Transcripts
I'm going to share with you guys one of
my favorite quotes from Einstein and he
says this insanity is doing the same
thing over and over again and expecting
different results now the way that I
interpret this is that you cannot expect
to experience a different reality
in your current version of Who You Are
by staying the same it's not possible
you have to change if you want to
experience a different reality the
person that you are now stays in this
reality stays in this car reality and
you have to leave them behind so the
bottom line is if you want to experience
a different reality you have to change
who you are now and the change has to
start from you it has to come from you
you cannot be waiting for something in
the 3D
to give you the thumbs up before you
start changing because then you're going
to be waiting for a very long time hi
guys it's joy and in this video I am
going to call out some of you guys
okay
the difference between those who are
able to manifest their dream life and
those who are not is this
those
who are unable to manifest their dream
life let's start with that the avatar
for these type of people looks like this
by the way this is just a very watered
down generalized version of what this
type of person looks like so Nuance is
important of course
but generally these types of people are
not committed to changing themselves
they are more focused on the outside
they are more focused on reacting to the
circumstances and they think that
everything is happening to them
and they have to react to it and fix it
and solve it they are hoping that
something on the outside is going to
come and save them
and to complete them
to give them what they are after they
generally live day to day on autopilot
they have the same thoughts the same
reactions the same feelings the same
beliefs the same actions
as they have always had for the past few
years and on an unconscious level they
actually do not want to change they want
to stay the same they want to experience
a different reality but they want to
stay the same person they are
comfortable with who they are and you
know what I get it change is
uncomfortable this is not even a
limiting belief by the way like
relatively it's easier to stay the same
than it is to change how you are now and
show up differently and actively take
that next step and be the person that
you want to be instead of being that
person that you know has been you in the
past for the past few years it takes
effort to make that decision
because it's not comfortable
you're going into uncertainty you're
going into great areas that you have not
really treaded into before
now let's talk about the avatar for
people who have manifested their dream
life now these types of people
they still get fear they still get
anxiety they still get doubt they still
have all the same feelings that the
Avatar of a person who doesn't have
their dream life would have but
here's the difference they don't let
those thoughts they don't let those old
thoughts and feelings and beliefs
consume them
then they have that awareness to step
out to look at the bigger picture
and to choose differently they are
committed to acting towards the change
that they want to have for themselves
that they Envision themselves to make
they move through these limiting
feelings instead of letting them hold
them back and they are committed to
changing themselves
they are committed
to choosing the things that are in
alignment so what they value and who
they want to be
and that vision is very clear for them
and they have unwavering conviction in
themselves that they are going to
achieve what they put their mind to and
they do not care about whatever anyone
else on the outside shows or tells them
they become bigger than their
circumstances they become bigger than
what is happening to them and they stop
reacting and they go within now let me
give you guys a little trick on how you
can facilitate change within yourself
because honestly let's be real here
change is not the easiest especially
when you're sitting in your room all day
scrolling on YouTube scrolling on
Instagram and Facebook and all these
social media apps change cannot be that
easy when you're on autopilot
so this is what you do you go outside of
your comfort zone
this is such generic advice and I'm sure
you this is not the first time you've
heard it there's always people out there
that are like go outside of your comfort
zone and go outside of your bubble and
the reason for this is because when you
go outside of your comfort zone when you
deliberately put yourself in a new
environment where you are not exactly
the most comfortable it takes you out of
autopilot it forces you to think
differently it forces you to become
almost like a different person and it
makes it very hard for you to stay the
same when you are in an unfamiliar
environment when you are in an
unfamiliar territory or circumstance
there's a little bit of fear you bit you
feel a little bit scared and you know
what that's normal first of all but with
that fear it kicks you out of autopilot
you immediately
start to adapt to these circumstances
that are being in your way and that's
how you eventually overcome it because
you realize that oh it's actually not
that scary after all what I'm doing what
I've put myself in and when you do this
you realize that your fears aren't
actually that scary
after some time you'll realize that oh
it's not actually that bad
and I was making it bigger in my head
and that's how you expand your capacity
your system to withhold new environments
and that's kind of how change starts by
expanding your nervous system by being
able to tolerate unfamiliarity
uncertainty and being able to come back
to yourself and hope the faith in
yourself that
