sharing with you an incredibly effective
means to help you build the skills that
you're going to need and perhaps more
importantly the confidence to close
business owners and to start generating
revenue for your rank and rent business
business now before I walk you through
exactly how you can leverage this
yourself I just want to walk through why
you should pay attention and follow
through with what I'm about to share
firstly this will enable you to get as
much practice as you will ever need
without sabotaging prospects and it will
enable you to do so in a safe controlled
environment when I say sabotaging
prospects when you start ranking when
you start generating leads you will have
a Target list of business owners that
you are going to want to reach out to
and Pitch regarding that lead generation
or even a website rental now if you're
not prepared you can completely ruin
that relationship you know you could go
through various business owners and you
can ultimately Scupper your chances of
ever renting that website so it's really
important you get sufficient practice up
front at the same time you want to be
challenged ahead of time as well you
want to learn how to overcome the most
difficult of objections because these
will inevit inevitably come on sales
calls if you think about it and put
yourself in the shoes of a business
owner if someone called you up offering
all these free leads or you know the
chance to get them as much business as
they want you would probably probably be
a little bit skeptical too it sounds a
little bit too good to be true so you're
going to get these kinds of objections
and you're going to need to know how to
overcome them handle them how to respond
to them what I'm about to share with you
will show you some of the objections you
will likely face but also give you ideas
of some that you might not have thought
about and can then plan and prepare
ahead of time for at the same time what
I'm about to share with you will give

can start to see what's going wrong for
you in these in in sales calls you know
it's really really effective at that and
at the same time it can help you to
write your script or even update your
script and improve it so there could be
certain areas of that script or things
that you're saying that could put
business owners off and this will this

so I've touched upon it thus far what am
I talking about well it's all about

to be using it is we're going to be
leveraging a scenario an AI scenario and
a a conversation you know a cold call if
you like and we're going to be working

just want to walk you through kind of
how it works so you get an understanding
as to why I rate this tool so highly and
why I'm recommending it firstly once you

functionality and how to get the most

you how I've set it up for me um just to
give you an idea of how I would go about
it if I wanted the leverages tool so
firstly we have you you want to go to
the customization Tab and you want to
set up your account so that it's fully
aware of who you are and what you're
looking for you kind of need to Prime
the AI to basically challenge you as
best as it can and to do that you need
to go through all these settings so
firstly we need to set up the roleplay
settings and I've put this in uh I've
put in some some example kind of content
here based on my public case study
emergency electrician Oxford which you
probably familiar with if you've watched
any of my videos before so my buyer
Persona is an electrician my product
description I've put I am selling
emergency electrician leads generated on
my website to local electricians the end
goal is to rent the site out to an
electrician for a flat monthly fee
whereby they can pick up the leads
automatically so of course you're going
to need to update this for your
particular product your service or your
needs I should say so it could be you
know you put your niche in here you
might want to put in your location
whatever okay next is the AI coach and
this is where you just add context about
your company so again we're just giving
the AI as much information to work with
as possible we're priming it ahead of
the conversations that we're about to
have so I've put in here I am the
founder of a lead generation a agency
specializing in the electric industry
one of my sites emergency electrician
ox. co.uk is guessing emergency
electrician Le oad and the surrounding
areas of sorry these leads are for both
commercial and residential customers now
it gives you some things we might want
to put in here you know some some
suggestions such as your value
proposition key features benefits so you
can do that in your own time I just want
to show you how this works scorecards so
these are essentially how your
conversations with the AI are analyzed
if you like how you are given you're
given a score basically on what you say
and how you interact with the AI coach
if that makes sense so these are set up
by default but you can create your own
ones so this is a cold call score score
card which we're going to be leveraging
and it basically is going to be be
assessing what we say against these
particular points that have been plugged
into the tool objections now these are
all set up by default but we can add new
ones um depending on you know the
objections we expect or perhaps we've
even had in our own business so as an
example the the the person the buyer if
you like says it's too expensive or they
need to think or they may ask what makes
you different how did you get my number
that's a common one uh you know can you
call me back these are or I'm busy these
these are the kind of objections you're
going to get on these on on on sales
calls and these will help you to kind of
prepare plan and respond to them you've
also got playbooks which will just help
you set up your sales process processes
to follow during real client calls so
I'm not going to be showing that at the
moment but you can leverage this on real
sales calls and you can also set up
realtime assistance as well so you do
need to download an extension and there
is uh you know you can set up the video
conference platform that you're using
whether it's Google meet or Zoom if you
did want to kind of get this support
it's the AI roleplay where this tool is
absolutely fantastic and what I
recommend this tool for so basically the
way it works I'm going to start a call
in a second you literally just pretend
you're on the phone and the AI is going
to talk to you it is a little bit slower
than a real phone call Bear that in mind
and you'll notice that in a second so
you do need to adjust the pace a little
bit accordingly but nevertheless this is
how it essentially works now all you do
is you set up the call type so I'm doing
a cold call scenario but you can change
the role play depending on your needs
now you can set up the role play in so
many different ways you know it could be
a discovery call it could be a follow-up
call and you basically just run through
this build this this process to ensure
that the call is set up optimally for
your particular needs so as I say I'm
doing Co call and I'll show you that in
a second but if you wanted to you could
change this to you know a discovery call
a custom call you can change the Persona
how they kind of engage with you whether
they are really really chatty or
reserved or random see I like random
because you don't know if they're going
to be you know when you call up a
business owner you don't know if they're
going to be chat your reserve so it's
good to have both scenarios so I always
put random same with the personality you
can describe the challenges of your
buyer Persona so there's loads of things
you can customize this roleplay to suit
the needs of rank and rent if you like
this is what I really like about it it's
really customizable so you set all these
all these settings up you can have a
call for 15 minutes 7 Minutes Etc but
I'm just going to go with the cold cool
scenario so I would strongly recommend
get on the trial and just playing around
with this so trust me it's really going
to be worth your time um now here's the
scenario your call calling leads from
your list your gender to gather
information about the leads needs and
challenges clearly elaborate the value
proposition of your product and see if
the lead can be a potential fit the goal
of this call is to book a meeting now
bear in mind because this is a scenario
if I don't check off these elements of
the call I'm going to get a bad score so
that's where the score card is really
important that you update them but I'm
going to be working from the base
scenario just to the interest of time

