interesting so
we can be thankful for the bad people
and say like thank you for giving me
tough times thank you for giving me the
ability to practice the patience and
love and kindness and compassion for you
because of few people in that way you
can be you see if you think about it you
can be grateful for every situation and
everything in your life so every single
day when you wake up in the morning take
a little moment to say thank you for
everything and every person in your life
so keep that in your mind and practice
this wonderful quality of gratitude Nam
Buddha you know uh if you practice this
these things I mention that there are
many benefits your life will be more
easier and uh and also now you might I'm
going to talk about the of Attraction
and but you might wonder uh why did I
talk about the mindset the positive
mindset the Gratitude and letting go uh
I will explain this at at the very end
the the interaction the combination
between the attraction and the and the
and the previous topics I talked about
uh and the next topic is uh as I
mentioned the Law of Attraction uh so um
the question there's a question ask what
is the pattern of energy attracting
similar energy