you can do what you put your mind to but
the key to this is in finding something
that is just enough to kick-start that
change in you and forces you to become
that person that you want to be but not
something that is so scary and so big
that it traumatizes you
obviously find a balance between the two
and
do what you think is the best for you so
for me personally I'll just use me as an
example
I used to be a very very shy person like
very shy I hated talking to people you
know I still kind of hate talking to
people I'm not going to lie but I force
myself to talk to new people I force
myself to go out of my comfort zone and
expose myself to things that are scary
to me and unfamiliar to me and when you
do this for a while you'll realize oh
you know what it's not actually that
scary it's not actually as bad as I
imagined in my head and that's how you
expand your nervous system that's how
you expand your capacity to withhold
unfamiliarity and uncertainty because
you have to realize you are never going
to be able to reach a place where you
never feel fear you never feel doubt you
never feel anxiety you just learn how to
move through these emotions through
these feelings without letting them hold
you back without letting them consume
your entire life and without making it
mean something out of your identity
without attaching all this meaning to it
and making it mean this about you or
that about you and that my friends is
how change begins there is a reason why
success is a minority as much as I wish
that success was the majority
it's not easy to do these things I've
just said it's not easy to go out
outside of your comfort zone and do
things like clearly make you feel
uncomfortable and that's why success is
the minority because only a small number
of people are willing to
face their fears to walk with the
uncertainty to move with the fear rather
than letting it consume them and hold
them back
and the majority of people are still
living on autopilot and the other thing
that I wanted to talk about is that
change does not
well it can but usually it does not
happen overnight
give up on trying to make a 180 change
overnight because it's most likely first
of all not going to be sustainable
not going to last long and is not going
to feel very healthy on your end and it
puts a lot of pressure on you I am so
tired of seeing people selling things
that promise overnight success or
Quantum leaping because that gives me
the same Vibes as trying to make a quick
overnight fix or instant gratification I
want you to think of yourself as an
elastic band
now what happens when you stretch an
elastic band too far out it obviously
immediately snaps back to its original
shape right like you have to think of
how you make big changes in that way as
well when you try to make a really big
change overnight 180 most of the time
what ends up happening is that you are
unable to maintain this change and you
end up snapping back
to your original Self because your
system wasn't able to tolerate that big
of a change yet you haven't built up
that tolerance within you yet and so if
you want your change to be sustainable
and long lasting
you have to focus on the long term it's
always a long term focus on
sustainability focus on the long-term
focus on it being a gradual process
rather than overnight Quick Fix process
and you know what finding a way that is
sustainable and long-lasting can look
different for everyone everyone is so
unique and different it makes no sense
for me to just be giving you
you know like a set routine you have to
find that balance within yourself and
test things out for yourself take note
of what works for you and what feels the
best for your body and for your mind and
for your soul that's the easiest way to
stay committed when you make something
enjoyable and fun for you to do then
it's easier for you to do it every day
rather than saying something that you
hate doing and you you know that you
should be doing then
you are just going to you were just
making things harder for yourself
because it's going to be very hard for
you to be consistent with your practice
and when you don't have consistency
you are unable to make long-lasting
change and while changing yourself is
not an overnight process it is not
something that takes years for you to do
as well that is also something that I
want to point out remember change
doesn't come from doing one big thing
once it comes from your little
day-to-day actions the little choices
that you are making every single day
it's about changing small habits and
replacing them with better ones right
that's essentially what manifestation
boy was down to and change as well
replacing the bad habits with better
habits and these habits will continue to
accumulate and eventually you are going
to see the results somewhere down the
track in the long term after these
habits have been done consistently over
and over again on a day-to-day basis
and these habits are not usually
something that is huge It's usually the
small things that you can do on a
day-to-day basis that most people are
probably not doing because they are too
busy living on autopilot change can
start with you simply deciding something
as small as this being the last YouTube
video that you watch for today
and taking your break from the internet
and doing the things that actually fuel
your soul and you know will serve you in
the long term and bring you fulfillment
and bring you a sense of purpose to your
life just a suggestion
thank you guys for watching this video
thank you guys for spending this time
with me and I believe in you you got
this you can make the changes you can
follow through with the changes that you
are after
hold that faith in yourself you got this
and I will talk to you guys next time
bye