to show you how this kind of works um

have that's a fair question so every
time leads come in we take a look at
those leads we verify them using our own
set of processes before sending them on
one thing I would say is that when we
initially work together I won't be
sending you you know I won't be sending
you any kind of quote or requesting any
money or anything like that this is more
about just seeing if there's a potential
fit and if this is going to work for
both of us does that sound

they don't pan out what's your process

because as you can see it was g off on a
bit of a tangent this is where sometimes
it breaks down a little bit but this
actually went really well I was I was
shocked I've had some of these in this
account that have really flopped and you
know I always people make mistakes on
sales cools it's one of those things
that can happen and this is why this is
such a valuable tool so I've just ended
the call there what I want to show you
we could play it again if we wanted to
but I just want to click on see results
here just to show you exactly what kind
of happens on the back of these calls
and where this tool is so useful first
you get a call score which is in
reference to that scorecard there's it
shows you the talk ratio where I've
failed miserably surprise surprise I do
talk a lot you know these videos go on
for so long you're probably not
surprised to hear that so I've overs
spoken so a golden talk ratio is more
the prospect so I've I've dominated the
call there which isn't good okay so
that's that's an Insight you got the
transcript on the right hand side so
everything that was said you can see
there which is really interesting
because sometimes you use words you
wouldn't think you're using or whatever
it looks like I've got my opener dialed
in compared to the scorecard but my
relevancy is off my value proposition is
off my objection handling is really good
interestingly um but my next steps this
is where I didn't quite get to because I
needed to get her email address or I
needed to set up a new meeting and I
haven't hit that according to the
scorecards that I set up in the system
but you see how this kind of works we're
getting assessed here now this is really
really valuable this exactly when the
call was um you you can see all of your
calls um you can set up another one I
could just go back to the I roleplay and
it'll be Melissa someone different
someone with different objections things
like that I can work through my script
again you get the idea then there's a
dashboard in here which just shows you
you know an analysis of all your calls
so you can start analyzing you know what
you're doing there's loads in here and
honestly it's just really effective just
to have these kinds of conversations and
you know what just even if you just
signed up for this platform and you ran
through this process 15 times or so 15
demo calls just before you contacted a
business owner that business owner call
would be so much better because you're
already in the groove so there's so many
ways you can use this if you're new to
co calling I'd strongly recommend it as
