uma objetivo de desenvolvimento

um objetivo e cada professor bola um
desafio PR os alunos e o que eles têm
que fazer é durante uma semana uma
solução para esse desafio e o que é

esse grupo né quatro jovens uma cidade
pequena cidade uma escola pública o que
eles fizeram em uma semana é fenomenal

identificaram onde são os pontos de
coleta da cidade eles falaram com o
prefeito eles falaram com a câmara eles
desenvolveram um app emem uma semana tá

entende que você consegue motivar os
jovens a a fazer coisas que são
extremamente que tem muito aprendizado
que tem muito conteúdo mas e eles fazem
isso por livre espontânea vontade isso
não é uma coisa obrigada que ele tem que
ir pra escola ele se inscreveu porque
ele quis e eles fizeram seis desafios né

chegar na final né de forma autônoma e

foi feita junto com CNPQ com a vale né
para incentivar jovens brasileiros a vir
pra área de exatas o Brasil eh ele já
tem uma formação muito pequena de
pessoas em nível superior mas além de
ser pequena Quando você vê a proporção
de pessoas em engenharias e tecnologias
comparada com área de humanas no Brasil
essa proporção é muito maior para
humanos né então quando você pega país
do osde a a a média é um aluno em
tecnologias exatas para cinco de humanas
no Brasil é um aluno em tecnologias
exata para 11 de humanas Então existe
uma falta muito grande de profissionais
na área de tecnologia na área de
computação nem se fala o nosso objetivo
desde o início desse projeto é mostrar
pros jovens do nível médio que ensino
que a área de tecnologia área exatas é
interessante é divertida é motivadora né
então oferecer para eles Desafios que
eles têm que resolver né ao longo né

essa ideia de falar com professores de
